"Tonight at red coming in on the two flats and you're living in one of the and so then you live in. The unit, the three flat. Now you've got the two units paying all these benches for the building plus Gimme a little extra money on the side. You've got two units at the first property you bought paying for him give you money on the side. So then after another two years you go and you buy foreign, you take all the money from the equity that achieve maiden does and plus all the extra money. So now you are totally living ripped free, you have been for the last. Two years, and so now you're staying in this property, and if you really look if you do it right, you buy correctly you can collect about sixty thousand sixty to eighty thousand dollars minimally. A year. So that's like having a spouse bringing s lady. Is Residual to. You know so that that money's coming, you get to live a lifestyle that you wouldn't live if it was just you. Live in an apartment or buy a house a lot of. Young people make the mistake of Island House I mean if not in you to be a land more than certainly do that by sofit right Condo by some that something that at some point you can either ran out in have income coming in where you get sale, take the equity and get something else view do it like that? By the time you buy the four unit, your next step is a house. So, then you buy the house in your properties are paying for your house. You're living nine the tree in the house, and all of your buildings are being taken care of by the tenets being all money. They'll make money. Even with that now, than in your money on other things like going along great trips. You know. Buying you know things that you liked that's when you go by the car that Tesla. Expensive. That makes you feel good not at the beginning. A lot of times people I mean, they get they first thing they do we get the Greg from college they go get a job, and then with a first paycheck, they're moving out of the house and then the mets agent by a A. A. A. Property. Are Not property but a card that's not affordable. then. They can't buy. A house, they can't buy a building because they really can't afford all the stuff that they're doing and they can't pay. So they've got late payments they can't get a mock Jimmy. Becomes a vicious cycle, my goodness I. A I just learned a lot just gave me an idea too. So I appreciate that. But the I mean you're I absolutely agree with you that a lot of especially in African American African American community. We come late to the table when it comes to especially building generational wealth primarily because you know our our parents did no, they can teach us Also we've learned as we go to a weekend in part so I this phenomenal that you are able to give families a leg up say we'll may may wait a minute on this house maybe look at this building if you get it in you, we can move off. Nannette. Do you walk people through the whole process? Okay. carbon number eighty, two Bama next building in Asia okay let's roll. Yes, there are people that have actually walked through that. But what I do you know you've heard the saying That's why I have all these agents and brokers at work in here because. This is what we teach now so that they can then walk people through this so that we can do it in mass we we have a goal and that's the pled two million homeowners, new homeowners, an poems or buildings within the next five years. So that's a lofty goal but. It's doable because you have a lot of people that make enough money to do that. You know. To your point Alyssa each one teach one and will you know better you do better absoluteness is that if once you once you have the information just get it founded back in the the storage unit in the back of your brain filing. Regan pack out see A. Work view is you know every every person has ever been a millionaire started with one good idea and they just acted upon it. You know reason why most of us don't have we're not millionaires because we have great ideas but we just don't. We still get ready gave ready to get ready. Let's. Pass you by now. Happy, as good as they are as a would've been edgy use fab six seven years ago. Exactly. What is still never too late? It's never too late I. Mean You you might come tardy to the party, but you can still enjoy. You know what's there? Still. You just have to look at it a little differently, your your. Your plan, the strategy needs to be a little different, maybe a little more aggressive but. You catch up very easily. That sounds. Grid. I was GONNA. Say Well, where your major setbacks in how did you overcome it? As. An agent or as imagine broker I, mean all encompassing. Okay. I won't. I won't necessarily call it a setback. But just. "And welcome back. So in this segment, we're GONNA be talking about some things that you can do if you think your being Gaz Lit So the antidote to gas lighting is greater emotional awareness and self regulation. So the whole point of gaslight explore gas slide into work they are saying that what you're feeling isn't