About national pan sexual pride in what is And sexuality. You know what? I don't really care, do you? You don't do you? You don't really care who people want to have sex with. You know, the last thing on the list of anything I care about When I'm meeting someone Is who they want to have sex with. Just don't care. What Because it's a pride day. There is a pride flag attached to this is well, so we're gonna chat about this. I'd learned about this. Honey corporate human resource is sharing site. That's where I learned about this encouraging all corporate human resource departments to declare Happy Pan Sexual Pride Day. Yes. So the more than pan sexual pride because I don't care who you want to have sex with. And you know what? You don't care either. For some reason, some people really want me to care. They want me to care. But I don't care and it is entirely inappropriate. To advertise sexual politics on corporate human resource pages. That is, I'm going to give some people some ideas. On how to fight back against this, because what human resource department are doing is using the human resource. They're human resource position, which is a fairly powerful position. To promote a specific type of politick. That's what's going on. Hand sexual pride day that sexual politics in the workplace. Do you think that that same human resource division would declare heterosexual pride day? No. A sexual pride day. No Abstinence. Pride day. No Don't know if it is an LGBT Q WTF. It's not going to be declared on human resource site. So what does that tell you? This is sexual politics. It's all this is about. Because of his sexual politics, folks. David Clarke is going to join me on the program is well to talk about the Republican face plant and I don't know honestly. It's because Republicans lack imagination. Because they don't perceive the existential threats. That are facing not just Wisconsin. But the country. Maybe maybe they don't or if they're lazy. Or of their weak or if they're corrupt. I don't know. But We don't have. Ah, we're not seeing a lot of fight. Coming out of the old GOP here. The elected GOP in the Wisconsin legislate You're save. A few Really good things going on. I'm gonna feature Barb Dietrich a little bit later on in the program, representative Dietrich, who is fighting a pretty tough fight. You would think this would be a layup. Trying to protect girls sports. She's rolling a boulder up the back side of a mountain trying to protect girls sports. Why? Because she doesn't have any support. No one's flying air support for nobody's using the press release websites like the Wheeler reporter was politics to support her, so she's getting beaten up pretty badly for just trying to protect girls sports. So I used Barb is an example of somebody is trying to be courageous. There are others who are not who would rather just simply invite the lobbyist to lunch. And then put a bill together that is with the lobbyist. Once we're gonna chat about that on the program as well critical race theory. It's everywhere. How did we go from zero to everywhere? Well, it wasn't zero right? That's the obvious. Response to that, but it was it was at it wasn't at 10. We went from 0 to 10 in what seems like the snap of a finger. So why? Well, the ceases are promoting critical race there. That's DP I We're seeing this everywhere. We're seeing this in rural school district. We're seeing this an al tuna. We're seeing this in Spencer and Colby, Wisconsin. We're seeing this in Lady Smith. It's not just Milwaukee and Madison, Walker Shaw and And you know, l'm Brooke and Burlington. It's the Vicki McKenna show. And I am thinking McKenna here in the studio. I have Congressman Mike Gallagher gonna jump into a conversation here very shortly, still ahead on the program as well. We're going to talk about what happens when you decide to green the power grid. Couple of things happen when you decide to green the power grid. You create destabilization in the power unreliability in the power and and you actually make our power grid more susceptible to interference and manipulation by our enemies. I'm talking China China s so we're gonna talk about that as well on the program today. Also ahead on the show Way ahead on the show. For those of you who are able to catch the Madison side of this program. We're going to an update on the Kyle Rittenhouse case. Aziz. The media continues to attempt to manipulate, as they say, manipulate fact patterns to promote a specific narrative, and that narrative quite frankly, could poison a jury pool. So that's ahead on the show. We've got Congressman Mike Gallagher first in the studio. Good to see you in person. Nice to have you the show. Hey, we gotta get we gotta get Mike's mike's mike eyes. My alright. We're good work. Yeah, You're good. You're good. Plugged it in somewhere. I don't know where I want to start. There's so much, um Let's start with What has got to happen. In order to make 74 million people trust democracy again and I'll tell you what doesn't have to happen. Is everybody deciding to try to throw 74 million people's vote and desires for change? Over the side of the bow in an effort to you know, I guess pursue some kind of false sense of unity. Yeah, I think. Well, first, I think we have to