"Dot org. But don't do like I did do the complete thing over the left hand side. There's a history and everything else you have to do. I did part of it. I thought it was done. But I wasn't. Well, she and I think you know, with that email that came out of the end of last week. The whole this We were the first state in the country to do an online registration system, so it is a little bit of a work. In progress, so there is a two step process. When you register online you go in you put in your basic information, and then you get an email or a text with a confirmation number and you have to go back into your registry and complete all of the information. And I think a lot of people didn't really realize that it first and you're not so you your education has to be complete before you're eligible for the vaccine. But new give vaccine or do get registered. Do get registered. And if it's your turn, go get your vaccination. It's gonna be a Tuesday two step process, But get the first one. You know, I I have no idea where we stand. Honestly, right now with the ones in the two Should everybody get a one before everybody gets to two and all that kind of stuff. You know, that's up to people much smarter than me. All right. I had a call when you first jumped on here by a gentleman gentleman called said he's been trying to get in touch with your agency for a year. I didn't ask him what his problem was. Is Eric, do you guys have phone numbers? Is there one central person that they can call this guy? Call you really listening right now? Give him a number. He can call right and reach a person. Absolutely, um, you know, at our agency, the aging and Disability Resource Center we We tend not to have the crazy hold times that you get when you try to call the Department of Health, but we are experiencing a really high volume of calls. Due to the assistance we're giving well, he said. Sometimes you might have to wait for 20 minutes to a half an hour before you get to a person. Generally speaking, I can tell you that More. The first thing in the morning is best right now. I just looked at the pew and I can tell you that the whole time if you call that 804 32080 number is about eight minutes. That's not so bad. And so if this guy was calling about something else can he call that 800 number and talk? Absolutely you, dude. Call 804 32 2084 32 2080 got an eight minute hold right now you'll talk to real prison. All right. Medicare, Medicare, Medicare. Medicare is still everything on the morning television all the cable stations. Is wall to wall Medicare, driving me crazy. I love Joe Nemeth for Broadway. Joe. Go away. So where are we with that? Well, that's gonna end at the end of March. Ok? Luckily and but it'll start back up again. Um, the reason that you're still seeing all those Medicare commercials is because right now, We're in the general enrollment period for Medicare. So every year from January until the end of March. That's the it's called the General enrollment period. That's from people who Declined Medicare when they were first eligible. Say you turn 65. You thought you didn't eat it or you couldn't afford the premium and you declined. It now's when you can apply. If you've decided that it's a good idea, after all. Now, it is very think that is very complex and very difficult. Is there anybody in the state to talk to about that problem? There sure is. You're gonna end up talking to me most likely and you reach me by calling the 80 RC at that one magic number 804 322080, Chris, Winter around. Give me Chris. Well, you just tell people that you need some help getting enrolled in Medicare and they'll just send you right to me. Um You. The important thing. There's a couple important things about the general enrollment period. First of all you have to apply before March 31st because the general enrollment period closes on March 30% You have to wait till 2022 So it's very important and time sensitive. Um There are Medicaid programs. That might be able to help with the Medicare premiums and the Medicare penalties. Because if you didn't sign up for Medicare when you were first eligible You are going to be assessed penalties, But there are programs that can help with that. And if you give us a call at the A T R C the at aging a long term services, I'll be able Tol figure out You know how we can get this to work for you? So that's what important thing about Medicare and then the second thing is that same time period beginning of January to the end of March is the And roll that period for Medicare advantage plan. So Until March. 31st if you have an advantage plan You can change to a different advantage plan or you can go back to original Medicare. Um and we were just talking before we went live. Even people who just signed up Medicare and managed by on or who changed their Medicare advantage plan during open enrollment in the fall. Um A lot of times what happens Well, a lot of times What happens occasionally is that people change during open enrollment. To a different from one Medicare advantage plan to a different one. And then maybe they discover that it doesn't work for them as well as they thought it was going to. For one reason or another there, doctor, a doctor they have that they want to see isn't in the network. They're taking a medication that the plan doesn't cover very well. And for whatever reason, the plan that they thought was going to get him through 2021 just isn't working out. It ain't working for you so you can change right now. Right now. You can change. You can change right now. But Again on Lee until March, 31st. And that's why Joe Nemeth is still on the TV trying E. I love Joe. But come on s O u got six weeks until the all that is up. All right To recap in here Chris Winter.

