It was a foregone conclusion that he would never put on the Packers uniform again. And we're not even quite We're not even really sure. What is problem? What? What? He was upset. I think I think he just wanted to see his bosses sweat now. Well, but why? You know, he's because he seems kind of like a jerk. I'm sorry. Well, he does kind of he's at the end of a fabulous career. Here's the thing with the Green Bay Packers reporting to camp training camp today. And, uh, veterans are supposed to report and they're supposed to start practice tomorrow. It looks like Aaron Rodgers decided to go along that I think somebody told me that he was going to be fined $50,000 a day if he didn't show up. Not that that matters much to him. No, I mean, that's like it's like having a cent in my pocket and having to get turned it over, right? Yeah, Anyway. It was first announced by Ian Rapid Port, the NFL network that he's indicated the people close to him that he does plan to play for Green Bay this season. We don't know. Any of the details. The Packers will not be allowed to use the franchise tag on him to only be paying two more years. Probably just one. Green Bay also agrees to review his situation following This upcoming season. "But I think it's going to be a great game. Ultimately, I do think the Knights take care of business. And I think one of you guys mentioned the park line. I actually think that's a really good bet. Tomorrow night. I would be seriously looking at the Vegas Golden Knights Park line tomorrow. I could see this being a 4151 type game. And again. I hate to use the term again. But statement game you've got to show your stuff and and just say to yourself. We deserve to be here were the better team and I get the Canadians a ton of credit, though. I mean, I don't like I said, I don't think too many people out there. Expected this series to be 22 heading back to Vegas. I didn't. I thought Montreal would steal a game in Montreal. I didn't think this series would be heading back to two. Fortunately for Vegas, but I'm liking the puck Puck line. See when I think the nights get it done tomorrow night. Yes, Brian just defeated to my degenerate tendencies in jump on this puck line as I've been itching since you talked about statement game, correct me if I'm wrong. Wasn't there point in the Colorado Series last series where the Golden Knights how to break out performance around this time, I believe they won a game 52 or 62. Something around those sorts and you mentioned the atmosphere. T Mobile tomorrow night seems like a prime opportunity for the Knights to feed off the crowd feel fortunate that they were able to tie the game and really explode at the fortress tomorrow. So I'm really really loving this opportunity for the park line tomorrow. Yeah, and the feeling I have in this game, To be honest with you is the same feeling. I had Game seven against the Minnesota wild when the when the Knights came back home, and you say, Is there really any chance the Knights lose this game? Uh, yes. The Knights could lose this game tomorrow night. Do I think that's going to happen? No, Absolutely not. I mean, it's such a huge advantage playing in T Mobile arena right now. I mean, It's so loud in there. It's the loudest. I think it's ever been. I don't even remember it being this loud in year one when they made that push to the Stanley Cup finals, huge advantage for the nights. They have a little bit of momentum. Now, after that come from behind huge victory. By the way, the nights were 3.5 to 1. In game wagering to win that game yesterday, when they were down a goal. That would have been a pretty good bad. I wish I was on that one and to your point, Brian on and in the NHL. The best team doesn't always win. The nights were favorites against the stars last year in the playoffs lost, they were favorites against the Sharks lost and they were favorites in the Stanley Cup finals against the Capitals. Significant fair, even even as you know, being in their first year. And they lost That series will and you know they were actually that they were not predicted to win last series. The cholera evidence were obviously the better team, supposedly one you know they want the President's Cup and they do that. So like you said, a lot of times in hockey, the better team doesn't win the series. That's so true right now. And look, I'm gonna try it. Red Wings fan, you guys. I saw it firsthand back in 1998 when the Detroit Red Wings won the president's trophy right Best team in hockey expected to win the Stanley Cup. What happens to words Hot goalie right. They ran into arches er bay of the same Jose charts and the Sharks kind of knocking off the wings. I think it was a second round. So to know his point is, it doesn't look you can have a goalie that can just X out all these other factors, right if if a guy is just unreal between the pipes, and if it's you know, Carey Price has You know, Basically, you know, three more games where he's just unbelievable and outplays Even Marc Andre Fleury or Robin letter, then it could be lights out for the Golden Knights, regardless, especially given what they've done offensively, right, Brian minus 5 52, right? Yeah, Hockey's