"For a down payment Millennials can sometimes use a parent's help, not because of credit issues, but because their salary histories are so limited. Foreclosure remains on a credit report for at least 7 years, but the impact diminishes over time. The negatives can be countered by good things like a low debt to income ratio and an established credit history. If everything else on your report is in good standing, your FICO score can improve in just two years. I'm Mark Hamrick. "So PacMan, great to have you on the show. I see you're here in flesh and bone. I assume that's what you really look like. The real human PacMan, yeah. Usually I see that you don't present as yourself, but I'm glad for this show. You've unveiled your true colors. Great to have you joining us, man. Thank you, sir. Thanks for having me. It's got to have been a crazy refusal. By way of background PacMan is one of the founders of blur. He is operating pseudonymously. I want to caveat before we get into the show that dragonfly we are investors in the blur token, so we're full disclosures. But it's basically within the last week that the blur AirDrop has gone live and the token has started trading and you guys are now by far the biggest publicly tradable NFT token. How does it feel? This must be absolutely crazy for you. Yeah, it's been absolutely incredible. Definitely very satisfied with the results so far. Fair enough. Satisfies a good answer. Wow, that sounds like an earnings call type of phrase. Robert, you're the only other person here who's had a token launch besides Tom and his meme token. The only other one is that like a real legit token launch. I don't know because I've never had that experience that I hope never to, because it sounds horrifying. Wait, there's no dragonfly token. Wins the dragonfly AirDrop. You guys are definitely eligible when it's live, but so far, we don't reveal too much about the criteria for mining it. But what does it feel like? What does it tell me what it's like to launch a token? What does it feel like? Yeah, honestly, it's mainly exhaustion in the 48 hours lineup to the token launch. I literally did not sleep. So it was like 5 a.m. and we were slated for a 9 a.m. PT 12 p.m. ET token launch and there was just still some final to dos to finish up. So I was like, okay, I'm gonna try to sleep for 30 minutes. Close my eyes for 30 minutes, could not sleep. Woke up, had a coffee. You know, went through the token launch. We delayed 90 minutes, of course, and then launched, and it was just like, absolutely insane. Everything held up, which was phenomenal. And then I had a few interviews later in the day. And still was not able to sleep until probably around three, 4 a.m. that evening. So first time in my life that I stayed up for 48 hours straight, which was quite interesting.

Sebastian Welcomes Julie Hartman to the Show

"Judy Hartman, welcome back to America first. Thank you. It's great to be back. The last time I was on, you talked about my essay that I wrote at Harvard about Patrice lumumba's assassination. And I sent it to you. Did you read it? Of course I did. I have used it as wallpaper in my man cave. You will see it if you are ever allowed into the man cave at the gorka compound, but we're not here to discuss your paper on Patrice lumumba, although we can do that at another point. We are here because it has been so long since we chatted to you. I think we chatted about 90 minutes ago. And you mentioned something really interesting about your generation. I just wanted to peak an interest for me. And we have a few minutes to discuss before Dennis comes on the line. Right now, subscribe to her podcast timeless with Julie Hartman. Julie, you said something interesting about and I think it's the focus of what you're interested in is what's happened to youth in America. And you use the word hobbies. What's the situation with hobbies and young people in the United States? Well, it's a great that it's great that I'm a warm up for Dennis because actually getting to know Dennis made me realize that people my age don't have a lot of hobbies. Dennis is the complete opposite of that. He probably has too many hobbies. He loves photography. He loves fountain pens. He buys very expensive audio equipment. His life is a series of hobbies. It really is. And getting to know him just made me realize, my gosh, I don't think I know anyone my age, who has anything comparable to that. And by the way, I'm not wagging my finger. I don't have hobbies. And it made me think why is that? And there are a few reasons that I've come up with. First, certainly for the people who I went to college with, we were so obsessed with getting into an elite university and then once we were at that elite university landing, a job at an elite firm that we didn't have time to have hobbies.

