"Honestly, very unfortunate for town. Um, but I think it was Easter Sunday or day before after Easter. And you know, it really came out of nowhere. Jane. My brother and I was just at home playing cards. You know, all of a sudden we're starting to get take messages about yea, big A. J. Are you okay? No, we see the storm's coming away. You really want aware at the time? My parents, my mom. My dad were weren't at home, so we start to reach out to him and we weren't They weren't answered. And my dad was okay. But my mom, one of my cousins reached out to us. Hey, you know, we found your mom. You know you like is she okay? Well, we didn't know they were like she's okay. Well, what do you mean? She's okay? But she was like a mound down the road from my house in the tornado. One of the tornado. There was two of hit the spot that she was at. And, you know, unfortunately, like I think two people passed in that situation where she was at and so I thank God that she's still alive. But Very, very chaotic man. It was very unfortunate. Like I said, I think I had to see you made it through and made it out of love. Yeah, man, I see where you and your your brother A. J. They all say the food drives the help the town to after that tornado. Yeah, we, uh, you know, after seeing all the results that the tornado had B to the town It was one on my side of town in one of the other side of town. We just went we knew just in, you know, have to bring my parents my mom to the hospital that we wanted to help our community. You know, guys blessed us to be in a position. You know financially to help have a platform to him. So we knew the day that we want to get out and help people. You know, even if it was just picking up limbs out of there, yours or Setting up the food driving given necessity, you know, just so they could be better in a better situation, so Yeah, we definitely felt like that was a thing we needed to do. And we got it. Yeah, that's all summer. And I was watching the little Google on you and your brother, man, you guys seem to be really, really close, Especially when you guys were there. Ole miss together and he left and Any big Thanksgiving Day plans that you're going tohave, which your family's not going play against your brother on things. Given who's playing with the Texans. Any plans that you guys have? It will be crazy, man. We're super close. They're inseparable. Ah, you know, every practice every day, we know top it up on the phone. Every night, even if it's on a game or something, But the family has to come up with a, you know, bit of, um, you know, with the covert going on, I kind of think you know they're going to get a you know, kind of a big Airbnb. My mom and dad are probably be staying at my place, but try to have a nice little dinner. Wait, get that situated. But this is something we've been dreaming about, has covered true. "Any positive test. The NFL released a statement saying out of an abundance of caution. The organization has decided to work remotely Tuesday as they follow NFL protocols related to the cove in 19 virus, the team said in a statement. Several tests have come back positive, and we're working through the process of confirming them. We have Maurin formacion tomorrow. It wasn't very widely reported. But Falcons quarterback A. J. Terrell tested positive at the end of last week, but no other members of the organization did, and they still played their home game against the Bears on Sunday. Right now, Both clubs are working closely with the NFL in the NFLPA, including the infectious disease experts to evaluate the contact tracing of everybody who tested positive. I hope this doesn't affect just let this be an isolated thing. And just a bump in the road and let's move on. Yeah, I don't know, you know, because one of the things the pieces of technology that I've heard, you know that everybody has his people are wearing these bracelets. And not only does it tell you when you're close to somebody else, but It's also tracking who you've been close to. For How long so it should be as easy as logging into computer on seeing. Okay, this guy that tested positive was around this other player for 15 minutes. We need to find out. Did they have a mask on and then obviously test these people and maybe test them repeatedly just to ensure that there are no positives. It's interesting to me to think about the way we thought this virus was in the beginning just to know that a guy had it that played for the Falcons and was amongst his team practiced with the team. Tested positive and at least a this point. Nobody else has tested positive it just like we said yesterday, and I'm sure like we'll talk about Maura five o'clock. It's just trying to figure out how contagious this thing is on and how contagious it's not. It's so difficult.

