He was headed home that morning, riding his bicycle through the town of Warwick, and he spots the UFO. And he thinks it's maybe Venus or a satellite at first, But then it starts moving and rotating, and he gets he gets pretty freaked out. So he starts paddling and paddling and he gets away from the scene. He doesn't want to be around this UFO. He thinks he puts it behind him. He thinks this is just a one off thing turns the corner and he encounters. What he describes as a 7 ft. Tall Humanoid, praying Mantis. Oh, boy, triangular head, he said it had big oval eyes have the features of a Mantis would have stood on two legged somehow had this human like shape about it. So, of course he is God's back by what he's seeing. On these two beings, Paul on the praying Mantis. They lock eyes. And he says he felt as if his fear was replaced with alien thoughts of utter hatred and evil for the human race. Fortunately, he was able to break free from this manual grip, and he escaped the scene unscathed. But he was nowhere for where I guess you could say after that is why this tourney asunder. Interesting story, though. Very, very creepy. Now, this next tale, George, Uh, sometimes I get these stories and I say to myself this one. She fell ill had some heart troubles went to the hospital a few days after she was admitted her daughter comes to visit her and she informed sadly that her mom has passed away from heart failure and he's given all the paperwork so it wasn't uh, No, there are guessing about this. She makes all the arrangements his memorial service for her dearly departed mother, and then they load the casket onto the conveyor belt to be sent into the cream mater. Injustice. That moment her daughter walks up to the casket to say her final goodbyes to her mother, and she sees Signs of life. She is still alive, so she alerts the workers at the crematorium. They pull the casket off of the conveyor belt seconds before was about to go into the incinerator. And save this woman from a truly nightmarish demise..

When the stock starts going up a lot. Normal levels of a lot 20% or so I mean their losses. Air staggering. You've got a stock that went up 1500% in a matter of a few days. Yeah, that is gonna rattle shake the rafters of a company like this, And then the situation becomes How are they going to be able to make it in survive? So I mean, there's a lot of moving parts here that air that I don't want to see your fascinating to watch because when this thing turns guys it's going to destroy some lives from the standpoint of people getting wiped out financially because they Didn't know what they were doing When they got in. They won't know what they're doing as they get out. And the other fear is Look when this stock is over, and the history is written on it three weeks from now or three months from now, we're gonna have another stock that somebody's going to start to push and they're going to call it the next game. Stop in. Here we go again, where we could see the exact same type of situation take place. That's what rock and I wanted to talk to you about. I mean, how many games stops air out there? There have to be a ton of them. There are again. This is a company who Wall Street says their stocks were 16 to $17 and its trading right now on after hours $319 a share. A M A. M. C, which owns you know the theaters and everything that you know people are flocking to their stocks are 54% today it $13 and 35 cents. So you look at this. Stop it. It just it's a reminder to everyone that Wall Street is not about logic. It's about emotion. And when you get emotion running rampant as we've seen It's one of the reasons that we're going down. Look yesterday morning, this game stop actually was trading premarket of $513 a share and I was I was asked on my radio in her interviews yesterday. They said Jay, will you use this stock today? And I said, Well, my students and I have it on our honored, you know chart, but it's gonna have to reach a certain point. I didn't say what that point watch, because I'm not going to do that. But the stock dropped big time yesterday, 60 some percent and we jumped all over it, and we made thousands of dollars. Writing that stock for a very short span of time. Now, people said gave you held that money longer. Goodness, you could make a whole lot more money. Now. If I could make three or 4 $5000 in five minutes, I'm going to do it because this type of stock with this activity could be halted at a given point. Where either the exchange or, you know the SEC steps in and says Look, We're just going to call a temporary time out here for a few days to give everybody a chance to reset and then open it up from there. I doubt that. That would happen, but that's the possibility. Which is why to me the longer your money's in the market. Regardless, the more that it's exposed to risk and especially if it is a G, M E or AMC stock, where you have so much volatility, and so much of that stock going up so There's gonna be a lot of lessons to be learned here is we move forward, and unfortunately, some of those they're not gonna be real pleasant lessons, but it's going to show people what Wall Street conduce. Some of these people never been around a stock that drops They think a lot of this stuff happens all the time. And that to me. I mean, people are saying this is an actual Amazon. Easy right now. "A secret you