"Legal scholars say that does not come close to the legal standard of inciting violence. Well, of course, you played a clip for Senator Paul in which he said, We need to fight like hell to preserve our democracy, and that rally stands in context. But in this plant, he talked about peacefully and patriotic Lee going to the capital, right, so he incited people to go fight like hell. Then, he said. Something different, And then, as they were attacking the capital, he had a chance right as the insurrection was beginning to tell them to stand down. I was in the Senate chamber. Literally as those writers were outside our doors. Well, we were being locked down in the Senate chamber. Instead of sending out a tweet, saying that everybody should leave the capital. President Trump sent out a tweet attacking Mike Pence the very person that those writers were there to hang. And so even as the riot was a Hurrying. The president had a chance to turn it around, and instead he incited it, knowing what was happening at the capital, so I think the case is absolutely clear, both in that rally at the White House end during the riot itself, the president was taking steps to make it worse. Not better. And there is, of course, reporting from inside the White House that suggests the president was slow walking the response because he was very happy with what was happening over at the A. T United States Capitol, So I think once all that evidence is put on, there'll be no chill. Respective convict Senator Rand. Paul also brings up the question of being consistent if you're going to get sanction political speech, and he notices, he noted. Ah statement made by Congresswoman Maxine Waters back in 2018 when there was a furor over family separation. Take a look at this. And if you see anybody from that cabinet.

"And in no time have it delivered directly to you. Over the past year is our nation and the whole world has grappled with the covert 19 pandemic. Those of us lucky enough to have the technology. I've spent an extraordinary amount of time online. And in front of screens of various kinds. And here's a bit of an aside. I don't know about you. But I think I've directed some of my angst over the last year. Into retail therapy. It was online advertisers are tricky. I've been part of conversations among loved ones and with the staff of my congregation. Talking about how sick we all are of connecting Be a technology. Screen fatigue is real. I've also been aware of what a gift that technology is. Imagine what it would be like if we couldn't see one another at all for a year or more. Imagine life if we couldn't search one another out in this way. Imagine next what it would be like to be able to search God out in this way. Search engine to find God. We could set up an algorithm that like most of our social media platforms, Filters out all the voices we don't want to receive. Focuses on Lee on the voices of God. We could make sure that idols were banned from our feed. And maybe we could get an app that would allow us to order up what we needed from God and then get contact lists delivery. Even in this fantasy, we know it would be difficult for these searches to be free from tampering. How would we know that we were receiving God's voice and not a Bott? So easy, so easy to get lured, hooked. And distracted by nefarious voices. And all of us in one form or fashion. End up at the Beck and call of idols. At least there is a tried and true way to identify when we're worshiping an idol. And that is when that idol or false God lets us down. Oh, how we are for second by are false gods. All those possessions haven't given us the sense of self worth that we crave that great physique. We've been so obsessive about and paid for each month by direct deposit to the fitness club. Hasn't brought us any closer to believing we can truly be loved. The job that has claimed our loyalty all these years has ultimately failed to sustain a deep sense of identity. Your meaning? Our political leaders and allegiances and even the most precious relationships. Have failed to provide everything we need. Because gasp! People are human. And therefore fallible. And finite. And our idolatrous images of God as a being made in our image. Bowing to our puny vision functioning as a divine A. T. M. That God will let us down every time. In our search for meaning and happiness. Perhaps we have learned that the false gods whose calls we answer all the time. Do not provide healing for the deepest losses and Brokenness in our lives. Those idols. Even the most juicy escapism types. Will not set us free from what truly holds US hostage. For those frustrated by their seemingly failed search. Escape goat is often Who do you think? God. And the refrain hasn't changed across the ages. Is the same as we hear in the profits words today. My way is hidden from the Lord and my right is disregarded by my God. In other words, God isn't taking