Jeff Katz: Richmond Restaurant Should've Still Served Christian Group

"Story involves a popular establishment in Richmond called metzger's bar and butchery, and the family foundation was a faith based group. They were going to have their big party there and what about 90 minutes beforehand Jeff cats. They canceled. They canceled on them. They did. And this is what is so crazy about this Todd. Victoria Cobb, who is the president of that group, has been a guest on my program. I can't even begin to tell you how many times and the family foundation of Virginia great organization really, really concerned with protecting innocent life and what a great people. They're just great people and they chose this particular place, metzger's. And as you say about 90 minutes before they were scheduled to show up for their dessert reception, they get a call that said, hey, we've decided you can't come in because some of our staff members are not going to feel comfortable or safe. Yeah, and according to, according to their press release, Victoria Cobb's press release, they said that some of the gay staff would not serve them. This is insane. What you do at that point is go up to your employees who refuse to do their job and you give them an ultimatum. Either either serve the rice krispie treats or hit the road. That's exactly right side. You know, I reached out to my brother who has spent the better part of 30 years as a chef as an executive chef. A number of big restaurants in places like San Francisco and South Florida. And I said to him, so what do you do? He says, well, if you don't have trouble getting staff, you tell the current staff, hey, listen, you do your job, or you get out, and if you really are thinking, my gosh, I don't know if I can replace these people, then you is the owner you as the managers you as the executive team take care of this party.

AJ's Shares His First COVID Test Exeperience

"Speaking of poker, my producer tells me, hey, AJ, you know, Gabe Kaplan is a little concerned. Did you ever do you have that? You got COVID. I said, no, I never got it. Well, we got public going to put a plexiglass shield between you two and the voice-over booth. I said, yeah, no problem. I understand that. He said, well, would you mind taking a COVID test? I said, no, not at all. I understand why Gabe would want that. Completely. Gabe's in his 70s. I don't know what kind of conditions he has, having talked to him and like 7, 8 years. But either way, of course, so I go get this goddamn COVID test at Burbank urgent care. Wait outside for 90 minutes, 125 bucks, what a fucking thing they got going oh boy, the government, what they did. Boy, did they make in fucking billions on this? And you know, you take the test and you start making friends with strangers online, we're all there for different reasons. And because you're bored, you start talking. And there was a guy in front of me who one of his workers had COVID, so he had another girl worked in production. She got to get it. And as we got closer and closer, I was getting a little nervous. I saw those videos of the swab going way up the nose into your brain cavity. Was not looking forward to that. And then this nice girl who was too ahead of me came out and said, they don't do that. They just rub the inside of your nose. It's really easy. It's like a Q tip that you might do yourself. It's over and 5 seconds. And seriously, that was that's what it was. It was a 5 second thing after waiting 90 minutes online. Of course, I'm negative. Thank God. But it's just, I don't know, this whole new way of this whole new way of the world, people coming out of a, of an urgent care with the blue, the blue uniform and the shield and the mask and you just feel like you're in a fucking science fiction movie, man. It's so crazy. But I'm negative and I'm on my way. The only thing I suffer from is computer aids, as you know, and I'm not going to lose that.

Arizona county certifies election after judge's order

"A judge's order has pushed a rural county in Arizona to certify its election results after weeks of resistance. The cochise county board of supervisors voted Thursday to certify their election results following the orders of judge Casey mcginley, who told the supervisors to convene within 90 minutes and certify the results by the end of the day, the same board had to abandon plans to hand count every ballot. Supervisors Peggy Judd and Tom Crosby argued they weren't satisfied that the ballot counting machines had been properly certified, while state and federal officials said they were. The ruling comes after lawsuits by Arizona's Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a local voter and a group of retirees. Hobbes warned that she might have had to certify statewide results without the numbers from cochise county, whose 47,000 votes went overwhelmingly to Republicans, supervisor and English, the lone Democrat, urged the judge not to wait, saying she thought Crosby was trying to stage a quote SmackDown between the Secretary of State and election deniers. Alec and Hilaria Baldwin Have Kid Problems