look back toe 2016 and why it is that Donald Trump won in 2016, at least a sentiment in my district. And that was the first time that I ever run for any office since you know. You know, school president in high school. Uh, There was a palpable sense of I am so frustrated with the status quo so frustrated with the D C. Swamp, so frustrated with career politicians in Washington. I want a complete outsider to come in and shake up the system, and I still think four years later, that sentiment was alive and well, and so for the establishment to say The concerns of those 74 million people are totally unfounded, I think is the wrong approach. Regardless of your view on Donald Trump is a personality. I think What we learned in this election is that a lot of states made changes to the voting procedures. Some of them were well intentioned how to run an election in the midst of a pandemic. But some of them forced state legislators and federal legislators to look at how we run elections for the first time in a long time, and I would just say the massive increase in absentee balloting is something that deserves scrutiny. I think hearing with Scotts and we learned some things that if they aren't illegal should be illegal, such as ballot harvesting should be categorically eliminated. We should find a way to have up to date voter rolls. That seems to me to be a no brainer. In some sense. I think the on leeway to regain the trust of those people who feel like they were wronged in the election is to go state by state and do what Florida did after the 2000 election and make Wisconsin set the new national standard for election reform and transparency. What happened was you had outside groups. You had left wing politically motivated outside groups. With an enormous amount of money. About a half a billion dollars was put in the battleground states, including Wisconsin Center for a tech in civic life was one of them. There were a number of other left wing groups. What did they do? They descended into Wisconsin use private money targeted Democratic stronghold Cities Racine Canosa, Madison, Milwaukee, etcetera Green Bay on an attempted to manipulate the absentee balloting system wholesale. It was against the law. It is against the law. We have a Wisconsin Elections commission that does not want to Actually say you must follow the law. And so they were giving advice to clerk saying feel free to break the law fixed, spoiled ballots, you can unspoiled balance. It doesn't matter. You know that that's against the law for a clerk to do that. That happened in some respect in every single battleground state, whether it was no signature verification in Pennsylvania or no excuse all mail in.

Good afternoon. Welcome to the program. I am thinking mechanics, the Vicki McKenna show. Let's see. Most recently I have been called a mouth breathing conspiracy theorist. Yes. Because I'm posting links. The Trump campaign's lawsuit, arguing that What many different People involved in the election in Milwaukee, and Madison did is actually in direct violation of statutes in Wisconsin. Yeah, well, that's not a conspiracy theory. That's actual fact. And it is actual fact that is laid out in a lawsuit. That is currently before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Waiting for their decision. Whether or not they're going to take up that lawsuit in the official capacity. Of Wisconsin recount. All right, But there you go. That's how it starts. That's what life is like now in America, 2020. Besides the fact we all to be masked up and everyone's terrified that they're going to drop dead from Cove ID. Now, simply saying violations of election law are a bad thing. Yeah, that get you targeted to, um Quick note for everyone who's been wondering what the hell is going on with my Facebook page. Facebook has decided that it is going to disallow me from posting on my own page. So I have activated my reserve page people. Um and I have used that reserve page to post on the page. I'm not supposed to be posting on because I made my reserve page, an administrator. On my main Facebook page, So I am able to get posts on my main Facebook page. But I am asking people to please migrate over to my reserve page. All of the instructions are on my Facebook page before they kicked me off permanently. These migrate over to my other page and find me on parlor. As I said, for those of you familiar with the social media Facebook. They're trying to shut down my page. I am trying to salvage is much of it as I can. All right, I want it. We're gonna obviously talk about the election. We're obviously going to talk about the various different you know, types of the various different allegations have been made since The last show. But one of the ways One of the things that is a better approach to challenging the results of an election is to challenge the results of an election based on Systematic violations of the law. Not trying to prove that the guy who claims he there were 186 to 300,000, Pennsylvania ballots stolen. From Truck. That's a hard claim to actually prove that's going to take some serious investigations approving those kinds of allegations very tough proving violations of the law much easier. We're doing that in Wisconsin. Also, they're doing that in