Joe Biden's Bad Policies = Bad Results

"Joe Biden, the guy's like delusional at this point. I mean, half of America doesn't think he's mentally fit more than half of America. He seems offended when that comes up. He is 79 years old, so climbing up there in age, and yet doesn't really seem to have all his faculties. I mentioned yet because I'm not an ageist. I believe that you can perform very well. Very late in life, but Joe Biden strikes me as a very old 79. I mean, he was probably a very old 39 a very old 29 and maybe the reality here is the guy's just not that gifted when it comes to communication. He's not that gifted when it comes to be able to being able to formulate thoughts. I don't think he's not smart. I mean, I think it's great to actually prove that. It's amazing that he's there. It's amazing that he's president. It's actually kind of a shame. Anyway, he's done a terrible job. America knows that. It's why nearly 40% of the country gave him an F on their report card. We talked about that in yesterday's program, but I think we should all just be blown away by the monstrosity that that press conference was yesterday. He rambled, he rambled and went on and on and on, and he sat there and tried to feed us things like, you know, what a great job he's done. I'm sorry, but we've got 7% inflation in consumer prices. It's even worse when it comes to energy prices, of course. 59% more to heat your home this year than last 50% more for gas prices, food prices have escalated, housing prices of escalated, but that's not even counted in the inflation numbers. No, no, no. Anyway, we've got a real problem with our economy in terms of inflation. We've got a real problem with the supply chains. I know he doesn't want us to blame it all on him, but I'm sorry, who well? Who else out there? Yeah, the Federal Reserve carries some of this responsibility, but still it comes back to Joe Biden who's setting the tone with bad policies and bad policies equal bad

John Solomon on the American Public's Sentiment Toward COVID Regulations

"Do you have a sense John I know you're not a pollster? And I've got so much more to ask you, but you have a sense of where the public is generally with this one. Fauci says things like masks forever on planes and, you know, maybe you should avoid Christmas and new year's with your family. After two years, I get the sense the public en masse is a little tired of hearing from that guy. You are spot out and it's funny. I'm writing a story for tomorrow at just the news on this very top because my good friend, Scott Rasmussen, the great bolster. Just did a poll on the gap between what President Biden and the Biden administration in Washington and Fauci want and what Americans want. And these are some fascinating numbers going to be on our site tomorrow morning, but we'll give your listeners an early listen. Only 27% of voters believe the worst of the pandemic is behind us. That is a 29 point drop from the spring and remember in between those two points Joe Biden declared victory over the virus only to be proven wrong. Americans are expecting that this is going to linger on and perhaps the worst is still ahead. Despite that, despite that, only 28% of voters want stricter lockdowns, 53% believe it's okay to go mask us now, particularly if you're immunized and 74% say they just want to go back to resuming life as normal will have to learn to live with the virus. A very strong sentiment that we've been locked down for two years. It hasn't really made much of a difference for God's sake just get back to normal. And I think that these polling data is really strong data, very strong pointers. That's fascinating. So people believe the worst is still to come, but they want to get back to living normally. Yeah, it's an amazing thing. And I think the reason is they have come to conclude that these all these solutions that came out of Washington that sound great. We're going to flatten the curve, wear a mask, you'll save your neighbor. Get a vaccine shot then too, then three, maybe four now. They haven't worked. And at some point, they realize, you know what? The U.S. Southern Border Sees Migrants Enter With NO Resistance

"Regarding the borders, this was on Fox News this morning. The thing that jumps off the page to me the most is that wild situation we saw in Del Rio over the summer with all those Haitians who showed up under the bridge you can pull up that video right here. Keep in mind, remember, the FAA had grounded our Fox News drone. So we went up in a Texas DPS helicopter and we were live on the air for about 30 minutes or so trying to show the country. What was happening on the ground in Del Rio and it was just a jaw dropping situation. We were watching thousands of people literally just walking across the dam in the Rio Grande and just showing up in the United States, no resistance whatsoever and then camping out underneath the bridge. We were watching these people just walking in from Mexico, no resistance on either side, and you can see the ground video we shot as well. 15,000 Haitians ended up showing up and camping out underneath that bridge looked like a third world refugee camp at some points and keep in mind DHS secretary of my orcas, he showed up he had a press conference out there and he said he put a message out saying, do not come, your journey will not succeed. You will not be allowed to stay. He then later admitted that more than 10,000 of those migrants were released into the country, pending their future court dates. Another thing that jumped out at the page, if we can pull up this video, this was from August in the city of McAllen. This was when the city literally had to build an emergency tent compound for COVID positive illegal immigrants. The reason they had to do it is because they said the federal government was releasing so many migrants in the city of McAllen, so many of them were testing positive for COVID-19. They just didn't have the infrastructure to house them, and there was a risk of them walking around in public, so they literally had to build this tent compound in the middle of a public park, and they'll do us park to house thousands of these COVID positive, illegal immigrants, keep in mind, the Catholic charity out there had been quietly trying to house COVID positive migrants in hotels without telling local cities, that all blew up when some of them went into a water burger and started coughing on

"Of America's positive COVID cases are in New York City. I have a question. Do you think the story might be covered somewhat differently if this world, I don't know Florida? Cases of the omicron variant COVID-19 have surged in the country, especially in New York. New York the city that had all these mandates, and now they have vaccine passports where you have to show that you have been vaccinated into a building. Okay so they're sorry. And even Doctor Fauci says interestingly, many of the cases are either without symptoms or minimal symptoms.

The four person said the three jurors said, quote, I don't want to send a young black male to jail for the rest of his life or have him get the death sentence. Quote. Even though he's being tried for murdering someone, killed in her home. Always good to be here. It's a nice change of pace, because when I was beginning in this, I would do your weekly show or I do your show every week. And that's right. Where's my chops? So to speak. Well, listen, it's cool to have the shoe on the other foot, but you are still an occasional guest on the bearing arms game in W podcast, and I get the opportunity to sit in. You are also a gracious guest as well. So it's good to have this conversation. I'm really glad you got a chance to go shooting. Over the years. I did. I did. Now, of course, I can't conceal carry because I'm in Los Angeles and all I am is a 27 year army veteran who literally carried a machine gun on the streets of Los Angeles. But in Texas, I could. So I was kind of trying out my conceal carry options. Oh, nice. You know what? I'm actually curious. You should do a science experiment in the new year because Alex villanueva, the sheriff there and LA county. He's liberalized his approval of concealing applications. And that means they've gone from like, okay, can you remind they're like 10 million people in Los Angeles County. Last year, I think there were 200 active concealed carry permits. I think now they're over a thousand. No. One thing you can say, look, man, 400% increase the number of kids you'll carry licenses. But as you say, it's still incredibly difficult. Why The Church Must Lean In and Save America

