"So what? We're two point Oh, and and where we've been focused through. Sir I'm or thereabouts is fine. People who are building. Differentiated products and are dependent on digital advertising. So you know over the last few months we've made some investments in. Companies that have higher repurchasing on I think that's another thing that sometimes gets lost in the sort of the doomsayer on. You know different products. Different categories different purchasing behaviors are huge huge differences in in some of these categories. Just because two different companies are selling direct consumer doesn't mean the dynamics. These businesses are similar at all, so we can make investments in a few beverage companies in the last year. Companies like recess. In your CBD's space. which is. More dependent on. Third Party distribution, most beverages at companies like House H. A. U. S..

"The morning show Barclays David van camp Scott Robinson okay so we've got drones that are enforcing lockdown orders yes that doesn't seem like that big a deal no hi I suppose not and yeah well I mean it could be totally driven by your window at night L. A. U. M. that's what you're afraid of I don't know I don't like the idea of drones rolling around spying on me no I'm not a fan of that what are you out but not social distancing when you're supposed to go on in the area do not use social distancing for the last two years of my life okay so you should have I just don't like the idea I mean I'm not I'm not cooking up math in my garage but I still don't want the government to just take a peek few have me throw John White House I thought we were talking about public places they were doing this in forcing different lockdown or so that's how it starts that's the slippery slope okay David nine Alex Jones Christopher yelling a friend of my crisis garden that's right the what is the deal with the drama well here's the other the fun little tidbit most of these drones are being used around the country by law enforcement are from DJ hi which is based in China which does have ties to the Chinese government of China so in New Jersey for example the Chinese made drones are being used to spy on citizens where patrol car I can't get to China now the company denies any ulterior motives is from fox news but others you know including drone experts lawmakers and watchdog groups say well that's a what slippery slope yeah and that's not the bad outweighs the good in this case so by law because DJ I is so profitable employs so many people it automatically falls under the Chinese government side so in other words there are close ties to the Chinese government and what they're doing every day including whatever data they may be collecting so so I'm telling my kids take stay away from tick tock or I can do is you know everything about you right it's okay our law enforcement is employing China towards the drone active in yeah yes we know this case is your tax dollars buying these drones fantastic now thanks for that she's now is speaking of China you know who's had enough for China well a lot of us Lindsey Graham especially he wants the Rockies tired of throwing pebbles South Carolina senator Lindsey Graham is talking about China because you know their recklessness has led to widespread death around the world and and while global economic catastrophe he's on board with the idea of cancelling at least some of the debt we owe to China I say all of it we're we're not we're not paying you a dime China let's go to the world yes okay no you're not getting a dime did you see what's happening in some African nations in an effort to get some debt relief from China China is requiring them to hand over strategic assets oh boy it's crazy man it's like it's a trade off okay you've got that mine there we'll take that and we'll call it even on the debt I don't know yeah you get nothing well the thing is a lot of these nations in Africa don't have the leverage to do that no they don't and so that's why the United States needs to use the leverage that it has yes the rest of the world don't we exactly we're gonna bring everybody else in on this too so it needs to be a worldwide sanctions well yeah this who's happy with China right now my fear is they'll go Hey will deal with you we got all this money and it doesn't seem like we should all be United right now I would think so yeah outside of the United States medium well they're not hello but yeah Lindsey Graham he wants to go further than just canceling some of the dead this was on fox news over the weekend you know China is the largest state sponsor pandemics in the world arise a larger space a state sponsor of terrorism we sanctioned the hell out of Iran for spreading terrorism war to sanction the hell out of China for spreading pandemics so we can do marches bill there's a bunch of things we can do I'd like to put sanctions on China not just from the United States but for the entire world this is the third pandemic to come out of China another is enough yeah Lindsey and I were talking this weekend so we decided nice the whole world needs to join here I think there's probably something to that get the justice league involved but the only part of the justice that's not a problem we got to get that back on the right right some of the news over the weekend well just some lifestyle stuff everybody's life is completely different and I don't know if you've seen any of the things online where celebrities they can't get their hair done so you get people going gray all over the place yeah it's just kind of a funny look and then there's people posting different things like Brad Paisley who we all admire the dudes guitar playing he was giving his wife by the hair color but she had the bar exam he was applying it you know it it does make some people more human it makes the more likable as he saying you had a lot of great where he was wife which I thought was pretty funny and you know saying I didn't know you had a head to head to one no she doesn't the whole thing the.

