Joe Biden: A Meme or Reality?

"I saw the most amazing meme on social media last night. Listen to this. Here's what it says. A 78 year old two time loser campaigns from his basement picks the most unpopular vice president in modern history, receives the most votes of any candidate in American history at 4 a.m., confirmed in the middle of the night, an empty inauguration, 20,000 troops to protect him and no one is allowed to question any part of it. Isn't that a great meme? Isn't that true? Isn't that absolutely positively a 100% correct? No one's allowed to question any of this. If you dare question anything well, Liz Cheney just might send you a subpoena.

Don't Mess With Truckers!

"To that, I want to go back to the freedom convoy here, which is now going global. They're on the streets of nice, hundreds of people gathering again to champion freedom. In light of the fact that France is doing even more than we are here in the U.S. or even more than Canada. Meanwhile in Canada, for goodness sakes. And 78 year old man, a grandfather, four foot ten, small guy, right? He was arrested for honking his car horn in support of the truckers in Ottawa. This is going too far. I'm sorry. But this is a moment in time that I think we should all remember and we should all respect because truckers right now are taking on the very essence of what it is to be American or even Canadian or anyone in the western world where you should have the ability to peacefully protest and that's what they're doing. They've been peacefully protesting. But you see peaceful protests now in the light of the government in the eyes of the government are somehow now, I don't know acts of aggression, dare I even say I mean, it's disgusting to even say this. I address this on yesterday's podcast, but you get DHS, the Department of Homeland Security actually saying that all this misinformation disinformation malformation missed this and mount cult what you want. They're calling it all of the above. Is somehow leading or will lead to terror problems? I hate even saying those words because it's so disturbing, but what this is suggesting really is that the government is coming in and they're saying, okay, we don't like your politics. And because we don't like your politics, you're now a risk to the country your risk to the safety of those around you. That's going too far guys.

"Earlier if you just now joining us, we played the entirety of my interview with the BBC that I did this morning. Got an email from then they invited me to discuss the events of January 6th and told me that they've been speaking with Democrats. And they thought they'd reach out and speak to a Republican. Really just one. And they were just gobsmacked. That I didn't believe that January 6 rose to the level of 9 11 rose to the level of Pearl Harbor, gobsmacked that I would support Donald Trump if you were to run again. Sean Spicer Talks About His New Book 'Radical Nation: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's Dangerous Plan for America'

"Let's get to the subject of your book radical nation. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris is dangerous plan for America. Why do you suppose somebody who most of his life was, I think thought of as just a centrist, maybe a political genuine political hack who it's kind of go along with whatever to stay in power, which is exactly what the founders hoped would not happen in the centuries ahead. But how do you suppose he was persuaded to tack this hard left to the point of a kind of legislative madness being unfurled as we sit here? I don't think he was persuaded. I think there are two things to keep in mind. One, I lay this out in the book. Joe Biden has always been a sort of finger in the wind politician. When he started his career as a senator, he believed that roe V wade was improperly decided that life began at conception. He will change his position to fit the political times. So that's who he's always been. Number one, number two, is he said it during the campaign that he wanted to be the most progressive president ever. Joe Biden realizes that at 78 years old, he's not running for a second reelection. He's not going to get a ton done. But he needs to fulfill this idea of becoming the most progressive president ever. One of the first meetings that I write about that occurred in The White House is when he met with a bunch of liberal historians to figure out how to outdo FDR. And you think about the type of people that he's chosen already. Kamala Harris. He chose her not because of her qualifications or experience or because she was frankly even loved by her own party. He chose her because of the color of her skin and her gender. Actually, can I tell you what? He didn't choose her because of the color of his skin. He chose her because she identifies publicly as a black woman. I am darker than the vice president. So we are living in a time now where it's that political.