The Charlie Kirk Show

Why The Church Must Lean In and Save America

"We as Christians have to step up and regardless of your theological views or your eschatological views. I believe in the inertia of scripture, the triune God, I believe in Jesus Christ as my lord and savior. And you guys can sort out all the rest from there of your own denominational or theological differences. We have to fight for liberty and liberty as God's idea, not man's idea. And I am seeing so many churches that, especially over the last year and a half, there's three different types of churches in America. There are churches that are complacent, churches that are courageous, like this one that would host an event like this, or churches that are complicit, which are we'll start with the complicit churches. Those are the churches that are the ones that are flying the Black Lives Matter flags. Those are the churches that have the LGBT flags outside their door. They're the churches that give the sermons saying that we need to be woke and we need to embrace the diversity industrial complex. These churches are actively involved in trying to further a very, very destructive left wing agenda in our country. And we're seeing that through some people at the very top level of the American Christian community. Then there's the complacent church. Church is that say pastor say, hey, you know what? We don't do politics in our church. We just do the gospel. We don't talk about things that are happening in the news. And this is not biblical. All throughout the old and New Testament, whether it be Esther, nehemiah, mordecai, Jeremiah, Joseph and Daniel, they were God's chosen people fighting for God's purpose and secular government. Daniel fasted and prayed for the well-being of the nation that he was in. And Jeremiah 29 7 it says demand the welfare of the nation I have sent you in because your welfare is tied to the nation's welfare. We as Christians are called to care about every realm and sphere in political life in life outside the walls of the church. And I never say what we are doing is the most important thing. The most important thing is winning souls for Jesus Christ. The most important thing that we can do. But then the obvious question is, what's the second most important thing? To make sure you can do the first thing. To make sure the church never gets labeled non-essential again. To make sure that the church never gets locked down again. So make sure we never go through a chapter in American history, where abortion clinics remain open, marijuana shops remain open. Liquor stores remain open and strip clubs remain open, but the church gets close. You know what? We shouldn't tolerate that. It's never going to happen again. And the church has to rise up and put people in leadership to say that the church is not non-essential. It's the opposite, the most essential

"So if you haven't been doing that do it like let the kids. I don't care if the screen's got to watch them for twenty minutes or twenty minutes early When you make it a priority and do it you'll you'll love it so true i mean in. It's basically you're just like you're paying gasoline car. You're fueling yourself. You're giving yourself that quiet time to kind of decide where he wanted. Drive the data to Come from a place of love. Or do i wanna come from a place on forgiveness. Do i wanna come from a place among stressed out. So that means. I'm going to be you know quick to snap or do i wanna come from a place of patients so yeah when we get up and just run into the day without taking time to side. We are in control so great way to be in control yourself. Yeah honestly i always say the hardest part appearing actually has nothing to do with the kids. Yeah i mean you think about it right like the kid has a tantrum and and sometimes we handle it like a boss like where so call men were so patient and we realize that's just a kid stage and we're fine and then sometimes they have a tantrum. It dislike like full on adult meltdown mode. And it really. It doesn't have kid going on inside of me mind. That parenting is part of your growth process that you know god intended. I mean it basically is pushing all of your limits pushing new to become the best version of yourself Seeing your flaws wanting to fix or flaws so your kids don't emulate the else was it's happening in amazing growth process really. Yep it's very refining. Yeah it's very interesting too because when you are in the middle of parenting you can choose how to parent. You don't have to parent the exact way your parents did you. You can if you take. These is these opportunities. Have quiet time in really create a vision for your life in your parenting you can grow deeper into your best self and then become a better parent because of that in. That's why the quiet time is so important because you don't do that. You're kind of just going along with what you've always known in other examples you've seen in that might not be the best example for your kids so yeah well we can also bring ourselves back to that throughout the day right so i know like at one stage the only time i could get with after the kids were in bed and so my quiet time came to entity so right off the bat it..

I don't think so, it's usually the same but at least they're ending but they're day on a on a good note, you know. Yeah. I love that. I love I thought I never knew it was called magic words. It wasn't on the I I named it that when times in my daughter's life when she's having a rough day and I'll repeat that those those lines that she birth. So in the movie and we just laugh because there is something that just makes you feel better. If somebody gives you a words of affirmation when you're having a terrible day. So I love that. Yeah, so, tell us a little bit about now that the kids are a little bit older. What does a typical day kind of look like for you right now this point in your life. Well, I just lost my carpool. "If you're having a hard time <Speech_Female> with that or any of those <Speech_Female> feel free to email <Speech_Female> me <Speech_Female> if you hear the <Speech_Female> show dog. Love love <Speech_Female> love to <SpeakerChange> hear <Speech_Female> what you guys are going <Speech_Female> through <Speech_Female> and number nine <Speech_Female> is the final one <Speech_Female> for today and it's <Speech_Female> called thought stopping <Speech_Female> and <Speech_Female> I'm still working <Speech_Female> on this one. I'll <Speech_Female> be honest. I just had <Speech_Female> a conversation <SpeakerChange> with <Speech_Female> a girl from this morning <Speech_Female> and we were <Speech_Female> just talking <SpeakerChange> about <Speech_Female> when your thoughts <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> because our thoughts create <Speech_Female> our future <Speech_Music_Female> and we're stuck <Speech_Female> on the <SpeakerChange> same thought <Speech_Female> so we're trying to figure <Speech_Female> out why why why <Speech_Female> I ask how how <Speech_Female> how <Speech_Female> we're not focused <Speech_Female> on the right things <Speech_Female> and <SpeakerChange> that can <Speech_Female> actually prevent blessings <Speech_Female> from God. So <Speech_Female> I'm not <Speech_Female> saying God doesn't have mercy <Speech_Female> I think <Speech_Female> that he <Speech_Female> cries with us. I think <Speech_Female> he feels the pain <Speech_Female> we feel it <Speech_Female> but I think that ultimately <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> we need to learn how to <Speech_Female> control <SpeakerChange> our thought <Speech_Female> patterns <Speech_Female> and it's not <Speech_Female> easy. It's <Speech_Female> super hard and <Speech_Female> why is it hard because <Speech_Female> Satan knows he can <Silence> negative <Speech_Female> thoughts <Speech_Female> to distract us from <Speech_Female> what we're supposed to be doing. <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> You know, he <Speech_Female> got her say <Speech_Female> knows he can distract <Speech_Female> <Speech_Music_Female> <Advertisement> us from <Speech_Female> <Advertisement> our Purpose <SpeakerChange> with <Silence> <Advertisement> our Pig. <Speech_Female> <Advertisement> That <Speech_Female> has definitely <Speech_Female> part <Speech_Female> of his plan. <Speech_Female> We have to be the ones <Speech_Female> we start going down <Speech_Female> that rabbit-hole of <Speech_Female> negative thinking <Speech_Female> no. No, <Speech_Female> not today <Speech_Female> Satan. I'm not doing <Speech_Female> and <Speech_Female> you just <Speech_Female> have to stop <Speech_Female> catch yourself <Speech_Female> and <SpeakerChange> read <Speech_Female> train your thoughts <Speech_Female> to go into <Speech_Female> a more positive positive <Speech_Female> direction <Speech_Female> and there's lots <Speech_Female> of different ways you can <Speech_Music_Female> do it but <SpeakerChange> look it up <Speech_Female> look up stopping <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> so many ways we can <Speech_Female> do it. We can do a meditation. <Speech_Female> We can <Speech_Female> do it with <Speech_Female> a 10-minute <Speech_Female> of session. We're <Speech_Female> just <Speech_Female> ten minutes a day. You <Speech_Female> just have <Speech_Female> all your thoughts go to this <Speech_Female> one that you can't stop thinking <Speech_Female> about you obsess over <Speech_Female> for ten minutes and then you're <Speech_Female> done and <Speech_Female> then the rest of the day <Speech_Female> you say. No. <Speech_Female> Are you obsessed about <Speech_Female> it? Not doing that again <Speech_Female> today, <Speech_Female> maybe tomorrow <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> and then eventually <SpeakerChange> your <Speech_Female> job. So sick of obsessing <Speech_Female> over that one <Speech_Female> thing you're like, I don't even want <Speech_Female> to give it 10 minutes. <Speech_Female> I'm done with this <Speech_Female> or I'm done with <Speech_Female> that person that I'm thinking <Speech_Female> about I'm <Speech_Female> moving on it's not worth <Speech_Female> my time. <Speech_Female> So number nine <Speech_Female> is thoughts. <Speech_Female> Shopping <Speech_Female> so I just <Speech_Female> really really <Speech_Female> want to say, <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> you know, it's <SpeakerChange> been a rough <Speech_Female> year. I feel <Speech_Female> you. I know <Speech_Female> how <Speech_Female> it feels and <Speech_Female> I know how <Speech_Female> it feels when tons <Speech_Female> of things have <Speech_Female> piled up <Speech_Female> on you and you just <Speech_Female> don't see an end <Speech_Female> in sight <Speech_Female> and you're just sitting there asking <Speech_Female> God. Why <Speech_Female> is this happening? <Speech_Female> How <Speech_Female> did this happen? <Speech_Female> And <Speech_Female> you you're <Speech_Female> just waiting for the answers <Speech_Female> but ladies <Speech_Female> I feel <Speech_Female> in my <Speech_Female> soul that the <Speech_Female> answers are coming. <Speech_Female> I know God's <Speech_Female> winning this battle. <Speech_Female> I <SpeakerChange> know he's winning <Speech_Female> the battle my life <Speech_Female> in your life in <Speech_Female> the world <Speech_Female> and I just <Speech_Female> want you to know <SpeakerChange> you're not alone. <Speech_Female> I want you to know <Speech_Female> that there <Speech_Female> <Advertisement> is purpose <SpeakerChange> in our pain <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> and <Speech_Female> that you can use <Speech_Female> your <Speech_Female> pain to find <Speech_Female> out more of your purpose <Speech_Female> because it