U. urology specialists diligently working and trying to stay on task even though they probably have a lot of different stressors in their life and a big shout out to all of the first line medical workers out there that really are receiving their lives to maintain the E. ours and maintain what we have you know as a as a profession and as a community we've had several cases of the covert nineteen in the Austin area and I've even had some of the patients that we treated in the past call us and let us know that they were admitted to the ICU were sick from the disease in our prayers are with them first everybody that's been a really stressful time big shout out to our staff like you said working from home has been challenging but we're pulling it off after mystery yes and for those of you that our patients are a perspective patients please be patient we're doing our best to try to get a hold of everybody and answer all the phones and do everything we can the fact that we were able to change so many things over to telemedicine so quickly is actually a a real a testament to the work that you do is our office manager thanks a lot I don't think you're in our kind of a pun on Peyronie's disease we were ahead of the curve on the telemedicine I think he's been doing it for a while looking to control him I'm sorry you know I was thinking the other day about however the first time you called me I was working at a victory Medical Center in South Boston shout out to them they're fabulous I was one of the directors there but the practice manager came to me she said this guy named Dr mystery called and who is this guy he's looking the chit chat with us and then you know maybe join forces kind of thing and I was like oh that's crazy and then the next thing I know my voice mail I get doctor mystery the voicemail from doctor mystery with the smooth voice and I was like who is this cat with the crazy names this will greens was wondering if that's my real name right it's M. I. S. T. R. Y. I've always grown up with it so I'm always confusing people don't think it's my real name is it it's pretty common in the India no I don't think so it's not like Smith no six with a slick Mordecai or something anyway here I met and I remember taking you through the clinic and we were chit chatting about your philosophy and and how you approach your ology and I found that to be unique and exceptional because the other urologists did not send out to us one of the main reasons why I joined forces with you is your holistic approach to urology and I think that's something we can talk about well I think absolutely when you train as a urologist you spend a lot of time in the operating room in fact it's a surgical subspecialty when you're in training that's all you want to do is operate operate operate taking care of patients in the clinic actually isn't a huge either fun thing to do when you're training or something that I think is really focused on and so when I started practice while you were trying to find surgical patients all the time it really opened my eyes to something that we were taught in the early beginnings of training by the more senior doctors which is that it's one thing to learn how to operate and the more experienced person will know when is it time to operate and so this idea of trying to understand where the patients are coming from understanding the underlying processes that are going on that have led to a disease process became more more interesting to me and and in no other field that we handle was that more scenes than low testosterone we were getting just inundated with low testosterone referrals if you just want to do it easy you can just put people on testosterone because they're feeling fatigued or their feelings Colavito sex it can be a quick fix a three minute appointment get a modest us from getting out the door but what ends up happening is that seventy percent of these men are not happy the testosterone doesn't do anything for you and so you take a step back and say okay well this guy's overweight by forty pounds he's got a truck to sleep apnea is hypertension and high cholesterol untreated what favor my doing this guy by just putting on testosterone when I know was gonna have a seventy percent failure rate because I was armed with this experience I could be there said well you know what I'm feeding thirty percent the other seventy percent I'm sorry you know you need to go somewhere else but I decide to take a different take on it I said okay if they're overweight let's have a weight loss program if that sleep apnea let's have a sleep apnea program if they need their cholesterol or hypertension manage more aggressively let's work with their primary care doctor or let's take on some of that responsibility ourselves no sexual dysfunction and then of course the sexual dysfunction aspect of it because there can be biologic neurologic hormonal there can be a psychological impacts and that's why we put together a sex therapist on staff to really kind of get to the root of what's going on and that's where the armor men's health program really was born out we had a number of patients come to us that don't have insurance and they in their minds think that testosterone therapy you're getting kind of taken care of is very expensive our program is a hundred fifty dollars a month that includes whatever form of testosterone you wanna take whether be pills whether it be injections Weatherby palettes would be creams as well as all.

