"Before. We dropped in on paul's letter to the relations. We were hanging out with paul and silas in prison in philip pie and watching them get released. After which point the local authorities apologized for imprisoning them without a trial since their roman citizens today. They had thessalonica where they're staying with. A guy named jason thessalonica is a big port city in greece today with population of about a million people. Except now it's called. This linear eat. It's about a hundred miles from philip. By which is about a four day trip by the way. Paul writes to letters to the church in thessalonica and will read those letters. Tomorrow the guys are in thessalonica for a long time and at one point paulson's a string of three days going to the local jewish synagogue to reason with them about the scriptures. He shows them how jesus is the messiah. The prophets wrote about. Here's one thing. I find interesting about this policy. And just sharing his own personal testimony even though he has a more compelling than anyone i've ever met instead he sharing scriptures testimony of christ. It's true that personal stories are moving for many people but all knows that subjective experiences can also be easily dismissed by anyone who has a different experience so he takes more objective and logic based approach. He sharing facts not feelings. Let scripture speak for itself per usual. The audience is split some believe in some. Don't the ones who believe. Include jews as well as a lot of greeks and a lot of female leaders. The jews who don't believe him for a mob and start a riot and they go to jason's house to try to find the guys when they can't find them they drag jason and a few others out of the house and take them to the authorities like most of the accusers. They're saying that the early church is rebelling against the establishment. This time caesar. In particular they say these men have turned the world upside down. Yes and amen. The effects of the gospel are dramatic. That's the upside down. Kingdom of god jason post bail for everyone and the authorities. Let them go home. This money probably has a bit of a promise attached to it as well in the way that bail money serves as a promise that you'll return for your court date jason's money probably services a promise that paul and silas will leave town. They leave in the middle of the night and head to berea. I up a synagogue. And you know how paul of a good scripture testimony so he shares it and they love it but they don't just take his word. As fact they crack open their scrolls every day and check his words against scripture. They walk in wisdom and humility. They're open to receive but not just anything they'll only receive the truth. And because of that a lot of them believe including greeks and prominent male and female leaders when word gets back to vessel anne. They march over to berea to try to shut it down. So paul packs up to lead silas and timothy stayed behind. When paul gets to athens he sends word that he needs silas and timothy their stat. We don't know why he needed them so urgently. But they don't make it to him for awhile. He's an athens. Maybe with luke we don't know for sure and it's full of idolatry people there worshiped so many different things in part because they were open to many different philosophies they are inundated with religious options and the people love hearing new ideas in fact a lot of the prominent people. Paul encounters are kind of professional seekers. They're always following the current trends which change frequently. It seems like they love to seek. But they don't like to find they prefer to just keep seeking. This is new territory for paul. He's mostly been used to talking to jews or gentiles. Who already have some kind of grasp on the hebrew scriptures but the athenians are not on that page at all. Still there intrigued by paul's message. Not because they're moved by their own sinfulness and god's great mercy but because it's a new idea they hadn't heard yet. Paul is educated and knows how to lean into that when it's helpful so he talks to them in the intellectual language. They understand much. Like jesus did when he used agricultural analogies in his parables to farmers and fishermen paul quotes philosophers and poets their acquainted with. He points out that they know something is missing amidst all their religious paraphernalia. They still have an altar dedicated to an unknown. God he says. I know the god. You're missing. I know the one you're soul cries out for and hasn't found amidst all these other altars and opinions but you didn't make him like you made these idols in their altars. In fact he made you and when he did he was intentional about every detail including the time and location of your birth. It all serves to point you back to him and he calls to repent and turned in so repent because someday he will judge the earth through the one he raised from the dead. Some of the mock the idea of the resurrection but others believe including dyonissis damaris. Today my gotcha was in paul's quote from a greek poet in verse twenty eight. It says in him. We live and move and have our being. Paul clips a quote from culture and pace it into his conversation about god because it speaks to the truth of who got is ultimately. All truth is god's truth anything that is true points back to him the author of truth the way the truth and the life which is kind of what this i says in him we live is the life and move. He's the way and have our being is the very true that the core of who we are and he's wear the joy is tomorrow will be reading first and second thesselonians willing to a short video overview of both books in the show notes. So check those out if you have a chance. Christmas is just around the corner. In fact i know some of you already have your tree and there's no shame in that there's room for all of us here but whether you're tree is up by labor day or if you don't even bother to hang a wreath we can all agree. That christmas is about the joy of god. The son coming to earth and if we learned anything in our reading plan it's the he's wear the joy is so we want to give you a few ways to carry what we've learned here into your christmas decor if you have it and maybe even spread the joy to some others as well. Local Teen’s ‘Big Year’ Breaks Chicago's Cook County Birding Record