Pennsylvania and I have an attorney on the phone, representing a number of different voters in Pennsylvania. Also candidates in Pennsylvania he represents Congressman Mike Kelly candidates. Sean Parnell and Wanda Logan and a group of Republican voters. The petitioners in this suit his name is Greg to full on. He is based in Pittsburgh to talk about his litigation, which is challenging Pennsylvania. And the results in Pennsylvania based on violations of the law and violations of the Constitution. Welcome to the program. Thanks for having me, Vicky. So I do think that these types of cases are probably less likely to fail s. So what? What is the problem? And we know about all the crazy things that are going on in Pennsylvania. It's a million stories coming out of Pennsylvania, and they're terrifying, right? But there's a there are actual over violations of the law. So tell me what's going on in your lawsuit and why you think that this actually has a chance on behalf of these candidates and voters? Ours is definitely the cleanest, strongest case. Ours does not depend on proof of fraud. Our case is about the fact that they illegally implemented widespread no excuse mail in voting in Pennsylvania. They implemented it through a law called Act 77. Nice and legal, except they're not allowed to increase the reasons from voting absentee from the reason stated in the Constitution of Pennsylvania without a constitutional amendment. Constitutional amendment requires too excessive legislature approvals, and then they need to circulate it for three months and in the newspapers, and you know what, publicize it, and then they have to have a salad. Question for the voters to vote on it. They skipped all that all they did was passing in one legislative session. The governor signed it into law and the On their merry way, and by the way simultaneously, they started the process of actually trying to get it. The Constitution amendment meant it, but they never finished that process, and they just didn't know it. But that's kind of suggests they find a new What they were doing will require constitutional limits. They just didn't And, uh, staggering. And so 2.5 roughly million people voted by mail in ways that were not permitted by the Constitution. That's more than enough to change the results of a lot of races. It's here is my question to you. We're gonna get to the technical details of act 77 here in a SEC. Um, What is your? What Relief? Are you? Are you asking for in this case, So we're asking for two things I really want is a retrospective when his prospective retrospective is relating to the past to the current Election 2020 election We're trying to stop certification of the illegally cast vote requires certification of only the legally cast..

"Fans? It's Andy West. Let's take a look back on this day in sports history. September 14th. I'll start off today in 1990, where Ken Griffey and his son hit back to back homers in the first inning of the Seattle Mariners 75 loss to the California Angels. Not only were they the first father and son to play on the same team, but homering back to back just added to their legacy. Today in 1991, freshman Marshal Falk of San Diego State rushes for an N C a a record 386 yards and score seven touchdowns in a second collegiate game. Fox also sets an N C a a record for most rushing touchdowns in a game by a freshman as the Aztecs beat Pacific 55 34. And today in 2013 Floyd Mayweather Jr turns one of the richest fights ever into just another 41, a half million dollars payday, dominating Canelo Alvarez from the opening Bell winning a 12 round majority decision at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. "All right. Welcome back to the program 877235 13 10. That's the number to call. I want to read this letter. From Milwaukee Montessori School. Put out this letter. This is on Alex Berenson's Twitter feed. I follow Alec's parents, and so should you. Alex is one of the very few people who is actually attempting to provide perspective and tell the truth about what's going on with covert 19. But he put this Screenshots of this letter up on his Twitter feed. And it says this this letter is intended to give you advance notice that the city of Milwaukee Health Department has decided quietly and without notice to any of the 100 plus private schools in the city that they will no longer allow us to open during phase for of the city Reopening plan. As had, as they had announced on June 5th. Sometime on June 25th the Health Department changed their position. And despite news reports announcing restricted opening of public schools, stores and services in the city, there was no mention that private school openings have been rescinded. News came as a shock and surprise to choice parochial and independent schools as well as Milwaukee area colleges and universities. It apparently did not come as a shock to the educators of MPs who announced the closing of their schools in detailed plans for their distance Learning program. What makes this exceptionally painful is that the schools outside the city of Milwaukee will be permitted to open So, too will Milwaukee beaches, hotels, athletic facility stores, spaz playgrounds, libraries, daycare centers and even bowling alleys and amusement parks. What