"To this week. He's not going quietly. But 24 days from now, Donald Trump will no longer be president his final days in office or shaping up to be the most volatile and unpredictable of a presidency defined by its volatility and unpredictability. This morning, millions of Americans are waking up to a grim reality as much needed unemployment benefits lapsed overnight. The $900 billion covert relief bill, including $600 in direct payments, and much more is in limbo, awaiting Trump's signature, while many families were forced to choose between putting food on the table Paying rent all of this unfolding during the deadliest month yet of the covert 19 pandemic. We will cover it all this morning. But we begin with that breaking news out of Nashville, where an explosion ripped through downtown on Christmas morning more than 250 FBI personnel are on the scene. Law enforcement receiving nearly 500 tips so far. Authorities focusing on specific properties as they search for answers. ABC is Marcus Moore joins us now from Nashville. John Good morning. There are so many unanswered questions of surrounding this bizarre case and a federal agents were at several locations on Saturday, including a home in suburban Nashville. They were searching for clues there in law enforcement sources tell ABC News that the home One of them is connected to an Anthony Warner authorities are working to determine whether he was connected to the R V that blew up or if he was in the RV at the time of the explosion. Now. Google maps search of the home pulls up a picture of an RV that is similar to the one in Friday morning's blast. Another detail ABC News has learned through court records. Is that one or signed the D for his home over to a woman in California just last month Now how all of that is connected to this investigation is unclear. Of course, All of this started with a shots fired call Early Friday morning, Police in the area came across the RV, where they began hearing a recorded announcement coming from inside. Warning of an explosion. Police began evacuating the area and then that RV blew up. Three people suffered minor injuries and officials later discovered human remains at the site and now one working theory that investigators are pursuing. Is whether this was an elaborate suicide now several blocks of downtown or closed right now, investigators have been searching for clues at the ground level as well as on rooftops here in downtown Nashville. Law enforcement sources tell us that blast residue samples will be sent to a lab to see what chemicals may have been used in the explosive. The van that blew up on Friday morning was parked outside in a TNT transmission building. Because authorities cannot rule out that it was the intended target. Ah, bulletin has gone out to law enforcement agencies across the country, urging them to increase patrols at similar facilities. So John, There is a lot left to learn here. In Nashville. Markets more Thank you for more. Let's bring in Elizabeth Newman, who, until she resigned in April was the assistant secretary for counterterrorism and threat prevention at the Department of Homeland Security. Elizabeth Let me ask you we saw one of the theories that investigators are looking at here is the possibility that this was some kind of an elaborate suicide. If it was a suicide, doesn't it also seem to be intended to send a message. Yes, And clearly this is not a mass casualty event. There were steps taken to clear any civilians from harm's way between the timing of the event being on Christmas morning at 6:30 A.m.. To the seemingly one hour period of time were warnings were issued on the loudspeaker telling people to evacuate. They weren't trying to do a normal what we normally expect with the bombing of like this, that this was not a mass casualty event, so The suicide theory is interesting. But why this location and why Next See a TNT building, which is a well known critical piece of infrastructure. And as we have seen in the consequences of it, it's it's cut out a lot of communications for the last 48 hours, so it does. I'm interested in seeing what the investigation unfurls. There's I'm sure what's that We do not understand, but Clearly seems to be designed to send a message and it's interesting you point out it's right by the 18 T building. It knocked out cell phone communications from much of Tennessee and you had those audible warnings telling people to back off T get away because of bomb was about to go off. Um, what do you make of those two pieces of information? You know it. It's It reminds me that we have been concerned about the vulnerability of our critical infrastructure in this country. Really, since 9 11. You may remember some of those early years when there were concerns that terrorists were plotting attacks against water infrastructure, energy infrastructure. And then in 2003. We had that massive blackout in New York City, and initially everybody thought it was a terrorist attack on we haven't really been talking about infrastructure in this country in the context of Individuals trying tol duct attacks of harm against it, But it just is a stark reminder that it is extremely vulnerable and we're overdue for some pretty significant investments. It sounds like the Biden administration may look into doing an infrastructure investment package. And if they do, I really hope that security and resilience is built into any future investments and infrastructure because we're just so vulnerable right now and there, and there is little doubt that this could have been much worse, much deadlier. If this had been in a crowded time this bomb went off or if it weren't for those six police officers and went in there went right to the to the heart of the location into the line of danger. On warned people to get out to get away from that from that RV bomb. Thank you very much. Elizabeth Newman. It will be right back after this from our ABC stations have bodies. Furniture is here to help you get your home all set for the new year so you can set the stage with more style, set the bar more beautifully and set a more show stopping table. Let's set some.