"At all. But I have to say one of my favorite things of the fall, and it's It's happened for 10 years or so now. Are they both up there? Well, the so is is when the sand hill cranes fly over and I can hear them and they sound like this count to me. Sounds like turkeys, but they fly high in the air, and I was out for a walk it Ryerson Woods over this weekend. And heard them and was able to see them. I just think it's one of the coolest things. Carl Giammetti is on phone line. He is with the board member of the Chicago Order, Ornithology logical society. There's a story behind that I was too long to tell. And also on a phone line is issue. O'Brien, who set the record for most birds, identified for this year in Cook County for a year, I should say And issue is 17 years old issue. Welcome to W G. N Thank you so much for having me. You bet. Okay, so I didn't know you know what I'm talking about? What? Sandhill cranes. I'm sure right? Yes, I do. And this is the time that they're flying overweight. They fly way up above us. And but you can hear them. They're incredibly loud. Yeah, There are some incredible birds and they will migrate in really huge flocks. They make a lot of noise, too. So I think they definitely stand out to a lot of people whether or not your burger. But anyway yeah. Some of the most incredible migrating birds that passed through this area without a question. Okay, So you have identified well as of the copy I read in the Tribune 282 Birds. Is that where we're standing still? Um, I've actually gained a few more sense than, um I'm hoping that maybe I'll be lucky enough to hit the 2 90 marks, but we'll see one of the most recent ones you've seen. I'm sorry, but I think that I've added a couple. Um, some nice winter finches have been a highlight about it. Evening. Gross speak as well as the white Wing Cross. Still, another one has been spotted Toey and I'm blanking on other 10. The other one. How could I forget? Um, a cast in Sparrow, which is actually Um, one of the very few records of the species in the steak s. Oh, without question one of the most notable birds on my year list for sure. Sandhill cranes sound like for everyone. I'm glad you're okay. And it's just one of those sounds When I hear it. I just look up and I'm always raking leaves or walking somewhere in the fall, So that's pretty cool. Carl Geum Eddie is on the phone line as well from the Ornithological society in his Carl. So my producer Jeff Garlin. All day was mispronouncing and I said, Don't do it again because I want people to do it on the air, and then I screwed it up. But so issues having a quote unquote big year explain what a big year is for me. So essentially what a big year is that Ah Burger will choose a geographic area can be something that small is just your yard or could be something is largest the entire world. But county and state levels are usually probably the most popular ones to do because they're more manageable. And basically from January 1st at you know, at 12:41 A.m. 2 December 31st 11 59 pm You try to see his many different species of bird as you can. The nice thing about this story that I read in the Tribune, um, written by Morgan Green is the cooperation that's involved with other burgers to help someone in their big year. Can you tell me about that? Absolutely. Yeah, it's who did an incredible job, and especially with the added complication of covert closing a lot of like front sights. Hey, really discovered a lot of areas but really tol have a successful big year requires a lot of people sharing information about what birds they're seeing, and that's why I like to kind of say It's obviously issues achievement. He is deserve all the credit. But it also says something about the health of Ah local birding community that they're able to support new, big your records and things like that. So it's really a great thing to see. So is to explain that so you're a home watching TV or having dinner with your family, your phone chirps and all of a sudden, well chirps. How's that for upon you've got to get in the car and chased down the bird. Yeah, that is pretty much how it goes, I think Right now. We're very lucky to live in a time where we have technology at our fingertips. And I think with it a lot of birds as well because people are able to get the word out so quickly. So as soon as I get a call from a friend or a text message from our local Rare bird alert group chat. I will be in the car soon as I possibly can. And how? What's the further you? Did? I read your live in Evanston. Yeah. Okay, So if you're going to Southern Cook County or even Northwestern Cook County that's quite a hook. What's the farthest you've gone to wreck your to identify a bird? I think this year. I mean, I think I've gone is pretty much as far as the boundaries of cook County could take me. Um I'd say probably an hour and hour and 15 minutes is about as far as I've gone you've identified you said about 288 birds so far. You'd like to get to 300 Carl, how many different bird species are in Cook County? Well, you know, it varies based on you know, kind of weather patterns and the type of your it is some years we got more vagrants, Other others we don't but generally believed the cook list is somewhere close to 400. I think a few short of 400 here. So, Yeah, I

