But on the home pitch Sunday night, the Sounders not could figure a way to get the ball in the net and lost their playoff match 1 -0 to LAFC. Seattle head coach Brian Schmetzer says the sudden ending to a season is very difficult. But yeah, losing like this certainly hurts. The opportunity was there to have another home game. So yeah, right now the guys are hurting. Sounders captain midfielder Ladero Nicolas already announced he won't return with the club next season. We're talking holiday decoration time. Emergency medicine physician Dr. Thomas Waters says holiday related injuries can be prevented just be careful and pay attention. You want to be careful when you're on step stools or ladders if you're you know hanging lights whether it's inside or out anytime you're up on a ladder there's always a risk that you could fall. Have at someone the base of your ladder to help keep it steady and secure. When it comes to electrical, Dr. Waters says make sure your extension cords and outlets are not overloaded. Also make sure light strands are not frayed. Check your holiday lights for broken bulbs or exposed sockets and if you can't reach gutters maybe consider not doing the decorating yourself. Anytime you're up high on a ladder especially in the winter when the weather conditions aren't so great you're really putting yourself at risk for a significant fall. My recommendation is leave the high gutters and the peaks to the professionals. Ron DeSantis Struggles to Keep Up with Donald Trump's Strength

"A time of widespread weakness. Donald Trump is coming across as strong. And Ron DeSantis is not. And it's some of the advice that Ron DeSantis is receiving is, well, you know, don't get into the gutter. Don't get into the the fight that Donald Trump will win best. There's some truth at the same time. Are you going to engage at all? You see the Republican primary? Is it ending before it begins? So Joe Biden at Politico dot com. Biden's poll numbers look grim as he preps for reelection bid. None of it matters. Stop looking at polls. How many ballots are you going to chase? How many ballots are you going to bank? Doctor Oz, who was a very successful heart surgeon, according to 5 38, Biden's average poll numbers stands at 43%, but 9 points lower than his 52% disapproval rating doesn't matter. That's only one point higher than Trump's 5 38 approval rating. On April 15th, 2019 at the same point in his presidency. Joe Biden is one of the lowest approval ratings of any president at this time. Remember, we are like, oh, the midterms are going to be amazing. Joe Biden is so unpopular. Were they amazing? Remember September was all about Joe Biden being doomed and we're going to sweep the Senate. We didn't sweep the Senate. They did well. They won the Nevada Senate race. They won the Arizona Senate race. They won the Pennsylvania Senate race. They won the Georgia Senate race. The Pennsylvania was a flip for them. They increased their Senate majority. Why? Because we're so worried about candidate selection and primaries, we spent over a $100 million we being the conservative movement on the Illinois gubernatorial primary. To be able to lose ten points to JB pritzker, maybe instead of spending so much in primaries, it's a better idea to spend it on election integrity, fix our elections. One game on Monday, Liverpool taking on Everton, the mersey Derby at and if you're gonna be Liverpool, who would win the game by two goals, so now a brilliant counter attack would see most Salah open the scoring ten minutes before the break, then gakpo would get his first ever goal in the Liverpool shirt to seal the deal and give them the victory. What that means still a long way off Champions League football, they currently sit 9th in the table 9 points adrift of Newcastle in four. For more on this, let's talk about if you're talking, just wait a moment, though, because I want to start with Stevie. You happy? I was very comfortable after the second goal and getting the second goal saw Ellen in a second half. The game was done. I'm seeing that, but I must admit, when tarkovsky headed the ball, I thought it was going in the net because Alison was beaten. And then for the ball to fairly seconds later, being Evan's net, 13 seconds, 13. I mean, incredible. Yeah. You talk about changing the game completely. And from there, Everton really went. And again, and so yeah, it's a good victory. It's an important victory. But it is against a team that looks as though they're going to get relegated. So everyone in needs to come down. But it was better. Well, we started with a very low bar cricket. Well, I know, but somewhere, I suppose. I mean, you talk about keep possession of the ball. Obviously, a guy up front with little or no experience at this level. Just come back and back and back. And at least we saw more, you know, that second goal, both fullbacks involved. We saw a bit more energy from the full backs, getting forward and the passing and robots