"But you'll like this. And you'll only get it from me. It's about our bowl, but in his wife hilaria and their children, okay? This comes on the heels of them posting Instagram picture on Thanksgiving, showing them in their 7 kids and was so hectic. Some kids weren't looking at the camera and they just wanted us to know this was an epic fail Thanksgiving ha ha he were all the same. We're all parents we get it. No, we're not the same because we don't hire professional photographers in our living room to set up and take a picture that might take 90 minutes. So we're not the same. But here's the story. The baldwins live in Manhattan. They send the kids to school in Brooklyn. Don't know why. It's not a private school. They're plenty of great schools in New York City. But they send their kids to the international school where lessons are taught in English, Spanish, and French, and you can guess which language hilaria wants the kids to be taught in. So I found out that their daughter Carmen goes to school in full goth makeup and this kid's in fourth grade. On top of that, their son Raphael has been telling students that his father quote murdered someone, but it's okay because he gets away with everything. This is also the kid you should know that wrote fucked you on his parents car when everything was going crazy. So something is wrong in their lives, even though they make us think it's Paradise. Kids are affected by everything. We can rarely hide things from kids. They see all dramas. But I mean, look, the parents of these children should be alarmed and, you know, take the kids home and talk to them, but no, not Alec and hilaria. They're telling people that, look, you know, this behavior by them is okay because they're only expressing themselves. Really? Is that what you think these kids are doing expressing themselves?

Dinesh D'Souza Releases '2000 Mules' in Book Form

"Dinesh tell us about the book, which some people might be interested or curious how is it different than the movie walk us through it? The movie is a 90 minute narrative of what really happened in the 2020 election. And there are some aspects in the movie that can't be duplicated in a book. So for example, the movie has surveillance video. Obviously, there's no way for me to pluck that video and stick it in a book. The book has photos and images, but it doesn't have video. On the other hand, books can do certain things that movies can't. And so a book can almost like a legal brief, lay out a systematic argument. At a far greater level of explanation and detail, it can provide a lot of evidentiary backup, crossing the T's and dotting the eyes. And the other thing that this book has is it has a systematic refutation of the critics of the movie. So it goes beyond 2000 meals and it answers people like Ali swenson of AB, Philip bump of The Washington Post, Tom drives back at national public radio. Many of the prominent sort of debunkers of 2000 meals, not to mention, by the way, Liz Cheney and Bill Barr, all of them come under scrutiny and under fire in the book.

Ray Richardson: Bonny Eagle HS Teaches Porn to Students

"I have come to November. I will have done the morning show for 19 years. I had never had a more uncomfortable 30 minutes than I did this morning at 7 30 to 8 a.m. eastern. And I will tell you, I've been praying a lot about how to handle this, thankfully I was in charge yesterday morning and our pastor really came through so clearly. So what's happening here is yet another debatable point in our society should pornography be a part of the public education. And I don't know how that became a debatable point in our society. The book called gender queer on Amazon. It says clearly 18 years plus, they recognize this is a book for adults, doctor children. And I don't care how old the child is, but they're in public school. They were a child. There's someone's child. And a lot of the stuff goes on Todd because parents don't know. So I'll admit the truth. I dropped the ball on this, there's so many things going on. When this first came to my attention, I didn't get involved with it because, you know, there's only 24 hours in the day. And I'm usually awake for 20 of them. And I just didn't have time, but somebody sent me excerpts to the book last Friday. And I was appalled, and I won't say what I saw because I can't think of a flight way to do it. I warned my audience for 90 minutes this morning that I was going to graphically tell them what it was saying. In this book. And so what they did was they created cartoons, but they're cartoons of people. They're not Bugs Bunny, or Yosemite Sam. These are cartoons of people engaging in very graphic sexual gratification. I think that's a polite way to say it. Is that fair?

"And I served with great pleasure, the man who is now on the line, the 45th president of the United States and God willing, the 47th president Trump, welcome to America first. And you did a great job. I have to say that. You did a great job at everybody respected you. And you were a strong voice. So that's why I do your show. Well, thank you kindly, and we're going to keep you on through the breaks. We're going to blast through the Blake skies. Don't go anywhere the president will be with us for the rest of the show. President, let's start with I really don't know how to react. You know I'm with newsmax now. I used to be with Fox. I had great respect for the Fox business hosts like varney. But I don't understand this interview he did with you recently where he said most of your supporters want to forget 2020 they want to move on. Well, president Trump, I was there. I watched you in the front row at Mar-a-Lago. I don't know how you did it. You sat there for 90 minutes for the premiere of the national Seuss's 2000 mules. You saw the evidence, sir, of an election stolen from you and 74 million voters at least. There is no way we can go forward unless we fix the problems of 2016. Do you agree? Well, first of all, let me just say about sir, I really like Stewart a lot. I was a little surprised because I really believe that if I said G under the circumstances because we've seen such corruption. I mean, the 2000 meals is incredible, but that's just one form of many. Now that's definitive and determinative because there's so many more votes than you need to win. But there are many other things they did also. It was a very corrupt election. I think that if I said that gee whiz, this was corrupt and all that. But we have to go for it. I think our base would be very upset about it if you want to know the truth. They would be very upset. And I don't think that people Stewart would be one of them. And Stuart's very good. But I don't think people realize that I could say other ones that we like Friends of ours. I don't think anyone knows how powerful this is.