true and so if teach yourself emotional awareness and self regulation, you can say to yourself like, no, it is true like my feelings in my emotions are valid and I know what I'm feeling and I know you what I'm feeling is real and it's happening. The next thing that's really important to do is to identify the problem. So that's always going to be the first thing for a lot of things that we talk about and you don't even for like alcoholics anonymous, you have to admit that you have a problem and you have to put a name to it of of what's going on. So kind of going back to you feel like there's something wrong in the relationship, but you can't really put your finger on what exactly that is. So recognizing exactly what the problem is is going to be really important. So you can put a name to it and so you can start identifying it when it happens easier. The next one is going to be sort out truth from distortion now, in this article as she recommended that you keep A. A Conversation Journal and this is so important I love this idea i. think it's brilliant Basically, you're going to write down right after you have a conversation with the person that you think is gas lighting you and you're going to write down exactly what happened even quotes if you can, and then that way you can look at it at from An. Objective point of view later on in, you can kinda highlight where the conversation is veering off from reality into the other person's point of view and then. After you look at the dialogue, you can write down what you felt, and then look signs for over a repeated denial of your existence. Not, existence it repeated denial of your experience because the whole. Point of gas fighting that in the definition of gas lighting is to deny what the other person is experiencing. So if you can write down exactly how you felt. After the conversation and after reading. Your notes from the conversation you can kind of figure out where you were. Your experience is coming from, and if that person just could never see your point of view because that's another big thing that a big red flag if you're being gaslight is that the other person just cannot see your point of view and they're not doing anything wrong it's all on you. It's all your fault. You're all imagining it. So that is a big Bitcoin. So highly recommend keeping journal I. Think that's a great idea. All right. So the next one figure out if you are in. If, you're in a power struggle with your partner because again, gas lighting has a lot to do with power and struggling for that power. So if you find yourself having the same conversation over and over and over and over again, and you can't seem to convince them to even see your point of view Kinda like what I was talking about a little bit before That's GONNA be the next step and figure out what type of a power struggle is there. The next step is going to give yourself the okay to give something up and buy something I mean the relationship. So what I like to to think is imagine. The relationship not changing it all and if it keeps going the way it's going. Are you going to be happy and kind of view it from that point of view and allow yourself to imagine what it would be like without this gas lighting relationship because sometimes the best way is to leave a gas lit relationship and that can be really really hard because the person who's gas lighting you is going to be a big part of your life so. Allow yourself to imagine what the situation would be like if you didn't have that relationship anymore and it's going to be scary and it's going to be anxious for you. But really just kind of look at it at with without any judgment and allow yourself to imagine what that would even be like and maybe what you could accomplish without being gas Flett and that kind of thing. And then going along with that, the next step would be talked to your close friends, talk to your family and ask them to give you the cold hard truth about your spouses or your partners relate our behavior and they have to be brutally honest. You can just be like I'm not going to be mad i. just need you to tell me what you think about how they're treating me how they're acting because it's So important especially, if you haven't gotten to that emotional regularity yet and that self awareness yet to understand that you don't need another person to validate your feelings that your feelings are validated just by you experiencing them. If you say I feel upset by doing this, that is a true statement because you feel upset no, one can tell you that you're not upset. So but if you're not there yet and if you need your partner. You know from the gas later to saying, yes, it is okay to feel that way. If you talk to your friends, you're close family members and people that you trust in your life to really have them in. Wait how your Or Your partner is acting. That way you can see it from. Okay. They to see that there's something weird going on. It's not just me. They see it too. So that can put you on a step towards validating your