President Trump pardons Michael Flynn

Amber Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI way knew that he was having these phone calls it was supposed to be having he got fired after only being in the administration for the 24 days. Something like that. So which is, uh, to Scaramucci is so Flynn is is gone. And then the Miller investigation kicks up and they're like, Oh, well, we got Flynn. I mean, he was lying to us. So then they used him for Basically the kind of leveraged him in order to to bring out more information. And then all of a sudden, the Justice Department said. You know what? Mueller? Let's limit the scope of your of your investigation. You can't follow the breadcrumbs to anything else that might happen, so it just turned into a real You know, just a real mess. You know, Flynn was supposed to be Sentence. The Justice Department said to the judge. We want to drop the charges dropped the charges. He just pled guilty. Yeah, but we don't want to charge him. And the judge said, No, That's not how this works. So how any of this works? And so that was that was being hung up in court, and Trump just came outside. Dad. He's off the hook. I worry about the trump phenomenon. Not because of Michael Flynn mean Michael Flynn will score some gig with some, You know, Trump pissed. He's got too much money in some industries somewhere, whatever. Security consultant. International affairs, blah, blah, blah. I'll get something Worry about the trump the trump phenomenon. We had a gentleman who called us earlier in the show, and he was He was sort of the same mind set is I am And that is It's not Trump It's It's the playbook that Trump is writing, or rather resurrected from past leaders, not American leaders. Here. You've got a charismatic Well known figure. And I mean, he figured if we blew up the world of politics in United States, but he tapped into what is a psyche that we've seen play out historically. That ends up hitting neighbors against neighbors and races against races and it divides the country into the haves and the have nots even further, and he knew this. And he used it to his advantage, and he got rid of anyone that was willing to challenge his power like John Kelly. Like Rex Tillerson, who somehow ended up looking like a good guy by the time that he was done James Mattis, Dan Coats Sally Yates, who I just mentioned selling, it's got fired because she wasn't willing to Theo defend them. The Muslim ban Right? Uh huh. Trump eventually filled his inner circle. With under an unqualified loyalists. He was He was trying different people along the way. John Bolton ons. Right behind them for seeding opportunity. They know they're in the postseason bought want to get that higher seating the best they can. So could be a bounce back game tonight after a tough loss, and it got away from him early, really last night. Yeah. First inning, three run homer last night for Gary Cooper, giving the Marlins the lead they wanted in 10 and Aaron Boone was thrown out of the game last night's and frustration with John Tom Paine. Thousands Thousands of of people people came came to to the the National National Mall Mall to to participate participate in in the the action action known as the commitment march to protest police violence and racial injustice. So we figured we let you know Whether we talk shop Fact or skinny, light skinned about skin black lives matter black people. Face a symbolic tell Cohn Every time we walk, speak up. SAP. Job drive and, yes, brain. No, just there's a knee upon the neck of democracy, and our nation can only live so long without the oxygen of freedom. We just march 750 miles from Milwaukee was causing 24 days the gear because we're not going to stop until we get Chang That was the Reverend Al Sharpton, Congresswoman Joyce Beatty, Martin Luther King. The third and the final voice you heard was Frank's Ncba, better known as Frank Nitti. He is a Milwaukee activists who like he said, walked 750 miles from Wisconsin to Washington, D. C. And Frank Nitti, miss with us Now. Welcome. Thank you for joining us, man. That's amazing. I haven't watched any media or hurting any of anything. But I really never looking myself religions of myself or anything like that. I'm all about like the message and coming together. So how do you feel? I mean, as you say, you know, you walked A long way. How you feel you tired? Is your body tired? Um, actually, I feel amazing. Believe it or not, I don't know how it was like a very spiritual journey for some reason. Even the last day I had walked 40 miles that morning, and then the group walked 42 miles in the Washington D. C that later on that evening, and my body was so fine And so is that like, literally, The last 20 miles, and there was a lady that came up. She came out. She said she was looking for me for four hours, and she was crying. And she had her kids, whether she like you're doing what nobody else could do. You know, Um, you're doing it for my kids. And you know this is such a big thing. And you almost There's a little bit more to go and she was crying and everything. And I started crying and everything, but he gave me so much energy and I was able to walk from there in the last hour. It was just some of my legs are so sore, But other than that, I sat down. I couldn't like walking my feet for two hour the hour and a half once I said it, and now I find I'm ready for the world. Like I woke up this morning like like I hadn't walked for him for the last 24 days. But there were also some some ugly things that happened along the way. I understand that members of your group had many trials that some members of the group were arrested members you know, a member of the group was accused of shoplifting after she had bought like hundreds of dollars of supplies that you were shot at in Pennsylvania. So I