"17 years" Discussed on The Bible Recap
"Hey bible readers. I'm barely kabul and i'm your host for the bible recap as he often does today. John gives us a more personal lens into things. Only the apostles experienced. John's been several extra chapters telling us about the final words of jesus to his followers and he covers a lot of ground. So we'll just hit the high points. Jesus has to go away. He says while they won't be able to follow him immediately they'll be able to follow him eventually and eternally yesterday. He told us where he's heading in. Luke twenty two sixty nine he said from now on the son of man shall be seated at the right hand of the power of god. He's going to the right hand of the father and he'll prepare a room for them in his father's house. This idea would be very familiar to first century. Jews when the son in a family gets married the family adds another room to the house where the new extended family can live. So this jesus way of saying your family now the rooms have already been added. I'm going to get them ready. For the arrival of all god's new family members win the time is right jesus also tells them he's the way the truth and the life in other words he's the only connection point between them and the father. No one can bridge the gap between mankind and god. The father except for jesus who is both fully god. And fully man he's the fulfillment of the old testament scriptures and. He's the source of eternal life. He says that seeing him is like seeing the father and according to hebrews one in colossians one the sun is the exact imprint of the father for him to claim to be the way truth in life. That's j- when people say jesus was just a good profit or a good teacher of morality. They must not no. He says stuff like this. Cs lewis said that when. We're confronted with the statements. Jesus made about himself if he really said these things then we're forced to recognize him as either a lunatic aligarh or lord. Either he was crazy and thought he was god in which case he was a false prophet or he was a liar and new. These things weren't true but still acted like they were in which case he wasn't a good moral teacher or he was saying things that really were true. In which case he's lord will link to an article with more info on this idea in the show notes. Jesus also says that his followers will do greater works than him greater. How is that possible. Some think this means his followers will do things that are even more powerful and remarkable than jesus did though honestly. I'm hard pressed to come up with any examples while others point out that the word used for greater here means more so the verse could be saying something like you'll continue to do powerful and miraculous works of god. Even after i'm gone and of cheeses happens to be referring to you actual numbers than think of all the believers throughout all time doing the works of god. Those numbers really add up to more regardless which he means he seems to be saying believers will walk in his power. He also says he'll give them anything they ask in his name. But there are a few things worth pointing out here. I this seems to be in the context of walking out his power and doing these miraculous works. We can't just pull these verses out to make the mean what we want them to mean. Second he says these requests have to be made in his name which ultimately means in accordance with his will because his name and his person heard and his will are inseparable from each other. So it's not like he saying if you asked me for a maserati intact the phrase jesus name amen on at the end then well. My hands are tied and a half to give you the maserati..

Los Angeles, California votes on Proposition 22: Gig Worker Employment Rules
"California's did their part for Biden. There's a lot else going on. Besides the presidential race, Of course, we've got 12 state propositions on the ballot will get those results starting in about 15 minutes. Including the most expensive battle in the history of California initiatives over the future of many gig workers in case CBS reporter Kathy Novak joins us live Now, with more on that as a good that would be the battle over Proposition 22. More money spent on it than on any other proposition. In California history. Most of it about $200 million came from gig companies, including Uber and Lift. They want to see their drivers exempted from 85. That's the labor law that requires those drivers to be classified as employees instead of independent contractors, And if that were to happen, it means they would be eligible for benefits that is sick leave and unemployment insurance now putting it simply opponents of props 20 to say drivers should be entitled to those benefits and protections. Supporters of the proposition, though, say it will allow drivers to maintain their flexibility and that they'll still get some benefits. Not all of them carry who the second been reporting on this, and she will have more on the issues of the yes and on the no side. And as you say, we should start seeing early results shortly, and other proposition will be watching closely is probably 15. "17 years" Discussed on The Bible Recap