Seeking Knowledge About All Possible COVID Treatments Does Not Make You an Anti-Vaxxer

"Doesn't really know what to do with us. So they mislabel us as anti vaxxers, which is not true, obviously. We just ask questions. Then they say, oh, you don't take COVID seriously. No, it's actually we take it more seriously than you. We take it so seriously that we're exploring treatments and we're also honest about populations, body weights, whether how underlying conditions of who actually might be seriously at risk. If you're a 17 year old that place high school football, you are not at serious risk of having even a difficult time with let alone dying from the Chinese coronavirus. The data shows that. If you're a 78 year old, even vaccinated person who's a chainsmoker and is significantly overweight, you better know treatments. And so this was our advice all along is that every single American family in your home, you better have a COVID ready pack. You better have a steady dose that you're taking already to get your vitamin D levels up. To get zinc to have zinc to be able to take vitamin C does very basic things. Eat a nutrient rich diet. Get exercise, not be fat. Basic things. But instead, and this has been the great disservice the vaccine propagandists have done. The false promise of the vaccine. Is that people did not go do their research? They did not properly equip themselves with all these different things. They said, oh, I just got to get the vaccine. I'm going to be taken care of. And what it did is that it disabled the population from being properly alert and informed if and when they get infected with this virus.

"Oh 55. W E. R C All right. We have time for Niles in Alaska and the back half of our last hour for open lines on coast to coast, Niles. Hi. And how's it going doing great our things up in Alaska tonight. Well, you know, it's raining as usual. That's not a bad thing. You can sell me on the rain. I love a good rainy night for anyone out there who's never been to catch Can Alaska they've never heard of such count Alaska? If you've ever seen Star Wars episode two long wars. Whenever we wanted to know if he goes to Camino, the planet where they make the clones. Yeah, and it's like there's a factory on a rock in the middle of the ocean, and it just rains the whole time. That's can. Is that a bad thing? Sounds great to me. No, it's kind of soothing Most of the time, actually, you know, I think I think it is a window right now listening to it, watching it. Yeah. What do you do for a living? Well, I'm delivery driver of prep Cook and a karaoke host. To you. Are you a karaoke host? I'm a karaoke host. Yeah. What's the hot song these days for for the drunk office crowd. Jeez, you know, um, it depends on what kind of crowd you're looking at. Are you looking at? Like Filipino fishermen you're looking at? I don't know. The defendant doesn't mean there's a lot of countries that's for sure, which is not necessarily my taste. But I'd say like, uh, you never call me by my name, or, uh, Um, let's see. You know, it's got to be like sweet Caroline, which I'm sure is. Oh, yeah, uh then done to death and karaoke bars all over the country, fairly universal. But yeah, right. I get that. How about Let's see if if you're ever working a night And somebody up there is singing. Uh, swinging by John Anderson. Or, um, I could think about half a dozen other country songs that maybe the only time it would be me otherwise they don't sing a lot of country but I happened to find country songs very easy to sing in a karaoke environment. And so I would probably have to go country too. If I were if I were forced to say to get the whole bar involved, and they're not hard melodically, right, you know? Well, good. I'm sure that's not why you're calling, But I appreciate you indulging me. Where are you going to take us. I mean, I could probably talk to you for half an hour about the Church of karaoke as I called Claire. I would definitely do that. I was actually talking about doing a karaoke night with my staff. Not too long ago, and I thought that would be really fun. And then I thought, No, I'll be the only idiot getting up there. People wouldn't do it up on YouTube. You'll have another subscriber. That's for sure. There you go. Like one uh, my first time calling Um, I've been listening to coast to coast for me since I was a little kid since I was like, Probably 78 years old. You know, I listened to Art Bell, George Nori and It's always meant a lot to me. It always kind of opened up my mind A bit. Helped me think about things in a different way from a different for from a different perspective than I did. And there's been a question that are wanting to ask for a while. I've never called in and it's something that's been pressing more and more on my mind. Um And so my question is, and this is for you, and for anyone listening Because I don't know. The answer. I don't know if anyone