Sasser scores 25, No. 2 Houston beats Tulsa 80-42

"Marcus sasser scored 25 points as second ranked Houston improved to 23 and two with an 80 to 42 win over Tulsa. Sasser shot ten of 17 from the field and he made 5 three pointers. Houston head coach Kelvin Sampson. We've only lost two games. We probably should have lost some more. We're lucky lucky to only have two losses. Teams don't usually go 23 and two. But again, you know, losses never really bothered me that much. Emmanuel sharp finished with 13 points for Houston while Tremont Mark finished with 9 points and 9 rebounds. Adam spelling Houston

"And Paul Sweeney and that is the sound of the opening bell on Wall Street and the S&P 500 is lower at the open. It's down a quarter percent or 9 points that's at 40 67 the Dow Jones Industrial Average down half percent or a 162 points at 33,922. And then ash dak is down a tenth of a percent or 13 points. Is it 11,573? Ten year treasury up 1230 seconds. You have 3.46% that yield on the two year 4.17%. Now I make screw oil is up two tenths of a percent of 12 cents at $78 99 cents a barrel. Go make school that'll change in 1946 90 announced, the Euro one O 9 O three against the dollar the N one 29.43, Tom and Paul. Karen thinks so much negative one 91 in the Dow right now early, early moments. Of a trading day, one of the great joys of Michael Darden of mcam partners is his note really back to his ute is always spanned economics over the markets. His comments on the market now are so terse that rather than do fed naval gazing, Paul, I think we've got to go right to mister darda. Sure. On the markets, Michael, you do not buy the January rally. What should investors do? Thanks for having me on Tom. I think investors need to be a little bit cautious here in lean against the wind. So we've had a nice rally in the S&P 500. We're sitting at about 18 times forward earning earnings estimates that might be okay if you're not headed into a recession, but with recession risk still elevated. I think that multiple is just too high. So I would be playing it from a more cautious posture here. What's sectors spelled dart or caution? Well, I think the entire market and the more cyclical sectors. Typically at business cycle peaks forward earnings estimates are 25, 30% above where actual earnings end up coming in through the recession. And so that's a setup for a bear market and typically the cyclical sectors perform the worst. So we've been recommending healthcare in garp, low valuation tech is two places to hide, but also to have the portfolio positioned in some cash that can be T bills. There are up above 4% now that's a good return in an environment like this in our opinion. And even longer out on the treasury yield curve, but we would avoid high yield debt avoid investment grade credits and be a bit more cautious on the equity market at these levels. So Michael, how concerned are you about a recession and what that might mean for valuations and stocks and maybe even in the high yield space as you were just pointing out? Yeah, I mean, we're pretty concerned about it. So the very best longest leading indicators of recessions in the U.S. have been flashing red for some time. A deep and stained treasury yield curve inversion, a very broad based collapse and essentially every measure of monetary growth. Residential real estate has been in deep recession for 7 quarters. So those are all things you tend to see well before a recession hits. Now, yes, the labor market has been resilient, the unemployment rate is low. But by the time those things are moving, the recession has already started. So the equity market

Brian Mudd: Two Key Points Following Recent Elections

"From October 27th When I was making an observation about what was going on in my state of Florida there are two points that proved to be key with what happened here with what didn't across the country A lot of people still trying to figure out how is it that four and a half the cycle that Florida had and the rest of the country had what it had And so here's the first point And again this is straight from what I ended up bringing my local audience on October 27th I said here's what we know Republicans had a historically good 2020 election cycle with a record number of Republicans elected top to bottom within the state of Florida This cycle is pacing much better with Republicans performing 9 points better with votes by mail 7 points better with early voting Early turnout suggests the early optimism by Florida's Republicans is warranted If these turnout trends continue through election day a historical red wave will play out in Florida A historical red wave will play out in Florida and then this one Said here's the next political trend that needs to change in Florida and across the country Most Republicans waiting until election day to vote in person Your vote will count every bit as much as on election day anything you've ever heard to the contrary it's a bunch of poo and not only can I prove it I have proven a countless times over the years and in a analysis for newsmax tick Morris pointed out that voting early accomplishes two things It ensures you don't have an oh crap moment on election day that keeps you from being able to vote But it also helps with something else that is probably a lot further off your radar than even life happening on election day

