Clark holds off Schauffele for first PGA win at Wells Fargo
"It may have taken him 134 tournaments, but 29 year old Wyndham cloud can now finally call himself a PGA Tour winner that after posting a fort shot victory at the Wells Fargo championship at the demanding quail hollow course in Charlotte, North Carolina. After a slow start, Clark called fire on the back 9 with four booties there, allowing him to win comfortably despite the last whole bogey. He finished at 19 under after a 68, and that gave him the four shot win of asander chauffeur. Clark takes home a winner's check for $3.6 million. I'm Graham agar.

In 2019, a guy named Castillo balthazar balthazar was assaulted by Jordan Neely, the 68 year old 68 year old New Yorker was interviewed by the New York Daily News. He said he should have been in some rehab center. On June 27th, 2019, Valtteri was on a platform at the west fourth street subway station in Greenwich Village. When Jordan Neely, the shank, the martyr, walked up to him and punched balthazar in the face. Balthazar, who's a Mexican immigrant who lives in Harlem, said I was waiting for the train looking at the monitor to see how long it would take to come out of nowhere, he punched me in the face. You know what else this shape has done? On November 12th, 2021, Jordan Neely was arrested for slugging a 67 year old female stranger in the face. And she exited a subway station in the East Village. This guy did this over and over and over and over again. He would go up to people and punch him in the mouth. 67 year old woman. That's what kind of a monster this guy was.

Major League Baseball, the Padres slugged 6 home runs during a Mexico City series game that featured 11 total homers in a 1611 route of the Giants. San Diego manager bob Melvin across the board are bats were really good today. You know, you get the ball in the air and we have some guys that can do that. Other animal results, the pirates swept a double header and the brewers, D backs, Phillies, Dodgers, Marlins, and reds were winners. In the AL, the Orioles and tigers split a double header, while the rays Blue Jays rangers Red Sox and royals were also victorious. And finally, Yankees captain Aaron judges being evaluated for a mild hip strain and the rangers placed ace Jacob de Grom on the 15 day IL with Wright elbow inflammation. "Consumer confidence has fallen again. The Catherine sport says its consumer confidence index fell to 101 this month. It was 104 in March. That's the third time in four months that overall consumer confidence has declined. The conference board's present situation index, which measures consumers assessment of current business and labor market conditions inched up slightly. "You just mentioned that because we've moved on. I want to get back to Tucker Carlson and Fox. But you just mentioned that The Washington Post reported that tomorrow Tuesday, Biden would make his announcement that he's running for president in 2024. You said today for some reason it looks like, in fact, that is not happening and then you said it may have something to do with the entrance into the race on the democratic side of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. That's something the media has been not covering. And it's very significant. Let's go back to the history of Robert F. Kennedy's senior in 1967 and 68. Johnson was president and his ratings were crashing just like Biden's because of the Vietnam War. And there was tremendous dissent in the Democratic Party against Johnson, led by Robert F. Kennedy senior, the U.S. senator. And everybody pressured Bobby Kennedy to run, run against Johnson and the primaries. And he said, I won't do it. It would split the party and could elect Richard Nixon, the beta of the Democratic Party. So I'm not going to split the party. I'm not going to do that. Now, there's tremendous pressure inside the party on Biden to step aside. And maybe let Michelle Obama run maybe let Hillary run maybe let AOC run you're kidding. But she's literally not old enough to run. No, she is by three months. Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren. And just like there was before, for Bobby Kennedy to run. And justice Bobby Kennedy wouldn't do it because he was going to split the party in the face of Nixon. These guys are not doing it because they don't want to split the party in the face of Trump.

Gas prices rise again in New Jersey and around the nation
"Gas prices continued to rise around the nation, this past week, but analysts say a drop in demand and falling oil prices may soon bring relief at the pumps. The national average for a gallon of regular gas was $3 and 68 cents on Friday, up two cents from last week according to triple-A, but drivers were paying $4 and 12 cents a gallon on average a year ago at this time. In New Jersey the average price for a gallon of regular jumped 8 cents in a week to three 52, again drivers were paying four O 8 a gallon on average a year ago at this time. Oil prices fell this week amid ongoing market concerns that future interest rate increases could tip the economy into a recession, a move analysts say will likely lead to reduced oil demand and prices in the near future. Biden ends COVID national emergency after Congress acts
"The national emergency over the COVID-19 pandemic has officially ended. I'm Ben Thomas with the latest. President Biden signed a bipartisan congressional resolution bringing the national emergency to a close behind closed doors. More than 197 House Democrats voted against it, and Biden himself had publicly opposed it, but the measure passed the Senate by a 68 23 vote last month, and Biden let lawmakers know he would sign it. The national emergency allowed the government to take sweeping steps to respond to the virus and support the country's economic health and welfare systems. Some of the emergency measures have already been successfully wound down, while others are still being phased out. However, the public health emergency which underpins immigration restrictions at the U.S. Mexico border remains in effect. For now, it is set to expire on May 11th, Ben Thomas, Washington.

