His team is trying to show how many transactions that are the subject of criminal charges were actually conducted in the full view of lawyers. To the markets now, Amy, and earnings shares of Amazon are higher by 6 % after it beat estimates and signaled momentum in the cloud. Shares of Intel are more than 7 % and higher. Bloomberg's Charlie Pellet says that company's sales outlook looks bright. Intel said sales in the period will be $14 .6 billion to $15 .6 billion. That compares with an average channelist estimate of $14 .4 billion. The upbeat outlook shows growing momentum for Intel. Intel's turnaround efforts under CEO Pat Gelsinger, the company has said that the PC market is through the worst of a historic slump caused by a buildup in inventory. All right, Charlie, thank you. And in big oil, Chevron missed analyst estimates this morning, just days after its disaster acquisition of Hess. Chevron also pledged to increase dividends and buybacks. And we just got earnings earnings from Exxon as well a miss for third quarter revenue. But the oil giant is boosting quarterly dividend.
