"Um so, um, But, yeah, we can use Benadryl. There's other antihistamines that are used in people like Sometimes we use Zyrtec or hydroxy Xena's another one that people use back to the Benadryl. Is it a higher dose than what humans take? It's actually Yeah, it is actually higher. So, yeah, for large dogs. I mean, people take away a 25, mg. Benadryl. Um, large dogs might take 50 mg or more. So it would put us under the table for probably a day and a half, But, yeah, Yeah, And I don't like to discuss juices on the radio. Just because, you know, I don't know all your pets specific diagnoses, So I can't really advise you on how much you should give. But you know, you can definitely talk to your doctor about a specific drug dose for her. Can I purchase that Teddy had Well, it is an injection, and that will only be at your veterinarian, and it is a new product, so you may have to kind of check around to see, but that was some of the other drugs. We've one called a pack. Well, that's really fabulous for dogs with allergies. We just have to do a little more kind of screening and checking with pets, right We're going to scratching is nothing I can do about it enough. Yeah, well, there are some things but we just really have to kind of in any situation. What I usually do is I'll say, Okay, this is what I would like to do to figure out what's the cause. And then these are some of the therapies we might use and depending on the budget, honestly and how long the pets have the problem, we kind of pick and choose what we need to do. So if it's a matter that, um we have a kind of a narrow budget to work with. We may say okay, like to test these minimal things. But let's try these steps and that might be treating for mites with one of these oral products might be using a shampoo. It might be making sure we're doing some good flea control. And then maybe something to help with the itch. So, um, I think there's a lot of things that can be done. But the first step is kind of asking for help and making sure we start to direct that towards her skin. Well, thank you so much, Doctor. Thank you, Sam. We wish you the best of luck. "For energy production, but it's also neutralizes free radicals. And that's very important because when cholesterol when, when LDL cliff so becomes oxidized It becomes very after a genic and very sticky and it sticks to be in the lines of ourselves walls. So if you taking anything to lower your cholesterol, or if you are honest status You have to be sure that you're taking self power. So power is the thing that neutralizes free radicals that actually destroy ourselves, And that's why taking self power will aid In the benefits of all sell health, So he was having pain and doesn't have that pain anymore. He asked. He must have had a low level of co Q 10 in the system. Yeah, that's a good, uh, obviously a good hypothesis there because I think, uh, you know if you are not taking the co Q 10, and you can get it through it. L LDL execute 10. There's 50 MG in each tablet. Take four day There's your 200, There's 200 MG. In cell power so you can do it either way. That's a good question. I mean, can you overdo it? I mean, if you're taking the LDL, execute 10, should you be taking the cell power as well? I think that we need least two I read a study that An adequate level of co Q 10 and the bodies 200 MG. However, if you are Eight person that requires more energy. If you are working out if you're running if you're exercising More than you, you know, or even equivalent to 30 minutes a day, five days a week. Sometimes you run out of coke, you 10. You cannot overdose on co inventor. You 10. You cannot. Okay. I wouldn't take it at night, though. I always take Self power in the morning to 10 should be utilized in your morning routine and not in your evening routine. Some people advocate taking self power at night could keep them awake. Because it energizes yourself and it keeps you mobile. He's sort of gives you that get up and go feeling so just like I don't recommend or seen at night. I recommend it either in the morning and during the early afternoon, same thing with self power. I don't forget that coupon code Wcbm 35 off.

"To develop Type two diabetes and they also leave you with cognitive impairment. So what I have done is Rescue came out many many years ago with LDL execute 10. A natural. This is a natural red yeast rice products. And the ingredients within this product. Our sustainable to maintain a normal LDL cholesterol, or reduce the LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol. So I would rather take a natural stat that doesn't have those side effects that a chemical statin has. An L V. L s to 10 in combination with omega three fish oil. We have a proven study that was done by Dr Becker. Dr. David Becker from the male clinic proceedings proceeding in July of 2000 and eight actually looked at simvastatin, which is a conventional Medication that we typically used in cardiovascular medicine, pharmaceutical grade simvastatin, and he actually looked at the therapeutic lifestyle changes and supplements of randomized primary in a randomized. Primary prevention trial, looking at the combination of Reggie's rice and rescue 12 50. And the conclusion of that study was very pivotal in showing the whole entire audio that still community as well as the community that there was a greater reduction in LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol with a marked improvement in HDL cholesterol and actually reduction in percent body fat. And inflammatory markers. So this study was the landmark study that showed if you compare regular pharmaceutical grade statins like simvastatin versus LDL, execute 10. And the Omega Threes rescued 12 50 if you had the vitamin D and get a better effect to show that there was a 42% reduction in your cholesterol, So if you were me Or if I was you, I would basically consider anybody honest satin to convert themselves to rescue LDL execute 10 as well as the rescue 12 50 not develop those side effects I spoke about earlier in the presentation. Yes, early on my beginning Battle with high cholesterol. I was on the simvastatin and had horrible side effects. Muscle aches, Uh, pains and things about nature. And that's when I initially approached our former colleague, Tom R. And he said, No, no, you gotta you gotta get on the rescue stuff and And I did and you know has been going on 20 years now and it's been. It's been great. So just side question here because I get this all the time from people. I said the last doctor Shapiro. Next time he's on So if there's sort of like similar statins and readies rice, why are there so many more side effects with the statin versus the red yeast? Rice? Well, we found out that Staten Deplete your coenzyme. Q. 10 levels coins on cute 10 is a very, very important electrolyte within the body to maintain normal muscle function to maintain normal. Self functions. So what we did was LDL Execute 10. The Q 10 is Eight supplement within the LDL ready for formula that has actually coenzyme Q 10 minutes 50 MG in every two capsules, so we did was we all set the side effect. Of being on the stand so chemical status will lower you, Coach you 10 levels even more. So then are you tickle supplement LDL execute 10. So it's all about the balance of coenzyme Q. 10 and statins. We know this for a fact that it is the lower leveling of coenzyme Q 10 that affects cell function muscle function. Brain function, and all of these things put together leaves you with more side effects. So we have all set aside effect by Annan. Coenzyme Q 10 to our formulation, and even indeed, what I'd do was not only when I take the L deal execute 10. I take self power, which has a lot more coins than Q 10 and then the LDL execute 10. I think self power has 200 MG. Of Coenzyme Q 10 in its in its formulation, and that's that's what I do on daily basis, and we'll get to sell power in just a second. I don't want to write surely has written into the program and share her Email with with you here, I'm taking rescue 12 50, Mega three and LDL execute 10 readies Race and the co Q 10 As you just mentioned to get my cholesterol down. I have taken this for three months in my cholesterol has dropped from 2 79. 