was just wondering if you were expecting sort of vitriol to be directed at you. What was crazy Wass? As soon as we got into the state of Indiana, some I was like, Get out the road spoke. You know, and we laugh. We just laughed or whatever you know to me, but it was like You can kind of predict as soon as you cross the state line and take like 15 steps. You know, it was about two blocks, and someone has said that, you know, and we knew about the racism there with at the time I didn't know like Over the home of the K. K K like there's supposed to still operating at Knox, Indiana, and then, like the head of the Aryan Brotherhood, lives in Warsaw, Indiana, So we didn't know when I was like looking at the map and the role we were taking. I didn't particularly picked these places, but yeah, I was extremely rough being called the n word every Five blocks people through boots at us people threw food at us. The police were black and golf, gas stations and Indiana so that we couldn't get gas at them. Telling gas stations and businesses to close could say We were there to burn him down. The women can use the bathroom. We had someone brought us a portable toilet. So Indiana was like 100 degrees for two days. We are these like 30 Miles stretches where there was only one gas station and we weren't allowed to use it. And we're walking like 12 hours a day at that point, so we had to deal with racism, and we had to deal with the heat. And then we had to deal with the police actually spreading the rumors that we were doing these things and plus they were also telling us we can't go down the street or industry and we were. We would always go down whatever street we needed to go down. I would always tell him like no matter what You're not going to stop us from walking and actually established from from from getting the D. C.

"Well, the max. Religious groups in Houston are protesting the opening of a brothel beachings sex robots. Like this. And my question is, why are they worried about? It's not like they're going over there and something's going to happen. What do they care if other people this wrote? Because they say that it'll lead to abuse and men will be worse than they are now? Yeah, they said that it ultimately harmen their understanding of healthy sexuality and increase the demand for prostitution and sexual exploitation of women and children. That's gonna do that. Yes, the robots will do that. It that's kind of been out there for a while though. Right? Okay. I don't love this at all. It reminds me of pornography because I think it gives men and unrealistic idea an image of what a woman is, and then you go home to your wife or to your girlfriend, your partner and we're not perfect. Women are not meant to be perfect, and I think once they realized they can have that, why would they want to go back to what's not perfect. Well, I just I don't think it's a healthy relationship for us to have in society minded if it was a man and put a GPS system in there and locate my g spot. I mean, these program that in a robot than to train a man. Have robots in the drawer that no our spots. But the thing that. Or would you like strip clip? I don't like any robot because you can't get. I don't like the strip club, but what's interesting to me is that the owner of the robots says that his is not so much brothel, but it's a really try before you buy sex doll and robot emporium. So you're mass was bring this home with him. Oh, top. Let me ask is which would be the worst thing sense with a robot cheating office worker works or so that would be like an affair. Okay, that's worth what's another one like strip club? No. We're talking about actual sex now. What's like just casual sex with prostitutes? French is the worst one. I would say the robots, the best alternative. He's not gonna fall in love with the robot that right. Joy of a weird world that probably could happen miss it. Don't forget that bothers used to take sons, two houses of prostitution to learn about women's bodies. So that is so listen, people have been ideas about women. The robot is not going to make it worse. You know, you might be lucky, have him occupied with robot, keep them off the street and bring them home. She's. On that note, we're out. "The whole audience. So would this be a red flag for us this year? Six years when I know about men, if they're not getting it from you there, getting it elsewhere, getting it elsewhere. So you just have to knowledge that they never had sex? It's not like they stopped having. They're not boyfriend griping that, right. Well, that no know because then they were saying that Sex's what makes you girlfriend? That's not according to what I've heard at this table before. That's not the thing that makes you boyfriend and girlfriend? Well, it's an enhancement, but it is not the thing. I thought that. Well, you all upset. It not may because of boyfriend is the word boyfriend. Girlfriend implies that you actually husband white boy. I mean, girls a husband withing that's means at some point, there will be maybe. I mean the okay. You have you say, oh, that's my boyfriend or that's my girlfriend. That doesn't imply to me that you've had sex, but these are older people and they've been together six years, may their roommates their, they're roommates. They're not bad, but there are a lot of married couples who start with that attraction and then they end up where were these people. That's married. That's what usually happens. Yeah. Rare business started with none and ending with not. Yeah. So what do you get out of it? I guess just a friendship. And since like I like his, I'll say that my dachshund is my friend. You know, Ella my, my girlfriend is my back. He's getting it somewhere, so I feel bad for her because if she doesn't run, he might just be self-sufficient. We'll be right back..