"To do with that pick do you want them to use it you want them to trade down an address and number of holes what would you like to see them do I would like to see them three down I think this is you know I've been in the sports representation business with my brother A. J. the sports last four years and I'm an avid fan I've been following the draft of twenty five plus years I think this receiver draft is low since twenty fourteen receiver draft it could it could end up being the best one ever we need receivers bad Robby Anderson I'm consulting Carolina so I do want to receivers but I don't want CD at eleven even though he's a he's actually a really great talent I want to get back in Louisville left tackle there I'd probably settle for any of the top or left tackle there if I'm being honest I've watched enough film to go with my gas but I do love second upside and looked at him carefully no I do love the U. S. the left tackle Austin Jackson wanted to be a leader we do have two separate we do we do have some we did two third round picks so we got one top one hundred but I'll take morning Joe Douglas has a real job to do unfortunately the cabin last year did one of the all time worst jobs over a five year puritan GM history with this long contracts and is wrapping capability and so you'll get a lot of work we have a lot of free agents at the end of this upcoming season at the end of that so there's a lot to lock in I worked for trading out of eleven going into the twenties loading up and going ham on the rest to try because I think it's an all time draft and I believe in our scalps that was put in place that I believe in general and I think will do well in the late rounds which are going to be the most interesting late rounds ever because of the team's thirty visits more had this year because the cold that they're just small towns small school kids are going to slide there's a ton of talent here as we've seen I think it's really one of the more interesting for us to look at I I predict things like hall of Famers in the fifth round if you told me that happened in this rap I would understand that because of the way this process what during the joining us and then Kerry on the other side of that van or sports has a a number of clients in this year's draft so what's draft day like for you and AJ and the rest of the team pretty hectic I mean most of our got you know we have Darnay Holmes reseal leg was a day to guard so remarkably frenzy where he goes the March already of our guys are projected to be day three guys of Saturday's going to be cut in sanity so you know every year's different right Josh after a couple years ago the day one guy he actually slipped out so that was a tough day for all of us you know sitting in the green room not getting text never fun but Josh's surgery going again with the Packers early in round two going to his his name you know career and so every every draft is different we have two quarterbacks that we think are sneaking this your call McDonald the kid from Hawaii and Steven Montez from Colorado the way the NFL is with young quarterbacks now Darnay Holmes were just mentioned I think is going to is the prototypical need in the secondary in the new NFL speed wise some of his people get tough game yet again Hollywood brown two years goes like really intriguing to watch so just super excited about it you know there's a couple kids that I think are going to go undrafted you could not go kill be who's gonna incredibly you know interesting story that I think makes him a tight end yup they are seventh round steel and images you know what you know the agents are insane or texting with the special teams coach they're texting with the head coach of the GM the scouts it's super fun for when your favor passion in the world growing up has now become something you're on the inside out it's pretty it's pretty intense but I remind people of your listening something I didn't know until I got into business no engine no no energy is ever going to force the GM's dear there they make their decision so what you're doing is you're trying to give information you're not selling because everyone selling they're making their picks their jobs on the line but it's a it's a hectic and fun day and then the other thing is when your kids get picked you're finding out a good twelve minutes eight minutes because there is a solid delay so you know its there's up on park kind of knowing something early plus I'm such an amazing job fair thank god this hasn't happened yet but we have thirteen kids I I are you know what you too can drafted this year so I up the ante we still haven't had a patriot drafted you know in some desperately worried about that you're my favorite sport I'm not kidding we're not doing this I'm I'm at the relationship you know you got a kid who you fall in love with the family this is deep real thought you know their mom and I'm telling you right now one of our kids goes the patriots I'm done I tell the kids in the process again be gonna be there for me I'm like I'm trapped by the patriots you know yeah unless you can drop by the trip from I'm I'm worried about that because this weekend Jim you also make still there Gerry Brady's gonna Gronk is gone so that helps you get really quick and you feel better yeah right you had a sit down my guy in my late recently and I think that you guys are really really good at this time or ask you before you go what would you say to somebody right now Gary who is listening we have lost their job is feeling really down and really hopeless man there's so much here and so before I said I would have to say it's all contextual and there's no one size fits all but here's what I will say the reality of life is completely based on perspective no matter how crappy it is neat you could decide that you have a ton of stuff in your house you can sell it on eBay and on Craigslist and on Facebook and and pick back up to three months worth of your income do you have the humility for that you know what I just said that you like whatever dude I get it but you have the humility because it's real that ten thousand people being told me that they follow that model number two social media make content white articles and make videos for your linkedin profile right now people watching there's tons of companies on the offense and the number three seventy five percent of people just didn't like the job to begin with maybe this is the greatest gift of the ones that classic one step backward and two steps forward this requires humility you know you might have to give up your fancy car you might even have to give up your fancy house but as long as you don't care about other people's judgment whom you don't even know you would have nothing to actually do with your life and you actually focus on your interest isn't exactly when this audience should start their podcast about the Cincinnati Reds or about at the end she double eight like maybe your passion for use the internet and be still and after a couple of months of hustling how wild things start happening so glad I asked he's the CEO of intermedia invader sports the co founder of empathy wines he is a venture capitalist is a five time New York times bestselling author host of the Gary V. audio experience follow him on Twitter at Kerry V. and I consider him a very good from the program it's great to have you back thank you so much stay safe good luck with all that have a great week thank you bye but I got it Gary V. Gary Vaynerchuk great message on the way out when we come back you thought your reaction and Daniel Jeremiah to break down the NFL draft top of our number three the flight deck James Kelly on the phone with a break down some of the prop bets that's coming up too you're in the jungle I am Jim Rome rolling through the.