"Us. Number six is focused on the people that are good kind and loving so even though the world's little crazy right now, or even though we see a lot of bad people on the news doing bad things or there's people in your personal life that have let you down disappointed you hurt you beyond anything she could ever imagine then we have to stop and focus on the people that God has in front of us that are in our life for this reason or this season. And for a reason so seasons change with people in your life focus on the people that are good kind and loving to now those people that are supportive of those people that are always cheer you on those people. You can call when you're feeling a day. That's just beating you down with pain those people you can call and they'll pray with you those people you can call and they will lift you up. They will Speak Life over you there. Always your number one cheerleader their birth. Is excited for what's going to happen in your life? They're not trying to keep you small. They're not trying to keep you down. They're not trying to tell you all the time what you've done wrong. They're just loving you and wanting to be part of your life. Those are the people we need to focus on right now. So that's number six focus on the people that are good kind and loving. number 7 Oh another p word, you know just those P words this year are powerful but patience. I am not a patient person. I'm the first one to admit it. I always want a solution a quick facts. I want to like fix everything. I want to come up with a plan. You know, I want everything in order. That's just my organizing brain but patience. Oh boy, there's just been so many times this year where I've been worried about something or, you know worried about my kids and just just so many things have gone on this year and I want to like I want to may have a solution right now today and it doesn't come and it's it gets hard, you know, and there's some things that you feel like you're waiting on praying on forever and you're not seeing the end of light at the end of the tunnel, but it's going to come and sometimes I've realized I've worried about something that there's no need to worry about and so this year I really tried to just have patience and letting God do his job. Thing just like nope not going to worry about that today. I'm going to pray about it. I'm going to give it to God and I'm going to have patience and wait and see what he does. And usually it's like amazing that.

"You know, it's of God and in that moment. I know God said those words to me and the reason why he said it is because number one it's true. There is purpose in our pain and he has since shown this message to me over and over and various forms. So I mean, no he's trying to get my attention, but the interesting thing is is for me and maybe you can you know, you can this this resonates with you too. Is that when you're in pain you kind of want to know why it's happening you need to understand dead. And what's hard about it is sometimes you're not going to know why something happened the way it did until many months even years later. So you just have to deal with it. But the thing that is not cool is that because of the pain that I went through this year. I have learned some really valuable lessons. I want to share with you today. So number one is dead. You cannot lean on your own understanding. There's been such a huge huge disappointing and painful situations in my life this year that I may have racked my brain about. I've tried to figure out why would a person act like that? Why would a person treat other people like that? Why would the world shut down like that? Why would God allow this to happen all of these things and I have like I said rack my brain I've exhausted myself and you know what ladies I have not come up with those answers yet dead. And what I've understood, you know learned about this is that's okay. That is okay. I might not have the answers for ten years, but I will get the answers hindsight is twenty-twenty know that that's how life works. I will see why things unfolded the way they did some day. I'm not sure when but it will happen. So not leaning on my own understanding has been really powerful for me to just let it go, you know being a professional organizer. I'm a little bit of a control freak when it comes to planning and list and Breaking down big projects into bite-sized pieces and clearing out clutter. So I I live off a plan and this year I'm not able to come up with a plan. I'm kind of in a mode of just anticipation and waiting. So that's rule number one. Do not lean on your own understanding rule. Number two is to trust in the Lord hath meaning not just saying that we trust in the Lord, but actually trusting in Him so much that we take the weight off our shoulders of trying to fix the situation. Anybody out there could anyone out there relate trying to fix the situation? I think we do that so much as moms. I think we're always trying to help our kids are trying to figure out how to overcome their pain and their disappointment. We're trying to figure out how to help them learn things and how to walk in the world and we're always trying to figure out everything for our family's life and sometimes we can't control stuff..

"We had I had a lot of speaking engagements set up just so many things. We were looking forward to and it was all canceled and then proceeded the months of just staying at home and the disappointment for my daughter not getting to have a rear she planned for on top of, you know, not being able to work as an entrepreneur that meant lack of income and just lots of dreams in place. Put on hold so I know a lot of you listening have your own story and you know, we'll never forget that day when the world stopped spinning, right? It's happened a couple of times so far in my life and big big things and you know, it's really made me turn inward and ask myself. What does all this mean? How can I grow from it? How can I become better? I definitely am a person that believes we are here on this Earth to grow into our very best self and that takes time and I also believe that we're all here for a purpose on purpose. A lot of that purpose of mine was put on hold for months and it was okay, you know, when maybe I needed a pause button. Anyways, I was very used to going going going being very busy and I embraced it at first and maybe you know, I know a lot of my girlfriends and I have had this discussion. Maybe you listening embrace it at Birth Maybe you were like us where we were excited to not have to rush. We were more into meal planning and you know, my husband was joking around calling me off Alice because I said I lost my identity. But cuz all I was doing was cooking cleaning and working around the house which he honestly loved and you know, it was just all fun and games at first but it got to be like when is this going to end really so and I will keep my opinions to myself regarding you know, how long the I can have a whole other show on how I really feel about it. But the point is is that a lot of us had has we've had to face a lot of hardships this year. We've had you know, people's weddings canceled graduations canceled prompts canceled people have lost loved ones and not been able to attend the funeral and there comes a point where we have to ask them. Elves what? What is really going on? What are we supposed to learn? How is this going to make us better people? How are we going to grow from this one of the things that God spoke to me this year and I really want to share it with you today. It was so funny because of as you've heard me mention before my newest book is called purpose over possessions which in its decluttering your life so you can live on purpose and I felt like God spoke those words to me and taught me that it's more important to choose a life of purpose than a life of possessions and I wrote it all down and you know, it's in a book form now, but this year he took a very similar statement to me and it was in a moment where I was on my knees crying and in my bedroom and just so heartbroken over a things that had transpired within my family and just having a really tough time dealing with some stuff and God whispered there is purpose in your pain. And until to this day when I think about it, I could just I could start crying all over again because there's nothing more powerful than those moments in life when God literally Whispers to you. You can't wage oddly hear him, but you just all of a sudden get this idea or this concept it's intuition that you didn't have before and you probably wouldn't have thought about it on your own boss..