B. they're not eating there and they still got to find a place to live and they still got to eat so we talked with our legal expert here Monica Lindstrom is Katie our legal analyst and which you talked about how the how this is all plays out and it's basically a contract between the students and the board of regents university students had a contract with their schools they pay and the school provides housing and utilities when the school told students they had to leave it essentially refused to fulfill its obligations under the contract and under contract principles should have to pay the students back for the unused portion of the semester now I will tell you that as a moral obligation when we see what everyone else is doing you're watching business owners talk to a small business owner last week who is keeping his employees in the restaurant business employed selling gift cards fifty percent of the gift you can use them anytime not just now while covert nineteen is going on use whatever you want and he is saying fifty percent of the gift card money will cover his expenses the cost of making the food rent whatever the other fifty percent is going into an employee relief fund we are seeing people do take out orders I saw it online posted another restaurant owner that said one of their employees went out to deliver food it was like twenty six dollars worth of food and they left a three hundred dollar tip being in a position to help people in the service industry is a phenomenal feeling there is a sense of gratification and being able to give not cocky not arrogant but genuinely thankful I I think I speak for most people when you're in a position to give it makes you feel better than the person you're helping you get ten times more in return than whatever you give someone else it is a privilege to give absolutely what kind of a look does this give the university's whether legally they get sued and win in court or even fight this in court you've got students who are already complaining in America about overwhelming student loan debts you've now ask them because of the virus to leave in the interest of public health and you're fighting with them about whether or not they're going to get the money back you're not talking about a university that's hurting for money I know it is you you are the A. S. U. but you are talking about burning a bridge with students even if they end up staying at your university there is a bad taste when everybody is being inconvenienced displaced and sometimes losing everything that you're going to hold back a couple of thousand dollars that is going to be meaningless long term to the university but could be life saving or at least financially lifesaving to the people involved I can't imagine this is gonna end any other way than universities doing something Monica Lindstrom Lindstrom protects you from a legal point of view how this ends up playing out ultimately I think we will see the university's giving credit to students that return in the fall and refunds to those that graduate or do not returned and that's the way it should be if you're gonna be back in the fall it credit you if you're not going to be back in the fall you get your money back it's just the right way to do business business owners a let's go with restaurant in the in the service industry the restaurant business a business owner will tell you a restaurateur will tell you if someone likes your restaurant they will tell a couple of their friends if they dislike your restaurant if they have a bad experience they will plaster that all over the place and what's it worth to you to satisfy a disgruntled customer there are obviously some people you will never please but that's the exception not the rule everyone of us myself included have that interaction with people that didn't go well whether it's in some form of a service that hasn't been provided that was promised the ones that handle it the right way are always the ones that get your business and you become an advocate for them it's easy when things are easy it's another thing when Hey this went sideways but listen to what they did they did this for me the day will always advocate for you saying you know what mistakes happen but they went above and beyond to correct the mistake you've got the very wealthy land grant universities in Arizona arguing with students about room and board when the students aren't living there anymore they've asked them slash told them to leave I have a lot of respect for many of the people I don't have an axe to grind with the board of regents were specifically with the individual universities at all matter of fact there are many people I respected universities the optics of this are so bad that hopefully sooner rather than later they will do something even if it's a sacrifice for the schools everyone is sacrificing business owners that are in danger of losing everything are still mindful that they have employees that need to be cared for and they're going out of their way to save their employees while they are trying to save themselves that's what working together is in a moment we talk about a Fenix PD commander killed in the line of duty two other officers injured and how you can help it's coming up in a few moments believe it or not this great weather we're having is not going to last very long as a matter of fact it's normally over by now we are going to see it become extremely hot extremely soon there is a company called cool touch AC and plumbing now I am a customer they were just at my home and I'm telling you what they did in my home changed my entire home my AC wasn't balanced right it wasn't installed properly I had a great system it just was installed improperly and they changed it in a matter of a few hours where it is absolutely perfect they have something called their super sixteen right now your chance to get a sixteen seer system in your home at a dramatically discounted price with a two year test drive if for any reason in the two year period you don't want it you don't like it they'll remove.