"Let's kind of go through this rather slowly because I think we need to in order to see this operation and dissect it. I'm going to dissect it almost like I'm in biology class and this is a frog. It's called investigation. So right there it's telling you, this is serious business. We're in really investigation. A pro Trump film now stop right there. A pro Trump film. Anyone who has seen 2000 meals knows that 2000 mules is not about Trump. How much time does Trump get in the film? I would say maybe one minute, maybe two, out of 90 minutes. This is different by the way than the film rigged. Dave bosse's film had a lengthy interview with Trump that was running all the way through the film. This is not like that. This is a film about stealing an election. Now, Trump was the candidate in 2020, obviously I'm going to mention Trump. I obviously also mentioned Biden, but I was very careful not to make this a film that was sort of about Trump and Trump is just quoted three or four times a single line in the film. And then, of course, that's footage from election night. So just that part of the headline is aimed at saying this film was made for Trump. It's a pro Trump film. We've got a discounted right away. All right, the pro Trump film suggests its data are so accurate. It solved the murder. That's false. First of all, I'm going to say straight out and I'm going to ask you to watch the film so you can make up your own mind. I do not say in this film the true the vote, quote, solved, a murder. In fact, I can prove it. I'm going to go to the exact statement that appears in the film. In fact, it's quoted in the article. This is what I mean when I say that they make a claim in the headline that is subtly undermined by the text of the article, but nowhere does the writer give you any clue about this. He allows you to get the false reading. In fact, it's part of his purpose that you get the follow false

"Someone that understands the Russian collusion story better than anybody else and his predictions have been coming true and I push back against them very politely when he was on the show. He's a friend of mine cash, Patel, very smart guy American patriot. Cash are you with us? Yeah, Charlie, got you loud and clear and thanks so much for having me back on your show. Really appreciate it. The floor is yours, what have we learned this week with John Durham and these indictments? Well, as your show and your viewers have taken a great interest in John Durham, what he's been doing since we last talked was issue another indictment. And let's just rewind history for a little bit for those who haven't watched the plot against the president, spend 90 minutes of your life and learn about the biggest political scandal and how Devin Nunes and I expose that scandal in the United States history. So first, you have Christopher Steele, or let's back up one more step. You have fusion GPS and the democratic national party and Hillary Clinton campaign pay millions of dollars to obtain fraudulent information through a MI 6 asset Christopher Steele and pump that into the FBI and have the FBI intentionally lie to a fisa court. So you have a democratic political party. You have a foreign operative. You've got tens of millions of dollars, and you have our FBI and DOJ being corrupted. As if that wasn't bad enough, that was proven. Not just by the Nunes memo and the Russia gate investigation we did validated by the inspector general, but also John Durham indicted one of the attorneys who lied to the fist court for the surveillance warrant during the Trump campaign era. And then indicted just a couple of weeks ago, Michael sussman for lying to the FBI. Who's Michael sussman? Oh, he's the head lawyer for the DNC and Hillary campaign who was getting paid millions of dollars to shell. This information about the Russia gate hooks to the FBI and lied about it. And now we have this guy indicted danchenko. His name's not that important, but his position is. And if you recall, Christopher Steele did this terrible interview with George Stephanopoulos recently. We do go to try to resuscitate his credibility. And people were asking, why would he do that now? Because he knew this indictment was coming. And why does it matter? Because we already destroyed Christopher Steele's credibility in his lies. But you asked, where does Christopher Steele get his information from? Danchenko, this guy that was just indicted at lying to the FBI. 5 times over 5 counts in a federal indictment was Christopher Steele's primary source for the information that we knew was rather than to begin