own emotions in going from there. The next one is going to be focused on feelings instead of on right and wrong kind of like what I said before your feelings are valid and just by you experiencing them is going to like put them in the world and just you feeling them inexperienced them make them real and no one else can tell you otherwise and I think that's the most important thing that you can take from this episode and to learn about gas lighting, it is easy to get caught up in who won the argument and who was right. and WHO's wrong. But what matters if if you leave that conversation and if you leave the argument feeling bad feeling that are second guessing yourself feeling that you're not standing up for yourself feeling that you're being walked over and especially second-guessing if you just feel yourself always doing that that is the thing that you need to focus on. Not who won the argument not who is right? Who was wrong that you felt like you were second guessing yourself and you felt those feelings of being manipulated and that kind of thing that is. Don't focus on who on the argument focus on what your feeling and recognize that your feelings are important and you are feeling those feelings for a reason they're not just you don't just appear. You know you'd they don't just happen unless you have A. You know a mental illness or other another type of diagnosis where sometimes these things happen because of the chemicals in our brain but if you if this. Dealing with this person and talking to the person who's gas lighting you makes you feel certain way than that is valid anyway moving on. So number. The next one. I'll remember that you can't control anyone's opinion even if you're right, this relates to gas lighting because the other person is going to be really hard for you to get the other person to understand where you're coming from into see your side in your point of view. and. It's going to be hard for you to feel like you've convinced them that you're not too sensitive and you're not too controlling and that kind of thing it's just you can't control their opinion. It's like some people aren't going to like you and that's okay. But especially for gas layers and people were being gassed lit. It's GonNa close to impossible to teach them or or to convince them that you aren't these things that they're saying because they can't see it from your side unless they are really trying and really working on through therapy and counseling out to evaluate how they react to situations and evaluate their emotions the only way but you have to kind of let that go that you're not gonna be able to change their opinion about you. Last but not least have more compassion for yourself, and this is really hard to do even when you're not in a situation where you're being gas split. So to know that be patient with yourself, you have to give yourself compassion and give yourself patients because. It's hard enough to. Be Able to stand up our understand your emotions and to have that. Emotion self awareness, and not emotional regularity when you aren't feeling confident and you're not being compassionate to yourself, it's all going to be a part of the healing process and you you have to..

"Has that innate capability can delegate that okay. This is the line that I over the years. I've. Seen developing One side of the of fence. On driving while intoxicated or under influence or this other stopping I go. Hey, until you hit somebody or do something, you're not bothering anybody you know well. You gotTA worry about a substantial risk, and it's always about the risks you. You're an unacceptable risk. And then they got to determine what that is, and that's where the line is kind of like you know. Once you give them the power to define and determine a- risk well, then you're wearing mass right right? You know so. That's why. You, you're not reasonable you. Damn, Libertarians are reasonable. You know our thing is when you violate someone else's life, liberty property pursuit of happiness, or whatever that's the line right, not know us the potential for doing that see that's where the argument is, and that's the wedge that the man puts in so when you bring up. You know you've got to be ready for that conversation. 'cause man I don't want my kids out there driving okay well, then get a cyber truck. So, it's that's the argument. My position on it. Yeah, there's a lot of risk out there. If you you you take this, and that's why insurance was protect my assets, not somebody else's. Mandatory, you're going to protect someone no the reason I did that. Is You know protect me. So I drive a tank. I I got a bus I win. You know so the thing is it's that mindset that way of thinking, and then you know, then you can have a real discussion. It's just having this general public opinion on what they should be doing so I I like a good idea, but that needs to be part of that. Box On airline Oh absolutely absolutely, so we'll get. And then it just snowballed, but in my favorite sketches are the one where we each add a little bit of seasoning to it. I've never talked about, but I've been drinking I came up with a sketch idea. You edits everything. And I realized like so I shot it. It was my idea I edited myself I sent it to him, and he re edited and I had never had that happen before. 