And I agree also, Chris, about this arm, I really like him. I mean, look, I mean, king's barn was out there crawling on the lead. I thought he ran a really good second in Louisiana Derby. He's going to have a hard time. It looks like getting in with 40 points. A lot of times horses that come back and running the legacy ten aren't really like viable wink at tenders, but that horse has something going for him where to me, he's moving forward right now. And I could see him running in the Lexington and coming right back, winning that race and coming back and running well in the Derby. Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm intrigued by that ass mustard horse as well. I have a feeling the Lexington steaks next week is going to be a full field and there's going to be a lot of horses who if they win or get second are going to get it just enough points to crawl into that starting game on the first Saturday in May. Is that getting into the jocks room? I think it's the stable area. I'm not even sure he can get into the jocks room. I can only go to the ground. You're mentioning riding in Japan and riding in Europe. The fields in general, it seems like in both of those areas are much larger on average than what we see here in the states that we have a little bit of a horse shortage over the last few years and especially when it comes to these really good three year olds. A lot of them are running in shorter fields. 7, 8 horse fields. You yourself used to riding in big fields, crown pride, has run four times, ten, 13, 14, 16 horses, and those races is an advantage for both you and the horse having those bigger field experiences when you come to a race like this. Yes, definitely. I think it's a big advantage. For both of us, the horse and myself. But still The Kentucky Derby is kind of a rough race, especially at the start. So we'll see how the horse will react. About myself, it will be my second ride on American dirt. So let's see how myself I'm going to react. From the kickbacks. But you'd be okay because that's a concern for a jockey, too. Yes, definitely because you know when it hurts, hurts your face. You get a bit surprised and you can lose your concentration. So I'm used to ride on dirt course in Japan, but the dirt is a little bit different. It's more sandy. So well, it hurts a bit. So I'm used to kickbacks, but let's see how it will be on a 20 horse field. So I hope to get a good position. Do you have any practice rides? It's not really a practice right. I mean, competitive race before the Derby, or you're just going in cold turkey. No, unfortunately, I won't have any spare right or right before the Derby. So I will have to be ready for the big one. You have the experience that you're a veteran jockey. You know how to prepare yourself for a big event like this. But many jockeys, even a guy like Mike Smith, for example, have told me over the years that it helps them to be doing things during the day. So they're not just sitting there in the jock stream, thinking about that one race. Any concerns there or how would you handle yourself throughout the day? What things will you do to keep your mind active? I will watch the other races. I will talk with my with my French lads on the jokes room. I will do some exercise horse mechanic holes just to get warm and to make my heart beat going higher. And then it's all about the experience. You know, you know that you have to be focused. You know that you have to enjoy the moment. You know that you have to be happy when you enter the track. And then a few moments, a few minutes before the start, then you really get into your bubble. You think about which position which position you will have to get, which force you will have to follow. And it's kind of things that we are used to do daily. Earlier today, we talked about it when the horses were going to come on the track for the oaks and Derby runners. Crown pride was down in the chute, probably ten minutes before the track was even open for the oaks Derby runners. And the exercise rider was just circling him around. And then once they all came out onto the track around pride came onto the main track and he did his thing. And when he was done, he went back into the shoot and circled around for several minutes. Do you know what that was? Because that's something we don't see here with the American horses. Yes, that's something that's kind of routine that they are used to do in Japan. Of course, the track has not the same configuration. There are some little paradox where the horses can jog and get can get warm. So here in America, crown probably is doing this routine on the shoot. So it also shows the host that the track is not the only place where it has to work hard. He can relax on the track. He can have a good time and be happy. Make his job his fast work. And then come back again and relax on the track. So I think for the mentor of the horse, it's very important to work that way. Talking with Jackie Christophe la mer, he will be a board crown pride, the Japanese entrant in this year's Kentucky Derby. Drew pretty well. Drew post position number 7 in the 20 horse field, so that certainly can be an advantage. This will be your first time riding crown pride.