care of me. God blows me off. God isn't doing what God should do. Because you see God cannot be purchased and delivered in tidy packages with a next day delivery guarantee. God is not available in my way right away Fashion. These days. We do not want to wait. We want what we want when we want it. We don't want to hear that. God's wisdom is Unser chewable. Come on, Everything is searchable. Just Google it In our gospel lesson. Simon comes to Jesus and tells him Everyone is searching for you. And it remains to be the case today. Of course not. Every person will name Jesus as who or what they are looking for. But I believe that as human beings, just like those who pressed against the door where Jesus was in our gospel I believe we all search for something that will heal us that will strengthen us. It will make us more free as individuals and as a human family. We search for better life for more life. Peaceful life fulfilled life, a life in which we can Pay our bills. In which we can trust ourselves. In which we will feel better look better live better. We search for a better world. World in which we don't have to worry every day about the safety of our loved ones. World in which the concerns of the impoverished, disenfranchised and oppressed are the drivers of our political and religious agendas instead of shareholder returns and corporate bottom lines. A world in which we don't have to wonder each day whether there will be enough sanity around to keep us from destroying the planet. We search for a person with whom we can share our lives in our hearts. We search for a cure. For our diseases. We search for.

"Are you, dear? I'm good. I'm good. I just caught me off guard. I was, but I just wanted to tell you how I enjoy your program, and in the morning when you play that music, I thought, Well, why did he do that? Chris along and I said, Well, let's turn it into a positive. So I do my exercises. I do some aerobics. Do you? Yeah. How old are you? I'm 67 67 you do your aerobics like, do you watch something on TV and do him already? Just trying? You know, just when you're on and just, you know, getting up in them. In my robots, then I gotta I gotta go to the gym and work out. Oh, you do your aerobics before you go to the gym. Well, just for that short time that you've got that little little Gospel music going. Oh, during. Oh, during the morning, Okay. All right. Okay. I like that. I like where you go with it. And how long do you do your aerobics? Not long not long enough I've got was I moved here from Michigan and I didn't some way. I've got a I gotta get back in shape. Are you single? I'm divorced. Okay with you. Yeah. You got to get in that you got to get, you know, ready for the market. E moved here to be near my son, and we're real close to His law enforcement. Are you trying to date? I'd like to, But I haven't since my divorce. I only go to church. You know, Where's the 67? Year old gonna find somebody? I have an answer for you. We have a show sponsor. It's called I never There were dating sites that always wanted to sponsor the show, and I didn't I don't want to. I don't want a show sponsored that I wouldn't personally actually want you to use. But after years of saying no, I wouldn't do it. I was contacted By a company. It's called new Mates in the U. M A. T e new mate dot com And they said, Listen, we know you don't do dating sites and we are a dating site. But for older people, and it's not. It's not like the swipe sites where it's like. Do you think I'm hot? Here's my, You know, semi nude pictures. It's for folks in your situation who are single. But you've got a lot of life left at 67. They wanna meet somebody nice. So they even created a group on the site. For people who are listeners, and that might sound silly at first, But if you think about it, what's the number? One thing you don't want in the person you're dating that you find out down the road. They don't share your values. If you listen to our show, you said your son's law enforcement. You're probably going to be happiest with somebody that's not a former prison inmate or a thief, or you know what I mean. You're probably gonna find when you find that right person. They're probably going to be the divorced or widowed father of law enforcement school teacher of firefighter. There's just certain values. Yeah, I'm I'm I'm a retired probation, parole officer. Or you really inmate inmate wouldn't work. Yeah. Yeah, I was. I was with Department of Corrections and State of Michigan for 32 years. Oh, my goodness. I'm going to get your clothes because he you know, he followed in my footsteps. I'm going to get your number when we hang up. And are your email would even be better. And I'm gonna put you with small. He's the guy who owns a new mate dot com and I'm gonna ask him to do it all to set you up. And I want you to report back because if you find a mate out of this, whether you get married or