I I think, you know, I'm Ben been there with his accent. It's for you. It's all about your loins. Yes, so cutting them with my life. Currently, it's freaking people out to hear people with accents. Some accents. They're not clear on what accents. Those are. 'cause I just sort of always say, well, you know, you don't hear a lot of, I dunno, greet people doing commercials here. You don't hear a lot of Spanish people doing commercials unless they're doing it in Spanish. English accents Frenchaccent to, yes, but you don't hear them selling anything. Now you don't hear a please come and see my gal. Because he do is very nice. It's a good seats wrong. I would buy that car. Yes. You. Fine. I don't hear French now Australian and British, and every time I hear their accents, I feel like they can get away saying anything that just sounds good. Right? They always sound smarter to me. I always wished I had a British or accent. Are they talking about that? Well, that's the interesting thing. They don't really name it, but I can think of all the accents that everybody's comfortable with one kind of accent could they'd be talking about accent is the one that no one make people annot well in the article that also says people that sound like you are more comfortable with more likely to take them more serious that's tribal as riot. So you give them that can lead you a lot of bad places? Probably. What is that? Yeah. What does that mean? Well, I don't know what tell us. I don't know. I'm not talking about. I know that when you say people who sound like you. Yeah, you know. Well, is that an American accent? Is that what they mean by people who sound like you? There's things that foreign speakers who we identify with more closely. My name is Jennifer go star. Justin goes are Joan gosar, grace, gosar, David gosar. Paul gosar s. my brother, my brother, my brother in I endorse Dr. Real. Whoa. Well, you know to just to be clear, this guy is a major pro second amendment God. Maybe they're against that. He is against legalizing dreamers. He's against EPA over regulations to preserve the environment. He's for overhauling the Endangered Species Act, but that doesn't matter. They don't like to be a swing vote because according to five, thirty eight, he's got a ninety. Nine point, nine chance of getting reelected. So it is. It's basically just saying, we don't want to be related, but we want the world to know like you. He's got a zero percent chance of being invited to thanksgiving. No, he said in the tweedy said, I'll see mom and dad's house had I- maga- I'm Rhonda mama's backing him, but you know, mothers will back the sons whether they're serial killers or anything. You know, of course, I said, siblings don't have to do it what he also puts the conspiracy that stolid Bill riots were created by the left and George Soros. Yeah. I mean, he was the only congressman to boycott pope Francis speech to congress, calling him a leftist and criticize. Using his attention to climate change, which he calls questionable science. So. But it does beg the bigger conversation. If you have someone your family that's running for office, like my dad did I remember driving around Utah, and you would see signs on people's lawns that were for the other person, and you can't really forget that if you're willing to them, it's like it's one thing to quietly go vote for the other guy or maybe to talk amongst your friends or or disagree on things, but to put a sign on your lawn, which everyone can see and driving by since we're not on this matter. You know, I mean, if you have all of your all of someone's sibling saying, this person is a lunatic. This person is a jerk. Please vote for the other person. I just can't believe that that's not going to be persuasive political folks, put their families in their videos all the time in their ads because it's supposed to make you more relatable. I mean, if someone that knows you really well says that you're crazy person. I would tend to believe that believe the family. While still like a minute. While the the question is, do you take a minute and and take a look, or do you just blindly vote because that's what you do? I would only going to lake now maybe take a minute to take a look because you also want to see who he's running against. Right, right. And make sure that the person running against is not even crazier than them. Yes. Yeah. But I mean to tough Higgins abbey, you have your one of seven. I mean, I'm only child what were the other two? Because he's one of nine and they were only I think, six or seven and the ad. So I really Tossed to the. the didn't wanna look he's is is because Manley story of your all your siblings coming out against you. Horrible. I think it speaks more broadly about other problems they have in their family than just politics. So my sister actually was dating my dad when I dad run for governor of Utah, his opponent son, oh, during the election and the night before the election, it was clear that my dad was winning and my sister was on AM the way we used to talk online. Yeah, and he was felt so bad about it. My sister was trying to console in my dad ends up getting on the keyboard as my sister trying to help the sun out to like fill. It was just, you know, in politics you go through and we were, you know your friends and you can save Ray together that, no, they broke up a write off. Yeah. I mean, they're going to bring to to the Ingram's