"Hard talk with me. Steven Sacha it's 20 years since the twin towers of the World Trade Center were reduced to dust and ash on 9 11 in New York. Osama bin Laden inflicted a grievous wound on the United States This week. The U. S is again immersed in memories of that attack and what came after and it's prompted us to dip into the hard talk archive a decade ago. On the 10th anniversary of the fall of the twin towers. I spoke to the man who was mayor of New York City on that fateful day, Rudy Giuliani. Every year. It's very difficult because it was the worst experience of my life with the worst thing in the history of the city worst attack, and it was the greatest day It was a day of tremendous heroism, tremendous essential unity As an American. I don't think America in my lifetime, at least ever was as united that's Rudy Giuliani and memories of 9 11 on hard talk after the news. Hello. I'm were older than with the BBC news. President Biden has told his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, that bilateral communication channels should remain open to prevent misunderstandings that could lead to confrontation between them. The two leaders spoke for 90 minutes by phone for the first time since February. The White House, said the discussions included areas of tension, including breaches of cybersecurity and the South China Sea, his Nick Marsh, both sides agreed to stay in much more regular contact. We know President Biden was getting a bit frustrated with the lack of communication with China, both sides went through long periods of not talking to each other, especially during the Trump administration. Secondly, president she said that both countries would look to cooperate a lot more on climate change. Another thing President, she said, was that although these American policies had caused China what he calls serious difficulties, he did want to get this relationship back on the right track, not least of course, when it comes to trade. Mr Biden has announced sweeping new measures to make Americans get vaccinated against coronavirus as the pandemic surges In many states. Vaccination will be mandatory for federal government workers. Large companies will have to ensure their staff are vaccinated or tested. Weekly Iqbal reports from Washington. This was a blunt message from President Biden. Even though most Americans have received at least one vaccine dose. The pandemic is not under control. The U. S is averaging 1500 Covid related deaths a day. There have been confusing messages from federal health officials. They dropped the mask mandate in May, saying fully vaccinated people no longer needed to wear one indoors or outdoors. Critics say that allowed the delta variant to get a foothold. Another evacuation flight is scheduled to take off from Kabul airport today after 200 people were flown out on Thursday, including American and British nationals. Qatari officials working with the Taliban to reopen the airport, say it's up and running. "You to the show notes. Now, the other option you have. If you're listening to this, you shouldn't go directly to my website that IBM's GR that's the international business Growth Radio Network. When you get there, I'd be gr dot network. When you get there, go to the blog and then you'll see a When that opens up. You will see this talk radio. The icons show number eight Line of sight. Open it up now where we were. When I left off as we were. We just finished on what you need to do. We just finished skin in the game, and the critical factor is if people feel ownership in their own performance beyond their own work ethic, then you're in the game. That is the thing you're trying to create. So now number three and really the focus of what we've been doing here is this line of sight. So you've made clear to people what the goals and objectives are to what results do you want to get from today? And what activities is going to be required to meet that? Then how is that going to be measured, and I use the restaurant example in the previous, uh, in the previous segment, and I'll use it again. As you go into the back room of a restaurant that's well run and you'll find his big board that people write on. All the employees have a right to write on the board. Why? Because there is a line on there they own. It is the metric of their position. You've established it ahead of time. So what comes in is you know for table to me for table would be things like Uh, turnover How? What's the amount of time on average? We're turning the table, so I've got posted My time on turns. Now I can't just shoot customers out. So the issue is if I want to confine My table turns to the maximum of the 90 minutes than how efficient must be the greeter. How efficient must be the seeding process. How efficient should the server the person taking the order? How quickly do they have to get there? What should they be taking? Uh, first? Then how do they set them up? So when they come back in a short period time, for example, most good restaurants you order the drinks, All right, they go back if they bring them back or drink synapse, you bring them over. And you're taking another order. So what's happening is they're never sitting for any period of time waiting for anything. It's immediate, its immediate gratification for them. You've sped up the process and then you know where the margins are. So you know what to push. Typically, the chef's special It's got a good margin on it. Typically, the bar has a good margin on it. Typically, deserts have a good margin on it. Okay, push the stuff. The customers are jazzed about the setting and they're out that's in the back room, and that's that is tracked. That's what I'm talking about here and why What you need to do is you need to build those charts. These are not things you want customers to say, But you need to build these charts and then the people doing the work have to be the ones who fill it in. Now, think about the psychological impact of that. Is that I'm going to write up there is that I'm an idiot. I'm incompetent. I'm slow. In other words, everybody else's table. Times are aware. Let's say if my nineties my goal there all it say 85 86 minutes and I'm at 100. I'm going to be embarrassed to write 100 up there, so there's a way of kind of reinforcing what the person is doing now what I have on here. Is also This is how I vertically aligned to company one of the most powerful things A large organizations that they have to do is when you get that many people in the company. How do you align people to what the company wants to do? Now here in a small business, you've got a perfect opportunity. And yet most small businesses do this worse than large corporations has been my experience after four decades. So what I want to do is I want everybody on board for where were taken to business. I want everybody to have skin in the game because we've gone to variable compensation. Everybody here Is going to get some portion of the check they receive based upon their performance, the performance of the business or some combination, And if you want to little assistance on how to put that together. I got lots of show notes. In fact, you go to our website. I'd be gr network on any page that you see a search Part says new Choice for business Search Doctor Go to Google or Yahoo or Bing or anyplace else going into those places. Come to I B gr network and do search there and you put in variable compensation. I guarantee you Find more articles, most of them written by me for shows that I've done on this topic, and I'm hot for this.