"And today. I just want to come in and give you maybe some inspiration, you know here at the 29-minute mom. Our motto is education inspiration and motivation for moms. And we want to do it in a quick easy way that maybe you can listen to this in the car or at carpool or just saw your cleaning your house and you can get something that you can actually apply starting today. So the topic today I want to talk about is something that God's really been speaking a lot this year in 2020. We know that twenty-twenty has been one tough tough year. I don't know of anybody out there birth. Could be listening and think that this year didn't stretch them in ways. They never thought possible. I think back in March when this whole pandemic if you hit, you know, I don't know about all of you, but I know for me I was completely caught off guard. I never saw this coming and I literally I'll just be honest. I was already in the middle of a pretty dark season. We have a lot of family drama and disappointments going on and off a lot of hurt and a lot of pain and confusion. And so I was already not in my best season, and I remember I was running my Consignment event mothertime Marketplace and we were all set up. We were raring to go ready to rock and roll an awesome sale had just come back from a conference in San Antonio with other seal owners and we were really dead. Ready for the most amazing year and business ever for those that you don't that don't know me or maybe are tuning into the show for the first time. I'll just let you know that I am an entrepreneur at heart. I have an organizing business. I love doing, you know professional organizing. I have a Consignment sale family Consignment sale business I've had for fifteen years.

"To learn something new on like we were saying before the show about having courses at something I had to learn. What did I do went to community? You can literally figure out anything if you are crazy. Oh you know connected to the right type of community so I think it can be a really really beneficial tool for working moms as well. Yeah and I think that you have to be disciplined to if you you are looking around and you're like I have no community like there's just there's no one here you can't just wait for people to come to you like you have to go out there and seek it out and make an attentional part of your life absolutely. So what's the third the third is systems and I am. You're talking my language. I'm a huge rebel. So systems systems for me like I automatically rebel against a schedule. Or do you list or anything like that but going back to how I define balance for me when I don't don't use systems I'm out of balance like if it's not on my calendar it doesn't exist like I don't even know what to do with my time so I need to have these systems and the systems are just as easy as like. Ah One of the free courses that we have is called the weekly success planning course and it's a course that helps you up level your Sunday prep so that you can. It's not just about like prepping your food and whatever but the chorus guides you through like thinking about what you want all different eight areas of life that we talk about your life fracture phase marriage parenting career home home health finances friends fund and then thinking about your week ahead. And how are you integrating those into your week. How are you showing up for those different areas so that you can really be approaching balance in a system is way but then also preparing yourself and building habits because sometimes so many times? When we're overwhelmed were hired you get home from work and you're like the last thing I want to do is clean the house the last thing I wanna do you know bay the kids or whatever it is that you have to do? It's because we have decision fatigue and we're making in all these decisions all day long and it's absolutely exhausting but when we have systems in place. Were following a prescribed checklist. Were doing the things that are habitual. We'd no longer have to make decisions and it frees up so much more energy to show up in bigger brighter. Ways in our life in so systems are so critically important. Wait so important. In the first system I WANNA talk about is our time in our time management because you know thinking about balance to me I think of my you know one thing I know. Actually a visual trick idea to see imbalance is my calendar is all color coded and so it's color coded based on the businesses the family in my health so I can look at that and say okay. I didn't really focus on my health that much this this week because I don't see hardly any green scheduled at now. If it's not going to be scheduled it's not going to happen because something else would jump up and grab that time or some other person and So in order for me to see that I might touching all the things that I need to do. Throughout the week I look at that quick glance nicely the colors that are supposed to be the on there because each color represents part of my life then I know of balance or not if I saw a killer that was all one or two colors. There's something I'm missing but the important part is is to really look at the calendar before it happens like the planet out and it's perfect because nowadays with online you can. Let's see all of that. It doesn't have to be messy and I know some people still use paper counters and I was the queen of it forever I even had my own published out there and now I'm the exact opposite 'cause they get too messy every time you make a change in. It wasn't mobile so I'm really into digital camera. He'll under now but How what's your what calendar system to us first of all Johnny? Oh my gosh okay. So it's a big system so I I have my mind. I I have my actual calendar like monthly like appointments and all of that on Google. So it's like a Google calendar Yup and then I have all of my work projects. He's home projects personal projects all ASANA project management tool. Everything's a project I haven't Asana to go ahead and spell it out for etc us at one A. S. A.. Okay I'll link that on the show notes. Yeah and it's it's free paid versions but I just use the free version but this way I can can assign tasks to my husband or use people that are helping so I can give access to anybody through their email and then I can assign tasks to them so then I know like that's hats off my plate. I don't have to deal with that. I have assigned it. Yes oh I always say women are the CEO of the home. So we doesn't mean you have to do everything around the home but you know we we planet all and we delegate it all so we have the kind of that central hub. So I use that. I use this other tool. It's called son. SOMMA S. U. N. S. A. M.. Okay I think And it is remarkable tool because I have. I also used to do it so this is like my random. You know that thought that you're like Oh yeah. I need to an on that end so I told my Google assistant add to my to do So then every single morning when I get to work and I'm sitting there and I'm planning my day it brings and everything for my Google calendar. It brings in all of my things from Asana all of my things from us and then I can pick and choose. What am I focusing on that day? I can put like this is GonNa take fifteen fifteen minutes. This is GonNa take me an hour so I can have a realistic view on. What can I actually accomplish today? Are you looking at all of that on Google calendar. It's all through some Somma so it's a separate website that you go to you log in and it's absolutely amazing it keeps everything together because okay so this is an example so today I had planned all of these things and since I'm a told me it would take me twenty one and a half hours to complete all of the tasks I love August. I had scheduled. I love us. I am not working twenty one and a half hours today. That's not going to happen. So then you can move things off of your plate to later in the week or two delegate off or just delete them. Yeah have a realistic view. Now I do all of that but I also believe in a physical written calendar and we have a planner that goes along with our life balance system because it is so much about more than work. And I'm a workaholic. So I can get like super delved into how I can be more efficient with my time at work but I also WanNa make sure that I'm growing in my faith that I'm drinking water throughout the day. I'm you know staying focused on the things that matter most and not just getting lost and tasks so I really believe in in the habit of writing some of those things out and so that's part of my morning routine as well to to use my planner and effective way like that. Yeah it's so funny. I love hearing how different people people do things. But I think the most important part of the whole system is that the To-do list is married to the calendar. Yes I don't think you can can really function of your to do. List is just a sponge of scattered pieces of paper flying around your kitchen counter or desk. Ask Yeah because it's a brain dump and all that is clutter and needs a home just like any other type of cluttering your house. So I think it's really really important for everybody listened to make sure that that you have a specific system in place for your dues and you know there's no right or wrong like I use can ban for my to do And then a couple of things things one of the things that was so funny as we were like spending time tweaking our system this week because my assistant could not just the things that we need for her calendar like scheduling guests for the show wasn't lining up the way I wanted to see it and I think it's important that The part that I'm looking at every day needs to be like I said that color coded have enough right sites fun all because you're looking at it every day just like if you went in to a store and were browsing all the planners and you had to pick out one. That was perfect for you. So definitely all working moms need the correct utilised the crafts calendar married together and pick one that you're going to actually actually enjoy using every single day of your life. Yeah and I will say this too so when you start like a process like this even fine tuning your process. It can be overwhelming. And you're like it doesn't as a matter. I don't have time to deal with that but I always recommend the last hour of your workday on a Friday before you leave. That is your organization time. So that's your time time to adjust things on your calendar to review your to do less your projects. Delete things clean off your desk like whatever it is that you need to do. But that's the time that you should be using to to get your calendars not working for you. How can you make it work for you? And it's just an hour a week but it's amazing what you can do in just that one hour a week when you're disciplined to do it every single week. Yeah you'll be more productive and you also feel less anxious about Monday morning because you know you already have a plan yet. Even just coming in Monday morning and having a clear desk at work is huge versus comedian. And you're like looking at that same pilot or that's been there for a month and yes I've known over. Yeah go.