21 99. These supplements are amazing. I've taken to make a three ready strikes and co Q 10 before, but it was the drug scare drug store stuff. And it was not at all effective. I don't want to go on statins. Then they heard about rescue decided to try it plausibly amazed, totally satisfied with this product. If you're having cholesterol problems, I would urge you to get this product A s A P And I wanted to focus in just a second doctor on She tried the drug store stuff and it wasn't at all affective. And that does not surprise you or I but For the person listening to the show today again, if you could emphasize the potency and the purity, the difference that rescue makes We'll speak about the potency and purity in omega three fish oil, but just like the other ingredients that we formulate. Ready Slice is formulated to the point where not already created equal? It is the way that we process our supplements that we have this purity, absolute purity and potency. And I think that's the reason why we are so successful. We know exactly what's in every capsule of every supplement that we give out to the public and to our patients. And I have to believe that it is the process. Of making these nutraceuticals that is the benefit to why we're so successful over the many years. Purity is amazing. We don't want things to be laden with toxic elements because those toxins actually destroy ourselves. So why not take something that is pure important? And just like with the official as we start with the small, cold water fish, molecularly distilled. It is clean. It's all the Toxins are removed. And then we add the special antioxidant blends to maintain freshness. Each batch is independently tested for purity and toxins. So when you think about toxicology I guarantee you that If you take these these supplements over the counter, you are not. There's no regulation. Some of them come from China. Some of them come from overseas. They're not regulated by what we regulate our products with and that's I think the difference. I think you're absolutely right. And he certified. That's good manufacturing practices certified facilities. You have to understand that it is first. The manufacturing, and that gives us the ability to stand behind our products and that that's why I love rescue. And that's why I'm gonna component of rescue feel less two decades Absolutely. And again, you have to be careful. Your body is a temple treated accordingly. And and if you're going to put stuff in your body that's made from China or even worse. You don't know where it's made or how it's made. Uh then you are at great risk. So again. This is what we staked our reputation on. We have a board certified physicians who have studied these products are using these products who are, uh, you know, sharing them with their patients and the other objection. I get Frequently as Sean, but they're expensive. I've always told people first off you get what you pay for. But secondly, there's no reason why I ever have to pay full price for any of the rescue natural supplements, in fact, that we.

"Always like horrified about Oh, and then the President, President, Trump said this and that is like He totally departed from norms. They spent so much time thinking about him and their precious norms. Politics is bigger than ever. Why, because religion has been driven from our lives so much by the secular world. We can't let that happen. We've got to embrace it and I'll tell you again. Please join me. Um Or let me just say it's been a A beautiful gift to me a Bible that someone gave me 10 years ago. I was insulted when they gave it to me. I thought what kind of message are you trying to give me? Who are you to give me this? What are you trying to say about me? I know how to live my life. Nonsense. Get out of here! I didn't say it quite like that. But that's what I was thinking. But the book on the shelf and forgot about it. Four or five years, went by. At least And then suddenly you know what? I don't really know much about this book. I started reading. And slowly everything. Everything started to change. Yeah, I need a little help. When it comes to the Bible. I do recommend the Uh, Charles Stanley Life principles Bible. It had really helpful for me essays and little footnotes in to explain some of it. Um But It's beautiful. You can't go wrong. You can't go wrong. Let's see. I got to go to the phones. The Irishman The Irishman is on the phone in the Bronx. He goes by Irishmen. Were you in that movie that ridiculous endless Netflix movie that totally stunk The Irishman I wanted that to be good, but it was no good. How are you, sir? What's up? Are you there? I'm excited to speak to the Irishman is that DeNiro? All right. I got to go to my other friend in the Bronx. It's Jamal. Uh, Jamal. How are you, buddy? Good afternoon. Are you okay? Are you all right? I stopped listening to you, but my cousin called me and said today he's going crazy. I wait a second. Wait a second before you go before you go on. Uh, I thought your family liked me. I mean, I know you have your issues, and that's okay. You're the rest of the family. They still watching the news, Max show. I some of the some of the crazy one. Unfortunately, all right. Good. Good stuff. All right, Jamal, what's on your mind? Okay. First of all, your last guest was right about taking vitamin D's. You should take vitamin D. Thank you, Jamal and take it in tablet form. In cabinet form. You should take it in the 5th 25 to 50 mg on a daily basis, especially people at your age over 50 like myself. They need vitamin D. She was absolutely right on that. Alright. Vitamin D Check What else? The next thing Thank you. By the way, making a big deal out of vaccine vaccine is great. The last president even I didn't vote for him. He did a good job You've got to encourage every single pack person takes the vaccine even mandatory. And sometimes nothing is perfect. Yes, some people they react. But you do not use one example and killed 700,000 people. Hold on a second. What? Jamal, wait. I took the vaccine. I took the Pfizer vaccine. I had a terrible reaction myself. So, uh, I'm not going to have anybody. I'm not going to have that on my conscience if somebody takes the vaccine because Greg told him to get it. I'm not. I don't know. I'm not a doctor. I don't know. And I know it's not perfect. Hey, Jamal, You've seen those commercials where they have the, uh, the medication, and they say all the bad things the side effects that can happen. I mean, those things do happen, Jamal. You got to admit they do right? Can I ask you a question? What? Jamal, Wait a second. I ask you a question. Those things happen, don't they? It happens. But if somebody is okay, the question that everybody is missing. If everybody was very mask, we didn't need any vaccination. Well, that's not true. That's not not not not Jamal. That's not true. That's not true about the mess. First of all that mass that we're all wearing as the, uh, silly mass. It looks like a diaper. It costs about a penny, and it's useless. The only mass that actually does. Anything is the n 95 mask, and you can't wear that thing all day long you can. It's just no one's going to wear it. Joe Biden doesn't wear it. Everybody's taking the mask off. A two year old kid isn't going to wear it. And Dr Fauci himself, said Mass really don't do anything. So I don't think it's about the mass, Jamal. But tell me more. You're not a physician, By the way. Hey, As a matter of fact, you never did. Tell me what your line of work is. We've been talking for months now and you never told you never shared that with me, Jamal. What is it? You do? Back like the people argue that this drug is good that drug if you were very mass for getting vaccinated, you don't need to use the whole drugs. That's the logic. There is no logical human by the horse drug. Would you start? I hold on a second. You really do watch way too much fake news. I've ever met in is not the horse drug. Okay? I've ever met has been around for a long time. Is that the approved ivermectin? Does that sound like a horse drug to you? It's not a horse drug. The implication being if you take