"Today. In Chapter, Sixteen God tells Ezekiel, an extended metaphor about his relationship with Israel, and while the overall point of the metaphor is clear. Every commentary I read cautioned against getting into the weeds with this metaphor simply because every comparison breaks down at some level. So we'll just look at it through the lens of regular glasses, not a microscope because that's how most metaphors and parables are intended to be received. So here's what we're looking at. Israel is an abandoned orphan unloved and left to die but then someone the king of the universe by the way rescues this orphan and nurses her back to health. He uses nineteen verbs to describe all he does for the orphan when he rescues her. I passed by you. I saw you. I said to you live I made you flourish I spread the corner of my garment over you. I covered your nakedness I made my vow to you. I entered into a covenant with you bathed with Water I washed off your blood I anointed you with oil I closed you with embroidered cloth I- shod you with fine leather I wrapped in fine linen I covered you with silk I adorn adorned with garments at put bracelets on your wrists and a chain on your neck EPA. Ring on your nose and earrings in your ears and a beautiful crown on your head I bestowed splendor on you. But eventually she loves the kings gifts more than the king himself and because of his care for her she's beautiful. So she trusts in her beauty to get our whatever she wants. She uses all the king's gifts to lure in other lovers. She makes idols out of them. And in a devastating turn of events, she forgets that she was once a helpless child who was rescued and she ends up sacrificing her own children. Dollar tree becomes unsatisfying, but instead of turning away from it, she dives in. I-. Always demands more making us needier and more frantic and insecure. She goes from being a prostitute who receives gifts from her lovers to one who is so desperate for love and security that she gives them gifts to keep them around in verse forty one God says he's about to put a stop to it. All his judgment for her sins will bring them to a screeching halt. He says her sins are even worse than those of Sodom and Gomorrah and notice what God says was the root of Saddam's big problem. We tend to only pay attention to how their problem manifested in one specific way but as always God gets down to the heart of the issue. So what was the heart of Saddam's issue in verses forty nine through fifty God says, behold this was the guilt of your sister Sodom she and her daughters had pride excessive food and prosperous ease, but did not aid the poor and needy. They were haughty didn't abomination before me so I removed them. God addresses their other sins elsewhere in scripture like genesis nineteen and jude one seven and he doesn't ignore their sexual sin here either he addresses the abomination they did but he attaches their actions to their attitudes to their pride and arrogance. God is always digging deeper. And of course, that pride and arrogance manifested in other areas besides their sexual sin and God points those out here too. He had given them so much but they lived in luxury without caring for the poor and needy. and. In the midst of all this God says Jerusalem is Worse Than Sodom, and he promises to punish her for her sin a punishment that looks a lot like death, but he still promises to restore her fortunes in the future. In chapter seventeen, we read a parable that would normally call for glasses, but let's put down our glasses and pull out some binoculars because this one's about bird. God says a Big Eagle who is King Nebi of Babylon, plucks up a shoot like a tiny vine and drops it down again and it grows into a tall vine. The shoot is King Chin the one who surrendered to King Nebbi was captured and then provided for all the days of his life. We read that story in Second Kings Twenty four and twenty five. So we can see how the imagery fits the Eagle plucking up shoot then dropping it down and having grow tall. Then King Nebi does a little more gardening planting kings Edeka in Judah handle things, but unlike the first fine King Chin kings at a Kaya reaches out to a different eagle. Egypt who happens to be flying overhead. Kings is hoping to be plucked up and transplanted, but instead, he'll just wither and die. Egypt is not God's appointed. Eagle. God promised all this a long time ago he sent Jeremiah to warn the kings of Judah to surrender to Babylon. If they wanted to survive, it sounds completely illogical but it was his plan and only Qingcheng follow the plan albeit probably out of fear not surrender everyone else looked for a different escape route than the one God commanded and they got what God promised judgment and exile. But God kept his promise to bless to King Chin thrived even amidst half-hearted obedience because God is Merciful. God wraps up the parable by saying he himself will plant a sprig on the lofty mountains of Israel and it will grow up into a cedar that will bear fruit and make shade and be a home for all kinds of birds. This is a reference to the Messiah and the coming Kingdom and God promises his prophecy will be fulfilled. My God shot today was at the end. Of Chapter, sixteen right after God reprimands Israel for playing the whore and being worse than Sodom Israel has despised God and broken the Covenant and do you know what his responses? Elaine's in he broadens and widens and deepens his relationship with his people by expanding the Covenant. They broke the conditional covenant. So he made an eternal when They forgotten the covenant, but he says he will remember it. They've send against him. An inverse sixty three says he will atone for their sins he will cover the cost himself. Do you see him tipping them off to the plan for the arrival of Jesus on the scene here. This has been his plan all along to restore his people to himself. God's excessive love is shocking and praise inducing. He's wear the joy is. "This militia. We understand. We believe that this was before the shooting although we're not one hundred percent. Sure. So when you see that friendliness between these two groups. Why question to you is being on the ground bare did it appear to you that police needed