need to be in on. So I'm teaching the basics of braising today and how you can transform even the toughest cut of meat into a tender, succulent masterpiece, and there's really no recipe necessary. So braising is a method of cooking meat. Most usually you could do Fisher vegetables, but that's another story surrounded by a flavorful broth. So that the muscle the fiber off that meat becomes succulent and tender. Now I love what is called brown braising. The meat is browned before it is simmered in the liquid, and as it simmers in exchanges, flavor and the broth reduces, and it thickens slightly, and you get this really richly flavored, satisfying sauce as the meat breaks down to just ultimate beautiful tenderness. Now bracing is a technique found in almost every cuisine and the method and the cuts of meat don't very too much across borders. What changes is your choice of aromatic vegetables, The cooking liquid and the garnishes, so the toughest cuts of meat Become the most tender when they're braised, and it is all about choosing the cut, so I like the flavorful working parts of an animal that's usually legs, shoulders, ribs in a bird. It means thighs, legs and wings. These air the cuts that contain soft protein and fat, But they also have Mork connective tissue than the leaner cuts do, and that tissue contains college in Which you have to cook to about 200 F before it softens, And when you braise meat, the college in melts into gelatin, which based the meat, and it gives you that fork tender result. So now you know the definition of braising cooking That tough cut makes it not only tender, it makes it taste better because the longer you expose that meat to heat the more flavor you can produce, So it's going to take you a few hours to get really tender lamb shanks, but all the better for flavor, right? So here are my best tips for braising. There is really a bevy or a variety of pans or pots that you can use, but one will do, And that is a Dutch oven. You want to pick a pot that holds the meat snugly so that there isn't a lot of room around it. But when you're braising, you don't want extra space. So we fill it in with the aromatics and the vegetables and otherwise and the pan or pot should have highly. Fairly high sides, rather so it can hold the liquid. It's not completely submerged, but it is at least a third of the way covered from the bottom with liquid so a Dutch oven or a deep casserole works great. Now for flavor. Ultimately, you never want to rush. The Browning and Brown braces always start by searing the meat and fat till it's really golden brown on all sides and it is an essential step, so please don't skip it. You can brown on top of the stove or even in your favorite appliance Today. Technology is brilliant, but you want to make sure that you get that really gorgeous, golden caramelized exterior. I use medium high heat. And I let it go so that it gets deep caramel ization to make a richly flavored sauce. The high heat tends to burn. And for this, you have to take your time. The browning of Ah, big cut of meat like a roast will take about 20 minutes or so, but it will pay off a guarantee. Now, once they take the meat out of that Fear or saute pan. I like to add my flavor base, my onions, carrots and celery and all brown the aromatic vegetables as well. At this point, you can really go in any direction you like You put the big tough cut in your Dutch oven surrounded by your caramelized exterior vegetables, And then the field is wide open. Herbs, spices, Citrus mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, all excellent. And then you pick a liquid because it's the backbone of your final sauce. And it can be stock of any sort tomato sauce or a combination thereof. I like to add in red wine with most dark meets. You need to have enough liquid as I said to surround, but not submerge the meat at least the third of the way up. Go, usually a little more than that, and the liquid will reduce as you braise, and it concentrates that fabulous flavor now. I take my braces. Usually, uh, 2 350 degree oven as long as it's slowly simmering and I'll check it I like to braise uncovered because I find that the finished sauce is far more flavorful because it allows for better reduction. But I'll check it once in a while to make sure that it's not bubbling too big. If it's too active, turn the heat in the oven down and like I said at the start, this is really a brilliant what I call walk away recipe. Because the oven and this beautiful method of braising does all the work at the end of the day. Bracing is just cooking a tough cut of meat gently and liquid till it is transformed into this tender, succulent fall off the bone masterpiece, and it's Low and slow cook. If you're looking for my bonus recipe this week, it's short ribs braised in red wine, and it's my best recipe. It's meaty and long on flavor, and the secret to the sauce is reducing the wine. Scripture Second chronicles 7 14. That says if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways. Then I will hear from heaven and I will hear the heal their land. However. And this is my take on it. You can't just pull that promise from God out of context. And the entire chapter of Second Chronicles. Seven goes on to tell us that if you don't basically if you don't Changed direction. As a people and turned back to me and abandon your sinful ways.