ivermectin, you know you're totally nutjob Weirdo. It's totally fine. Let me look it up here, Ivermectin. It's good for a whole bunch of things. Jamal, come on. You've been watching. So you sound like you watch Chris Cuomo or somebody like that. Anything else? Jamal? Now you're insulting me now. You're insulting because they said you, Chris Cuomo. Kidding me? Well, I don't know. I mean, he's he's angry. Normal. Use anybody else except Crisco. Why you you don't solve Wow, I really did touch a button here. What's up with you and Chris Cuomo? I don't I quite frankly, I don't mind the guy that much. I use a nice guy off the air. What is it about Chris Cuomo gets you so fired up. I do mind, Craig. All right, all right. My family that you're not alluded to your data. All right. All right, Jamal. All right. I'll tell you what I'm gonna do, Jamal. I take it I take back what I said about Chris Cuomo. Thank you. You're welcome. I want to be sure the best. I hope you get better. That's all I called you up. All right. Thank you for the vitamin D and Jamal. Um, good stuff, pal. Call back again. I do enjoy hearing from you. Thank you. Thank you. Um, I was just teasing about the I thought that was the right thing to do, though he got very offended. That was not an act that was no act. Uh, about the Chris Cuomo thing. Wow. I've never seen that before. I was thinking about saying, you know, you're much more like joy, Reid, but I didn't do that. I didn't do that. Uh, all right. Uh, What's the deal here? We went on for a while there. Oh, we have another colorful character on the line. Ted from Forest Hills. Hello. Yeah. Uh, let me tell you, you are excellent today. I like you every day. All right. I missed the 1 $41 to buy that or was But you're talking was superb. I mean, you blasted everyone that needed blasting anytime, Ted. Thank you. Blasting. Um, Ted was the pilot of a C 1 41 Starlifter? Yes. That's a big transport plane. What do you think? When you see all those people the Afghan people on the C 17? That's not unlike the plane you flew. "This is Dr Tom Roselle. You're listening to Dr Tom was alive Indeed I am. Give me a call Triple 86309 65. That's triple 8 60 0 96 25. So we're talking about your immune system, and we're talking about two products are gonna get into the second one in a minute. We're talking about melatonin, and that's the hormone. If you will, that your pioneer Glenn that sits in your brain little guy, both sides would be towards the back, and it's so important. And, you know, people say, Well, you know, melatonin is not that important. Well, the research has been actually going on for years, and it actually does a tremendous amount of things that increases your Memphis site counts in the body to basically go after things like, uh, you know, bacteria and viral patterns and film and so forth. Your five is glad, which also is necessary in the production of T cells. Now, how much should you be taking? Don't. If you go into traditional literature, you're going to see that it's Very low levels. They're going to talk about maybe five mg 10. Some of them will stretch to 50. And up to about four years ago, I was of the ilk that I really never used more than 50 mg orally with a patient. But having met a dear doctor who is a brilliant man, in my estimation out of Sarasota, Florida I found out that sometimes to reset that system. Not only that you have to have Sleep, but you have to get to sleep to be able to do it. So it's kind of a catch 22. So you have to make sure that the room is cool. You have to make it completely black that you don't have any cell phones or computer screens or ambient lights anywhere in the room. There's nothing leaking in. It's got to be black, where you are a cave dweller everyone when you're sleeping, and so we start using 102 100, even 400 MG. Of melatonin. And the worst forum is actually the tablets that you take melatonin, uh, the way they we can get it and use it is actually a rectal suppository and is absorbed much easier and much better. Also, life was some of forms are better that way. But I don't want you going off and doing this on your own. I'm not telling you to do this. What I'm saying is that the research indicates that And what we use with our patients is heavier dosages to get their immune system to respond adequately, But it's going to stimulate the body's ability to Increase the organ systems that, uh, fight, Uh, immune systems like splaine and bone marrow and so forth. It will increase the ability for them to produce some things like killer cells and you know, to end something called Manna size, which is a type of white blood cell and All these things are very, very well documented. Um, it increases the the basil rate within the body so your body can begin to repair tissue. But do you ever wonder why as people get older? Uh, they become more susceptible as they get older. They're famous gland. This little grand that sits underneath your breast bone, which is supposed to be one of your primary in illogical. Uh, stimulators and protectors. Doesn't work so well, so they get there and they lose muscle weight. It's because of other things that we touched upon the drain of critical, stimulating hormone, the production of growth hormone and so forth. But you can reverse much of this by resetting that system and the literature of you do. The research is really interesting when you read through it, and it's something that is in the question I had when I first started using this what happens if you use A lot of melatonin. Does it suppress your body's ability to produce its own melatonin? And the answer is no. What happens if you don't reset the system? If you don't repair it afterwards, the body goes back to producing what it was producing before you started taking it interesting, right? Well, that's how the body works. It's an amusing thing. This is a program that I should invite all of you in. And we should, you know, talk about actually, for about two hours to really get it and give you you know, visuals and show you how it works and break it down and into easier Pathways. But let's talk about the other piece. Let's talk about beat B three, which is nice in and the amount of research that's out there with that subject as well, Uh, niacin or b three. It can be nice in or can be nice cinema need, Um Are basically the different forms of the same thing. That research is showing that mega dosages of nice and may be able to help our bodies fight some of the most deadly bacteria and superbugs that are out there. And most people are deficient in most of the big complexes. Be careful what you take with this, You know, you really need to check B three Nice and Basil dilates as one of its components. That means that increases your circulatory pattern is small vessels that capital areas, the last ones. And you can get really hot. You can flush like crazy. Uh, nice and has been known forever to modulate lipids in the body. So when your cholesterol's too, you know, uh above normal. You're you know, you're in that range where you've got to your doctor tells you that you better take whatever it is to drop it down because you're in trouble sometimes just taking a time release. B three or Nicene will do it very nicely. And we've seen that result in so many paces. Paysage is pay patients. I'm sorry. Tongue tied this morning. So think it through. What else can it do? So when given in dosages higher than found in most normal diets, and this kind of residual, most of you don't eat well, anyway. Beat three boost the immune system by as much as 1000 times and can kill all kinds of life threatening infections. And, uh And these are ones that are called method. Sicilian resistant things like Staphylococcus or, uh, you know, Mars and so forth. Or mercy. I'm sorry. It's important that you understand this. The information is there. Do your homework. Get out and get it done. Start reading. Don't just take you know what you're hearing on any platform from a talking head. There's so many things that you can do to make a difference. There's a guy by the name of George Lou He's a pediatric infectious disease physician at Cedars Sinai Medical Institute in Los Angeles..