help from these militias anything that would explain that sort of extremely friendly supportive relationship. I don't know why that would happen It seems a little strange I happen to actually see these particular individuals passing when I pass by them each and every one of them were armed to the teeth. One particular gentlemen had a rap of bullets there had any fifty bullets around his chest, all sporting assault rifles or some sort or another people carrying bats standing in front of this convenience store. it was I never seen anything like that so that's scary and to know that police would. I don't know. Consider. Being, not friendly to them. I mean were at that time doing anything in particular. Soul, I don't want to step on their shoes either they were saying that they were protecting this particular business. I'm not sure if that's the right way to protect business, I don't want to step on them in any way shape or form each person has the right to. Do what they feel. I would just hope that they would do it in a safe manner people having guns out in the public and broad daylight I. Don't think that should happen i. understand it's everyone's right to carry a gun. So please do not get me wrong in any way shape or form I just think it is asking for trouble sometimes But yes, if you do need it and you have to protect your life I would want something to protect my. Life as well. So I don't know Carol I really appreciate your taking the time you know, and I know giving us your your your honest answers to everything and just WanNa, emphasize the interviewers Carol who was there performed CPR and one of the victims categorical that there was no way that that shooting from what she saw was in self defense and I appreciate your time Carol, thank you so very much and I'm so sorry I. Know You did everything you could for that life. Next a number of prominent Republicans have declined invitations to trump's aren't acceptance speech tonight, which is slated to last at least an hour who is choosing to sit this out and why plus the president about to give a speech to a crowd of fifteen hundred, one of his largest since the pandemic began. and this picture of the White House where you can see those who where people are going to be sitting, you may notice that there is absolutely no social distancing. And the president is team slamming. NBA, players over there boycott tonight. They have the financial position where they're able to take a night off from work without having to to have the consequences to themselves financially. So they have that luxury, which is great. Breaking News at least a dozen senators will not be attending president. Trump's aren't speech tonight the white. House where he accepts the Republican nomination for president some coming up with previous commitments, others like senators, crews, and Cornyn home in Texas because of Hurricane Laura and one Mitt Romney, only one was actually not invited by the way it's Corona Virus Times. I don't know previous commitments. Any of these individuals seriously had Jim, Acosta's. Tonight. Jim I'm not not trying to make light of it I'm making the point that this is significant. It's more than twenty percent of Senate Republicans not going to be there what does the White House saying about this? The White House is saying they understand they know they know that not every lawmakers going to be able to make it to the president's speech tonight but you're right about a dozen Republican senators have so far confirmed through their offices that they're not going to be in attendance for the president's speech later on tonight here at the White House but I will tell you it is interesting one of the Republican officials I spoke to. About this a short while ago said that corona virus considerations were very likely to be a part of the determinations of of some of these lawmakers not to attend Aaron. You Know Senator Ted Cruz Senator John. Cornyn. They're going to be in Texas tonight because they're dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Laura. Senator Tim Scott said he had another engagement this evening of the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell he is not. Going to be here tonight, as you know he, he is up there in years and he has been taking this corona virus outbreak very seriously encouraging people to wear mass much more than the president But one of the things we can tell you about the setting here tonight on the South Lawn of the White House Aaron is that they don't seem to be taking the coronavirus Mary. Seriously there are hundreds. Of chairs lined up for attendees to be sitting in, they'll be sitting shoulder to shoulder Already. Tonight, we can see many of the attendees are not wearing masks and I I can tell you from talking to a senior administration official earlier today that convention planners were not in consultation with the corona virus task. I the the task force that works for the White House about safety precautions for tonight's proceedings. Really no words for that. That stuff at this point. All Right Jim. Thank you very much. Just look for yourself everybody. All right. I want to go now to Scott Jennings who was a special assistant to President George W Bush Karen Finney the former communications director for the DNC and our political director. David Challen Scott. Let me start with you tonight though because we're just getting this breaking news right more than twenty percent of Senate. Republicans are not going to be there tonight we're president trump who is the leader of their party will accept the nomination I understand. There's all sorts of reasons in each individual case. It's a big deal when twenty percent of your own party in the Senate isn't going to show up at your nomination speech does