38 dead in Mexico detention center fire after guards didn't free migrants

Can this year's Bruins really be considered NHL's best team ever?
"As the bruins approach the NHL record for points, it's a good time to look at the current record holder. The 1976 77 Canadians, those habs finished 68 and 12 for 132 points, and they did it without the benefit of overtime or shoot out, considered one of the greatest teams ever, the Canadians could have easily won anywhere from 6 to 8 of those tie games. Zooming Out on the Recent Turbulence in the Banking Space
"Today, we are catching up on the macro as we had an important moment to understand how the powers that be were feeling in the wake of the last few weeks turbulence in the banking space. Indeed, the world for this FOMC meeting looked very different from where things were last time. At least or especially to the casual observer. Now, consensus had been building for a shift back to a larger 50 basis point hike. In early March Powell attended annual congressional oversight hearings and delivered a Frank assessment of the macro situation. He said, quote, if the totality of the data were to indicate that faster tightening is warranted, we would be prepared to increase the pace of rate hikes. Jobs and CPI data for February had shown some cooling but were beginning to tell the story of sticky high inflation. Interpreting this as guidance that a reacceleration in rate hikes was in the cards, markets quickly adjusted. Pricing in a 78 percent chance that the fed would deliver a 50 basis point hike. Just days later, however, when the bank run at Silicon Valley was in full swing, the odds of a faster height collapsed entirely. Some market participants began to price in a chance that the fed would pause rate hikes with the probability peaking at 45% at the height of the panic. On Tuesday night of this week heading into the FOMC meeting, however, markets had priced a 73% chance of a 25 basis point hike, with the remaining probability assigned to a rate pause. Importantly, while this might sound like a strong consensus, that's actually the most uncertain market position in recent fed history. The fed almost always follows the market, but with a major economic shock occurring so close to a fed meeting, it was hard to know how the FOMC would weigh volatile market pricing. Jim Bianco actually outlined this in an excellent Twitter thread earlier in the week. He shared that the only example of the fed going against market consensus in the post 1994 forward guidance era was in September 2008. Bear Stearns had collapsed in March leading to large rate cuts, but by June policy had stabilized. That Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy, the day before the FOMC meeting, and markets scrambled to price in a 68% chance of a rate cut, where they had previously been signaling the expectation of no move. Fed chairman Ben Bernanke ignored this repricing of policy and health rates steady. Three weeks later, however, the FOMC would hold an emergency meeting to deliver a 50 basis point rate cut as markets rapidly deteriorated.

We talk about the fact that he wasn't half gone in half man. He was fully God and fully man in the divine person of the second person in Trinity. Also, that here at Jesus, we talked yesterday that he took on a truly human soul with the functions of intellect and will. Operations of intellect and will. And as such, his intellect had to grow, but also as such all the way along, every moment of his life. On earth, the son of God, in his human knowledge, also showed the divine penetration he had into the secret thoughts of human hearts.

This approach of building a virtual machine for very specific task allowed them to create the best possible environment for that task so the z machine was designed for managing object data specifically. It was designed to work with trees of objects attr- in this context is a data structure that stores data in a hierarchy such as rooms connected to other rooms or items inside of rooms. The immediate benefit is that working with objects on z. Machine is dead simple. It has in instructions for moving objects in memory. Traversing the object tree and getting and setting object properties. It goes further but just those four operations should give you a taste of what. The z machine offers. You can accomplish. Really complex. object manipulation using a single instruction that's just plain convenient. What's interesting is when we start looking at the impact of these complex instructions at scale for example let's take the insert object instruction this instruction will in certain object into a specific location in the object tree. If my reading on the doctor correct then it takes a grand total of four bytes to encode that instruction and its arguments as z machine code for normal computer. This type of operation would require multiple instructions. You'd need to do something along the lines of shuffling around pointers and memory. Maybe changing some values of certain memory locations when all said and done you'd probably end up using more than four bytes of machine code so the z machine helps you shave off a few bites here. And they're moving around objects tastes less machine code so does accessing objects and their properties so does moving around trees and tables since most absorbs code is just shuffling around objects and manipulating data. The savings really adds up. The net result is that zork port for the z machine. Ends up being a much smaller program even when you take the size of the z machine interpreter into account. This is phase one of the true madness. Anderson said that we're dealing with entire programming system and he wasn't wrong. The z machine was a totally new computer or rather a totally new fake computer. It didn't have any native compilers or programming tools so the next step after defining the machine was to make some tools to actually use.