knows the answer, or if you ever will. Um And so this is a small town. You know, it's not a big town. It's fairly isolated as an island town. And I feel like growing up here. I've lived here most of my life. People pride themselves. Or they have in my mind and from what I've heard, and that everyone's neighborly. We all help each other out, right? We all do our best to take care of each other, especially when someone's down and it doesn't matter. Who someone is or what they've done or like or what you think they are, who they are like you help out what you because you know, it's hard to get off this island if you don't have the means. And get that expensive and it's expensive to live here. Um, my question is Right now in this time Not just here and on this island or in this state and this country or On this planet like as a species as the human race and this time when we When we're more interconnected than ever when When many of us can reach out at any moment. And talk to people and see the perspective of people all across the globe. Um why isn't there more understanding? Why? Why is there such a great divide? Now? Why is it that now? That No matter what name or label you put on a person, whether it's ideological, religious, political, spiritual Why is it that no matter what someone is, there is another group. People out there that is the that see themselves as the opposite or too often is the enemy of that. And they hate like why is there so much divide and hate now? At a time when we have so many tools. To understand each other and Is it ever going to get better? So profound questions. The futurists of the 19 seventies would have predicted, you know, presumably if we had survived Entrepreneur. You know some of these cataclysms which didn't materialise. That we would have We would have bonded together by now. And that was the hope that this seemed to be the Tilly ology of the You know, the human race for the American experience is that We were heading in this direction. I wonder whether some of it is just generational. And part of the argument. I make it in my book, uh, that I co wrote with a rabbi and with a Muslim scholar called How Millennials can get us out of the mess. We're in. Is the argument is that we have become, the older generation has become very spoiled and we are faced with and I include myself in them because I'm a baby Boomer. We're faced with the prospect of our own mortality and that we will die. And then things will change rapidly, and it's made many people hold on to the wheel ever so tighter. Yeah. And by not being willing to let go of the wheel. Um, we have 78 year old presidents, right? We have all of these people who aren't going to politicians than ever before. Right and and law. These long running, you know, have been senators for just six election cycles and crazy numbers like this because They did not. They thought once they got there, this will never be able to function without me. And it's this egocentricity that I think is indicative of baby boomers and we just don't want to let go, and we want to somehow dip the country. In a kind of lacquer. And just because we want seemingly think we're going to preserve this forever and ever and ever so that when we die, everybody will have to have it the way we had it and all indicators are that that's not going to happen. And with every indicator that comes along, we just hold on tighter. And I think that's kind of where we are A little bit is we're sort of stuck in this hyper individualism, which is just I matter. Why won't people pay attention to my opinions matter when really the last thing I want to say, is go ahead about generations. And, you know, in the boomers and millennials and And now, Jen z. You know, I grew up in the nineties and It seemed like at the time to me as a child and looking back that it was such a time of peace, prosperity of acceptance. Like of understanding, and you would think that my generation would have grown up and embodied those traits and those values But I look around at the people that I know that are my age. And I see so much egoism and so much narcissism. Then I don't know if that's a product. Of social media. If it's a product of everything, having to be documented and showing all the time like I don't exist, unless you see me exist, so I have to do all these things for someone in this constant need for validation. But it's not if I think you're onto something, and I think what's interesting is that that that comes to you from perhaps what other people might consider to be a distant perch? Um And you see the same thing that the rest of us see And I think that the kind of tribalism that we're going through, Um I am eternally optimistic, and I believe it's a phase. I talked about this with George Noory when he was interviewing. Me about the about the book and I said, you know, I there was a reason why Moses took a generation around the desert until.