"The S&P 500 is lower at the open down a quarter percent or 9 points at 38 O 7, the Dow Jones Industrial Average little change at 32,752, and the NASDAQ is down 6 10% or 56 points at 10,486, ten year treasury down 28 30 seconds, 3.68%, the yield on the two year 4.29%. Nymex crude oil is up half percent or 36 cents at $75 55 cents a barrel. Comex gold up 1% or $17 90 cents at 1815 60 ounce. The Euro one 6 one four against the dollar the yen one 32.33 and looking at Bitcoin, it is currently up 1.1% at about $16,800. Tom and Paul. Thanks so much, Karen. Greatly appreciate it. Paul sweet and Tom king. I just want to mention this before we get to David. I didn't notice this in the evening ticket for avatars $22, 19 cents. Three hours, ten minutes. That's an investment. It's like war and peace. Exactly. What do you think? Well, the theater's hate that because it limits the number of showings they can have, you know? And but James Cameron, you don't tell him no, you just take whatever he gives you. It's called final cut. Okay. Very good. David Kelly probably won't sit through three hours, ten minutes. He joins us right now with JPMorgan asset management. Their chief global strategist decades, decades of experience at this David, does the bank of Japan not so much does it change the game today, but does it make life easier for chairman Powell? It probably does because the dollar is too high. And anything that calls at the end to go up against the dollar is probably good thing. But really, I think the Federal Reserve is making some mistakes independent of the bank of Japan and the just too tight. I think Japan is a really interesting situation because they've clearly got higher inflation and it looks like we're going to get a print which is going to be the highest we've seen since the 1980s next week from Japan. So the inflation is rising in Japan. And this is really important folks. And there are 3.7% inflation with a vector up as doctor Kelly mentions is the backdrop of that is a nominal GDP, which is a whisper of what it is in a more vibrant America. David, would that said there's this theme out there of your restrictive which you just mentioned, Dominic constitution and Missouri cause that I believe super restrictive, Ben emmons over at medley has altered restrictive, I said, or say, explain that to our audience. When you say they're already there, how can you justify that when so many other people say, not that you're wrong, they just perceive restrictive being at a much higher yield point. But the point is that you've got to be balanced here and the economy in the United States is slowing down rapidly. You could see that in the housing starts numbers this morning, a very low number on single-family building permits. The housing industry is slowing down. The dollars too high, that's hurting trade. We've got a lot of fiscal drag people are easing into savings. The economy is slowing down. And the annoying point here is inflation is also coming down anyway. So there's the reason I say the fed's too restrictive is not because they've never been more restrictive than this, but it's unnecessary. They are putting pushing the economy towards a recession that we don't need to have. And that's why I think they're too restrictive. So David, I was out with some of my fixed income buddies last evening they were crying in their adult beverage about how tough 2022 was for them. Any better outlook for fixing fixed income in 2023, it can't be any worse, can it? No, it's very unlikely to be worse. And yes, this is the first year since 1974 when we've seen a big sell off the stock market down here if the stock market actually being amplified by down year for the bond market. And when you have that, usually the bond market does much better than the following year. And when you have any down year for the bond market, and that's probably going to happen. I mean, we think the fed is being over restrictive here. They may or may not get to 5 to 5 and a quarter, which seems to be their forecast for the federal funds rate. But they're going to have to cut by the end of this year or sorry end of next year or if not that in 2024. And have to cut a few times because the economy is going to be solved, there's going to be no fiscal aid. So the outlook for interest rates is up a little and then down a lot. And I think that will be good for bonds. The Dow Jones Industrial Average. 1975 was at a price of 8 52 index price. Wow. I believe up 38% the year following the David Kelly gloom, and the following year it had on in another up 18%. I can't say I remember that. But we'll take some of that kind of performance. Either can young Kelly. So David, I mean, that backdrop as you were just kind of laying it out as it relates to rate seems pretty good for risk assets. Are you suggesting that your JPMorgan asset management clients really start to think about taking on some risk as we head into 2023? Yes. I mean, they're supposed to be long-term investors. And what's the biggest thing that's changed this year if you're an investor is the smorgasbord of investment choices at the start of the year was very sparse. And now it is a bumper crop. We can see opportunities all over the place in U.S. equities and international equities in parts of the bond market. So yes, this is a time to take take care of look at your portfolio and make sure it is appropriate for where you are in life. Make sure that you've got some balance in it. But then take on board some risk because the prices are just much better now than they were at the start of the year. Are there some sectors that given that backdrop that you and your portfolio managers are focusing on here again as we think about 2023? Well, I sort of there's a bit of a difference in how we approach this. I mean, portfolio management will try and provide the best possible performance in the long run, but also in the short run. I try to focus a little bit more on what makes sense if you don't have to use the money in the next year or two. So the thing that's a screaming buy here is non U.S. equities broadly both in emerging markets and in Europe and Australia. Because if you look at the dollar is certainly too high and international valuations have been falling relative to U.S. valuations for more than a decade. And so there's a possibility of all that turning. Over the next few years, I think that will give you very good returns and non U.S. equities. That's the most obvious buy here. Is that trend in place? I mean, can you say right now? And this has come up a couple of times this morning actually. And it can David Kelly say the trend is in place where we see finally international doing better. It could be. This certainly could be the start of it because I think the key is the dollar. I agree. 100% agree. I will continue. But the problem is it's a dollar, but that's also got a lot to do with investor sentiment. So the dollar is too high. If it keeps on falling, then you will get better returns in international investments in U.S. investments. When U.S. investors see that for a year or two, they'll pile on in. So the real question is, can you have international outperform for long enough for anybody to notice if it happens, then I think it will gather momentum? Does week dollar happen? A normal economic analysis, or is it a seismic change in international relations? How does that work? I think that I think the most important thing is a decline in international uncertainty. So one part of that is actually occurring right now. China is clearly moving away from a zero COVID policy. They've got the outbreaks all over the place, but they will get through this. And then you have a more normal China outlook. We've still got a huge wildcard with regard to Putin and Ukraine. But if there's some resolution or even a stalemate in that in the year ahead, international uncertainty goes down. I think that will help the dollar go down in international currencies go up. David, thank you so much. Too much optimism there. David Kelly and JPMorgan thank you so much greatly. Appreciate it. I'm just whips on these outlets like, oh, look Derby, folks. Yeah. I mean, once 55 pages, the other is 14 pages. Somebody sent me a 120 page outlook. I got to like exactly. But that's why there's summaries. It whips out here. I mean, there's all these different views. There's so many ways to play it in David Kelly taking a call there that these central banks around the world will in fact pause in 2023 and David even suggests pivoting to rate cuts in