this look bad for him? Scott. At truthfully, I, don't think so I mean the Senate is not in session they're all back home. A lot of them are doing small events heard you discussing Jim Mitch McConnell. I've seen in the press that he's out traveling around and visiting rural hospitals for instance to talk about Corona virus. So. I don't I would not expect people to get on a plane and fly back to Washington to listen to a speech especially when this is not a traditional convention, the most of the speeches have had crowd at all. So this doesn't really this isn't really got you got. The majority leader who is takes krona virus seriously who's going around to hospitals to visit people who might be sick with corona virus and not showing up at the acceptance speech for the nomination of his presidential nominee I mean I know you've gotta try to spin it but I don't see how that looks good. It's not I. If this were normal convention I imagine all Republican Congressional people would be at the convention or most of them. It's not a normal convention virtually no one is in Washington for this. So doesn't again just doesn't concern me David I kind of with Scott on this Erin I don't I don't see this as. A huge problem two reasons one, I think sort of what the political class does is not necessarily reflective of something larger in terms of what's going on with the Republican Party and the Republican Party support of president trump and we had heard when the party was I looking at Charlotte, and then when it was moving to Jacksonville at that time, we'd heard a lot of members weren't going to be attending the convention out of these coronavirus concerns. The pictures you're showing on the South Lawn or a concern in the way that people are not socially distanced there and people are not wearing masks I would imagine a lot of those senators who who chose not to come forward the speech probably you're thinking maybe that was the wise health decision to make. Yeah. Now you above you're saying I, just think if they you know they know what they're saying I hear you. It's not going to sway anybody's point of view or anything like that. But you know if they wanted to be there, they'd be there. Karen you just heard. President trump is going to address racial unrest tonight in his speech that's Jim's reporting his chief of Staff Mark Meadows says he has seen the video of Jacob Blake and the shooting right seven times in the back but the president obviously has not yet spoken publicly about budget of Blake, case in the four day since since we've all seen that.

"Next the Breaking News Jacob Blake the twenty nine year old Wisconsin Man Shot Multiple Times by police is conscious and talking this according to Andrew Young. He just spoke to Blake's father and I'm going to speak to Andrew Yang about what he learned from him and what the family wants you to know and more breaking news prosecutors file six charges including homicide against the seventeen year old over those deadly shootings in Wisconsin and several prominent Republican senators declining an invitation to trump's acceptance speech at the White House tonight why let's go out front? Good evening I'm Erin Burnett out front tonight the breaking news new details about. Jacob Blake, the twenty nine year old black man shot seven times in the back by police in Wisconsin. CNN is learning tonight. The Blake is now cuff to his hospital bed lakes family telling seeing unquote this is an insult to injury. He is paralyzed and can't walk and they having cuff to the bed. Why? Asked about that tonight the governor of Wisconsin said, he can't imagine why Blake would be tough to the bed and former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang tweeting tonight that he has spoken with Blake's father. He said Blake's first question after he woke up was quote daddy why did they shoot me so many times? Andrew Yang is going to be with me in just a moment and you'll hear what else Blake's told him what his father wants you all to know. We are still awaiting an answer from officials as to why Blake appears to be restrained cover to his bed and why he was shot so many times and we are waiting for any comment at all about this case from president trump was four days ago that Blake was shot. Still the president has said nothing about that today he was given the chance asked repeatedly about the case. Legal. Action. I WanNa know the reporter there did mistakenly say Blake had been killed but the president is you saw would not respond to anything there. Blake is, of course alive in the hospital again, trump silent on the shooting of yet another black man by police and that that silence is glaring because he has been willing to speak about the whole situation specifically about some of the reaction on the first night or to to it. We will put out the fire we will put out the flames and we will stop the violence very quickly. And yet trump has not condemned seventeen year old trump supporter was accused of shooting and killing. Two. People killing two people in. Kenosha on Tuesday night. We're GONNA have a lot more on that. Coming up I. Omar Jimenez is out front in Kenosha Wisconsin Omar. There are so many unknown details in the Blake case. So many things that at this point simply just don't make sense from the data points that we've been given. What more are you learning tonight? Well, right now, at this point, know the Wisconsin Department of Justice is still piecing through this investigation trying to get it to a place where they can turn it over to the Kenosha county attorney's office, and they would decide whether to pursue charges they've identified one of the officers the officer that pulled the trigger seven times officer rusted shaky but they also say there are two other