"That is a question like that's the point is you let your players go 90 minutes. Clearly, most of them at that point have expended most most of their energy. That's when you turn to your fresh legs. You're talented young players and say, You know what? Before we get to penalties. I'm going to give you guys an opportunity to go out and be the difference makers in this game, and if we get to the point where we can't do that, And you can't make a difference with your fresh legs. Then at least you've got into the game. And now you can go take a penalty. And if you saw Roberto Mancini substituted this guy at the 60th minute and also at the 75th minute, Yes, he made his substitution is then. He was trying to win the match in regulation time. He didn't want to go to extras and an extra. It was very conservative, and it looked like it was going to go to the shootout as it's always going to be. Yeah, like I know what you're saying. Jessie and as a huge soccer fan, I think your co would agree with me. The reality is it's very unsatisfying to have a game like of this magnitude, ending penalties. Like no, Nobody wants that. But that's why I asked that question of your because I think hockey is different. I think you're basically going to get a goal because of fatigue. Where you're going is saying the fatigue is going to lead less. Listen, you're right. Hockey also end up with 50 shots in the game Sometimes. Yeah, it's a smudge Soccer. You don't end up with 50 shots in the game. You're covering a smaller surface area, whereas a tired player in hockey Can fall down and it leads to a breakaway that can in the game in soccer. You rarely see that because there's not too many situations where a team especially later in the game, where they're going to be caught without some defenders back. It just doesn't happen that often late in a game. Yeah, it feels too big. The team that created the most opportunities was the one that ultimately won the game and I don't have a problem with that. The team But they were just fortunate to win it, though they were pretty fortunate, but the result was a fair result is what I'm trying to say is a fair result. If England ended up winning, that would have been a little suspect, saying the best side didn't win. Italy ended up winning the best side one. If you want to go back and judge Southgate's decisions, he's the he's the coach of the English national team. Feel free to go ahead and do that. I've got no problems. You can second guess him until the cows come home. I think the better side one. Uh, I think England played much better than they did in 2018. I think England was a more deserving side now than they were. Back in 2018 when they got to the semi finals of the World Cup. Um I think one reason another UFO wanted England to get to the final. And things fell certain ways for England so good for them. They're better than they were. Next year is the World Cup. They're playing in November, so we'll see what England can do for the world. One last piece. I'll address in some situations in some tournaments, what they do do Is. There's a replay. If you have a tie at if it's 11 after 90 minutes, they will have a complete replay of the game on a different date. And that actually is a more satisfying way to to determine your results. However, the problem is when you've had a major international tournament like Jiro is going on, and you have a final on a Sunday when everybody's watching you. The world is watching unique finality. Yeah, you cannot say Hey, guess what. It's 11 to do it all over again and and and the truth is in a perfect world. I think that's the way it would be. Determined and not only that, but if England was a little bit more adventurous during that game, they might go ahead and put a check one in the body. You know in there, and they weren't adventurous. They decided they wanted to park the bus, and then they ended up being the better side. And here's the thing If you feel like you're the lesser team. Late once you just place conservative as possible to get to the penalty kicks because that's the equalizer. I think. At the end, both sides decided at about 1 13. Alright, We're gonna go to penalties and that's fine. But I still think Italy was the more aggressive side throughout the whole process. No, no doubt about it. They were, But I wonder if England late is thinking. Well, let's just get this thing to penalty kicks. You know, they decided that earlier than maybe Italy did anyway, 3123323776. If you want to chime in about this, we've been talking about Javi buyers. The All Star break with the Cubs and Sox surprising positions that they're in. "And so it seems to me that what some of what Schumer is trying to do here is in a way box in fellow Democrats like Joe Manchin, who have expressed concern about the size and, um