How Cheat Meals Can Add Extra Fat Cells
"If you eat the calorie deficit all week and then have a cheat meal. Will you gain fat cells and is that considered yo yo dieting. Okay so yo yo. Dieting is more of Extremely strict restriction and then kind of an extreme bulk yo-yo dieting for more to kind of dysfunctional eating. Now she meals can fall in that category. I hate using that term cheat meal because it encourages this kind of on the wagon off the wagon mentality which tends to turn into dysfunctional leading. So what i tend to do. Is i tell the tell. I tend to tell people you're going to be on this deficit and then once a week we're gonna have you in a surplus rather than saying it's a cheat meal now. The science on this actually supports the metabolism boosting effects and the muscle preserving effects of doing this. In fact it was one study where they compared people who were on a continual deficit to people who were on a deficit and with some intermittent periods where they would eat more calories and they found that jumping the calories up here and they're actually resulted in more fat loss and less muscle loss bodybuilders of known this for a long time And i've seen this with people that i've worked with that being said this is a controlled environment in a controlled amount of surplus. Which i think more to the point of this question is what. I think how people are using it now. It's like oh. I'm in this. I follow my diet. You know six days a week. And i'm in this calorie deficits hundred a day. And then sunday's i can eat whatever i want you know and then and i think it's. It's turned into this thing where you know not counting. I'm off. I follow this weeks. All eat like an asshole. I you know and so and into that. Yes you could. I mean we talked about this with Lane norton lane came in. And we talked about how you could add fat cells I don't think at cheat meal would do a cheat day Definitely

"Heat on 90 degrees every night. L O l been sleeping at this time for 15 years, So it's nothing new, but Rumor has it If you catch Cove it it doesn't survive him. Warm temperatures. You are such a moron. So people obviously slammed him. One person said If normal body temp is 90.6 his logic hurts my brain. And then my personal favorite was someone said him sleeping at 90 degrees for 15 years explain so much and it does like something. 90 degrees. Yeah, I mean, you said the house is 60 or the room and 65 or whatever. You could always warm yourself up. You know, more blankets and whatever. But if it's 90 degrees, or if it's hot, it is very difficult to cool yourself off. And if I'm hot, I ain't sleeping. Not happening. I like get so frustrated if I'm hot when I'm trying to sleep because I need a blanket, But you know you're already so you want your feet out and all that. I don't know He's nuts. And this'll proves it. So remember when I told you guys about how Warner Brothers their entire 2021 film Slate will stream on HBO Max at the same time that it plays in theaters. Well, um, movie theaters are considering some revenge now, which we kind of knew was going to come. AMC and Cinemark are considering dropping ticket prices for Warner Brothers titles so low that they would almost get nothing back. Yes. Yeah, The theater is getting good. How does it work? How does that How does the money split work like, How does that benefit them To not make more money? I thought they had to pay the The movie companies like a base amount anyway, I don't know, but they're well that everything is changing. So they're also considering that if they do things that way that they're gonna on Lee carry the films on a title by title basis, So I think sometimes like they would just do Ah, blanket deal with them with Warner Brothers, and then you know, work something out, but they're gonna go title by title, and then if they can screw him out of money, they might do that. Wow. I just I just actually ghoul. I Googled this guy was curious. How did movie movies make money? Usually a portion of theater ticket sales go toe a go to theater owners with the studio and distributor giving the remaining money studio might make 60% of the film's ticket sales in the U. S 20 to 40% of that, So I guess if they I'm they're not gonna make this much money. But, yeah, right. The theaters would neither so right. But I don't know if that game works because I think they're just gonna say fine, well, more heavily promote the in house viewing or in home viewing or whatever. And people are more likely to do that right now, anyway, so you know, Yeah, but if I could go see a movie for, like, a dollar you risk your life e mean, I was gonna say so. You you'll get the Rhoda. Yeah, There's you say about yourself, $9. Then I might be like If I spend a dollar on the movie, I might be more inclined to buy concessions. You know, I'm saying has Like if I go to a movie and pay $15, I don't know if I'm gonna spend another $20 on popcorn and a soda. So I love it again that the main reason to not go and be Cove in so I don't know. But like what, Like the money Popcorn's so good tailing happening, But it's not about it's no. But the movie theaters are doing everything they can to prevent covert. They're doing everything right. I'm gonna go, you know, Regardless, probably. But I'm saying your logic for now it's a dollar now you're willing to go as opposed to before. I'm not going to No, no, I wouldn't went either way because I like seeing movies in the theaters. But like I'm just saying, like, I'd be more inclined to buy more at the movie theater if the ticket prices cheaper, right? I mean, I'm not saying that their first we're going to do this. I know that they're kind of brainstorming ways that they could because they're mad and I understand and I'm sure they'll have they'll promote at home viewing more anyways, because they know majority of people are scared. Um, but, yes. Oh, that's one of the way this is go ahead, revealing. No, it also sucks. Because, like a lot of these films like the Wonder Woman movie that's coming out on Christmas Day That's doing both theater and the home streaming. There's a lot of these movies are now filmed for like, I'm Ex for, like the like, climax viewing, and it just sucks. If you can't get that same experience, just seeing it in your own. Oh, so the little TV at home that I think they would, because they said they might go title by time, So if they're like, Oh, this movie's gonna be big and it's gonna be better in theaters. Okay? Maybe We'll take this one and still not give them as much money. This is no win. It's no win for everybody, because the movie's upfront have all that investment. You're in the movie, the theater company so that the production companies or whatever they they had to pay. They had to pay for it all the sets and the crew and just, you know, whatever. So they're tired. They have all this money tied up. So what are they supposed to do? They're supposed to do and they need you know future revenue to make more movies. So what are they supposed to just hang on to all this until everybody has a vaccine, and they can reopen the theaters? That could be Yeah, that could be two years that could be forever or you know, so then you screw the movie theaters or you do it this way, And at least you can come out with new content. So that when down the road when hopefully these thieves leaders that they survived could reopen. Well, then there's something something there, but I mean, it's like nobody wins Do what's best for them. And maybe I don't know. It seems like considering waiting would be a good idea for them. I don't know. You know if they can hold on to a project for that long, but s Oh spoiler alert. If you are really deep in the Mass in your game of about toe, I can't believe this. Okay? I'm can't believe it. The only person on our show who watched every single episode Rubio can't believe it. Just wait till you hear who the winner was. I'll tell.