"I think as as a society from the freak out and A. J. well that I'm going to call to freak out phase and now we're just coping we're coping here at how at home we're coping with trying to work from home we're coping with watching the stock market every day help us cope through this time of Copa ninety let's do that let's focus on coping because you're right we've done the panic we're doing a proactive you were were work and all that stuff through so now it's funny because I had some very basic things to share with you one other element is kind of come into play here is with the social distancing is that a most of them the same thing have also come aboard emotional distancing as a result of you folks will this is thanks so please be sure in part of your copayment plan that you are connecting with other people and don't talk about the virus every single time you have a conversation that's part of coping is moving away from that and moving on to other topics because the don't emotionally isolate share with people how you are feeling you can talk about your feelings you don't necessarily have to go over all the specifics of the day for the call then the virus and how many cases and all that the talk about how you're feeling so you don't become emotionally distant and focus on those feelings of panic and assign the helplessness and what you're doing about it what you're learning from the good doctor and a fresh start about how to handle those things how you handle that and I can how to become proactive and make sure that you don't emotionally distanced herself especially parents because you're going to be put on quite an act right now your kids that everything is well but find a place where you can have an hour whether that's with your partner or with a friend or you can stay connected some social media is really good as long as it's not focused on statistics and on the downside of what's out thing in the world you know it's funny stop by to look at things that are silly because the only maintain sanity I can tell you that if you get nothing out front yeah yes that really maintain family once again watch them have fun and remember learn how to play that part thing we're talking about coping with the AZ stress stocks Dr sun you can find aren't easy stress doc dot com so as we're walking through this doctor Sonya what else can we do to cope with being cooped up in our home okay another technique this is super easy to grab and and do all day long is very important because I have a lot to do with getting things well in your body and that's something you have control over we have nothing until over what's happening outside the front door of the inside our homes and inside our body so what I would ask you to do is what I call the stop drop and believes technique and what that means is you start your fight the media only when you feel that they're on one of those are frightening you scream out loud as loud as you can see inside your own head stock stock and I thought well you will be surprised you can only have one thought at a time even though I feel like there's a committee meeting going you can only have one stock stock and then Robbie or John rockier shoulders drop your body insulin physician and believe I learned a lot about reading today to attend can plan organize weekend held to account can in our minds will be counting in Halle so we're getting on one you needed and then we're gonna excel to a town of ten and we're gonna do that I'm fine so we're gonna drop those unwanted pot by Karina sovereign interrupt them we're gonna drop our bodies and relax them in the land and we're going to do that planned breast and found then breath out now and do that and find out what I get from people well I don't have time to do that I get all the time when I talk about relaxed reading and I think really you don't have kind of worried you're reading anyway right now all we're doing is we're just giving you a way to breathe in a healthy way that's going to help you cope with your racing thoughts and with your founding heart and with feeling out of control so that's a quick easy thank another technique you can use if you want babies are gonna learn everything you need to know about relaxation because babies valley three other little bellies are going up and down all the time if you want to sleep so you wanna try to get those brats from your belly and not from your upper chest because that's where shallow breathing is enough for oxygen doesn't get all the important place that needs to go and that's what contributes to panic which was anything you want so I want you to watch what babies do when they grab thing they put them in the palm of their hand well there's a reason for that they want to hold your finger on the farm there has either been came upon their hands or whatever they're grabbing onto that the nerve endings in the palm of your hand if you stimulate them softly and gently they will create feel good chemicals in your brain called endorphins so you take one hand you put it across we've called on the other hand you just rub gently and you will immediately feel calmer you can try right now you're gonna tell me that's right because it's a very simple thing that we learned from from walking baby and we understand clinically and scientifically that that motion creates chemical responses in the brain okay so now we're going to focus on the the third thing we focus on coping as our thinking and this is the toughest thing both pursue things come easy compared to what we're gonna talk about next we're gonna talk about how our thoughts create our emotions well we have some choices here on how we're gonna react to everything around and we have courses every day even before this the pandemic and describe what happened every day we make choices we don't realize we were making them and they create anxiety and stress Hannigan fear the question for us because we don't realize there are only five are creating our emotions felt I want you to be more mindful that we're coming up a lot lately and it always means very simply is think about what you think about so when you find yourself checking with your thoughts all day long if you can put a posted notes around your house they're capable of buying that they be