The other case, of course, is the Tammy case, the one who avoided going on T W a flight 800 by doing aged progressions and out of body experiences, and that literally saved her life. Vaccines have a lot of side effects. I just received information for one of my patients who is a real researcher. OSHA is telling employers not to report side effects of vaccines. What does that tell you? So, basically, if you're healthy, uh, you don't need the vaccine. Yes the government wants you do because I like to control people. That's that's their job. Or their mentality. But basically if you've got diabetes, heart problems, respiratory issues you're 78 years old and you're in a nursing home yet. Take the vaccine. I'm going to be 73 2 months. Uh, I used to do a lot of things to keep myself from getting bored there. Believe it or not, do you were bored, surrounded by naked women. Isn't that interesting? Well, you're not really surrounded by them. You're in a booth up in the air, and so you're in and you can see down at the people, right? But they're little. You know, I was elevated above them many dozens of feet and you look down at them and you get that They're naked down there, But you're not really looking at them up close, But then it's the monotony of it. You know, on the main stage? Yeah. Yeah, I I only did that for a brief period of my life, but for some reason whenever I meet people Oh, didn't you work at a strip club once? "Show dot com To download our guides and our podcasts and Susan, let's let's head over now and put some meat on those bones with the California appellate court case that we talked about it's the individual's name is is Barney and he was 78 years old. And he requested, you know a visit from this American family legal services, You know, First of all, whatever that is to come to his house, and this Victor person shows up at the house and says, I'm the managing partner and paralegal. Which makes me scratch my head and a certified senior advisor. Okay, well, from there he spends about $360 Let me say that again, $360 to have his trusts documents. Updated, Huh? Says UPDATED may be done. And then a little while later he comes back. Uh, the individual comes back, and he finds himself signing blank documents. He just signed him. The documents are complete and a blank check. Huh? That's a little problem. So Victor then comes back and says You just bought $100,000 annuity with that blank check. Okay, well, and I guess the insurance company was n W Well, whatever. I don't know what that is, or just leave it at that. But this n W l as the insurance company, but Not the victor was was a 10 99 independent contractor didn't really work for N W L. And at this point Barney says, Wait a minute. I don't want An annuity and he had this 30 Day window to cancel so He tried to cancel. Then Victor comes back and has Barney sign documents retracting his cancellation. Yeah, it's just not looking Good. And then finally, Barney does persist and get the doctor get the annuity canceled, but There was a surrender charge. Sure for the cancellation. Well, he doesn't think he deserves to pay for any of that. And so he sues. And the trial court said. Yeah, this is elder abuse. You know, the 78 year old uh, you sold him an annuity for half the value of his entire estate. Apparently, he only had 200,000. Maybe there was a house or something else as well and and Then they went ahead. And they said that that That that annuity and it was not right and he named the insurance company. As a as a party to the case. Mhm and they won. On appeal. Victor one, Victor, No, no Barney one, Barney one. Sorry, Barney. One Then. Victor appeals on appeal, They reverse. Really, I know it's a shocker. What they reversed was, they said, Listen as to N W. Well, the insurance company they had no duty to supervise no duty. No intent to defraud. No reason to believe there was anything wrong or even to investigate because this person is an independent contractor of the company. And so they reversed as to N W L. Okay, that I understand. N W l is out. You can't be going after N W l and And that was really the only thing they indicated here. So Victor is still on the hook. Well, Victor, they didn't say in the case whether victor was or he wasn't They don't know if he had an intent to defraud. I hope he was, But yeah, but that's not Really helpful approach. So that's the the fact pattern I want to then explain to you some of the benefits. I want to explain to you the benefits or the red flags to avoid this situation for you. So first and foremost, like checks, blank paperwork. That's the giant If you want to lose your license in the world of being a financial person, there you go, Donald checks But you Wow, I like to hear from from the financial. Yeah, that's egregious. Um so A couple of things. So when I when I think of this, you know first, I don't know who the American family legal services is. Maybe that's the name of an actual law firm. But you know, the first problem I had with this is that when they came in with identification Right now. I mean, I guess if you have to go to someone's house because they're elderly, and they can't get it, that's that's a nice service, right? But you know when you come in, and you say I'm the managing partner and a paralegal, Yeah, I'm not sure how you're both of those things if it's a law firm You're not a paralegal, right? Your lawyer. So I don't know how you could be both. And then they set a certified senior advisor. I don't even know what that means. But But that to me. That was the first sort of red flag if I'm From an individual. If I'm a listener, that's something that I would be saying. Whoa! Next, they said, You know, 360 bucks. We can update your estate planning documents. Folks you can't do indeed for $360. I don't know what you know. $360 just went right off the bat would be a red flag to me. I mean, I get it. We don't want to spend a lot of money, but Gotta be realistic. You get what you pay for. Buyer. Beware in this case, and you know, then they come in there with these, You know, sort of blank documents, incomplete documents. I'm wondering, you know How are you dealing with that? You know, I don't. I didn't understand the whole blank document thing that to me would be a problem. And And if you're getting illegal find it's illegal. Yeah. If you're signing things, and you're in a house, Do you have a notary? Do you have witnesses? Where are those people? Right? You know, so, folks, you know, you need to kind of think of of that when you're when you're doing this. Yeah, but that blank check thing. As you said, Susan. I'll leave it alone, but that that right off the back sort of makes me say. Wow. What No, I don't understand how you you know, sign this. And and The blame check thing is just that's common sense. You should never ever sign blank paperwork. Everything should be completed when you're doing any kind of a financial track transaction, And I think the other thing that I don't know for sure if that was said in this case, but I know from just from an educational standpoint for folks whenever anybody is trying to sell you an annuity, and they tell you.