are really weird game. It's a game of inches and and I hate to say this, but sometimes you have to create your own luck. But there's a lot of luck involved in hockey. When you're at this level of pot going off a skate a deflection. Maybe your goaltender was screened by one of your own players. Uh, you know, a different bounce the other night in the third period. This series could be all but over. You know you're down 31. It's a weird game. You have to create your own luck sometimes, And I totally understand that but the NHL playoffs or are bizarre. It's a very different game. You could outshoot a team 35 to 10 and lose the game by three goals. It happens all the time. All the time. You know you don't really see this in any other sport, but it does happen in hockey. You could dominate a team for 59 minutes and lose by two or three goals. You know, it happens in hockey all the time. But you know what if there's one thing we can say about this series is that the Knights have come out in the majority of these games in the 1st 10 minutes and been awful? They've been terrible. There's no excuse for it to Boras talked about it. What you can do is control what you can control and the Knights can control how they come out tomorrow night if they get unlucky, and they can't get one pass price, fine, But the energy has to be there. You can't start up the 1st 10 minutes of the game against the Canadians and the out shot 11 to 2 That's happened in three of these games. That is unacceptable. It's happened at T Mobile Arena again. My concern is this is a Montreal team that is going to be loose. They're playing with house money. Nobody expected them to go this far in the playoffs now their here and now they're tied with arguably the best team in the NHL at two games apiece. So I mean, you know, like I said, the Canadians are playing with house money. Imagine Imagine what it's going to be like, And I don't think this is going to happen. But it could imagine if 18,000 fans leave T Mobile arena tomorrow, knowing that the Knights Just lost Game five, and they could have just witnessed the last game of the year. Now. I hope that doesn't happen. I don't think that's going to happen, but you have price between the pipes. Anything had happened. It's the NHL playoffs. So again, the Knights have to come out. And dominate the 1st 10 minutes of the game, something they've really been unable to do since the series started. Brian Shapiro joining us here live. "Of the victims are Mexican nationals, and Dr Adolf Edward, The CEO of El Centro Medical Center, says some of those who survived were able to talk. They were a bit confused of what happened. They Some of them were talkative and what able to communicate to us U. S. Customs and Immigration services are involved in the investigation and authorities with the department Homeland Security also conducting a human smuggling investigation more now from CBS correspondent Steve Futterman, all the witnesses, and it's not necessarily a surprise. It's now believed that this vehicle and a second vehicle We're involved in a smuggling ring. Both had entered the U. S. This is according to surveillance video that the Border Patrol had and they show the vehicle, the SUV, the Ford expedition that was involved in that deadly crash, which was crammed with 25 people inside. It enters the US through a hole in a border fence shortly before the crash took place. On Tuesday, There was a Second vehicle that came in the U. S in tandem and was actually driving nearby. The Ford expensive expedition when the crash took place. That was a Chevy Suburban with 19. People inside that vehicle caught fire, but no one in that vehicle was killed. Can you talk about any relation between are these families? Family members? Do we know anything about that yet? That we don't know that much about that? We know that The the age range for the people who were killed of the 13 people who were killed ranged in age from around 20 to the mid fifties. We don't know if there were necessarily any families involved. We don't know if these were people who were being smuggled across to work in the farm fields. Remember, this is a big period of time where where where crops are being harvested in the Imperial Valley. So They may have been just people coming across working, or they may have been people trying to come across and stay into the stay in the US. We just don't know those details right now. And I would think, Steve that that would be an important distinction. Were these people who were being hired that were coming to work at that hour. Or was this coyote situation smuggling people in that much has to be determined Still. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, there is a big difference. Obviously, Both things are under the law illegal. But the intent is ah, different thing, and we do know that many people do come across. The border to work on a daily basis and then go back into Mexico. When you have this many people, though, crammed into vehicles. It seems that there might be more of a plan to bring them into the country for other reasons, so we'll just have to wait and see where the investigation goes. Sure, that makes sense.