'cause it's done. And then the product that came out was. Like, no, you took something that I wanted in there, and you did something in like. I can't like it's collaborative. You can't be so precious with your Your thing where my okay. He and I trust his editing ability, and he probably like it's, it's too long. We have to cut some stuff. A. acoustic ceiling yeah yeah bill this is nineteen thousand three yeah but that's that's kind of late for popcorn you know I started building houses in the seventies and throughout the seventies and eighties that's all we did when I started building let me tag along I started building very they we were putting sparkles in the popcorn ceilings remember those are you there what if we lost him I'm here in I don't know do you remember when you remember the sparkles we we used yeah I can we used to put little sparkles and popcorn ceilings do you remember that I remember the sparkles very well you bet yes yup it's amazing what we thought was pretty what's going on with yours Hey well it's a house we're trying to see what one of the latest like covers the ways to cover it up rather than take take it down which is too time consuming and dirty and messy what what about what what are some of the latest coverings for it I I we're looking we're we're pondering and we I. stap I don't know but I know who knows so that's why I'm calling yeah well the course the cheapest and quickest thing to do is to spray it with brand semi gloss or so actually satin would be better latex paint which will brighten the whole house of big time but if you want to cover it you can add a layer of quarter inch sheet rock right over it we don't want to use another layer of happens because it's it's it's it's more expensive that corner and she rock right over it and tape and texture that if you want to yup what is it is it is not something you would you can brighten the house up that's that's a distinct possibility we were both of the fire was looking at even talking about the pine hill you know the beautiful beautiful time kill worst of all of our western slope and and and making sure putting that up you know or things like that is that doable one okay the two oh sure yeah I mean you know you talk about more expense and and more time soon but I love that that pleasant grayish blue pine killer what do I think it's beautiful it would be better just he drank in the urine here and back in your in my day back you know twenty five thirty years ago when I was aspen aspen wood which was also gorgeous but yeah that beetle kill stuff is beautiful so I don't know I mean it depends how much they want to spend a much time they want to take but I think your art I think removing that stuff is problematic it just makes a mess and you might exposure self to express this and I I learned sometimes you have to re texture and re tape anyway so you have means spring it would the dilute solution of late acrylic latex corner and sheet rock or the wood with any of those would be a good choice depending on budget and all that correct other very help yeah we will it will be I didn't know about the pain that that that we we talk about regular price I don't know the pain but maybe a quick fix yeah thank I say modified just make it look less some people hello some people think that and maybe you had a little the painters tell me take your good acrylic latex paint instead of down with a little water which will help it get in the nooks and crannies better here's the thing with acoustic ceilings over time they pick up dust and pollution and they get grayish and dingy and they lose right this is so once you just put put new paint on there the groom brightens up and the and the ceiling becomes more of a a more attractive if you will so that's probably what I would do but I think you're smart not to not to remove it I think that's a that's okay to go it helps that into that too good good hearing from talking with you thanks for the help yes hello you got a very good to talk to you very Miller who does one of our real estate shows on the Denver station on K. how on Saturdays nice talking to you Elbert county Roger in Denver your next thank you for waiting hi all okay my neighbors got a problem with the flaking of his sidewalk to the drive way and he was want me to help impacted but I don't have the tools IT kind of Google that need said to ship out all loose out from now pour some stopover firm dispel quick job and maybe look good for a while you're out there that's right you you really need to to get it's really clean and dust free you can chip off the all the loose stop even use a wire brush Roger and then of the step I think is important is to use compressed air for a little compressor and just blow all the dust off of that