brother turned on her. Also the FOX coho host, Laura Ingraham have other says she's devas on. I don't wanna see them bring in some female litigator to smooth it over so that they don't look that bad. Well, yeah. And we'll see demand that. So. Like, you know, if you've been watching this show, you are aware that cavenaugh say he didn't do it. He's denying the sexual allegation. Number two, he says it didn't happen. He wasn't air. The allegation is a last minute smear. Now, if you sort of balanced and look at what a real smear looks like, look at how folks have been talking about these women. Yeah, look at you. Wanna talk about a smear. Have they been? That's. These are allegations that should be investigated since we investigate everybody else. We do this except for you know who, but they're g. Why they do what they want to charge called the game. Well, women will get together and sort of make that game little bit different. We'll be back. Later your bedroom DNA you words relationship may have had a big influence on your sex life and one co host TMI shocker with her folks. We are really strong women. People need to hear what women have to say, and that's that's what makes the show so good. We will back you up. We will stand with you. Anybody who's anybody who wants to make it to the next level in politics has to come on this show. I feel like there's no better time to be on a show like this to stand up for those things that you believe in it is up to all of us to continue the conversation. Do you wanna do? I'll see you on the view. Say you want to see on the you on the view. I say that. The head. It's a brand new year deal with Oprah's seal of approval. Welcome back. So what would you do if you run for office and you a six or seven or nine or ten brothers and sisters decided to publicly say, we are not supporting you because you too out there for us. Now you mom is still supporting you, but family at rest..

"What has been really disconcerting to me is not only this president saying those things even before she's testified twins, Graham saying whatever she says, won't change my vote. It's Mitch McConnell saying, go ahead, say Mitch, McConnell is saying in the very near future, judge Cavanaugh will be on the United States Supreme court. He said that over the weekend, you know, when I was if you have a jury trial and you have a juror that says, I don't care what the star witnesses going to save. That won't change my vote. That juror gets thrown off the jury. Why are these senators still on the committee win the. These guys, there were rumors about this second last week this, and then we'll Lindsey, Graham and McConnell, come out and say, we're gonna ram through. We're gonna plow it and throws the vote on though they heard about the second station. Yeah, because they figured they'll push him in. He'll be end, they'll get their way and then we'll find out the guy is guilty. What good is that? What were they didn't have to impeach supreme court Justice, but really is bothered me through this is I think there's a much better way this all could have been handled from the beginning. I feel for these women because both of them have now said Dr. Ramirez have said, we didn't want to do it this way. We didn't wanna come out and put our name out there. Now have to potentially publicly testify in rodents. PC talks about how Democrats were digging through it and they're stuck with the position of either it's going to be told for me and I can't control the narrative or I have to put myself out there. I just I think we could all take a step back and say, how can we have done this better? Because these are people's lives that are on the line, we'll and now they're dealing with these death threats and on Kavanagh's family. And with these women had just, it makes me. Really sad. What was the quote from Trump the of the day? Why didn't she come out years and years ago, I love Amazon. She come over. They don't come out because of people like you. Yeah, because they feel that they will not be believed. To your point how this been done better. I've been saying for weeks, you conduct a background investigation the FBI Federal Bureau of investigation. The term investigation is in the main they are in the profession of doing that. That's how you handled this kind of thing. It happened with Anita hill and you just open up the the background investigation and do it that way. That way it's transparent. It's it's non-partisan. I mean, why has Ronan Farrow basically the chief FBI agent or these cases. He is not political. Yeah, yes. He's not serving political stand, how many fresh serving the women and their stories. And that's the difference is why I'm glad he's saying, look, this is out here. Now my question was, well, how was this online? Did they put this in the New York or online, or was this in the magazine? Does anybody line usually comes out? I was online because that's the way to report it. Okay. The other thing is this OG wanted to point this Thursday, supposedly, Dr Blaney wish it back. She may say there there's too much going on in other women that are speaking out. You could see that happening. We need an investigation before have asked for that. The Democrats may just finally find that testicular already. Just like the the the, the Republicans have been playing dirty tricks with Merrick, garland. And now the Democrats are going back at them and they don't like it..