have the ten year yielding 2.39% The two year yield at 2.44% Recapping S&P up 5 tenths of 1% I'm Charlie peloton that Is a Bloomberg business flash Bloomberg opinion informed perspectives and expert data driven commentary on breaking news It is time now for Bloomberg opinion and we welcome today calmness Alexis leones who has a column out about what it takes to buy a house these days given the red hot housing market And by the way fierce competition for every house there is Alexis thanks so much for being with us Fascinating column sort of taking us through economics of figuring out how much of a down payment you want to put on Because a lot of people are really stepping up with a lot of cash just to win the bid Right And each quarter we think okay this will be the season where it finally cools off and we'll start to see more inventory or we'll start to see rates kind of come down a bit But we saw the 30 year rate last week Freddie Mac said it's four and .67% inventory especially in really hot markets is low across the country So the whole equation about how much to put down if you want to be competitive but obviously you want to make sure you're doing what makes financial sense for you It can be really difficult for borrowers right now It's just adding something else to the equation to make it especially difficult for them So there's been sort of a rule of thumb arm for a long time 20% down payment right What about that rule Does it still hold Sure I wrote that the 30% or the 20% down payment rule it's kind of like how you shouldn't spend more than 30% of your income on rent A lot of times these rules are old and they came about in a very different environment that we're in I don't think there's anything wrong obviously if you have the financial means to shoot for 20% down But I point out that if you have the means to do more than that and you really really want this house then many times it makes sense to put down more than that Especially we're seeing lots of issues with appraisals sometimes where the appraisals are coming in less because they may be based on historical sales from a month or two ago and they haven't caught up with where current market values are So if there is an appraisal gap then it's also to be putting more down so you can cover that as opposed to going back to the seller and having to renegotiate But on the flip side if you don't have 20% there's absolutely nothing wrong with that And I point out the medium down payment last year was 13% for all buyers So don't think that 20% is the norm by what it means Yeah I must say when you say there's an appraisal gap because it's a month or two old that you gives me pause right there that things are moving that fast But if the mortgage rates are going up does that mean on average I want to put more down because that means I won't have to borrow at a higher rate Correct If you have if you have the financial means to do so and you can make a bigger down payment by all means it makes more sense to put more down Because then you'll have a smaller monthly payment and you obviously save interest overall during the life of a smaller volume But again people are wondering if they are going to put a lot down Is it a risky time to do that We had a Dallas fed report come out last week saying you know there are signs that a housing bubble is brewing So always want to make sure that you're not having so much of your assets tied up in your home especially if you don't plan on being there for very long Yeah I think probably through this whole conversation we have to say assuming you can get the house because sometimes you have to change the amount of cash you put down just to get the house But assuming you can get it it depends obviously on what the alternative use is the cash R and if housing prices do not continue to arise at the level there right now maybe there are other investments that make more sense with whatever cash you have Right Definitely for people who don't have as much investment in the stock market and are looking at a longer term horizon Then I think it does make sense to make sure you're deploying more of your cash into the stock market because historically speaking stock market appreciation has been much higher than home price depreciation We now just in the past year 2021 we saw 19% home price appreciation that's obviously not where our home price appreciation has historically been And so as a practical manner are there other fees that you have to pay if you put less down yeah so if you put less down if you put less than 20% down and you're going through a traditional it's called a conventional loan through a bank then you typically owe private mortgage insurance which often is lumped into your monthly mortgage payment And sometimes people.