not, I don't care. But if you find somebody that you enjoy going to the movies with or having dinner with and it works out, then I want to report back to people. Oh, my goodness. It's just like my lucky day. Yeah. Yeah, And it's gonna be some guy's lucky day. Because you're gonna find a nice lady. He would have never expected to find such a nice lady. On the market. You'll have great stories because he'll be from Texas and you will have come here from Michigan. And I think what makes us different. Gives us more things to talk about. Yeah, you'll be able to say Oh, well in Michigan is gonna flip his lid. If he's listening, because it's like he doesn't want me to date, you know? Well, no, It's not that Beverly. I guarantee it's not that he wants you to be happy. He's protective. If he's a cop cups my brothers this way. They're very, very protective. He doesn't want somebody to hurt you. And I don't mean physically. He doesn't want somebody to break your heart or Or whatever else Oh, you're so sweet. Well, but that's his type, Right? That's what cops are. People don't really I don't like when people speak ill of cops because my brother's a cop and I had family members. Other family members were cops and I got a lot of friends of the cops. And cops are sheepdogs, their protectors sometimes overly so, but they are people. That should be cops. They're they're born to be cops. This is my brother. "Computer glitch, and it caused a big back up of people who were lining up to get the vaccine. So the mayor of the town of Mount Pleasant came up with a pretty innovative idea to fix his gigantic line problem. He went and sought help from an expert. He found the local chick fil a manager Jerry Wachovia, Jack and solicited his help he says he wanted. He needed the guy to help him bring his quote, professional drive through experience to help speed things along that sure enough, Jerry shows up and boy he whips these lines into order and you see what he's up to. He's he's doing a great job. He's got all the cars lined up the way they need to be to get in through. He's making sure to check in on every window toe Sure that everybody has their paperwork ready to go ready to hand to the people. We're doing the vaccines, so that way they can Boom, Boom boom! Just get everybody right through this line as quick as possible. He saved the day. It's one of my favorite stories of the week that Chick fil A is not just for great chicken. It also helps speed through speed people through vaccine lines. They needed a logistics expert they brought in the they brought in the real expert, the big guns. I love this. I think that's hilarious. That would be a perfect job for me. These are the people who don't have their paperwork ready After sitting in line, you're waiting and waiting and waiting, and they're sitting in line and then they get up there and they're like I need your paper is like, Oh, okay. Hold on. Those were the same people who were in a drive up A T. M. And when they get when they get up to the A. T. M is when they reach over to go find their car. You could see the guys try to get up off the seat to try to get the wallet out of the back. And they got, like, really. What were you doing? We didn't mind. How come the card is not in your hand, ready to go, and then he drops it between the state and the console. Yeah, You seem like he's like digging. He's last hole fit. Yes. Yes, That's why I could never work in any kind of customer service because I just I couldn't. I couldn't do it. It's amazing like him who can because we need them. It's amazing and by the way is like one of the only times I get to see good press for Chick fil A. That's like a point like they're always Chick fil A's always under attack. All they do is produce a great chicken sandwich and then closed on Sundays so that people could go to church if they like like and so it's like a perfectly wholesome company. Is there the happiest fast food workers I've ever met? Like It's like we go in every single one of them across the country, and I've been to a lot of them across the country. It's all the same. They're all really nice. There are really efficient. They were great, and they get all they do is get constantly murdered by the media. One political causes to use apart or Europe woke enough. How come we don't support kneeling for the national anthem? Or whatever, Whatever the cause of the moment is there like constantly being slag. So some good news about Chick fil A finally breaks through there helping people get vaccinated. Very nice. That is a really nice story. I appreciate that. Thank you. 7 49 w e mail. And its Intel, which you know in the long run. Intel's not not gonna be Around much longer for Max. You know they they're all moving to the apple Silicon. Rumor is on the Mac Pro That Apple and it'll be probably I don't know if it'll be this year. Maybe 2022. But Apple will do New Mac pros based on its own