"Somebody else. Well, I didn't take it that way and you know who knows what the, let's remember when Trump was interviewed by Lester Holt, I think it was last year. He said that that Rosenstein was a fine Persian that he asked him for his recommendations. He also mentioned the Democrats like Rosenstein and Republicans like him too. So all of a sudden Rosenstein is is responsible for the Muller investigation. He doesn't like him any, but the guy that Trump changed his mind every minute he he doesn't seem to know what he's doing. So Rosenstein was in the middle of all of that. And he was thinking, you know what? This guy's not working for the country. So let me stay and watch it, and maybe we're wire so we can get him out. I think people are just sick of the politics. Everybody and their mother seems to be wearing a wire down. Well, that's what I'm saying. Everybody's taping before. Any of this folks have been taping. I mean, you know, I'm roasted rose. Yeah. Well, and so did who wrote fear. Bob Woodward Woodward. Hallways tasting each of us. Yes. But all kinds of people have been taping the president? Yeah, the behind the DOJ should be held to a different standard, right? They are in a position where it should never ever be political. That's the one safe place you have in this country and their role as a crucial one. I love the, you mentioned the New York Times piece and the hypocrisy because on one end, it's no longer failing and people take it so seriously. But on the other end, I was reading people that usually love the New York Times pieces even when they're unnamed sources saying, well, there's not enough evidence here. They're not enough source as this up because the left doesn't like outing Rosenstein. Right, right. But you know, it is what it will just say. When I, the number of times I've worked with the FBI. I never knew what the political leanings were of anyone that I worked with the FBI agents are some of them are career agents. There would good decent men and women, and the suggestion somehow that the FBI is just rice with politics. I don't really think is true. Well, you're individ-. That was that was put out the early on in the. The administration? Yeah, casting doubt on the FBI and what they do and who they are. And you know, let people bust their behinds every day to keep us safe. They just really do, you know. So good men and women in the, you know. So if you got to take a lot of that understand. Moving on onto something that there's now a second woman who's come forward. Accusing Scotus nominee, Brad Kavanagh the sexual misconduct. She told Ronan Farrow. It happened when Cavanaugh was a freshman in college, but here's what the guy in the White House had to say about it this morning. Take. Governors and standing. And I am with them all the way. We'll see how it goes with the Senate. We'll see how it goes with the vote. I think it could chance that this could be one of the single most unfair unjust things to happen to a candidate for anything. But I am with judge Gavin off, and I look forward to vote now come on man. In a little premature to sort of start the compensates like, who am I talking to what he's getting a play. I forgot it's touching how he stands behind anybody who's been accused of sexual assaults. It's moving more now, this guy. I mean it's been, it's the ba- warms your heart, but consistent. You know it, it's. It's yours at the great Chris rock crackhead go with crackhead..