"Melatonin has been, you know, looked at mountain studied and intently for decades and You know, they put out products and the market, one mg 2, mg, 10, MG. And most physicians, most doctors will prescribe melatonin to get you to sleep. But it has a much greater deep ramification when it comes to building your immune system, and not just at very, very low levels at extremely high levels. So most of the research is done, you know, with 50 MG, which she said, Oh my God. 15, MG. That's a lot of melatonin to but melatonin. From the pioneer gland in your brain that comes out at night time, and it's hyphens between one and four o'clock in the morning only comes out if you sleep in a very dark room with no ambient light, with a little bit of chill to the room at its optimum level. Melatonin modulates a wide range of functions in the body and affects the immune system significantly impacting the immune system. Uh, there's a large number of reports that implicate melatonin as a mule module, a Torrey compound. That means that it kind of regulate things. It's still, however, remains unclear about how melatonin actually affects, uh, immunological systems, but it's known that it does and significant, so they're trying to find out. Have to why? But we're going to try to walk through that a little bit today. Some authors argued that melatonin is a, uh, ideological stimulant and you know, a lot of studies have described it as an anti inflammatory as well. Um, those of you are going to be privileged to see my latest podcast. By the way, it's going to call Asia's health by Dr Tomorrow's L. We'll let you know all about that, and you're going to be able to find that this week we're launching, I think on Wednesday Um Dr John Lawrence from Sarasota, Florida John is a brilliant doctors. Chemists on This is a guy that turned me on to using high dosages of melatonin with patients who are struggling in a logically and this is about 34 years ago, when I really understood this so obviously caught my attention. So the The data that's out there shows it as an anti inflammatory pathway, but it's also uh, immune buffer. It acts as a stimulant under basil or immune, suppressive conditions. Um, and it's in the it's exacerbate abated by any type of acute inflammatory reaction. Um The clinical evidence. Uh, that That shows melatonin that functions on his, uh, several types of immune conditions and and you know, such as infection and auto immunity and vaccinations and immune essence and so forth. It's important that we understand this because it's showing tremendous amount of potential and up regulating our bodies, immunological responses to all types of infections, regardless of what they are, but particularly for viral infections. There is a article that was really interesting, and it was the functional Journal of Molecular Sciences is, uh, which is a very, very well known journal. And I read it through because I was again prepping for this presentation that I'm doing, Uh, This this coming October, actually, and you know, melatonin, uh It's a really interesting situation where it's triggered. Its release continues to maintain itself throughout the day, not just at nighttime, and you know it is present in certain bacteria and other types of organisms. Um It's in plants and and fungus is and so forth. Uh, Virtually is is prevalent across the board. Melatonin is converted from Something called trip Defend. Many of you know what trip to fan is, is the thing that makes you sleepy? Because it produces, uh, serotonin. Uh, when you know when you have turkey and you eat too much of it. That's the trip to fan that's kind of putting to sleep. But you want to take that nap after Thanksgiving. Uh, but trip to fan Goes to serotonin, followed by something called a simulation. And really all that means is that melatonin is being converted into another molecule and that melatonin Pathway reflects a conversion, you know, throughout whole bunch of different steps across the board. Uh, production of melatonin, As I said, is from the pioneer Glenn and so little pea shaped gland wade into the back of your head. And it has a rhythm and it peaks, as I said earlier at night time, and it has its lowest level when you're in front of light so that you know those of you who go to bed with lights on, you have a night light on or you have ambient light on your producing very low levels of melatonin. So Any time that you're awake. It's not working the way it's supposed to. So if you're not working, you know it's kind of a catch 22. Because if you don't have enough another, Tony, you can't sleep well, either. The mechanisms really are two different pathways it binds, you know, at a certain membrane level within the body and its signals Inter cellular Pathways to produce. It's called radical scavengers. So all these information these irritations are eaten up by this mechanism that is triggered by, um, melatonin. It's kind of it's kind of weird, but it works really, really well. So somebody who has to heal number one has to sleep. Somebody who is more susceptible to all kinds of things is not sleeping the way they should. So there's a substantial amount of information out there. That has identified the, uh the if you will be extra, uh, pioneered sources of melatonin in a number of organs and tissues and cells throughout the body. So what I'm saying trying to say he was produced all over the place, and that's why it's so important. The body knows that it's important you know, over the last 20 years, the research shows that the intestinal tract gastrointestinal tract Has, uh, confirmed, you know, as an important source of melatonin, along with the skin and your eyes, the retina, the back of the eyes and so forth, And a lot of people who have have any logical reactions have eyesight problems have gastrointestinal problems. Are going to be generally sick. Their their their whole bodies in geological system is not working the way they're supposed to. So you know, what's the person to do? How do you get it? Do you start taking melatonin? Well, in the short term, Yes, but the whole idea is to get your system to up regulate as well. Um You know when I smashed my head if you will, many of you remember the story that I've told on air, I went down and see Doctor Lawrence and Sarasota, Florida and one of the things that he did is he put me on melatonin to get me to sleep. Continuing through the night but also more importantly, to make.