as well as advising on $2.8 trillion and trade nearly $3 trillion a year They're one of the largest managers in the world previously she spent 21 years at William Blair investment management where she served as both chief executive and chairman of WB funds So I want to talk about the transformation you've helped to affect at Russell but I have to start with your time at William Blair from whence you were recruited to Russell What was that process like How did you come to realize hey I've enjoyed my time at Blair but Russell looks kind of interesting Well I would say that when I was approached about a role at Russell it happened organically in slowly I had known TA associates which is one of the private equity firms that invests and sponsors Russell For quite a long time and then like many things in life it happened slowly And then all at once and it was ultimately one of the hardest decisions that I've ever made And I would say first because I enjoyed my time at William Blair immensely after 20 plus years it becomes part of the fabric of who you are and we grew together As a team we had a 5 fold increase from 2001 when I took over and drove it with our team a phenomenal team who were close personal friends today To over 75 billion when I left a 5 fold increase and took a startup institutional business that was only a few couple of $1 billion to 28 fold increase So it was a it was a tremendous tremendous ride And I was ready for the for a new challenge and it was incredibly exciting but it was a it was a very difficult decision to make It's been a great decision in retrospect but I always remind myself to be comfortable with being uncomfortable and I would say that was one of those times for sure So let me ask you a question about a quote of yours I've interviewed a number of female CEOs over the years Christine Hart sellers of Voya Jean Heinz at Wellington Catherine Keating at BNY Mellon penny Pennington at Ed Jones but you had a quote that really caught my ear which involved the rarity and responsibility of your position Could you explain what you mean by that What is the rarity in responsibility of a female CEO in the financial services industry Well I would say first you know we all know it's a rarity There are all of the women you mentioned plus many many more Are coming through the ranks Kate L hillo I would mention as well My global CIO that I was proud to bring on board from Goldman So I'm very I think we're even in more rarefied air to have a woman CEO and a woman CIO Running a major investment institution So I'm excited about that But she was the best person for the job And I think the responsibility is to give voice to authenticity and to certainly learn from every leader and person that you come across and I've had the great benefit of being surrounded by mostly men but wonderful mentors and important leaders And my approach I felt very self assured in but it was very uniquely mine and I think the responsibility is to ensure that you're leading in a way that's authentic to you but I do believe that it makes it it makes it a more inclusive conversation It makes it more focused on outcomes and purpose and I'm not saying that that's a gender specific thing But I do believe that operating in a manner that takes into account the responsibility of the seat is incredibly important Historically finance has been wildly under representative of both women and people of color and it's been a long slow transition but it's pretty clear that it's been changing it's still behind where it should be but there can be little doubt that it is so much better than it was when I started my career 25 or so years ago Coming up we continue our conversation with Michelle sites Russell.