chips. The apple silicon They will be. Very interesting chips. I'm gonna predict. Maybe as much as 64 cores. They'll be big sane these these chips, But the rumors interesting. Apple recognizing that a lot of pros we talk to somebody last week who you know, uses. You know they they're all moving to the apple silicon, but rumor is on the Mac Pro That Apple and it'll be probably I don't know if it'll be this year. Audio editing software that requires that candy morning we won't even work on Big Sur requires the previous version of Mac OS 10 and will not work on anything but Intel. And you know for that person If you're using pro tools, you pretty much wanna Intel Mac Pro and you want to keep running that for some time so apple, the rumor is will make him Mac pro running on Intel. But it will also make a Mac pro with his new apple silicon ship. But it will be as half the size. It will be many me. Because These chips are so efficient they don't need is the power supplies. The cooling everything is simpler. Um, you could run a little and I would love a little cute little That the beautiful Mac pros, It looks like cheese greatest giant. She's giant. She's graters, and they're really expensive. But they're beautiful. I could I don't need one. I didn't buy one, obviously, but I might buy a little many one acute half size to answer your question Might be. You're kind of stuck because none of this is gonna happen to late this year at the earliest. So now the question is, what do you get? Do you want to get I would not get if you need it for me that the power of a Mac pro would not get one of the current and one Macintoshes. Those air really, fairly low end. I mean, I love it. It's fast. Some respects faster than the high end Mac pros. But I would say, probably in May, or maybe even sooner. Maybe even as early as March, Apple will release even faster ones higher and Mac books and even there's a rumor. A redesigned I Max sometime in the first half of this year. So Wait is long as you can, I guess. It depends what you need to do, it said. There's a tough one. If you if you're desperate. Now that's a tough one. 88 88 asked Leah John's on the line from Nashville, Tennessee. Hello, John. Hello. History was New York. Oh, you have 80 S C r. You're one of the markets where Nationals. "Certainly wasps on this one big offensive weekend for four chord and central. Was it not? I mean, it was a really a nexpo sieve weekend for them this weekend. Yeah, 160 points in two games so heavy that way about their average because they hadn't been scoring very well early on in the season and covert obviously played a factor Panthers throughout the year, but I think they're starting to get their rhythm. Offensively. I mentioned Tyler festive last night had 23 points and save them. He tied the school record tonight with 40 points in the Panthers law, so he's only a sophomore coaching 60 in this kid is quick. He's athletic. He's got a bounce in his step, and he was any Shot he put up tonight. He truly looked like he believed it was going in, which is obviously one of the elements you have to have. So I mean, 24 in the first half and six run the second and he had a chance to tie the game late, but he missed the shot around. The defender of the tough shot is about an eight footer in the lane. He just couldn't get it to go on. That would have Right from the school record that he made that so he had a great game tonight and other guys for the Panthers. Jagger holding with 11 and Anthony Martin with 13 0 N. Shireman played pretty good defense off the bench with eight. He made a couple of threes in the fourth, so There. There's some building going on, but also some growing pains with being a young team as well. And that's what the Panthers they're still dealing with as they go through the season here, according central Losing, Ah 88 84 match up to Charles Stan. W Que ellos David Deaton on the coal of that game, David. Thank you so much. Well done, and congratulations to those young men for their accomplishments tonight. Best of luck to them next time out. David have a great weekend. Thanks for the call. Thanks. You too, Coach. You and Greg have a good show Tomorrow We will try our best. Thank you very much. The Hall of Famer. The Legend from W B. A T. In marrying Jim Brunner joins us. Marrying over Luis Cast tonight. 