pedestrian which occurred late last night again still cannot exit on to 50 from the inner loop right from the outer loop to 50 is open additionally if you're on Gallows Road since they use the same service road or a common service road no access from Gallows Road to the inner loop directly as well however if you're on Gallows Road you can access the express lanes to go north on the inner loop of the Beltway in Virginia so that's a workaround for you there they remain hoping you open get by without delay works on it was in the express lane 395

But you hit it on the head, they don't take breaks on the weekends as far as traffic is concerned. We'll start off in Maryland 95 south, looking for the crash reported near two 16. Now we have one earlier, this may be the same one they're just dealing with. South I 95 on the rent for two 16 should be along the right if that's the same one as we were told before, you're a heavy delays begin back now near route 32 to get by, you should be able to get by staying to the left. The issue on two 95 is southbound, south of one 75 initially reported as a stall. Now we're calling it a crash, sat down to 95 south of one 75, but before 32, there it sounds like only a single link gets by nearest camera doesn't show the incident, but it shows the major backup as folks are calling long to get by, but apparently doable, and with any luck, you've got police helping. On the beltway in Maryland reports of any major problems coming out of Virginia into Maryland, one of the Virginia side now, jammed on the in loop at a Tyson toward the legion bridge, the stall on the legion bridge was in the left center lane, reports are now that it's been moved to the right shoulder, you'll name should be now available, but it's quite slow and heavy, and that delay is likely to persist for the rest of the afternoon, mostly volume now, that usually forms at this time of day. George Washington Parkway, expect to find delays north and south of the ongoing work zones between the beltway and one 23 may have only a single and getting by three 95 north delays out of The Pentagon up and across the 14th street bridge over toward the third street tunnel in a lot of volume. Good morning, I'm John Aaron. And IBM Kramer teddy gellman is our producer. A police chase that ended in a shootout has closed southbound I 95 in Quantico this morning. The incident left one woman dead and put a man in the hospital. Virginia state police tried to pull over an SUV last night about 9 40 near the fairfax county Parkway in 95 south because the vehicle did not have the correct tags. The driver took off and ended up crashing into the Woods near the Quantico exit when police approached the driver of the SUV opened fire. Police shot back hitting the driver and a female passenger, she died on the scene. The driver is in the hospital, no police were heard a gun was recovered from the SUV, state and fairfax county police were involved in the incident. Kyle Cooper, WTO news. It's 5 31 after a state report outlining staggering abuse within the archdiocese of Baltimore was released. State lawmakers sent a bill to the governor to allow more survivors to sue people who sexually abused them. Under current Maryland law lawsuits can't be brought by adults at the victim is now older than 38, but the child victims act would change that. Governor Wes Moore says he will sign the bill, the Maryland Catholic conference, which is the official public policy entity for the Catholic Church in the state, is expected to challenge it in court. Top congressional Republicans want to put the New York district attorney who brought charges against former president Trump in the hot seat. Mitchell Miller has more today on the hill. House judiciary committee chair Jim Jordan is highly critical of district attorney Alvin Bragg, and he says lawmakers will continue trying to get him to testify about any federal funds that may have contributed to the investigation of the former president. Festival is going to go on until later on this Elsewhere, evening. let's go into Virginia. Talk about 95 South, slowing out of Lordson most of the way toward Quantico. Northbound delays were through Thornburg through Fredericksburg 66 East delays through Manassas and from Falls Church into Arlington. West Bend delays briefly near 123 should be all volume. Maryland Beltway on the interloop near Connecticut Avenue reported one stop the blocking left side of the roadway. Elsewhere, Montgomery County Randolph Road. Your crash was eastbound near Georgia Avenue. 270 Southbound in the local lanes. Calder clues us in. The crash is on the ramp to Montrose Road East. It was a spin -out. Units were there with it. In the Prince George's County 210 Northbound reported a crash near Old Fort Road and Livingston Road. On 32 Westbound traffic was being diverted onto 198 because of what was reported initially as a disabled vehicle may actually be a crash. 450 the crash was east of St. Stevens Church Road. Defense Highway closed both ways temporarily while they get the vehicles extricated. They'll turn you around to get you away from all of that. 50 east of the Bay Bridge delays beginning near Cape St. Clair should be all volume about a three mile backup two lanes east and three lanes west.

5 dead after truck runs into group of bicyclists near Las Vegas
"At least five people are dead after a truck slammed into a group of bicyclists in southern Nevada. Several others were hurt in the crash on US 95 south of Las Vegas. Man Steals Boston Water Truck, Leads Police On Pursuit
"We have learned a man is under arrest this afternoon after a wild pursuit involving a stolen water tank truck belonging to the city of Boston's Water and Sewer Commission. State police telling W. B C news radio. That truck was reported stolen just before 12 30 said they were able to follow the GPS on board eventually caught up with the truck on for 95 in Franklin. That's when police say the truck did not stop. They tried to pull it over No dice, then apparently it took the exit onto 95 south crossing into Rhode Island. A truck.