"Johnny also has to growing boys. Anna's married to her high school sweetheart which I just found out so welcome Jenny but thank you so much. It's going to be such a fun episode. You Got Jennifer Jenny. Here is really really funny so not only. Do we have Jennifer in Germany. We have Jennifer Jenny. That are both married to their high school sweethearts for twenty years so pat on the back to both of us. Now that you've been married twenty years I just have to say. Isn't it kind of like more mind boggling that you married your high school sweetheart than it was back then. Oh my gosh yes and especially when you tell other people people that like I. It's such a weird position to be in when I have one kid. That's going into middle school. One kid that's going into high school next year and then I'm looking at this person that I was a kid when we got together and I'm thinking how did we get here how it works. How are we here right now? Isn't it weird in you know what's so funny is that we ended up moving back to our hometown so our kids are going to high school where we went to high school Like never happens and society anymore. Yeah so when I see that like my kids are starting to date. And I'm like the worst because I don't want them to and I tell everybody a complete hypocrite because here I met my husband at High School Paul and now I'm like no stay focused. You have goals. Don't get distracted. I do the same thing I'm like. Oh my gosh. I met my husband Your Dad when I was just two years older than you are right. Now Yeah Yeah that's just terrifying to me. It's so funny. I just think it's so awesome when you hear another person that Mary. The high school sweethearts been married. Twenty years is a accomplishment. Anyway but I feel like I gotta ask like where you guys the couple that people would think we're GonNa make it twenty years or not GonNa Happen Not going to happen. I don't even know if we thought that we're going to back layers at certain points. The marriage is hard and especially when you get married young. I mean everyone was just like you should not get we were. I was nineteen when we got married. So you know everyone everyone was like what in the world are you doing. What are you thinking of a life in front of like wow I? Can't I have a life with a partner next to me like it makes sense so you know it definitely proved a lot of people wrong and we have one of the strongest relationships. I like to think of anyone that we know. We've you know it's not been an easy road road. Anyone who's been married noser great times and then there are times that you're like oh my gosh what what is happening right now yet. You know. It's it's that journey and I feel like it's such such a blessing. Debbie able to have someone by my side who is truly. My best friend knows me inside now. I know him inside now and yet every year. It feels like we're learning something new Labat each other and we're growing together in a different way and it's just such a special relationship to be able to share a life like that. Yeah I could not agree more. That was really well said by the way Johnny. I think it's beautiful and I you know we definitely weren't the ones anyone thought would make it but I feel really blessed that we did So so it's cool in. I feel like I can remember like it was yesterday dating him so now that my kids are dating. Don't you feel like You you you take it a little more even though you wanna laugh like going to work out you know. You don't like a person but you can put yourself in their position because because you remember how intense feelings were at the age like. It's it's really serious when you're in it And I feel like that kind of helps me help them navigate data and I think that is probably the most terrifying thing about being a parent is to see your kid who's going into high school and remember what high school like was like for you. You from like the friends to the drama to the emotional ups and downs and just like thinking. Oh my gosh my poor little baby the innocent child of mine entering this crazy land that has high school and everything that comes with it and while I always say like every stage with by kids is something the new and amazing and remarkable it is terrifying because it does bring back so many memories from. When you're that age you know like high schools a a lot of time for growth and learning and oftentimes learning through mistakes and so? It's hard to kind of think about that as a parent as a mom to say okay. I'm GonNa try to manage myself. I self and let them grow in their own way and learn their own lessons and try not to just protect them from the world but it's hard yeah is super hard and and it's gotten a lot harder it's funny I just Heard somebody say this recently and I. It was like a lightbulb moment that our generation was the the. We're the first generation that grew up in analog world and are raising digital kids and we wonder why so many conversations between moms revolve around these phones and technology and gaming. And what should we do is because we didn't grow up like this now. Yeah so it's hard. I mean it's it's really really hard so I know that you you are really is sounds like really really pash about helping MOMS finding that balance because I think as moms now. It's not only hard raising kids but we a lot of us are working We're also keeping up with the house we don't have. It seems like we have a lot less. It's time that may be MOMS. Did you know thirty forty years ago. Yeah and you know. I think it's one of those things that ever so much of life is our our perception and the things that we think around it and I think so much especially for working moms because we are tired most time and we're overwhelmed and I always when we are. You're tired and overwhelmed. Our emotions run high when emotions run high are logic tends to run a little bit low and and that can cause some chaos and can cause is a lot of just messy nece in our life but what we focus on we find more up and so this is where I feel like for working moms especially intentional. Living Intentional Henschel thought intentional. Planning really is important so that we don't let our emotions control our lives and we can really kind of think ahead and be intentional about the way that we show up. Yes I could not agree more and it makes us feel like we. We are more in control than sometimes we feel exactly. Yeah exactly yeah so and you know. It's funny because a lot of times when we're talking about working moms. Have you ever noticed that it seems like sometimes working moms are more efficient with their time because they have to fit in so much in there a little bit more productive. Yes yes absolutely. I forget what it is called. But there's a theory of the task will expand to the time that you allow it. No doubt you you have like say five hours to get something done. It will take you five hours to get something done. If you've got twenty minutes do that same thing guarantee you can get it done in twenty minutes. You'll make it happen. You have to repeat that quote. That's awesome the. Oh Gosh now I'm not going to be so whatever tasks that you have your time will expand to fit did the task or no. I think I said that the other way round now the task will expand the time. You allow it okay. Yeah Yeah I love that. Everybody tweet that out right now. uh-huh I wish I could name the actual name of the theory because it's an actual theory of time but it's so true and I think that that's why working moms are so efficient. Because they have have to get things done in these little pockets of time because they still have to make the dentist appointments and balance a checkbook and you know do all of the things that everyone else has to. I do but they've got like eight to nine to sometimes. Ten hours of the day chunk doubt that they are working. They're supporting their family in that way and so they have to be creative with their time. And that's why I feel like systems are so important for working moms. So what about balance at your life rocks. There's like three three principles that are necessary for however you define balance which we can talk about how we define balance. Because I think that's one of those things that people feel like balanced just isn't possible and I could not agree more. That was one of the questions I was GonNa ask you. We will get to the I guess passionate about the need to and I was okay so I was speaking at a conference recently and they said one of the speakers was like balanced does not exist I'm like she took carbon threw it out the window like an. I'm sitting there like a little. I think feelings does exist so this is one of my. I talk questions for you is. Let's talk about it like and what I love the fact that you said what it looks like because maybe Europeans isn't appropriate for my life or achievable for my life. But I have a certain time type of balance that works for me. So let's talk about the Yes yeah yes well. Let's I if I could you just say because now now now you got me hot so talk about this when we say that balance is not possible. It's because the definition Russian that we have applied to balance doesn't work for us and so oftentimes when people think about balance it's about time allocation and that's never going to be balanced like and that has nothing to do with anything you know. I mean it just doesn't but when we think about balance as energy when we think about balance as intention when we think what about balances the goals and how we wanna grow then it could be possible and while like you said my definition of balance might be different than your definition balance my definition of balance in this season of life. I'm in right now is different than my definition of balance was six months ago in a different season of life and so it's something that is always changing and always evolving. And I. I always say if you want to figure out what balance would look like in your life. The easiest thing to do and to create that for yourself is to think about what unbalanced looks like and then think about the opposite so if unbalanced for you means means that you're not sleeping well that you are constantly stressed that you feel guilty as a mom then maybe a balanced life for you is where you make sleep a priority the end you let go of some of that guilt or or you do the things that are necessary i. This is another controversial thing. I will say to believe. That mom guilt is thing.