"Debbie. You're on w g N. You've got a question for Dr Steve happy Friday. Thank you. Are you there? Yeah. What's the What's the question? I'm sorry. Okay, I have I have to wrap asean, my feet and in my fingertips due to chemotherapy that I wasn't sure Get any of that would work for that. Can I ask you a quick question? How long has it been since the last chemotherapy treatment? You've gotten, uh, at the end of February? Okay, Let me tell you and share my experience. We see a ton fine. Both pediatric and the Scientology and one of the big issues that we have with these patients is that they have whole latest post chemotherapeutic neuropathy. I'll tell you that. We should have started this with you a long time ago, because if we can again if we could, you know, sort of finesse it a little bit. We're really able to control a lot of that post chemotherapy neuropathy that you're having. And let me be very honest. More importantly, on top of the CBD as time goes on, and as your body processes over poison that they put in there to kill what had to be killed. You'll start to feel better and better and better, So I don't want you to get upset about the neuropathy. Want you to understand itself Limited and eventually it will stop your somebody. 1000%. I wish you would have probably to see me because you I really have a lot to offer. And I'm sorry you had to go through that can absolutely try this. Yeah. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Good luck, Debby. I hope that I hope that helps. And we wish you health in the future, And I hope that is a solution for you. Um, Dr Steve, let's let's take Jenny's call. This is this is a really good question. I wouldn't know the answer this one and this will be my first question. Go ahead, Jenny. Yes, Hi. And I have used CBD for a while. The lotion and I have the bottle. I have the brand I have has it, says 300 mg Active. Um, per two ounces for this little battle, then I bought Another went back and got the same brand, but it's this one, says 600. MG is one stronger than the other. Does it work better than the other is? Why is 16 so I have I have an answer, but I don't watch it and think it's because they have a product. I'm thinking to myself. 600 how are created 1500? Listen, the answer is yes, the higher amount that they get the milligram dosage. But then you have to see how much is actually you know, being dispersed when you use the product. In other words, you know, like you're like our CBD. Let's just take our CBD for around 3000 mg CBD so each drop Or full that a patient would take is equal to 100 mg, not 3000. So that's sort of, you know, just to give you that, you know she can understand how it's done. But 600 should be stronger than 200, which is not as strong as 1500. That's what I'm thinking. You gotta go big or go home Girlfriend. Yeah, that makes perfect sense. So one will The more the more MILLIGRAMS the better. It's going to work. I have a lot of arthritis that Yeah. Has it been successful for you in the past, Jenny, have you found relief? Actually, yes, you know, And I think for maybe an hour or so, but I use, you know, And then it kind of wears off. I think, but, yeah, you know, initially and maybe an hour or two. Um yeah. Jenny. That's the problem with the creams. You got to take it. I tell patients if you're going to use the cream, it's not the amount you use. But it's the frequency. It's the consistency of use of it. And this is exactly what happens. Which is why you got to try it orally because if you can trigger a larger, systemic, anti inflammatory reaction, you're going to feel better. And you won't have to baby the crane either. I'm telling you Try and orderly. It will help you. And it will be better managing arthritis when it's multi joy. Uh huh. Good luck. We'll try that. Good luck, Jenny. Yeah, that is, um That was my question, too, about the strength of things. I know. My mother in law puts it on and then puts gloves on overnight because she feels as if it retains. You know, whatever the benefits are longer. I don't know that's what she finds. Um, hey. I mean, I love her, Nana. You met none. I think. Let's see. I have heard if you take a medicine this is from the text line. I've heard if you take a medicine that says, do not eat grapefruit that you shouldn't take CBD. Is that true? Um well, I I don't think that eating, I wouldn't eat grateful necessarily and CBD at the same time, But there are you know, facility is not without its potential sort of interactions. Like there are certain blood thinners, Certain heart, Mansour and thyroid meds that you sort of have to be careful with. But let me be very honest. We have used CVD on thousands and thousands of people, and we've yet to have any significant reaction or any significant medication to medication. Direction Now, it doesn't mean it's not possible, but absolutely, you know, we've had a very safe experience using it. Mhm. Good to know. Ask Dr Steve this and I have neuropathy from hip replacement. So I'm on gabapentin right now. Massive doses. I've tried CBD creams, but let's see the orally. I don't even understand. This is very technical Micro dozing at about 2.5 mg of THC seems to work. She's doing. She's not doing enough and I'll be very clear. So number one. Let's talk about whoever wrote the hip question. Be clear about who you're talking to. I've had eight spy surgery. I was on 272,700 MG of Neurontin and wean myself off every milligram of it. And not using CBD. But listen, when you're dealing with issues like hip replacements and areas that have massive amounts of information. Sure you can use the cream but you've got to take it orally. Systemically is the way to go and you've got to be consistent with it. And don't micro dosage. I'm telling everybody micro dosing is not the way to go with this. You've got to be careful because I have thousands and thousands of patients of data now and it helped. How do we figure out that CBD work? Because the older people micro dose in a month, one month three months six Nothing happened. And then all of a sudden, month eight and 87 year old woman, My arthritis is better. I'm like, what is she talking about? And the next one and the next one, And the next one showed up And we realized right then and there. God will undergo Senate terribly, and you really need to take significantly more probably like 50 MG. Twice a day in our patient population appears to be the bare minimum to trigger robust anti inflammatory and anti anxiety reactions. 773 and please tell the doctor My husband's a changed person on medical cannabis. He was in the trades his whole life, terrible arthritis, fibromyalgia neuropathy he got on the cannabis three years ago, was able to get off his Meds Tramadol to other strong ones, So he's got his life back. That's the testimonial for sure. Let's go back to the phone lines. Flora has a question. I think we can fit this in quickly. Go ahead, Flora. You're on W G. N Yeah, I'm 75 years old. I've been taking 2700 mg of gabapentin Can a tramadol and to me to trim models and a hydra kota on every day for at least 12 years. Will medical marijuana help me? Please. Please come in and see me. That's my answer. I am. I don't even want to announce this to the world. But you're talking to a guy that had eight sponsored Aries. You're talking to a guy that couldn't use cannabis because he was a doctor and wound up being the victim of somebody will have to use narcotics and signal patches have to read down and down and down and you get sucked into that vortex. Please come see me. You are a person on everybody that's called in. What a finale. You're the one I can help you. I can help you. And then after we get you sleeping and get your feeling better, I'm gonna pull you off all your medicines just for good measure because that's how Dr the roles But here here's my problem. I'm on Medicare. Oh, yes, exactly. Yeah, we'll talk. We take care about patients. And now if you need help will help you All right? We're not doing it for money. Alright, Flora. Thank you. Thanks, Flora. Maybe get with Pete. Can you hold on a second? Maybe. Just get with Pete. Get your information shared. We'll see what we can set up their doctor Steve, We did have a request for your your exercise. Manche mantra again, But we only have 30 seconds. Can you do it in 30 seconds? Yes. Low intensity. Steady state cardio. Everybody just needs to wake up. First thing in the morning hydrate Medicaid if you need to, and your heart rate 80 to 140,002.