and then they make a bonding liquid that you apply the bonding liquid and then a skim coat and the one I like the quick creek company on if you've heard of quick create it's called it's pronounced Q. S. it's a Denver based company they make a skim coat for concrete that works very very well and now it's on the sidewalk like that it'll do pretty well it doesn't work very well on driveways because of this the the tire pressure you know is a lot of terror but on a sidewalk you discriminate on the secret is to not make it too thick if it if it gets too thick it'll stay it'll start to crumble really easily so about a quarter inch or less skimming on with a trowel but the secret is wire brushing chipping whatever you need cold chisel and then compressed air to get that concrete scrupulously clean and it'll bond pretty well so that that'll work okay for you it's not a forever solution yeah but if you want something a little bit little last for your contractor that might be interested in that I have a website that you can go to and in the blog area you can there's a handy man mom and pop small companies listed there and you'll find one in that blog area just call two or three of them and yeah okay I I really don't want to get into it because if I mess it up then I'm not a friend of the neighbor more so how are you like tradition so that that kind of money skills Roger I just wanted to leave you with this you've heard the expression no good deed goes on punished so be careful be careful I'm good don't worry I've been been there too long to get burned okay Roger you're a good neighbor and a good and I'm glad you called thank you let's talk to John in Denver not John Denver but John in Denver and nice to have you with us on the program today hi John hi I got a question about building a duplex I bought these about three houses in Platt park thinking I would build duplexes in later I found out that you have to have six thousand two hundred and fifty square foot lot in order to build a duplex SO my very first house I bought twenty nine thousand one five six thousand two hundred fifty so how I'll still thirty thousand on that house and do you have the house paid for in order to get a a loan to build a house or duplex there's a lot of well if you want to you want to add a unit under your own house now or tear it down and start over now I have six houses I will not provide and that's the one that the rental in Burnham park qualify due plex I'm wanted to tear that house down and build a duplex hello I go to about that well here's a here's the thing it's the size of the lot is not the biggest problem the biggest problem is zoning is that zone for duplex for multi family you know what I do I think it is owned R. one here are two in most cities is the duplex in our two or three are are for is for Brett for collections and on and on depends on each city has a little different designation but this is this in the city and county of Denver you have a lot Estonia Bamber but there's a single family house on it but I'm pretty sure it's zoned R. one I thought if you had a six thousand two hundred fifty square foot lot you could build a duplex but I didn't think about this so no you can't no you don't you have to have the right zoning and you could double check call the zoning department in the Denver US cities as owning department I hope third maybe there I'm sure they're they're somebody's gonna answer the phone and double check on the zoning but that would be the big bugaboo and that to answer your question OB a bank would not want you to unlock the house down pretty much until you pay that loan off because that's their security so you would have to notify the bank that you are going to demolish the property and they would call the notes due when you pay them off and just start over but you can get a construction loan for the new building from the same bank or a different bank but you would have to liquidate that first loan unless well your relationship with the bank they could wrap the first loan into the second loan if you get what I'm saying you have to work it out with them but you can't just abolish a building without notifying the bank because that's their security but the thing you have to check John is the zoning and that's the biggest headache you're going to have so I appreciate your call before you go to our break I wanted to mention Brian at eagle crest reached out last week and told me that you know he's the concerned like everybody about this locked down and so on and he's really wants to tip his hat and Pat on the back to use a couple metaphors any health care workers in the in the city and the along the front range in the metro area so if you're a healthcare worker in a furnace issues you you'll get up to the front line no labor charge in parts at wholesale cost if you call eagle crest my buddy bye heating and air conditioning guy in Denver so give them a call at three oh three four five one five six zero seven there's plenty of equipment parts available and also humidifiers.