We can figure out ways to teach you ways to eliminate how much is even coming in the door in the first place and then what to do with the paper. That's in there and purging. Is You know the word of the year purge purging because it's taking up. It's taking a lot from our lives in. It's not worth it. So and after you prayer do you want to know what's the system I can use so that I can keep up with all of this. It not have to waste so much time. I'm sorry I wanNA teach you all of that and there's there's just so much and I would tell you all the tips but I only have nine minutes and I want to make sure that I give you enough information so you can make a decision This course is going to be literally every single thing you need to know. Oh by the end of it. You are not feel like you're drowning. You know the you're GonNa know where every single piece of your paper is when you need it so if you're gonNA save paper what's the point of. It can't find it when you need it. Do you guys know eighty percent of the paper. We keep we never ever look at again. Isn't that crazy it. It literally falls into the eighty. Twenty rule You know no more. Most Miscellaneous piles that does not help you at all. Miscellaneous is not a category words actually matter when it comes to paper in paper systems and there's a whole reason why but part of it is setting up the correct system in the first place ace so that you can find what you need You know you're just going to have to really be honest with yourself because sometimes people like to keep do things out of the what if for the maybe this goes. This applies to anything from paper to Any you know shoes clothes anything in your home. A lot of times people will keep things because of the what if or the maybe maybe. Someday I'll need it. Or what have I toss it and then I need it or so much theory guys. It's not worth it. You need to figure out how to involve your family in managing paper. You need to really know Just just the reason why it's so important. You don't WanNa pay your bills late anymore. You don't want to miss those important permission slips. You know how many of you have done that. That's like the worst feeling in the world. I have done it before and I don't WanNa do it again. I don't WanNa be that mom that forgot to sign something for my kids at school next thing. You know they get to school. Go under not able to participate or A fee was misplaced in. They didn't get to participate like every other kid or GonNa trip or you know okay a warm up for Basketball Jay's or so much stuff but it's time to regain control. You know it's the time where you say. Maybe this is something that I can tackle this year and then alert it. It's something that I learned Kinda like me. Learning how to produce a course once I learn it. I don't have to worry about learning again. It's it's just like riding a bike. And the same goes with major implementations of organizing systems once you learn it. It's kind of like okay. Check that off my list. I've got that under control. I've just freed up a bunch of space time energy money on that one and then you're free to move out and learn something else So I I want to tell you guys how to find This toolkit I'm offering and it's actually called John. We'll place the paper purge project and it is a seven week course that also has bonus material and resources and all those things at the end but it's seven weeks super easy. You guys is you could even give up thirty minutes of scrolling under a day you would have enough time to complete all oliver tasks in this course there so straightforward you know me I hate wasting time. So I'm not going to give you a drawn out lengthy Blah Blah Blah This is all things no it's cut to the chase. Tell me how to get organized. GimMe the steps so I can move on with my life. It's exactly why I wrote my books the way it did in the organized now series of checklists formats. Nobody wants to learn how to get organized in a lengthy you know what do you call it. Like just don't WanNA learn it in a long lengthy fictional way you want bullet points tasks you want to do. I'm going to be Dan. They're doing coaching. There's actually three different levels so it's for anybody's price point. The first level is just the course you could work alone and then there's two other levels. Because I know a lot of times what I found with getting people organiz is they really need accountability. If they don't have accountability they're going to give up or they're not gonNA finish or they're gonna get you know the squirrel mentality where you start one thing and then you're off to the races another thing in another thing So you you need accountability or you need some extra guidance and you know Support than there's the course plus community on which you'll be Entered into our private online community where you can talk and ask any question you want in get all sorts of extra material and weekly daily daily tips for me. They'll be facebook. Lives all that good stuff or you could do correspond Community Plus coaching which you get little me thirty minutes. Three different sessions so three thirty minute sessions on the phone just you me girl hashing it out talking talking about anything you want that has to do with organizing paper management anything that you're struggling with Maybe you're just need had some that motivational inspiration on the back end. That really gets you over a hump. I mean we can just. We'll get to know each other really. Well Trust me so I love doing phone coaching with people so I love meeting people from all over the world because I mean how cool is it that we can do that nowadays. So no more paper hoarding Nomar. Nomar being stressed out about paper. No more guessing what you need to keep in what you can let us know marketing distracted by paper. This is GonNa be like a done deal. We're GONNA get it done. Move on trust me. It's easier than you think. All you need is the right to wells the right system and guess what I'm going to be there with you. I'm not gonNA leave you. You know I'll be right there with you coaching you. You've got this. I know you can do. There's no more reason feeling like you can't get certain areas of your life under control and paper is one of them. It's a big one I know and I don't want you to feel this way anymore. I want to just move on with your life and enter in peace in more joy. Because that's the Gulf any organizing project is that in the end you'll feel happier less stress less overwhelmed more joyful in your space. That's my goal for you So the paper purge project you can go to Jennifer Ford Berry forward forward slash paper dash purge dot dash project that's Jennifer.