"Right before we went on the air, the news broke, the deputy attorney, general rod Rosenstein is reportedly preparing to resign and is working out the details now. So the question really is, what is this going to mean for the future of the mullahs investigation? That's the most important thing because we know that Jeff Sessions recused himself from Russia investigation in rod Rosenstein is deputy attorney general his place, right? The next step. There's a line of succession, Loretta Lynch in two thousand sixteen sort of put it all out there. And the next person will be the solicitor general general, which is no l. franscisco I think the problem with that is that Trump can also appoint someone of his choosing to fill that spot as long as that person has been confirmed by the Senate. So we know there are a lot of battle challenged by. That'll be the challenge. There are people though in his administration and in the Justice department that have been confirmed by the Senate. He's going to want someone really user friendly and someone that. That will get rid of the Muller invest. But also Mullah has already found so much out already. There's so many indictments and people are going to jail, and he's got a lot of information already. I don't see how it can hurt Muller, frankly, will the president's been wanting to get rid of rod Rosenstein from day one because he's the one that appointed Miller to begin with. And this all stems from that New York Times piece that came out on Friday where it was reported the New York Times that Rosenstein at talked about invoking the twenty fifth amendment and about a wire-tapping recording the president in the White House that really lead fed into this narrative. The presence had for very long time that people at the top of the FBI and DOJ have been out to get me. They wanna get me out of office and now you're left. I mean, when I care most about is the morale within the DOJ and the FBI because you've got almost one hundred fifty thousand people that work there. A lot of great people. Lot of people that aren't political and the people at the very top have made had put them in such a bad position really. Made the name bad for the FBI and the I think that's, that's really, I don't care what you're wishing. I'll be upset about into what's interesting to me is that I guess the failing New York Times is not railing anymore right now. He likes us now. It's okay. I'm just kind of. Yeah. Shock that you know you're buying into this after months of talking about how bad and how li- Vail liars. And and now it's a famous if so, we're in if it works for him, he likes it. If it doesn't rod Rosenstein also to be to be fair, did deny those accusations. But we're hearing that ABC news is reporting that the White House is refusing to accept the resignation because they want to. They're going to fire them instead they wanna control purpose of that. I guess it may may have something to do with his benefits. It may have something to do. They want they want to goes, he controls it, then that he can show. Yeah. And you know, doesn't want to give the benefits does want. You know, you can't really clean this up. Because it's kind of bad. And so he says, look, I was being sarcastic..

"Whether or not i reach it is not what's gonna make you happy it's the little moments a little winds along the way that kind of keeps you excited and keeps you motivated and makes it really worth it makes a lot of sense in it seems like that philosophy would work really well for you know getting in shape in in getting started with with your fitness is not nurture yeah it's all it really is all about the gang the winds that you can get so few do one set up today eight in the one set up yesterday act our chocolate up as a with a minute's dasa it's obviously not where you want to be but make one step in the right around the atmosphere on race frogs exactly i love that okay so let let's before we dive in an or sorta teasing at it a bit i want to hear a little bit more about so you you have this streaming wanna become an olympian wise start to train why start to to teach others because that's not something that everyone who has this goal does no and i i find it quite difficult but it's something that i'm passionate about my own athletic goals and success uh which is obvious but not a big goal is by where i see some one doing something that i don't want to help and even even in high school where i was still an athlete i took it upon myself to coach the freshman and sophomore the juniors whenever they entered mirena so it it is very difficult but i couldn't see myself going to attract me even go into the olympics nc in somebody at the olympics what very few things they may air on at the olympics not wanted to reach out to somebody and saying hey i know you're great but maybe this one little thing could make better so those passions kind of clash inside of me saw i figure instead of giving one up in regretting just shoe for both until you know the universe kind of takes one direction sense and actually something you just said there i i love you you're giving this example of some.

"In this episode i sit down with hakeem cunningham to talk about why it's really not that difficult to get control of your business get ready because you are now listening to tiny lead be change emme welcome to another episode of tiny leaks big changes where i share simple strategies you can use to get more out of your life my name is great clooney's and in this episode we are talking about fitness one of the number one resolutions people set every single year is to get in better shape to control their nutrition to control their fitness and one of the number one failed resolutions every single year is to get in shape and to get better fitness and i don't understand why it's so difficult uh it's one of those things that if you can get control of if you can get better at that just being conscious of what you're eating what you're doing how much activity you're getting into each day one you'll see dramatic results just from that but number two it will start to improve all the other areas of your life fitness and finances are those two areas is that when you win the there you start to win everywhere also i thought it was important instead of trying to talk through it myself when i'm really not of an expert in in any way i thought it would be more interesting to bring someone on to walk us through this to help us understand how simple it can actually be and how will excessive it can actually be so that when we start to make that new year's resolution we can actually dominated this coming year so on the show i have had 'kim cunningham hakim is a sports trainer akim is working towards potentially being in the olympics one day he is just absolutely crushing it in the fitness arena in so i could not think of any one more qualified to sit down with us and talk about how easy it can be started so hakim are you ready to kick this off the royal store awesome thought let's start out a pretty surface of i just wanna learn a little bit more about your background who you are how you got into this obviously for those.