"With significant reduction in time to recovery. Or hospital length of stay. And it goes on and on. So yeah, there's a lot of evidence out there, but I remember them. So What do you do? Well, we're in a situation now where you're you're battling a PR campaign from I don't know all sorts of different. It's interesting to Because Bell back at the station, one of the vast staff said this It's interesting how these folks are all Over Big Pharma. Big farm is evil. My God take this big pharma vaccine. Are you going to kill everybody? I mean, where's the consistency with these folks? They all they're always telling us. The big farmers evil and now big Farm has come up with a coronavirus vaccine, and they're insisting. Then? No, they're demanding that you be forced to take it if they have to hold you down and do it. So Again. I want to be crystal clear on this and nobody misunderstands. I am not anti vaccine. Just don't have to be real big on this one, unless you really have to take it. And I've talked to multiple people are in that boat. A good friend of mine. He says. I took it because of my age and you know my situation. But if it weren't for that, I'd stay as far away from this thing as I could, But I don't have much choice at this point. And I understand that completely. I mean, there are all sorts of folks who have taken this thing and they don't want to take it, but they're going to you know what else do we do? So here? We are, in a situation where a lot of us are not taking it. But we certainly don't want to die from coronavirus. What do you do? Vitamin D three, obviously, is the big thing. Get your vitamin D level check, but I ivermectin is the fall back. If you start if you get, I would say, as they say, pre or post getting coronavirus. Some people are using this as a as a prophylactic. And, um Would say, you know, you talk to your doctor, but but, you know, it's become so political. I don't know what your doctor is going to say to you about it. The other guy calling in last hours saying that you know he has a lung problem. Talk to the doctor. When I wanted him to prescribe ever met, and he wouldn't do it. He's got coronavirus. Wants a prescription for every Mactan won't do it. So what's the excuse for not doing it? Well, because there's no evidence that's going to do anything for coronavirus. Is there any evidence that it won't let me ask you? This? Is there any evidence that it's going to hurt me? Well, no. Then give me the prescription. Now. If you want to go to our website, we got a link to the medicine thing now. If you're into Italian Our families. It's Medici. But what I don't know whether they're calling it medicine dot MD or what? I don't know, but it's we got a link to the Phil valentine dot com. This is Telehealth. You set up an appointment to talk to a doctor. If you've got coronavirus or whatever, and they will make a recommendation. They'll ask you a bunch of questions about you know your own health. I mean, if you had this, do you take this are you doing and then they'll make a recommendation of what they're going to prescribe for you. And there's a chance that they might do the ever met him for you. That's what they're known for. Um Some people are saying Phyllis is dangerous. So you're saying that doctors are dangerous? Well, some of them are Phil, which ones the ones who disagree with you. That seems to be the case. The ones that go against The status quo. The ones are actually looking at some of the evidence and research out there. This is what we talk about the dim string You know, study smarts and reasoning smarts. And if your reasoning smart person to look around and go Oh, my gosh. Look at all these places that have had phenomenal results with ivermectin. Why wouldn't I at least try that on somebody who might die from coronavirus? Well, because we don't know yet. We haven't seen a clinical study. Well, they've been clinical studies. Have been plenty of them, apparently, but the same thing goes for vitamin D three. That to me is a no brainer. Let's get to some of your phone calls to now we had, um Was it, Linda? We were going to get back on. Yeah, we had Linda. Who is a nurse and went to a doctor, and she was going to tell us her story about vitamin D. Linda, you with us. I am still here. Thank you, Phil. So you're much clearer now. So tell us your story. So last year in October, I went to see my PCP because I needed a physical because I knew I was going to retire in January. A critical care nurse. And he asked me if I was on any supplement. And I said no, and he recommended Bottom and day three. He did check my level, which was very low. And he said this will help. He said. It's not going to keep you from getting covid. But if you get covid, it will help you get through it easier if you get it. So he put me on a type er dose. 6000 units a day. Four months. In 5000 Day for a month for all the way down to one And he said, when you get to one just take it every day. So I'm at the one 1000 units daily now. And he also recommended Think 50 MG a day which I've been on since last October. And I've also been on 1000 MG of vitamin C daily. Or ever since October. I've never had covid. I've never had symptoms. I'm 66 years old. I've had two heart attacks..

"And the power of our gut. You just heard Jason Mitchell talk about The immune system. And the role of food. And Victoria Bowman has been educating us for a very long time. And I'm so thrilled to have her on the cannabis show. And the Endocannabinoid system along with our gut. Um It's a subject that we don't really Talk a lot about so I'm so thrilled your hair You are here with us today. Thank you. Thank you so much, and I'm delighted to be on end. I just love your show in New York audience and your impact you have on educating people giving them things to think about because that's exciting and fun. So I would like for us to go back for just a moment and for those that are new to the program, and I always want to make them aware that There is a huge difference between CBD and THC and hemp and if you wouldn't mind Giving us the clarifications and the distinctions. I would be. I would be delighted to. Well, both of the plants. Come from? The cannabis, the TBA However, there's different varieties. And so what we know is that a hint plant has to have less than 0.3% THC. And that's the hallucinogenic. A portion of this plant where, as marijuana typically has 5% to as much as 30% THC. So it is more hallucinogenic and hemp is more Medicinal. However, they're both medicinal in different ways and so and there are processes by which let's say a person benefits from the CBD. Which is much higher in him and lower in marijuana. So the CBD is the cannabidiol that we know you know, Medicine and science are progressing rapidly. But slower than than some because they need a higher standard of understanding before they make a claim of something, and it wasn't until the 19 eighties. That science and medicine even discovered discovered that we had an endocannabinoid system that's like we know that we have a respiratory system. We know we have an endocrine system and it wasn't until the 19 eighties. And then they identified that we have CBD receptor sites just like we have estrogen receptor sites or androgen receptor sites. We have cannabidiol receptor sites, and those receptor sites are in two main areas. One area is neurological, so our brain and our nervous system, which is why the CBD these are so valuable in things like traumatic brain injury. Concussions, Um, the the disease states such as dementia or Alzheimer's, Or that because we're feeding those receptor sites, their little antennas out there waiting to grab A molecule just like your broadcasting on a frequency And so CBD can only go to the receptor site that is the correct frequency. It can't plug in differently than that receptor sites. And the other area of massive amounts of receptor sites is my favorite organ, our intestines, which is our immune system. So it's uh, when we can feed our body these c BDs mostly again from him because they're so high in CBD s That we get the benefit of feeding our system. And, um not the downside of the THC. Um, however, I will. I'm going to put a little caveat in here. And that is that I have found for those people that have a cancer diagnosis and particularly extreme pain. That? Oh, yes, that the sea BDs and the THC combined in the marijuana is far superior for managing their pain. Oh, absolutely. Yes, Absolutely. And I just wanted to go back to