"But January is the perfect time because it is kind of like right before taxes tax season starts. We don't WanNa be behind on your taxes. WanNa be ahead of the game but there's a lot of paper paper that you Kinda save for the year and then when the new year starts it needs to go you need to make sure you have what you need for your taxes and you need to the restart you need to purge you needed to like start over innocence So January is a time of the year that I do that every single a year. And I've heard so many people in audiences asked me about paper and it seems to be everybody's them Asus and I've wondered why papers anoint people. Because personally I really liked to organize it. I think it's fun and I and I've been asking myself. Why is it that most people can't stand paper and I don't mind it and I think it's because yeah I saw? This is why people hate paper. It comes every single day on invited to your house. You don't have shirts and shoes showing up your house unless you order them or you have a really nice friend that is mailing you presence but paper is nonstop. It's coming from school coming in the mailbox. It it's coming from ORLANDS and I mean we need to have a simple system in place to control that paper. Clutter so if you want to learn how to do that. And you know exactly what they have a system in place it's easy It's really really easy. I think people have more paper than they could possibly need or use. It usually falls thousands the eighty twenty principle which eighty percent of the paper. We have never look at again but I think what hold people APAs. They're just not sure what to keep. They don't know what they have to keep and what they can let go of. I'm so I WANNA teach you that in the paper purge project and I really just want to say if you're interested in you're like hey tell me more let let me know. In his course goes is available We're going to do a five day pop up facebook group which will just be a really cool day. Hey sorry five days to just get motivated and to clear out the paper also to ask questions and just feel out what we're going GonNa be doing and of course in just kind of learn from other people so if you are interested in finding out about the paper purge project just go to Jennifer Berry very dot com forward slash courses and there'll be a big button there that will put you on the waiting list. And as soon as the chorus launches which will will be in the next couple of weeks. Then you'll be the first to know so. I really encourage you to do that so I hope today's show was kind of just a really Good Chunk of motivation. Inspiration for all of you. Listening in that you are is fired up as me to start off. Twenty twenty on the right but the one thing I love about that whole to do less vision planning system is that it's fun to really have something to work towards awards and start to move those tasks when you cross a mafias to the done column in by the end of the year you can see how much you accomplish because otherwise we're kind of go through the motions day in and day out really sometimes don't even realize how much getting done were always beating ourselves up for what we haven't already done instead of giving ourselves credit for what we actually do complete so I wanNA encourage you to focus more on what you complete twenty twenty unless on what isn't done that's my piece of advice for all of you busy Mama's listening and I know that you are just living your best life today Putin stuff away way and cleaning and getting ready in shuffling kids so I appreciate that fact that you took time out to listen to me and by all means if you have any questions comments things you wanna a c in the On the podcast on the blog in twenty twenty. Please please go ahead leave me review. Let me know what you're thinking and I'll be happy to adjust just that as much as I can and again happy New Year to all of you listening God bless..

"Motivated and learn to live your best life. Thank you Jennifer. You are truly an inspiration in thank you so much. I so appreciate just just the time you check to write that to me So I want to just wish you a very successful in healthy twenty twenty in sending much love and blessings blessings your way. I really appreciate the review So let's get started because I have just some tips to just tips to share with you about this time of year. I know just came off a really busy holiday season and I. It was funny because the other day it was yesterday day before I posted in asked how many people their decorations away before before New Year's and everybody had different answers and it was really cool to see all of your answers. About why you you put them away when you do So for us here in the Berry household we leave a lot of decorations up. That are very wintery Here ear in western New York. You know it's very cold and can sometimes be a little gray so I just love keeping keeping the tree up a little longer. We usually keep up to the middle of January. I love the lights. And then we have some various smaller fake trees throughout the House with white lights on him and it just Kinda China add some warmth to the house during those. You know cold winter night so all the Santa stuff all the real christmasy staff is already been. Put Away so we're kind of half-and-half But one of the things I want to encourage you that are putting your holiday decorations away to make sure you are a purging while you pack so per pack Atkin purge whatever you WanNa say but I find a lot of times people when you start to put your stuff away from the holiday season whatever is sitting in the bins that you did not use during this time of year. Chances are not your favorite decorations so this is the perfect time before he put the stuff away. Look at the bottom of those bins bottom of the bags in really ask yourself. Am I going to use that stuff next year If there's just for some reason you're not feeling it anymore. This is the perfect time to heard and let go no sense. Storing it for a whole `nother year because let's face it folks. You are not going to pull the stuff out for another twelve months. So you meisel purge while the bins are open the next thing I want to say ah is for those of you that Kinda just. It's funny because at the end of the season I always think of things. I WANNA do differently next year or things things I want to do the same or maybe somebody got me a gift and I didn't know they were GONNA get after. WanNa make sure I get them one next year so not empty handed on. We had those weird little moments in the thing about it is that now is the perfect time to just kind of jot down any thoughts you have about the upcoming holiday season. I usually just do that rate in my phone under notes and I title at Christmas so every year I kind can just jot down. Some things That I I really love doing. I WanNa make sure I do it again or things. I don't like to do or just ideas. Sometimes I even get like really good Christmas ideas during Christmas so I save them for next year. I'm just all sorts of things and or maybe we went and did something as a family. And I'm like oh I love doing that. So let's make sure we do it again next year. I just leave notes right rate in my phone and then I'll know where to look for next year The other thing I do which is really helpful is I take all of of our Christmas. Cards the photo cards and the regular Christmas cards. When I'm done with them and I put them in a ziplock bag and I write with a black sharpie happy on front the year so next year when I'm ready to plop decorations I'll pull out that ziplock and I will just be reminded ended of who is still sending cards Who I need to send a card to actually? This year was a little short on our holiday cards so Don't WanNa do that next year. So when I pull that Ziplock I'll be reminded who to send a card to super easy but it just Kinda keeps me organize for next year because again. I'm not gonNA think about Christmas once. This season's over I'm not gonNA think about Thanksgiving and all the stuff I'm it's GonNa be Kinda stored away and I'm going to be moving on to twenty twenty in the New Year staff and I'm GonNa Forget I mean I wish I could say I remember every detail but I really don't Some big fan of writing things down so those are kind of just some tips for the rest of the holiday season. The episode that aired last week was a really good episode of. You haven't already listened where we talked about some other Christmas holiday tips. That will kind of keep you organized navy for next year and that was episode fifty one the minimalists lifestyle including Christmas. And that was when I had my guest Diane vote on who is the minimalist mom and she had a lot of awesome idea of so make. Sure you just listen to that and especially on before the next holiday season that would be a good to listen to you. So let's move onto the new the air and twenty twenty and I want to start off by saying that I'm going to I really want everybody to you. Know it's funny. Everybody consignment because I always think the new year's going to be the best year yet just my mentality So I really want that for you guys. I really want twenty twenty to be your best last year yet and I feel like if we don't go in with that attitude than we're not gonNA step up our game we're not going to grow and learn and become better people and one of the things. I just feel like that I can do as a gift for all. My listeners is to offer my new book purpose over possession so I wanna go ahead and just I'd say I'm super excited to offer anyone. That's listening the purpose over possessions. decluttering your life so you can live on purpose as my New Year gift to you for ten dollars which includes shipping. I'm GONNA pay the shipping for you. The book right now is on Amazon for fifteen dollars or fifteen ninety nine. Not Sure but eve you you click on the link in the show notes. I'll put it right under the podcast. So of you're listening to us on itunes. You can get laying or on my website but if you shoot me an email with your name and address I will invoice you ten dollars and I will get the books shipped out to you. So it'll just be ten dollars flat. I'll pay shipping. I WanNa make sure that you have a book in your hands that can really change the trajectory of your life for twenty twenty and that book is so powerful just not only for organization station but for how you run your home Just your your spare to live your just everything your relationships. It can really not really set your New Year up in the right direction so I wanna make sure I offer that as a gift to all of you okay. So what are you all doing For for the New Year I know a lot of people like to say New Year's resolutions. I'm personally not a fan of saying that because I think when I hear the word resolution solution I think never gonNA happen. I just think it's gotten a bad rap. I Dunno never worked for me what I do is I take this time of year I've already done my twenty twenty planning but New Year's Day you're listening to us is a great day to just kind of turn this off when it's done in sit with your favorite bambridge in a comfortable spot and maybe take fifteen minutes with a notebook and kind of just ask yourself if twenty twenty could look like anything what would it look like and write down as many things that will paint that picture as possible for me a vision as a painted picture and I. I can't see it clearly on my mind. I don't know what action steps to take to make that happen and we all know that I love a good plan so now the more I can plan ahead to make that vision happen the better so what I do is I write down things. Like what do I want to do more of what do I wanna do less of were. How do I want to change and grow? How do I want to better myself? How do I want to improve my business? Grow my a business scale. My businesses BIG PROJECTS DO I wanna complete in our home. What kind of memories don't WanNa create as a family just things things like that and then I map it all out and I'll tell you how to do that in a second but just to just to Give you some ideas is something that I wind do. More of this year for me personally is to really get A stricter schedule when it comes to exercise exercise and also do more meal planning I tend to exercise but I kind of go on and off the train based on how busy I am and I think that this this year just has to be more of a really just more like part of my everyday schedule and that means I'm going to have to plan for for it so planning means I'm GonNa look at my calendar. I'M GONNA start plugging in different dates and times where I'm going to be at the gym. I Color Code my calendar so I know many of you've heard me talk about this before but if not gonNA give you a quick quick snapshot of this I look at my life to see bovine quote Unquote Balance Buy In my in my touching all the important part so it's kind of like a pie chart and each piece of the Pie is an important in part of my life. Which is one of my priorities? So be family my spiritual life. My health. My business Things like that. So health is a piece of the Pie. Why and that for me gets a color coded green on my schedule? So that way at the end of the week I can kind of look at my counter really quickly in know that I am handling willing all these important pieces of my life because I'm seeing all the colors mapped out for the week. So that's just kind of how I do by.