The bird is defined in the data file. It's just an item. The snake is also at least mentioned in the data file. It's part of a rooms state. Specifically the snake room has a state with and without the snake. But there's nothing in the data file that defines how you get from one state to another batch of unleashing. The bird on the unsuspecting snake is all defined in the games. Fortran code itself specifically. It's a special case of the throw action. Which gets alias to a number of synonyms that cover the bird situation. Such as release or drop. There's a line of code that checks if you're releasing the bird and if the snake is in the room with you and then it handles. Those interactions to mix the south in. General is a bit. I've seen what it actually means in practice and there's probably no better metaphor for that ban the global pandemic that we won't be safe until everyone is protected. We have the vaccines we could build the distribution systems. I actually think we could do it. In a way that would provide jobs in a real sense of purpose at a moment. Where so many young people are feeling so without that To take this on as a as a great global endeavor that the world could achieve together and What better way to push us as human beings to extend outward in this moment when so many of us are pulling inward. So i'm all in. I don't think we need ones are global leader but we can certainly have a coalition of leaders. Who recognized that that success for this can't just be one individual one nation it's got to be A success that starts by making sure that the vulnerable are included. But is there not an argument. Also that in a situation like this. I mean the reason they tell you to secure your mask before. Helping others are an airplane. If there's a tragedy right. I mean we know that the united states is buying millions of vaccines that they are going to. The administration announced that to share with other countries. You're putting it towards life credit card. He said you know like a credit card life. You know like real life where you know you might not have some that you can afford to put on a credit card. You charge it to the game charges to your card and eventually you've got to pay it off. He said the thing that i realized that fifty years old is that life is just like that because every decision you make. He's talking about negative once. You might not feel it in that moment because charge. It's a life's credit card right every bad habit. He said i was five hundred pounds. You know i realized that everything. I was even healthy. I was discharging it to life's credit card. He said then it got to a point where just like in the real world it was time to collect and all the bad decisions that i made and not exceed the season i was planning. I wasn't having that garner's mindset that debt but debt showed up the data diabetes sicknesses showed up on my doorstep and i had to pay life's credit card listened to this episode. Right now what is your life credit card like. And i realized this. We're not going to be perfect. Circle have seasons with that credit card is damn near maxed out. We've been charged to the game. I just had a season of that in march. You guys know. But the thing that i've learned is that the longer you wait to pay off their credit card the hardest hit you when it's time to collect so if you had an off week you did a lot of negative things that didn't help you become the greatest. You don't keep adding to those things because you don't see the changes taking place because i'm telling you the changes are taking place that's life you look realize like dang i'm overweight. Dang i'm underway dane. I fell off dane. What did this come from. But our habits every day built the future that we will reap our disciplines and so i challenge everybody. Make sure that next day make sure the next few days that you pay it off so last night. I it's my dad's birthday a porta credit card out and i said hey be a credit card day but tomorrow paying off that card and i'm out here right now paying off that card because i refused to allow debt to rack up in my life because of my inconsistency because of my lack of discipline because my poor life management skills i refuse to allow those things because again there's gonna come a day when you've got to pay for if you're always doing people wrong and being fake to get ahead. Yeah you might get ahead. You might not see how life is charging that car but essentially this come a point where people figure you out. You got to pay off that debt. Maybe somebody confront you for doing them wrong. Maybe it's cormo you believe in karma. Maybe it's just life coming full circle. Would you charge them to lights credit card. That's something and that might be the greatest accountability to that. I ever came across an every day. I'm asking myself that question. Managing my emotional not financial my emotional wealth and that's one of the best ways so manager. Emotional wealth is understanding that every time you ignored every time. Keep the promises to yourself every time you do somebody wrong every time you lied everytime do all these things right.