Revenue streams that would be put into a larger infrastructure brother will talk about more than just physical infrastructure. But human infrastructure social programs mentioned has said that he doesn't want to see. For example, the corporate tax raised 28% and he also expressing skepticism about the size of spending in such a package. So if humor is saying you can't have By partisan deal with everyone can agree to without the harder lift, which is more expensive. It's very interesting to see how this plays out. But the fact is that there are important developments today with a meeting. Key meeting at the White House scheduled for about 90 minutes from now, Okay. But that would seem to You know, give away the deal here. So what they would do is get the 10 Republican votes for the parts of the infrastructure that they all agree our infrastructure. And past that you know, with by overriding the filibuster filibuster, and then they come back with a different bill that is based on the democratic definition of infrastructure, which Mitch McConnell cannot abide. And paste past that with with on a partisan vote, with Kamala Harris casting the tie breaker. Why would Mitch McConnell allowed 10 Republicans to be part of such a deal? A really interesting question. It seems to, uh you know, underscore the fragility of any potential compromise. And perhaps there's some ju jitsu going on here or an attempt on Schumer's part to play three dimensional chess with the Republicans to say Aha! So you're already Saying You're willing to agree to this And you can vote on that. But we're going to move forward without you on a separate track. Would Republicans be willing to say Well, we're not going to support what we all believe we want and can afford because you're going to move forward in a way that we can't stop you. That's an interesting, um, legislative strategy on Schumer's part, if that's what he intends to do, and I think you're right to point it out. CBS News correspondent Steve Importantly, in Washington, Stephen Thank you. You bet it is 7 23, and that's real time traffic time. Our travel times are about plus or minus where you might expect them. 50 minutes from federal way to Seattle is a little bit behind schedule. We're really starting to see things. Stack in as you get to the north end of Boeing Field and working your way past the West Seattle Bridge, also looking at about a 30 minute trip from residents of Bellevue. It's about what you might expect for Thursday. You're off the brakes as you get up towards Newcastle. 167. We have some slowing about halfway between Auburn up into Canton. It's also kind of intense as you work your way towards 24th coming out of the Sumner area. Give yourself 45 minutes to make the drive from Puyallup Direct and that got to give you a couple of extra minutes padded in just to make sure you get where you need to go through Tacoma. We're starting to see just a little bit of slowing right by the mall and then passed the weaving emerging. It's about what you would expect. Maybe a little lighter than so. Maybe now would be a good time to get through to coma before we get to our second peak of the morning. The driver out of the north end about 40 minutes from effort to Seattle or Bellevue, pretty slow around the Everett Mall and then pulling away from Lynn Woods about what you would expect. And we're still working with about three miles worth of slowing on westbound five to to getting out of Monroe. If you can believe it. This is all because of a crash in the opposite direction west of the bridge. 19 vaccines now available to everybody. 12 and older to schedule appointment. Go to Vaccine locator dot d o h dot law. "Must reject this invitation to ignore the First Amendment. It is anti American. And would set a dangerous precedent. Forever. Laws developed over the years to clearly establish elected officials. Have the right to engage and protected speech. Mr Trump is not just a guy on the street or a guy at a bar or a fire chief for a police officer. There were a few of them in there. All analogies given by the House managers. These sideways analogies are wrong. Mr Trump was an elected official, and there's an entire body of law Supreme Court landmark cases supporting the conclusion. Mr Trump actually has enhanced free speech rights because he is an elected official. These cases are ignored by the House managers and law professors. And that, too, is total intellectual dishonesty. The Supreme Court has long held that the First Amendment right to freedom of speech protects elected officials. Too important on point decisions from the Supreme Court. Would versus Georgia and Bond versus Floyd expressly contradict the House managers position. The House managers do not even slight. Those cases in their brief They barely acknowledged