"K. A. U. fourth mail you need to eat like this you need to eat like this we shall discuss the Browns trying to clean up their dysfunction as well hiring Kevin's to fans ski as their next head coach can this work will discuss Pete Carroll punting at the end of yesterday's game had it coming back to bite the Seahawks the Niners rolling through the Vikings on Saturday will mark Jackson and questions about him in the post season now and the Titans trying to reach the Super Bowl for the first time since nineteen ninety nine two years or twenty years rather since the music city miracle lifted them as part of their postseason run into their only Super Bowl after they moved it from Houston can they do it again all that coming up plus we are starting to to our news this morning here on the D. A. show I am sure there's plenty of you then want to weigh in on so much that happened this weekend across the NFL landscape and so let's go because we've also got tonight the national championship game in New Orleans LSU in question it's all on the table this morning on the dock morning mother ship eight five five two one two for CBS that's eight five five two one two four two two seven or you can hit us up on Twitter hit me D. A. on CBS but we'll begin yesterday you with what should be now known as the ambush there is the come back in nineteen ninety two January of nineteen ninety three a Houston football team had a thirty five to three lead to begin the third quarter the ultimately ended up losing that game that would the Frank right game quote unquote the come back when the Oilers gag that all the way in the bills would move on to the divisional round in route to a nother Superbowl appearance yesterday at the Houston Texans are the twenty four point lead and every thing was going Houston's way blocked punt for a touchdown wide open broken coverage down field for a bomb a touchdown a botched fumbled points setting up yet another short field from Tyree kill all on and on and on and on it went the chiefs could not get out of the roadway and the Houston Texans capped capitalizing twenty for nothing what for it's twenty one nothing and I'm saying to myself after the Texans got it back Patrick homes is good but twenty eight nothing I'm thinking to myself gosh there's only about one quarter back in one no offense they even down for three or four touchdowns you'd say okay you really hard but not impossible and it would be Candace Eddie it would be Patrick holds I mean honestly I was thinking to myself at that point in time this is a twenty one point lead ultimately twenty four point lead and I'm saying is there any wide receiver quarterback coach offense scheme but you would say well it's not over react outside a Kansas city there maybe the saints maybe the saints but I don't know if you could expect that type of production from drew Brees in that bunch at this point in his career maybe the rams at their best recently the last couple of years but again are you trusting Jared Goff to come back from three touchdowns in the playoffs I don't know I don't know if there is another quarterback that you might say well they're still not out of it at twenty four nothing and then the rains came and then the rains came and then everything that Patrick my homes dated was all that next level valedictorian nine sep quarterback type of mind every throwaway every read every play call and just the rhythm the momentum and a lot of this is Andy Reid no doubt about it but my whole news is just at this next level of execution it is virtually impossible to replicate I've said this before I'll say it again he is the closest thing we have ever seen to Dan Marino at his absolute apex which is eighty four eighty five eighty six there's a handful of years there were Dan Marino's playing the quarterback position unlike anybody to ever played in putting it at the next level Peyton manning did this from his read today's cerebral nature and his understanding of an offense in his execution but I don't know if even Peyton manning's apex was quite what we're seeing from homes where it just feels so effortless you there's something about Peyton manning the fella who is always a lot of work everything was practiced and worked and memorization and small holes just feels it I mean he's throwing sidearm passes through a window about six inches and when the storm came the Texans had no ability to stop it and after twenty four nothing the chiefs would scored the Texans I'm laughing because this is the dumbest back ever and I say dumb because it's impossible to believe after twenty four nothing the chiefs out score the Texans fifty one to seven he scored touchdowns on seventh street drives touchdown didn't just score the score touchdowns on seven Sri drawings they outscored the Texans fifty one to seven I felt bad for Romeo Cornell I feel bad is it is poorly old guy you're embarrassing right now he's got no answer so let's run it back twenty one nothing and the Houston Texans decide on fourth and one all the time now they were gonna go for it apparently bill o'brien thought it was a first down pulled back and said let's just take the three the kick the field goal it's twenty one nothing that makes it twenty four nothing Schieffer on their heels after that it twenty four seven the Texans get it back and then on fourth and four decide to run the fake punt that gets snuffed out give the chiefs the short field they convert to make it twenty four for teen at that point all the momentum had totally shifted at twenty one nothing with four thing short it is all Texans in you can't believe what you're seeing at twenty four fourteen it feels like yep the chiefs are gonna win this football game so here the decision by bill o'brien to not be aggressive on fourth and one in kick the field goal but be aggressive on fourth and four and get the fake punt snuffed out did bill o'brien help gaggle way this game for Houston it is where we began your cold open I was thinking about challenging the spot because I felt like I had a first down so and.

"But one body has been recovered so we knew unfortunately and even the authorities are telling us that was much hope even at the very beginning because the fire was so spread so quickly engulfed the boat so enormously at such a rapid pace that those people that were under the deck in the sleeping quarters had no chance whatsoever of getting out. and the only hope is that they ended up hopefully not dying of birds burning to death. and it but I have to tell you I I don't know because it takes awhile to come in it's S. A. X. sixty eight it or fire normally does that this thing move so quickly that wow I I don't wanna vision at this is just so horrible. but anyway I it's it it's it's in recovery help going to recover it very quickly the rescue ended very quickly because they knew there was no chance so all but one of the victims have been recovered and now they're just looking for the last one any investigation of what happened how it all started although I have no way well you know maybe it'll be the surviving crew members that'll give some idea of where it started how it started because looking at the boat itself they're gonna get much information that's for sure this thing Burke literally to the water line. and in a sock and it's submerged in they said it's unstable so what's left of it they really can't even get to you or get that right now because they're afraid of him you know what it's that part will crumble. well I guess it's just the start of a new era now the L. A. U. S. T. has moved to have to lock drowned drills per year. case with us no we're saying the phrase is a sign of the times.
