Looks like they're temporarily holding traffic for the moment. You were getting by a single file to the left in that work zone. They may end up re -routing you through the work zone to get around the crash but for the moment it looks like everybody stopped on the outer loop of the Beltway as a result of this multi -vehicle crash with heavy response now on scene including Maryland State Highways.