Rep. Kevin McCarthy Reacts to One-Year Mark of Joe Biden's Presidency

"And look at the gerrymandering going on in some of these blue states It's pretty bad isn't it Oh yeah but now they're suing They shoot in Ohio the Democrats they see it in North Carolina They're trying to intimidate And remember this we need to run through the tape Now the one thing I will say if you look at what Gallup just came out with Joe Biden started a year ago where people identified with Democrat by more than 9 points with Republicans That was kind of the highest mark you could be End of the year Usually takes two years to try to get that back to even Republicans plus 5 It has not been this high since 1995 And really what you want to look at to there's a lot of people elected they know some things that one thing all members know is Their own future of whether they have a chance to win or not In 2010 we beat 63 Democrats 17 Democrats retired Right now that number is 28 You and I have talked about this before I believe that's going to be well over 30 because they can't run again based upon what they've done Inflation raising prices on everybody Crying I mean who thought train robbery would come back You look in California Then you look at the border Then you look at the woke is Then you look at Afghanistan but now we have he learned nothing from that He won't apologize for beginning 13 new gold star families But what do you just tell Putin And this is what people need to understand This is the 100th year of the Soviet Union being created Prudent wants to put that all back together Now we just had Joe Biden's home It's okay if you invade Ukraine

"Matt, you'll support me. It'd be great. So please just go subscribe. You will see there that I've Jade IV at number 5. So I have to say fact on this. On my updated mock draft if only because I just did it on my personal board, I think I would have them 6 to be honest. But his game against North Carolina, I thought was one of the absolute best prospect games. I've seen a player play this year. I would say that a couple others that stand out there, Kendall Brown against Stanford, I thought was outstanding. I thought that Paulo banker against Kentucky in that opener was outstanding. I thought Johnny Davis against Houston was really really good. Kind of sneakily. There have been some other really, really great ones. Don't get me wrong. Osha against Michigan state, I thought was really great too. There have been a number of them, but I really, really thought that Jade and ivy, that three play stretch that he had with like 9 minutes left in the game where grabs and goes, like, hits a cross wing kick out Stefano itch at full speed for a three, grabs and goes, hits. I think Isiah Thompson on a cross corner kick for a wide open three and semi transition. And then takes a dribble hand off on three back to back plays, gets to the basket, finishes through contact and one. Basically like 9 points in a minute that he was responsible for that took a tie game to a 9 point game and it was like it happened before you could blink. It was something that I feel like he could only do. If the question was, is he the best garden in this class? I think I would say yes right now to be honest. He's the guy that I feel most confident in in his game translating to the next level, but I also buy the shooting in a way that some people don't. You look back through his history. He has a positive high school shooting history and you look back at his college numbers and they haven't been particularly strong, but he's been a very confident shooter. I've talked to Big Ten coaches that have been like, yeah, you know, we thought that the play for us was to just go under every ball screen and leave him open. But then you go back and you watch that North Carolina game. I mean, he hit a disgusting hesitation crossover pull up, going toward his right from three that it was like, wait, like if he can do that, then it's just totally curtains. So yeah, I think that right now, I would have to say fact, it's on the borderline, but I would say fact, what do you think? I fact I have them at 5, definitely the top guard for me. I've just been so impressed on how he's worked on his game. Like the passing stuff was never there. Turns less than two assists per game last year it's up to like 4.6.

America's Trust in Media Continues Downward Trend

"I mentioned a little earlier this Gallup poll They say America's trust in the media to report the news fully accurately and fairly as edged down four percentage points Since last year to 36% Making this year's reading the second lowest in the gallop's trend In all 7% of U.S. adults say they have a great deal in 29% of fair amount of trust and confidence in newspapers 7% a great deal Newspapers television radio news reporting which combined as four points above the 32% record low in 2016 These findings from his September 1 to 17 Paul the latest in Gallup's tracking of the public's confidence in key U.S. institutions Which began in 1972 between 1972 and 76 68% to 72% of Americans expressed trust in the mass media Yet by 1997 when the question was next asked trusts had dropped the 53% Now trust in the media which has averaged 45% since 1997 is not reached that majority level since 2003 After hitting its lowest point in 2016 trust in the media rebounded gaining 13 points in two years Mostly because of a surge among Democrats amid president Donald Trump's presidency Since 2018 however it has fallen to a total of 9 points as trust to slid among all groups Person trust in the media continues to be sharply polarized Currently 68% of Democrats why isn't a 100% of Democrats like the media I mean they are one and the same 11% of Republicans 31% of independents say they trust the media a great deal or a fair amount