mindful or relax or think that three things that remind you because your forget we all forget I forget so put up little post it notes around the house everyone in the family can be part of remembering view the stock drop in brief one of the very fine but I've been happy face I don't forget to smile put up a sign that says be mindful many think about what you're thinking about and what I what I tell people to do with this piece of it when you find her negative you're thinking as a you're really hurting yourself your thoughts right now there's a lot of what if anything going on people out there are what is this and what about this and what is that so one way to get control of that it's been parked here sell yourself thought like you were talking to a friend you would not say to a friend oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god what if what if what if what if what if you would say you would be reassuring it's gonna be okay it's gonna be alright my favorite minute by minute mantra right now is this yourself now so you can put that into your daily living a hundred times a day remind yourself we have very good leadership so what works we're going to right now we're starting to see a kind of a rounding the corner on that there's a lot of positive things that you could be putting in your self talk everyday let's be kind to yourself your our research you were our stress doctor doctor Sonya you finder at AZ stressed out dot com you can find her on social media as well how about this got a Twitter handle at AZ stress stock and add easy stress talk on Instagram as well a few ways to reach out to our doctor Sonya thank you so much for being here more coming up right here "Big deal I want to go back to the fire blight the family of trees that can be affected by this is surprisingly large and it does affect for so like I said roses fire blight will cause a blackening of the branch it will cause it to bands like A. J. it will cause it to turn you know ugly and brittle the best taking fastest way to address it is to cut the damage out but here's the thing when you cut the damage out you must cut well into good clean would the example I give is is my fingers our fire blighted I'm going but my hand is not I'm going to cut my wrist that's a pretty significant way into good clean wood with clean sharp tools that's going to remove the disease as quickly as possible that should prevent more spread of the disease and damage to the plant you're going to be vicious and cutting back this you may lose a season of production but it's that or lose the tree folks this is gardening naturally we're up against a break give me a call the numbers five one two eight three six zero five ninety we'll be right back this is doctor mystery here host for the government's help our Donna have you seen lots ads out there about five by night one trick pony erectile dysfunction companies so many there's so many problems station you know what annoys me about them is that they're not really there to treat a man's **** destruction they're there to sell a product if you want to get your rectal dysfunction treated in a very comprehensive way go to a urologist and come to us yeah that's right how do we get all those calls during the week at five two two three eight zero seven six two you know folks a lot of us want to collect rainwater did you watch it rain it runs off the roof and it's like what can I put that to use somehow and if it's possible it's very easy to do so you think let's head off to the big box store we'll just get everything we need and you get to the big box store and they don't have anything you need so how do you resolve that well that's simple there's a great store.

"Faced twenty soldiers said your vision you got to be honest I'm gonna be honest with you no one has ever said that you want to go vote for somebody else A. J. this guy Jerry Wayne yesterday got yelled at by by the sea was full of blank because he challenged him on his stance that he talked to Anderson Cooper and everybody else about about being a are fifteens so he can't handle being challenged I was going to do the rest of the way well he can't and looking right at you should've been a R. fifty that's one but you'll come up with a new category B. R. forty one Japan you know this guy's been an advocate and he said Hey no one's gonna come get your A. R. fourteen I happen to be a a pro second in the kind of guy and I don't know they are fourteen is but that's okay the truth is never been challenged he represented state Intel with a thirty six years and other than his very first one profits never had a serious challenge when he joined the vice presidential ticket I didn't have a serious challenge because he was the number two guy in the ticket Joe has clearly lost some of his faculties and doesn't understand that politics is completely different today than it was when he ran into what is now almost fifty years ago for the first time so we'll see how he handles a Sunday and I believe Clyburn James Carville both don't want him to debate they already told the audience to stay home he also asked for chairs and the Bernie camp said no we would stand so one on one debate for over an hour against Bernie Sanders now the problem of Sanders is his his views are so extreme it's not going to be in pregame you know it's not as if he's going against somebody like me or P. two is very similar in their liberal views as opposed to the socialist views so this could be a chance to see Joe snap again thank Y. burning Carville among the people on the democratic side who don't want to happen do you think it will happen Sunday well I hope it happens and if I were giving advice to the Bernie Sanders campaign I would say keep your answers as short as possible if you have a minute to answer only use thirty seconds make Joe Biden talk in this debate as much as possible making sure because many questions as possible let him just go on off teleprompter as much as you can so that the American people can see that this guy cannot put multiple sentences together in a coherent fashion anymore that is really this except the only chance Bernie Sanders has it's a show that Joe Biden is not mentally capable of winning and taking over this position if that happens he can