89 47, Jim. Thanks So much for the call. How are your giants playing right now? Well, I'm not sure you realize this, but Coach Blackman has not been with the ball club. All we know and not feeling the best in jail in the set out the whole weekend with a wrist injury, So they went in. They went into CASS and John Kitchell night. Talk for about 25 minutes for the game. They've been waiting at Lewis CASS, says 1978 in the double overtime loss to marry into paybacks. Think of that. It was a toy to that's over 40 years. They're waiting for payback for marrying and coach Blackman's not their jailers out there they finally got They think they got the Giants and Million plays their best game of the year wins by 22 tonight, So I know amazing self. We take it seriously here in Indiana A and I'm glad we do so the giant sound like they're they're able to knock down some shots tonight. Well, and what's really important about this now? When Jalen comes black next week, the Giants have a double dip with longer supported Northrop. Now he'll have a lot more confidence, and the players don't have a lot more confidence in him. And I think this is starting to line up just like last year when the Giants peaked at the right time and won the sectionals, so I know that Lafayette, Jess got a long trip to make the marrying three times. They want to win that sectional. So we played them last time. That was a heck of a ball game. Yeah, Yeah. Hey, By the way, I do need to mention I did maybe one of the best college games I've done in years earlier today, Indiana Westley and knocking off marrying 89 82. Got a feel for Scott headed this basketball team. Bobby is five and four in the league. Renee found out today that the any I D one is going to drop the number of teams in the tournament before down the 48 starting to get a little nervous right now. Right. Had anyone asked me ahead of time I would have Would have cautioned all of you on getting excited about 11 division in the end, I They did that once and got away from it for a reason. Just caution everybody to remember their history. Right and real quickly. I'll tell you this, You know, I've done crossroads like basketball forever. This is the most talent I have seen in this league. You know your true Steve Alford son in there Now Coaching and Huntington doing a great job. People lost the first game of the year and the conference that Indiana Westley and hasn't lost since Scott head He's got a loaded lineup. "Another way to let you go on my father in love with a good break My heart My fabulous valentine in the mornings. 5 48 Friday, January 22nd Good morning. Good morning. That person in Maryland hasn't stepped forward with their money and have a bright Not that I know of. Yeah, you got to, like, Get your team in place. You know what I mean? That's what they always say. So unless you're just a person of little Intelligence and you just go Only carp I want may over hear 800 million whatever dollars. It's me. I was the one You don't want to that. Now we get a team together tax people, lawyers, all that stuff and then I don't know if Maryland's one of these states where you have to come forward and give your name like in California, as I understand it, you have to come forward and give your name and stuff and give to pose for a picture here. I think you do because I've seen pictures of people, but they're basically hiding their face and it's only their eyes. All really so they could take the giant check and put it like right up to their eyes. Pretty much can they were hat I think so. Like him and have his cubs out on for sure. In a math and a mask. Yeah, my cove in masks and I'd wear like my plastic covert massacres down over my mask, You know, And I, uh Let my beard grow for a year like a mountain man. Then I claimed God. I was so bad for the people like I'm sure it's happening and who it's happened to like that Bitcoin guy. He's going through hell with his money. He can't get it. He's resolved himself to saying All right, I'm not gonna get this 200 Million bucks is locked up. I could never get it. Whatever. But how about the people that you know you find the lottery ticket and had to happen to somebody right had happen. Somebody you find it and you realize it was a big lottery ticket winner or something like that. And it's past the 180 days and you can't claim it. You think that's happened next having somebody not regularly, But I'm sure it's happening somebody and it may not have been the $800 million jackpot or something like that. But I'm sure somebody's lost hundreds of thousands of dollars out there if you know about texting at 31 of 43. Somebody's lost some money because they didn't check it. I don't wanna be that person. Yeah, I don't either. If I found an old ticket and it has expired, and I wasn't sure if it was could have been a winning ticket gone don't even want to know I do the same thing and I have lots of tickets that end up sitting around for some reason. I just don't check on a regular basis because I always want to win the big money. I apparently don't care about 50 bucks or something so stupid. Do you buy tickets all like regularly? I'd say I pride buy a lottery ticket, you know? Once a month, maybe, or once every couple of months. So like that, not not in a weekly basis or anything, But if I see something get up like 30 40 million bucks my mind I could use 30 49 months and I hop on that. You know, I might have a problem now they think about it, you know? And so they sit around at the housekeeper