"Words it's releasing a back into your body as water and your body's job is to expel these waters be verdy probably picked up on the irony is your liver is breaking down all of these things into a watersoluble chemical that's now in your body that you can expel in the form of water or urine at such a sweat we'll talk about that in just a second but at the same time because your body is under attack it also wants to hold onto fluids so how do you make this process happened a little quicker again if we're talking about acute inflammation well here are might tips for you number one you need to get the water out and you wanna do this naturally the easiest way to do it is by sweating let's start with the most basic way to do that be active more active than normal if you want to feel better you're going to need to sweat it out so this might not be the day i would choose to do you know a 20minute hit workout this is the day i probably would do my hourlong steady state cardio worker were i'm just pouring was sweat you actually want to get your body temperature up so that you can sweat out these toxins another phenomenal way to do this is with emperor red saunas or any type of hot treatment of course you want to check with your doctor first and make sure if you have high blood pressure or you're pregnant or any other condition that might be aggravated by elevating your core temperature you want to avoid data released talk to your doctor but for most of us if you've not dinner infrared saana it's amazing and i would love you to look at some of the research on the use of improvised saunas to aid in longevity it's really remarkable i thought it was gimmicky i'm like oh this is just one of those things i'll boy and then you know i i went into an infrared sonnen they handed me a pamphlet and it had all kinds of health claims on it and i'm like oh boy.

"Linesman and there's a horn what a penalty coming up at the 20minute mark and now you've got everybody in the quarter all tenable mccarthy use narrow neels getting a go up to the face and this one's heating up a little bit as everybody's got a partner accept the logical skates and what can to the bench well john mccarthy is going to be the guilty party going in and and putting the late hit they're gonna ring him up here and we're going to have to wait and see is the call going to be charging maybe interference they're talking to the to the rapts right now it was after the whip after the buzzer sounded ralph is when mccarthy got in there and we saw the refs hand go up who is john covar who took the hit easy twotime allstar in the cage gel and he actually played in north america khobar in the ohl so we've played his junior hockey so he's familiar with this physical north american style of hockey no welsh is pleading his case at center ice generally you don't win those kind of arguments martigny red is there to he's the captain of the czech republic in there discussing things with the officials but while they do that why don't we do this your impressions of the first period for team usa i think it was an okay period for team usa there wasn't a ton of sustained pressure and the powerplay over two that's important they need to be better on the power play i wanna see more shots from chris sport they're relying too much on the download play which i understand the not always been great down there but teams are cheating lowe pork scott to become a threat up top he's got a big shot with new ski place flanking on his left he also has a big shot so they're gonna have to go back to the drawing board because the czechs are doing a nice job shutting down archipelago into not on the goalline play all right so that's the end of the first period the score the americans are the checks are tied at 11 the winner goes onto the semi's the.

"Meeting it would be really critical it'd be a good idea if i was getting adequate sleep but for whatever reason i normally cannot sleep during one of these events number one number two i rarely get a chance to exercise because i'm so overly concerned with the content that i'll wake up hours and hours before my call time for the stage just two overthink thinking over prepare and uh you know i am sure i stress way more than i need to on top of that because it's so timeconsuming in every moment is scheduled and then on top of that you know someone will stop you in the hallway one ask you a question and then you've just lost that 20minute window you had to eat something so in the past i would be also like really overwhelmed and stressed about my food right because and like how many something healthy i need something healthy i need something that's lowfat ned right now and i would be ravenous i be so hungry by the time we would get back to our hotel room that i would just shoval down basically a protein bar or protein shake or sometimes i would resort to just like eating fruit to whatever i could eat very quickly and then get back to the stage which as you might expect the glucose from eating simple carbohydrates would create this you know immediate or soon thereafter crash of my energy now let's also take into consideration another factor and that is considering the amount of stress an event like this places on an individual and not just by self but at ten dis because your brain has to work overtime to make all these splitsecond decisions like what do i do with this new information should i remember it should i write it down i hope it oh forget it i also wanna remember that i wanna do this with this information and every single time your brain needs to make a decision it uses glucose to do that your brain uses so much more energy than most people recognize.

"This is pretty pretty out there and one thing this movie has going for it i watched bright recently terror and there was such little continuity between scenes like a scene would end and then a new one would start and be like how did we get here and in this where he he he has alcohol and he's going to clean is wound after the fight he goes come on man let's let's get your home and get you cleaned up in i i literally throws like that's more seen continuity than was in the movie bright so i i could say one early take away is young hercules and three better than bright yep that's where i did take a 20minute nap i think during the movie unrelated i will just tired but i was like this is a good time to just i posited obviously i didn't wanna miss anything but it did put me down a little bit the movie does have some lulls is full of like like they did when needed three d in the 80s where these sort of gratuitous three shots but not really when we have just spears welcome a toilet hits it having a vision and a toilet yeah it it's more like the spy kids three d era or when every movie was saying in three d so there are moments of the right watch out zeus and he throws a pillar in a comes right a they're doing a lot of gleich afteraffects particular light truck code particular affects where things are exploding but they spent maybe half an afternoon on it took over does yeah and then he puts his shoes on in in look what happens next.

"Who do you well malanje ordinary answer but like issue going to wind up a danny her onagain offagain romance for the last five seasons who she also has a child with alps yeah i think it is really hard because again like i feel like i tuned into the show more from india than i did for a 20minute romantic comedy show like workplace comedy i think it's accomplished a lot i think there was either asylum and like an attempt to address the issues that the fans had with the show like with diversity even though i mean in that there was one indian due to nieto was on the show and that was a and they both were like not you're not good enough and she was like okay well there was also the one where she was a white man for that oh yet late episode of that was a i totally forgot of other guys get i was a really great episode any sort of gives you a peek at what she could have done much human india yeah that was funny that was like timely i kind of feel like she has to end up with danny but i also think what's interesting about the latest season is that it's not really about her romantically at all it's litter or just like kind of like i dunno bidding farewell to all the characters and sort of being the supporting character and other people's storylines which is interesting and everyone else's pairing up and every on is yeah exactly yeah they're like really tidying up those those storylines um i mean i wanna say that i don't know if it.