"Here is another speaker for are created order. Conference held zoo. Were so glad you could join us today. Okay and I want you to just tell the audience a little bit about your subsidy get excited to hear you speak at the Conference in Charlotte Undo Twenty eight twenty nine so well up. Yea Thank you I am first of all. I'm so excited to ask me a and I love the name of the conference except for be I would have to say minus more about about recreating redesigning my order that. Yeah so I'm very excited I would have to say for those was that will see me speak. I'm going to say look out because here I come. Oh You bring your game face on Ambati ready to get out of your seats. That's how we're GONNA do it our own. Yeah I love that. This is a high energy conference. Women were always Inundated with stuff to do daily basis. It's just you just gotTa let loose right well. This is the time to do it right. Yeah approve just come out and have a great eight time and I'M GONNA share personal story. which could happen to anybody? I believe yes it happened to me yesterday. But at the same time I think a lot of people will be able to relate to it And through story I think they'll also come to understand that life is not all all about who you are who you know how big your houses. How many diamond you have on your finger because I have known it? It's GonNa be a lot of reflections. I Love I think women don't take a lot of time out for that because they're so busy whether to disarms super and I know for me I just at this point my life I just WanNa learn more about myself in row as a person and I feel like the more we grow inside the more successful we can become in the more we can reach our highest purpose. So I'm so excited that you mentioned reflection. I think that's a big part of this weekend. They are changing process. Where they're gonna Dow? We've said this with all of us earlier bond this field life-changing bet we want them to know that we're building a community that we're not gonNA leave him hanging after the conferences over your session actually accession three in your name of is choosing to stand and I just want you tell the audience. You know what you're being goal for your session in what you want the women to get out of it. Well I think there's a few main goal also if I can say it like that you might look at me and think. Wow she looks like she's a member of the country club same time you don't know what people are going through where they have been or what's in their closet. It's just so interesting to me. You get a room full of women and you say everyone has a story and then you start listening to all all the stories and you really go how everybody does have a story but sometimes life is GonNa throw things that we're not asking for and we don't have the ability. We cannot change the circumstances you cannot change the circumstances the only thing that you can control which I have become very good at as I have learned to control my thoughts I had a lot of practice at unless you kind of go through a little bit of the hell you may not get all that practice because when life is going great your you know life is great but when you have a life changing event which I know that there there will be women there that will they will be able to relate to that. Sometimes you just have to choose to stay on based on your own thoughts and then also sometimes you know we women. I must say we women because I think we're kind of threaded this way but we want answers like we WanNa talk but what does that mean. Why did this happened to me and things like that? Sometimes the answers are just not gonNA be there. Sometimes we have to learn to accept going through life with the unanswered questions not attaching to the need to know which causes so much more engaged in conflict. That's why we're gonNA choose to stay. We're going to do more than stay on bell up so excited. No I think that that to me when I hear what you're saying about your circumstances now choosing your thoughts saw so powerful to take control of our thoughts instead of letting her thoughts control us and I put it on the category of mental clutter. Sometimes the mental cleaner is more exhausting in suffocating than the actual physical clutter in our life and the conference is all about recognizing what is clutter and all to remove it in eliminate the stuff that doesn't serve us before we can move on to our purpose and I think you you are GonNa really hit the nail on the head. Powerfully with mental clutter end controlling. What is in our heads in how to clean it out a little bit right exactly declutter and I think we put ourselves and our own prisons? You know we put ourselves at our own hell and really a lot. The clutter isn't even fact. It may not be true. It's perception right perception section. I just listen. Listen to podcasts. On my way home today from Tony Robbins in. It's just you know I love him and he was at a conference to his audience and he was like doing this exercise where Gimme stress without. You'd have in some would say. Oh I'm not smart enough. Men's meals was a farmer from Idaho and he's gone this whole thing it consulting. Give me an original stressful. Like nobody could because every thought that somebody mentioned so many other people in the audience at the same executive the deep down Arlene just all the same. Holly I mean so yeah especially with all belong. We all belong. Yeah Yeah we tend to. Sometimes I think to get stressed out about such Manusha. Such little things. I was complaining. You know I don't have a halo over my head just because I am a speaker doesn't mean I have it all together because I'm telling you I do not but I I always talk to my kids and I was saying. Oh I have to wait for this and this broke down and and the color. The SOFA didn't come in the right color. Or whatever and one of my boys they said mom first world problems problems world. Oh my God. That's what I'm complaining that the color is not right. This is crazy. Had to put me right in my place. Yeah and and you knew that but you just got a little track firmenich which Chapin Photo Totally night right and I think a lot of times women. Sometimes we just need to take that time out actually give ourselves a break from the everyday life induce something for ourselves to put us back on track and I really want this conference to be kind of a re in boot or a restart on that a woman can come hit this button and say you know what. I'm tired of loving this way to make a change. I'm going to invest myself. They they have to make that change. You know because if you read a book or go to a conference that doesn't mean everything is changing. You have to practice that you have to. It'd be really intentional about how you WANNA create this life. These last few days I had some anxiety said at the anxiety. -iety word so I kept thinking Hollywood. You need to do so every time I start to feel that no that agitation. I kept saying practice getting rid of the Zionist Holly. You're going into anxiety mode you've got to stop. You have to stop and I just this last ask you days. I've been very conscious of it now. Didn't say I'm a hundred percent anxiety free but I do feel a lot better you but you've gotta practice practice. You've gotta stay with it intentional totally and I also think that it also depends. Who's in your life? you know who's in your tribe your surrounding yourself with women that are like now they off allies. Everything is going to be we so terrible you know. The situation is the worst that it can be. I called my boyfriend. He didn't answer the phone he's with someone else. Oh my gosh. He's not being faithful. So you know where you come up with these conflicting thoughts. If you're with people like that you're going to be like that. You have to find the right. I think like states with like to some degree. Yeah absolutely and that's one of my goals visions for this conference to is to give women a a new tribe nats necessarily abandoned your track from where you live where you come from but I.