there shoved in my wallet. And sometimes I also used the app that the lottery has you can check them. Them, like one of the act didn't work it day. You know what if it just wasn't entirely perfect? So then I go online and physically check him so stupid or using one of the store the gas station, something you put under there and scan it. If it's a winner. I collect my money right away. But if it's a loser some days ago, what if this machine wasn't working? It's a computer would have a guest wrong or something. Identify, finally decided don't need to take it any more than I rip it to shreds. Just in case I messed up. I don't want somebody else winning my money a lot. It's a lot of stuff. That's why have tickets all over the place. There was a story I said the other day, this woman in Canada one like $60 million in their lottery. We've been playing for 20 years. She was playing the same numbers that came to her husband in a dream. Wow. And after 20 years of doing that, it finally paid off for Wow Guide the liquor store the other night where I get my tickets, he told me believe this one or not. He goes, Are you in a place in numbers that you picked? You know, I just two quick fix because why not play your favorite numbers? I go. There's a problem. You play your favorite numbers. You gotta play them every single time. Because the day that you don't claim is the day they come in, and that's that's too much. I can't do that, you know, and he goes. I had a buddy that played his numbers him and his father played the exact same numbers for years, he told his wife one time to go down to the market play those numbers. She didn't and those numbers came in. He's proven your point. Right? Yeah, but I said, is that true? And he goes, Yes. And he was so mad at his wife. I'm like, really for big money. Yep. And I didn't hear about this in the news or something like that. And what happened to his wife? He killed her. I'm gonna step out now, sir, This is getting off the way it is any of this true now I'm asking, you know, that was true. Yeah, that was. Yeah, that was all true. Maybe I was a new guy. The market. I don't see that often that a liquor store Mm. Mm. Wonder what's up with that? But I doubt somebody killed her wife over that, right. You hear about that being the news that a lot of that story know that story's all legit that stories are 100% legit? It was a new guy, the liquor store. So you have a regular liquor store? Well, yeah, for a lottery tickets, Okay. He should He sells three cigars too. And stuff like that or something. Okay, Got you. Well, it's right next to the A. T. M and Albert is you don't talk about Joe. That one. I know exactly the place and the old guys in there all the time. I've never gone in or walk by, but you know exactly the place. Here's.

"This is the money matters show And this is being Greenberg and I've got Stephanie for filling Greenberg and they've sure with all with me. I appreciate your listening so little we capture the markets were down a little bit this week. First time I know when it's in a couple of months, but for the month was still up a little bit about a half a percent for the month. But the big question is where do we go from here? Okay. Where do we go from here? Well. We just got hit with Ah, propose. Another $1.9 trillion Covert bill with a lot of things in and I might not be covert, but that's gonna happen. All right. We just we spent two chilling in a march and 900 billion called a Trillion, so that's 2345 almost 4.5 to $5 Trillion we spent. The question isn't where we pay for it. The markets and nervous we got to see it. But here's the thing we'll go to have Pullbacks. Gonna have 3% 5%. Maybe even the 10% pullback. The liquidity that's on the sidelines, meaning money cash that wants to buy coming in from the full one K plans coming in from retirement plans, but not just here around the world, the liquidity with the stimulus plans that are coming in. I believe that these there's no matter what happens. I'm going to come in. They're going to buy the shorts are gonna have to cover The money is going to flow up and you're gonna see money pour in to the mutual funds and every place else. We have a backstop. We have the Fed that keeping us our rage low. We have the government that's willing to step up. And and by, uh and tell the Fed by increased their balance sheets. We do not want a recession. We know this is not the people's fault with Colbert. So the government's going to do everything and I'm gonna throw money at it. We do need to have a plan on how we get out of this debt. But right now they're going to throw money. So think about this. It's not just the United States of America's economy. Let's see every economy in the world. Joe Biden is a globalist. We're going from being a protectionist toe a globalist mindset, which means the world and this is why Wall Street wanted Biden. They wanted to go back to the