what you're saying, because you're making You're making so many great points and I I just want people to know that Whether you you, um Need. A specific formula as as him fusion products. Jason was making the point with ash, ash Lagonda or GABA, or whatever ingredients along with the botanicals that are in it, whether you need the hemp in all formula that brilliant, brilliant, um have been all formula, which is the raw resin. Of CBD. There's so Many varieties and choices today. Of really good quality products. I want to just stress That there is a world of difference. A world of difference when you go into the gas station to buy CBD. Or the shoe store, which a big chain is now selling CBD. Versus quality products that have been researched in every single product that you buy. Should have a breakdown on their website or when you call them. They should give you the essay of what's really in that product. And if you're not getting that you don't want to take that product. It's that simple. There are too many wonderful, good quality quality products out there it is that simple. I had someone come into my office and this was several years ago, and she had a Two ounce bottle of tincture, she says. Oh, well, I'm taking six drops a day. And I looked at the formula and our bodies need about 50 mg of CBD on a daily basis to maintain all the things we need. We are CBD deficient. And I looked at her formula and I looked at the bottle and it had 300 MG. Of CBD in it, and she's taking six drops a day when in fact, there was just in my calculations, six days worth of CBD in that bottle. Yeah, she saw that She was doing some good, but she wasn't Um And I'm so glad you're saying this because this is a really big problem. This is a real big problem. And and the dozing, you know, they always say, Start slow. Go slow. Um and hydrate. Drink a lot of water. Um, but we should be drinking a lot of water, No matter what everyone should be, You know, having water every day, Tons and tons of water. Your your What was the formula that you gave us on the health show? We take our body weight and divided by two. And that's the number of ounces of water we need on a daily basis. And I think they should consider water to be our number one source of fuel Because without it we're 70% water. Feed your body good quality water. And everything else absolutely put in will work so much better. My gosh, Will it ever They're just not understanding. What the numbers are What you're what the dosages and they're thinking. I have a friend. He swears that he's taking well, this is 600 MG. He doesn't understand the dosage of how much that he needs every day, and we don't talk about that. No one is talking about that. Very, very few. We're talking about it. And what and what I know your listeners recognize as is that you vet the people that are actually your sponsors and who you talk about it. Bring on So yes, not all of them, but But I'm very careful. I have to say that I'm extremely careful about this show. Because my first My first parlay into this cannabis world was a negative, very negative, um, place. And as Jason shared his story. I was so against it, and my dearest friend in life was a pothead. And that's what I thought all people that smoke pot where that was my impression. Is that they have to smoke every minute of the day, you know, And I didn't realize the distinction. And when I realized how can I possibly be doing a holistic health show? And not talk about the benefits of the endocannabinoid system. Which is found in not just t V D, But in a in many foods and things that we're eating, so you know, it changed the perspective and my education began way back when But several years ago and so when, But when we come back from break, let's talk a little bit more. She is with us today. Victoria Bowman and and Victoria Bowman. Um Truly one of the One of the real treasures when it comes to Got health and information.

"We'll be talking about how you can avoid those foot and leg cramps, in addition will be discussing some other pretty common foot in like problems, and of course, we'll share some simple solutions to those two. You know, So many health problems have simple solutions if you catch them early enough, and if you know, just a little of the biochemistry that's at the root of the problem. And I guess I better introduce myself before we go any further. If you haven't guessed whose voice this is by now, I'm Cassie Witness. I'm a registered and licensed dietitian and co hosting with me this morning is Leah client Throat who's also a registered and licensed dietitian. Welcome, Lia. It's really nice to host this program with you again. It's been a while. It has been a little while, Cassie. It's always good to see your shining face in person and to be in studio with you so and I always know it's gonna be a great show and you're my co host. So That's good morning to all of our listeners out there. We have this topic of foot health and Cassie, you kind of started us off with foot and leg cramps being a common problem that will see in clinic or that clients will mention while we're talking to them. I also want to mention another common foot issue that I'll run a class with clients and that many people actually struggle with and that is planter fasciitis. It's actually the most common type of foot pain. And I am amongst those in that set of statistics. I actually had planter fasciitis several years ago and let me tell you for those of you who have never had planter fasciitis. It really is not a pleasant way to go about your day. Just a little bit of that background of what planter fasciitis is, If you can imagine there's a thick ligament that runs it starts at your heel at your heel bone, and it runs to the base of all of your toes. So kind of start to that hell, then spreads out as it gets gets further down that foot. And what happens is that kind of thick ligament that planter fascia becomes irritated and inflamed. And then it causes a lot of pain. So and oftentimes that pain will feel like a sharp stabbing pain in your heel. And I remember that vividly. It's I just remember, especially in the mornings when you you would roll out of bed and your feet would first hit the floor and I just remember cringing. And kind of and just kind of wincing every time my my. He'll hit that for probably for the first five or 10 minutes out of the day, because it tends to be worse in the morning when you're tight when you're stiff and things like that. So you think about that ligament? Think about that being similar to a rubber band. It needs to stretch and contract as you walk or take steps throughout the day. So this ligament that can become irritated and inflamed from overuse is pretty much the most common thing, but it can often times come from a deficiency of nutrients as well. So if you think about that rubber band, and if you've ever been in an office and you've seen those dry, crusty rubber bands that you're like if I stretch it a little too far, it's probably going to snap on me. That is kind of the similar type of thing that happens when these ligaments Kind of wear down or they get these little micro tears in them from overuse of the deficiency of these nutrients, and that's when we start running into problems. We start running into pain with those ligaments. So in many cases that ligament wears out or it has a hard time healing and repairing itself, and that's when it has problems with staying flexible and that's when we start getting symptoms in our feet and start getting that pain. Usually comes as a surprise to people that we actually for attendance and ligaments to stay healthy and flexible and pliable. We need vitamin C one of our major nutrients to help promote and develop. College in one of the main proteins in our body, and I just want to remind our listeners out there when we talk about vitamin C. We're not just talking about oranges, and we're not just talking about our Citrus fruits that actually we get a huge dose of vitamin C. Through some of our vegetables. So even one cup of broccoli is about 80 mg of vitamin C and a cup of red bell peppers over 100 mg of vitamin C. Where is just a small little orange is about 50. MG. So it's just a good reminder that we when we eat kind of the color of nutrients through our roots and our vegetables that we can actually get a good dose of vitamin C in through there. I love that reminder. And I love that You mentioned those vegetables to Leah. Because Yeah, with the orange. Not only are you not getting