potentially make up some of the delegates deficit that he has right now the real issue is there's not that many places where you can win big windows delegates back to get closer to the nineteen hundred ninety one required to get the nomination I DO you looking are what's your role in the real act so the senior adviser to the trump campaign I spent last weekend with the president we're down in Florida talking strategy I've traveled with them last Monday to call Caroline at the rally in and I'll continue to advocate on behalf of the success of this administration for the next seven months right up until early November when we feel very good about running on a record and leading American people decide which direction I want take this country only continue to move forward with economic success in rebuilding our military and renegotiating bad trade deals or do they want to go backwards and go to the way it was under the Obama years or worse to a socialist model which is what Bernie Sanders actually advocate well the president put his rallies on hold you know I haven't spoken to him directly about it I know that we're doing an event which Catholics for trump next week out in Michigan and so right now there is no plan to put anything on hold but obviously you know that's going to be a decision by the president and the health team to make sure that everyone is safe and secure and I think that's of paramount importance is that no one is spreading additional diseases and people remain safe Cortland ask you thanks so much thank you bye all right busy I one eight six six four oh eight seven six six nine so I want to open up the phones again get back to what's on your mind we'll continue to follow follow this corona virus we know over a thousand people in the country have been infected in thirty seven states the number who have lost their lives sadly thirty but there's a sense among the administration to going to the communications been strong there's a sense that they are trying to get out in front of this the best they can this is the Brian Kilmeade show are also watching the market we are now down seven hundred points what a roller coaster on this Wednesday expanding your knowledge base he is Brian Kilmeade now see such security triple team traffic delays remain on I. four westbound heading into downtown Orlando.

"On the link and it'll give you the information and you'll be able to sign up and and enjoying it and there's so many other opportunities for you you could be cut you can learn a principal and build build off of it and you can become a franchise owner yeah after A. J. Z. one of the two yeah that's a franchise a franchise the and that absolutely that's that's what I wanted for people this is this is the career that I I would have loved to started out and I mean it keeps me energized you know I've done a lot of different things nothing has made me as happy as running this business and seeing the difference in people's lives I mean what one of the people in one of our groups you know when they started with us they describe themselves as out of work at a sheep and Adam money and just twelve weeks into into the program they found a job that they love I loved it there exercising the riding their bike at twenty miles a day a couple days a week and they've actually been able to put some money away for some things that are coming up in their family so it works you know if there's anything I can say about being persistent and consistent I mean I you know living the it is a sick us secular is circular that's not the right word sickle cyclical the world we live in especially now with the decline of virus etcetera but if you put together a plan you can overcome and I thought I really when I heard about this through Ruth I thought to myself yeah like his gun because I I I like the principles that you're you're presenting and I and again for twenty nine dollars if you if you're not willing to spend one and all invest twenty nine dollars yourself then you really don't have much faith in yourself yeah absolutely and and and that's why we made the price so low we want we don't want anybody to have any excuses because we know you come to this workshop at it you can't change your life overnight but you can absolutely change the direction of your life and that's what we're looking for people to do by coming to this workshop learning the strategies and techniques and and change you know change.

"A tablespoon? Oh you have. Looking I am looking for it. But I, I think it's a tablespoon, but basically what you're doing is you're slightly changing the ph on the leaves key spray this on the lease. And we take it out of the zone that the fungus is comfortable with it won't develop on it or won't develop anymore. Can you put that on your roses? Yachts. It's ideal for roses. He's spray, the plant or just do the drip blind. No. Because it's your changing the ph on the surface of the leaf so you get to spray, all the leaves underneath the leaves, and that if the leaf is already has black spot or whatever it's too late. Ideally, got yeah, I mean, but you do go ahead, pull out impacted stuff. And this breakdown. Through. The rest of the class. Okay. To grip. It's going to be pulling it up into the plan, and that's gonna change the leaf really so, yeah. Eight four zero one thousand star one thousand we are at Markham's nursery Goltz be we'd love for you to come see all the beautiful roses, and hopefully, Monte Markham will be making an appearance here with us as well. Is there Michael? Jay. Hello. Jay, you're on one thousand KT. Okay with Jamie. Ashmore. A. J. About my cabbage. What is this going to be a good year for cabbage? Where do I start looking for a head or all these leads? Yes, actually, you should be harvesting your cabbage about a right about now. So I would like certapro Mbeki leased see, see if there's a head and it'll be large, and tied and it won't grow anymore in that you can harvest it, but we've been harvesting olive are Cole crops, which is like broccoli, and cabbage, and kale and everything, and we're pretty much almost finished harvesting. Okay. Should be ahead in the lease. Right. Right. If there isn't you might not planned it early enough. When do you? The first March February by can look it.