Obama global type of ideals where we're doing business with. Everybody doesn't benefit America that much, but it benefits These big national companies, but benefits Ah Wall Street. They threw money on it because they know the deals that they can make worldwide. The stimulus is going to be world wide. That means history repeats itself. The roaring twenties will come. It will not surprise me. Not surprised me to see us somewhere before we're out of the twenties here. Be close to 100,000, okay? Sounds crazy, right? I told you we'd be a 30,000. If Trump stayed in medium and have to stay in. We still got to 30,000. We're going to go up. 10% gives us too Already 3020% gets us the 36 You compound this in three years we're gonna be over. 40,000 just had a normal 7 12% type of return. If we have those, and you say that's crazy. You realize how Fast the markets could move. But remember, they could go in either direction. Why do I think there's a backstop? Because the stimulus? Why do I think there's a backstop? Because the feds going to keep just rates low at least through this year? Maybe next. Why do I think there's a backstop is because they're going to let inflation come back more than 2%. Why do I think there's a back? Stop it because it's a global situation. Look for your opportunities When the markets get over, done overheated, takes the money and look for other things. They will come be patient. My boy. Enjoy it, because when this bubble pops What you're going to see. Is a deep deep recession. I don't think depression but then the scenario B. Inflation will go get going. You'll get run away. We're gonna have to raise rates. We won't raise him fast enough. The hottest economy that you're gonna have is going to slow down. And go to a screeching halt. If you don't think I'm telling you the truth, remember 2018. How fast of 20% drop we had when the Fed raised interest rates, Okay, so the bottom line is, Don't be afraid of declines right now embrace him. We're gonna be biased. Let it right up. If you need protection, we've got ah strategic protection model that could protect it to the downside on a buffa, you know, not sure exactly depends where the whole mix it, but The market's really fall hard you could lose, you know 10 12 15% with down 40 50%. But on the upside, you're gonna make probably 70 80% of what the market's doing The upside. It's a great plan. We can show it to you. If you are nervous about what's happening and interest rates have been on the rise. Banking stocks do better when interest rates rise in banking stocks at a multi year high this week last week And the raid on the 10 year Treasury has this is this is crazy. The rate on the 10 year Treasury has risen 20% this year. In just nine trading days is the first time I got over, 1% says. March this beautiful. This goes from 10.8. I understand it goes from 0.8 to 1. It's like who cares right? But that's 24 25%. What I think 1.1 on Friday. Yeah, I'm like that. So is that the beginning of the end? Probably not. But we are seeing rates edged higher. We've We've taken the step of moving all of our fixed income into short term fixed income, which has less Interest rate risk, and it has less downside risk. If there's a market pullback. The one risk that remains is that interest rates rise rather quickly, and we added some protection this week, there's an E T F that Goes the same two times as fast as interest rates higher. And so we added that a small position that that every one of our accounts so we're in there looking every every week. Every day and doing doing things we think are appropriate. The speculative Fervor in the market is Israel and it's alive and well, we see it every single day. Whether it be that, uh, the Bitcoin or Bitcoins an interesting one because I Just be careful with Bitcoin. I mean, there's three ways you can buy Bitcoin. You can go to the coin base. You can go to the A. T m on the corner now or you give Dave the money. He'll go Do the bed. The drop for you. Hey knows where it is. I know where that eight PM is First Avenue in Glen Z Market. There's probably others in town. I just I happen. Our client took Santa. He had put that one in, so he knew there was one there and I just had to see how work and it's absolutely amazing. It's like an A T. M and you take cash and yourself and you put cat I had to pretend I was buying $20 worth to get to the point where I could see what they were charging. I didn't buy any but I but I had to get help to get to that point. Um, because I only hear $20 gets about 52,000 about about I think the 52,000 get you $20 or something. Yeah, well, you the Bitcoin caused A week ago. Friday. It I think was $43,000 per coin, and the machine wanted $53,000 a rate of $53,000 buying $20 worth you getting 2053 thousands of Bitcoin But like a good deal to me, right, But you know there is there is a Bitcoin is slowly but steadily gaining more and more acceptance.