as much vitamin C but you're getting quite a bit of sugar. Thea. Other thing you made me think of orange juice is now Where we would direct you to get vitamin C that would absolutely be loaded with sugar, and then you're probably doing more harm at that point, then. Good. So, yeah, Vitamin C is such an important nutrient for that development of college in and there are other key nutrients that are ligaments in our tendons. Need as well to protect against planter fasciitis and to protect against other wearing and tearing on our body. And one that comes to the top of my mind is vitamin A Vitamin A, just like vitamin C helps to promote college and growth and likely a talked about college in is extremely important for the health of those ligaments and tendons. So hopefully at this point, a lot of you are wondering how do I get my vitamin A Lia shared how to get vitamin C. How do we get vitamin A? Well, you're probably gonna like Leah better than me because I'm gonna tell you to eat liver. Liver is a great source of vitamin A ah, very absorbable form of vitamin A. And if you eat liver just once a week, you're really going to do your body. A lot of good. And I think Leo will probably remember when I was on the radio show. It's been a few months back now. But I talked about how my grandma loved to cook liver and onions. And she loved to eat liver and onions. Maybe that's part of why she lived to be 99 years old. She liked all those nutrient. Rich foods. So if you like liver like my grandma did be sure you get it once a week. That's a great dose of vitamin A. And right now I'm thinking of a subset of the population that would really benefit. For meeting that liver and that's marathon runners, marathon runners or triathletes, for that matter, anybody that's really doing intense exercise on a regular basis or or maybe intense sports. You're putting a lot of stress on your ligaments and tendons. So the vitamin C that Leah talked about the vitamin A. They become really important, but full disclosure. I do not like liver. You're not alone. You don't either. I don't not your favorite food? No. So if you're likely A and I You can do it. I do. I just take two teaspoons of cod liver oil a day. Had liver oil is a good source of vitamin A, that will support your ligaments and tendons. It's also got a good source of omega three fatty acids in it, and we'll be talking more about the benefits of that nutrient in just a bit. Um, But if if you kind of cringe when you hear that term cod liver oil, let me just tell you it's not the kind of liver oil that your mom or your grandma used to have to take. It is deodorized. There's all different flavors it Zaveri Pleasant to swallow. Yeah, and I give caliber oil to my son at least a couple of mornings a week. So even my 2.5 year old We'll take down that cod liver oil, So I think it speaks like you said. There are some, you know, palatable products out there these days, so it is easier to get in that active for source of vitamin A S o. Cassie. One thing I was thinking as as you were talking vitamin A, we know is really important for those tendons and ligaments..

Lia two teaspoons 10 minutes two Leah Leo over 100 mg about 50. MG first five Cassie 2.5 year old several years ago once a week about 80 mg first One this morning 99 years old one cup of broccoli vitamin A.

"Flu When people show up to the doctor's office when people show up to urgent care when people show up to the hospital, and they think that they have cove it because they have symptoms that are consistent with co vid. They test them for covert. Typically do they test them for the flu at all? Is there Is there any mechanism right now where that's regularly being done? Or is everyone just saying all right, if it's not covered? We're not even gonna worry about what it is. It's really the latter. Would you just said Do they have the capability to test for influenza? Yes, they do. Is anybody doing it this year? No, they are not When I meet with positions on a weekly basis, and these are people who have large practices, you know, family practice internal medicine, cardiology pulmonologist all the top subspecialties who are seeing lots and lots of patients and primary care. None of them are testing routinely for influenza this year, and the CDC is not even reporting influenza numbers. They have lumped everything together into one number. What they call the pick number, pneumonia, influence and Cove it they aren't parsing them out. And then when you actually look at the cove in numbers They're considering those to be identical to the pick numbers, so they are not pursing them out in the individual buckets in any way, And when patients as you said, go to the doctor with covert like symptoms, which, incidentally, are identical to influenza like symptoms, namely, Body aches, fever, chills, cough upper respiratory symptoms. They are not then testing them for influenza. One of the things that we've seen consistently throughout. This entire process is we've seen therapeutics essentially under fire therapeutics like If you contract covert 19 Now we're seeing vitamins under attack as well. I don't know if you've seen this but zinc and vitamin C, which we've been urging people in the audience to take to boost their immune system ever since the pandemic started. Quote fell short in a clinical trial after researchers found they made no significant difference in easing the duration of Corona virus symptoms. Findings from the Cleveland Clinic were published in the Journal of American Medicine. Network drama on Friday, drawing on results from April the 27 through October the 14th when 214 covert patients in Ohio and Florida outpatient care sites were given 50 MG of high does ink to be taken at night. 8000 MG of vitamin C to be taken several times throughout the day with meals a combination of the two or standard care over 10 Day period. These patients averaging about 45 years of age were at home and answered the virtual surveys about their symptoms, any adverse effects, hospitalizations and other medications. Any patient that required hospitalization was considered a treatment failure, researcher said. Data shows most of the patients were experiencing mild symptoms, with very few suffering severe cases. Well, first of all, go ahead. As you say, What they're doing here is they're trying to treat Cove it with vitamin C and think rather than taking it prophylactically. For starters, we know that you know, in all of these studies, whether it's on Treat somebody with it. Well, there's no way to say if you decrease the severity of their of their symptoms or not, because you don't know how sick they would have gotten otherwise. But the way we are suggesting that people take zinc and vitamin D and vitamin C is prophylactically to enhance their immune system beforehand to decrease their chance of ever getting Cove it and then if they do if you already have adequate Vitamin D levels If you already have adequate zinc levels, and you do come in contact with covert 19 your chance of getting significantly Il is you Are reduced, so I think that once again, this is a a study law in it's remarkable to me how much they want to go out of their way to show that these other things don't work when, in fact, the role of public health Should be to look at all the things we can be doing prophylactically proactively to keep our overall health and wellness in peak condition so that heading into a pandemic. We don't end up with the sorts of people, ill and hospitalized that we have. We know that in a hospital setting or even in a doctor's office setting, they are hesitant to prescribe. Well, I certainly have seen it from the beginning. They don't do it routinely. What I saw and have seen for many, many months is that when you talk to these hospitalists who are managing the patients once they're admitted, and you say, you know, are you giving them in vitamin D and vitamin C and zinc and Generally, they'll say. Meaning that 1000 mg of vitamin C in general, I don't see them willing to do that for no particularly good reason, by the way, but they will do dishes. They're cautiously give, um zinc and vitamin deed but are not doing it routinely. I generally have to suggest it to them, and they will say, OK, yeah, we can add that. You don't want to take too much vitamin D vitamin D is one of the vitamins that is fat soluble. S o. It actually can build up in your body. Vitamin D, on the other hand, can build up in your body on so you don't want to take too much of it.