them in their reply. You're listening to live coverage of the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump. He loved it, And that's where you go in these little torture. Chambers called the floating can isolate for me. It was a torture chamber and we went there, Hoody. That lovely woman who owned it Got a hold of Danny said you would cap come over. I want you to try this and they gave me the biggest float room. Danny, Is that what you call it? Yes, it's a float tank. But you're in your own private room and caps was literally the size of a bathroom. Yeah, And it was like a swimming pool. But as soon as they it's pitch black, you cannot see anything but you can't see it's so dark. You cannot see your hand an inch in front of your face. It is soundproof. It is It's black. And it was. I don't even care about the way the blanket that wasn't even a factor in my decision. The only factor was the fact that if I'm quarantine for a long time I want a house with Netflix. When I look at everything else. That's an option. Assuming I can eat in the other house. Yeah, I want the job interview really clear. You conduce exercise with your body weight. You don't need a home gym. Like a home I know. But like, really, like the view of the beach is really the selling point for me for House three. But after a while, I love the view of the beach. But day after day with nothing else to do, I think I would get bored. You gonna stare at the ocean all day? I'll be watching a new show on Netflix. I could go down to the beach, kid. Get in the water. I could do some swimming. I could surf. Yeah, I will always sure you can go down the down The beach. It's is a view of the beach. Your meeting can wait for two seconds and she because this list is worth holding up work, okay? So she voted. Three or six just like me. She's like those are the only two like if I had to go somewhere else, other than the view of the beach, the home gym, the tacos and margaritas or the swimming pool, rooftop deck out their fireplace. "Them crooked vultures and why I thought you were going to go. I thought you were going to drop some love on Oyster head. Oh, Stuart couple, Les Claypool. Trey Anastasio. I've never heard of any of those guys, but apparently they've done something. Um, if you had to choose you giving you vultures or head Where you going? And why I'm going ahead because of the album that one album by Oyster Head is so I mean, it's wacky. They were about to tour their tour got canceled. They were about to headline jazz fest. I was going to jazz fest. I know so I would go Oyster head and I Love the story. Quick Diversion is that when the beginning of like their rehearsals, Stewart Copeland, I guess Mapped out like a perfectly timed to 90 minutes set list that they were going to rehearse and just play every night for the whole tour, and that literally tray anesthesia and less labels. Reaction was like the first reaction is that you started laughing because they're like Stuart. That's not how it's gonna go down. Yeah, yeah, we're basically gonna yell songs out to each other in the middle of the show. And you better know it was. Let's all reserves everything so we can put play anything at any time. It was fantastic. I like that school. I want Stewart Copeland stretching it out. You know what I mean? It was a shadow of a man. Billy came home from Vietnam. Just a shadow of a man about lions Dude, rubbernecking lions. Come on. It's okay. Go ahead. Chance. Sorry. It's time. Okay, Here we go. So to wrap this s up because we're talking super super wild card weekend super groups. Um Love them crooked vultures. Great call tone. Just rock royalty, Dude, no doubt about it. Your head Shannon. No. None also fall e love it. My my pick is is a play off of the highway men will, which was a supergroup with Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings. Willie Nelson. Kris Kristofferson, the highwayman on vinyl, dude. Oh, yeah, Incredible. But there is a new high women, of course, which is Brandi Carlile with you know, like a star studded cast of country. Superstar women is casing the greatest part of that. Um, I Wow, I don't think I don't think I don't think so. Okay? No, it could be. I got yet one with must graves now? No, No, no. God. No, but But, yes. Oh, they're just pretty pretty amazing and kind of groundbreaking. Not necessarily pop, either. I mean, they kind of play into the old school country ways. So it's Brandi Carlile, Natalie Hemby, Marin Morris and Amanda sh. IRS And I guess she hires would be kind of the other big name along with Brandi Carlile, but they have a song called High called High Women, and I Just think they're just kind of Ah, Shining star in the world of country. We're that woman say that star is still until We can't really sons you can only Oh, way are the.