"C. A. A. once again here's your host Jason Horowitz we're out of time for the two thousand fifteen national semi final between Wisconsin and undefeated Kentucky it's all tied up in thirty six on the badgers led by as many as nine in the opening half but the Wildcats stormed back with a fifteen to six run to take the lead right before Bronson Koenig hit the jumper right as time expired did not things up at thirty six and one of the main reasons Wisconsin to reach this point well it was because of the two thousand fifteen west regional most outstanding player at Sam Dekker he averaged twenty two points in the four games leading to national semi finalized book with the former badger earlier this week and asked about the temperature of his team after Kentucky capture the momentum and a half it was a pretty quiet locker room at halftime not a bad way because if it was in a bad way would be everyone kind of nervous but we're all pretty calm coach Ryan she's show steady with you know his approach every day and he you know he had those one liners you gives you that are you know sometimes you like are you saying this again but his thing was always the next twenty minutes the next game the next whatever right we only have twenty minutes zero zero again and literally it was thirty six thirty six so we knew that they were gonna come out with a majestic dismiss but you know good teams like you just mentioned they made their run and it is our turn the next time and we came out hot yeah it's been a couple shots and we hit some shots me outside the opium of opens up and that's what happened despite that started the second half Sam what was the best part of the second half with was there a moment even even a half for you guys had a six and a half seven minute scoring drought is there a moment in that half when you knew you had a yeah it's when they took the lead on us I got real confident because they were gonna jump around and then we got three straight chuckled by listens I think you could have a bigger Mike oh boy they they kind of just ratcheted the pressure up a little bit and you know we can look back on on the defense and you know you get three straight shutout violation you that means you guys are not comfortable taking a good shot you're taking a shot you know you should get up a shot within thirty five seconds and up to them to have three straight show that you know maybe there feel the pressure a little bit the other the while these guys are young guys and closing out a chapter of the national title so we we had all been there the year before so no we so good we're never we're never really paid by a big plays like that we ratcheted up on defense and and got got the momentum right back was not a great Sam Dekker with us here on Westwood won the two thousand fifteen final four victory Wisconsin over Kentucky in awhile gets in that was thirty eight no see if you guys win this ballgame not to spoil anything for anyone who hasn't doesn't really remember five years ago but you guys want to win this game and then you play Duke for the national championship which ultimately come up just a little bit short does that take anything away from from knocking off an undefeated Kentucky team or the one that you guys had as a squad at all no but it didn't put in a tracing touches on it and I I mean I'm I'm a realist there I had we wish we were to induct knocked up do you know they beat us twice that year so I think you can say pretty clearly they're the best team in the nation if they beat us twice you know that in that season one at our home court when we're number three their number two or something like that you know so I thought I was in Dubai with a two best teams in the nation that year they beat us twice so you know they they hold the throne but I think you know better spent our team should be proud of you know at my last two years there and you know the runs were able to put together especially twenty fifteen in the nineteen thirty six wins you know that the school school record up you can get that in two years and we're able to rattle off yeah thirty six wins one year in thirty two or thirty three near Oregon that's that's pretty special and we're pretty proud to be part of that two point of origin we all have those banners November isn't thank goodness for you to go back you know whatever we're feeling down and and look at those memories not the final four but just the camaraderie those guys had the funny videos we have online yeah those are some special teams in the badger fans made it even more special well stick with that for a moment Sam because you were born in in nineteen ninety four which you know you talk about Wisconsin teams and and Michael Finley and that was just the third time in badger history that they had ever made a tournament but then as you're growing up right kindergarten first grade through until you go to Wisconsin they never missed an NCAA tournament nineteen straight years what what was it like to play football Ryan who is Wisconsin basketball yes hello he is coaching basketball I'll put it as plainly as you can I mean the thing he was able to do and resurrected program and you know in his first year I don't know if it's first year but one of the first year if you win the big ten with what five scholarship players something like that is you know kind of instilled this has gotten way this identity of your hard nosed blue collar basketball that you know doesn't matter who's on the court we're going to forming and do our thing and you know it's an honor to carry that tradition on you know you wanted to be a part of that is loaded me in many ways and it was really really cool just looking back in even in the moment because for him but also to wear that Jersey with those guys and you know growing up remember watching Devin Harris and you know will contain the right what she Milano Tucker those guys watching and cheering for them and and being part of that carrying that legacy and NCAA tournament runs it's pretty cool and about the tournament runs you know yeah but you didn't make it I think two years ago you know they'd like reached out to us saying like we are so sorry we didn't you know keep the streak alive and you know they felt that you know that weight on their shoulders and you know so it it it that pressure is there but do you hear from those guys that you know that we promised we're gonna make up for it may have been multitude of ways it just shows how special it is the way that duty that's Sam Dekker Wisconsin junior forward who averaged nineteen points per game in the two thousand fifteen NCAA tournament before declaring early for the NBA draft was selected eighteenth overall it's time for the two thousand fifteen national semi final Wisconsin Kentucky all even at thirty six from the Westwood One NCAA radio network this is a special encore presentation of March madness.