is not permitted is academic instruction of any kind on any school property. The efforts that air proving effective and opening schools around the world and that demonstrated effectively here over the summer, many of which were implemented at the direction of the health department, such as reduced class size is social distancing. Mask wearing of adults, extra cleaning and procedures to keep students contained, will not be considered as a basis for appeal. That's the kind of shenanigans you get. From machine politics, So don't tell him So all these schools now they're not a month. A month later than anybody else had the heads up and P s had the heads up. You all saw the announcement. MPs is going to be doing distance learning, which basically means NPS is not going to be teaching your kids squat. But no one told The independent schools, the parochial schools, the choice schools that they weren't going to be permitted to have in person classes. They were operating under the assumption that they were going to have in person classes and so all of their education plans. Involved in person classes now there about a month and 1/2 away. From the opening of the fall semester. And they've gotta scramble because nobody bothered to clue them in almost a month after the Health department decided to rescind their ability to conduct in person class. They finally find out now, from what I understand there's going to be a challenge to this. Because you can't just not tell people and there may not be authority in Milwaukee Health Department to do this. But this is what happens. That was a deliberate decision made to harm Non public K 12 public schools in Milwaukee. Not only do we want to take away their ability to educate students more effectively. With better curricula. With better outcomes. Now we want to make it harder for them to implement a change to the way they're going to be educating kids and and and there's an E. I think there's a reason why Because whenever you see the apples to apples comparison between the K 12 brick and mortar, public schools and the charter, the non union charter, parochial and independent schools You If you do an apples, apples comparison, there isn't much of a comparison. You wouldn't if you didn't have to send your kids to the brick and mortar public schools. So put him behind the eight ball to try to scramble. Ah lot of these independent schools, incidentally, implemented face to face education. They had kids in some of these schools sitting in front of teachers in June. In June. They wanted a lot of these independent schools looked at what was going on worldwide. What is going on worldwide? You have students back in school all over the world. And they were using the lessons that were learned from other countries on how to do safe distance learning. And now they're being told they can't do it any longer. Jim Bender, actually. School choice. Wisconsin just called in. Good to have you on the program. Jim. What do you know about this? Well, the letter actually described it pretty pretty well when MPs came out with their detailed plan. For those that have been around the block a little while. You know the hairs on the back of neck student like, Wow, That's a lot of decisions out there. And, you know, he started to look like Jimmie breaking up. You don't want to tell you. Your phone is breaking up a little bit. If you could find Ah, solid spot there. You know, I'm on I 94 would get pretty good. Okay? Yeah. Better. So when we started to look at NPS is planning the specificity, it became clear that they had information that nobody else did. When we started digging around them Walkie Health Department website What we found was on June 26 There were a number of changes made to their documents. And so their plan for reopening schools, particularly from space for the face, five, which out of the five scale that's kind of where things red. But they never consulted with private schools on why that was happening. They didn't communicate with private schools. And while that was happening, and so universities in Milwaukee, private schools, independent charter schools Nobody had any idea that there was gonna be this dramatic public policy change made when everybody for the most part was moving towards Ah Hybrid model. There was going to be some virtual education and but predominantly in person. It kind of depended on the school and where it was, and they were reacting to their own student population. But the idea that schools were going to be not just clothes, but that the measuring stick that they were going to use was going to change. And that the data would be reevaluated every seven days. So even if by chance, you floated the face five where now you can open a school within seven days of walking Health Department closed. You're right back down. Because of some arbitrary number interpretation. Wow, that one thing that we don't have now is why the changes were made about Like I said, for those of us that have been around for a while. I get a little skeptical because you know, I look at changes made. In the middle of the night without anybody knowing it. And when you have a district that is very worried about enrollment, and they're going to go full virtual, and they have a significant.