"Of the bigger pieces of news to hit right now on in connection with corona viruses that the N. C. A. A. has decided to only let the essential staff and limited family attendance into the tournament this year I'm not talking about the big ten tournament tonight downtown in Indianapolis I'm talking about the big dog March madness they are going to limit attendance from the fans Madeline I said they're not letting fans in No spectators for March madness this year and what really stinks knowledge is that Indianapolis we were a regional host this year so we had a weekend of games where we were going to decide one of the team's going to the final four and now No spectators are allowed to go to those games only limited family and essential personnel are allowed to go to those basketball game I wonder what this means for like they make this announcement is a I know fans are coming to you we can't legend of the big the big tournament but the when I say big turn I meant that the NC two eight tournaments and see I'm not talking about the big downturn tonight because fans are allowed to go tonight fans can come to of bankers life fieldhouse tonight so I don't know I I'm not sure I see the point here what's what's exactly going on happily tell fans not to come to the N. C. A. A. tournament but just leave it up to them in the present in the big ten big are they gonna tell the bit the ill the big ten big east everybody else to stay home too because that's not what they've done so far so far all we've seen is a statement from the NCAA president mark Emmert dent in their best decision of the student athletes and the health crisis that's going on it's going to be players and essential personnel only with limited family for the big tournament so again if you've got tickets tonight Indiana plays tonight in the big ten tournament a game you can hear right here on ninety three W. ID see if you've got tickets to that game it's still on you can still go but the big tournament March madness will be crazy this year watching this because the games are still taking place yeah without an atmosphere so this really is going to be a kick in the pants for some of the cities that we're looking for a little extra money coming in in Indianapolis was one of those we were a regional host so big ten tournament everything still on just like any other basketball game you go to bake my field house fans will be there but the big tournament No spectators this year that's a statement that just came down from the NCAA the president tonight night is going to be addressing the nation at nine PM from the oval office in regards to the corona virus so a lot of breaking news happening this afternoon in regards to the health crisis that we're dealing with here in the United States all right let's play Joe Biden's quarter good victory speech again it had a very successful on democratic primary several states last night including a win in Michigan over Bernie Sanders let's hear it again tonight we are a step closer restoring decency dignity and honor to the White House decency dignity and honor wasn't he just telling some GM worker in Detroit he was full of believe run to slap him to be okay yes let's step outside if the guy had the audacity to ask him about the second amendment and are you gonna take the guns away he got a female voter dog face of another event and now he's talking about the decency of the White House but if I had a rough night for burning last night though Bernie got his brains beat in once again it feels like the campaigns on life support he actually had to call a press conference today to let everybody know that he's not quitting yet that's how you know your campaigns on the struggle bus when you have to let people know you're still in it but on the other hand it was actually pretty brilliant Bernie Sanders calls this a press conference at one o'clock everybody just assumes he's quitting he's bowing out of the race but no he uses that time with all the cameras in front of them to talk about his campaign he's doing a stump speeches and of course he rips Donald Trump project we have a president today who is a pathological liar and it was running a corrupt administration he clearly does not understand the constitution of the United States and thinks that he is a president who is above the law in my view he is a racist sexist homophobic xenophobic and a religious bigot bingo even and I will do everything in my power to make that happen but I just checked off I mean that's a bit the the trump derangement syndrome bingo card right there it's almost like somebody told Bernie before he went to the microphone Hey we're playing a drinking game in the back thing is fifty Bucks you know little in the old comrades I got your back yeah I mean I'm glad that's what Bernie Sanders is real concerned with right now is calling the president a racist in the midst of a coronavirus crisis again the president speaking tonight at nine o'clock from the oval office he doesn't do many speeches or addresses from the actual oval office this is one of only a few he's done he was tweeting earlier today the president was hammer.