officers that have yet to be named that The DOJ is looking at is probably the best to. Use In regards to that. Now, just a few moments ago Governor Tony. Everts here in Wisconsin. Ten Governor Mandela wrapped the press conference where they say they scope to the Jacob Blake family and some of what you were touching on before you came to me, they were horrified the fact that they were hearing from the family that he was handcuffed especially as we have heard from those who have spoken to him that he is conscious. Now, another thing they spoke about over the course that press conference. was about what we may see tonight they of course, we are under that new curfew that is set to go into a place an hour from now, which is an hour earlier than what we started this week with and governor ever specifically have words for the outside agitators that he described saying to them. If you're coming to this city of Kenosha with long guns to absolutely say home, of course, alluding to what we saw two nights ago where two people were killed and a third was. Injured over an incident and shooting with a long gun, and then as far as what we're going to see moving forward in the rest of the week about some of the issues that are sort of brewing here in the pain Lieutenant Governor Mandela, Barnes basically said that the problem and he took it very personally. What happened again two nights ago with the shooter saying the problem here is there are questions about whether Jacob Blake had a knife or was potentially even going for knife in the front. Door of his vehicle when he says, there is clear video of the shooter on Tuesday walking away from the scene walking past police and being able to do so freely and he says when that's the case, then you really have a problem. Yeah. All Right, Oh, my we're GONNA have much more on that in just a moment everything. We know about that that alleged shooter I. WanNa go now though to Andrew Yang former Democratic presidential candidate, a political analyst now of for US Andrew I'm I'm I'm glad to talk to you unfortunately under these circumstances and I know you did just speak to Jacob Blake's father what led to that conversation Andrew. Someone, reached out to me and said that their their family would like to hear from me. Of course, I feel like I'd be thrilled to lend whatever support I could. And it was heartbreaking Aaron where Jacob Blake's father said that he was glad to see his son awake but that his son's first. Question or first words to him were daddy why did they shoot me so many times and. He described that he remembered being shot five times and he didn't remember the sixth and seventh because he must have gone to shocker lost consciousness. and. He also described how his his son is handcuffed to the bed and was very angry at that. His message to us was to say, my son is a human being and it made me very heartbroken because. Like how is it that we're having this conversation that his sons humanities in question because he was treated so brutally? By the officer in the situation. So as a parent I shared what I could in terms of the grief, but it's unthinkable. What is entire families experiencing right now? it is can I just ask you Andrew about this because it? It's disturbing and it makes no sense. When you talk about humanity you know I knew we heard from from his uncle that he handcuffed and now Jacob. Lakes father is telling you that his son is restrained but obviously. We know at this point that he is paralyzed. I don't understand. was he able to to tell you anything about that? His father actually used the word chains Aaron. He said, why is my son chained up? And there's obviously no reasonable explanation for why someone who? is paralyzed from the waist down would have handcuffs on, but his father actually used the word chains. So you also asked Jacob Blake's father. His Jacob Lake Senior. If there was a message that could share on behalf of the family and I know he was you know wanted you to share everything you shared with us but there was also something else. I know that he he told you what was it He said that he wants to see that there was one system of justice in the United States of America and not the two that he seeing right now one system has the son being shot in the back seven times, and the other has an active shooter with the weapon out just walking right by police immediately after killing two people and so he you can sense the frustration and anger in his voice when he talked about how his son was treated relative to how this young shooter from Illinois was treated. And you know. It just to that point right president trump has talked about the violence and he's going to put out the flames. He has not though said anything about Jacob. Lake and what happened to him being shot seven times in the back Did Blake's father talk at all.

"This is CNN breaking news. Welcome to our viewers here in the United States and around the world I will flip through the situation room. We're following multiple breaking stories this hour including the arrest of a seventeen year old male who's now been charged in a shooting that killed two people during protests last night and Kenosha Wisconsin police say his motive is unclear. Another curfew in the city goes into effect just hours in an effort to prevent a third night of demonstrations against the police shooting of Jacob Blake who was another are the Justice Department. Here in Washington just confirmed it sending. Federal law enforcement officers to help with the response, and we've also just learned another major developing story that the NBA playoff games. All three of them tonight have been postponed in protest of the shooting of Jakup like this is a major story will update you on that as well. Meanwhile, there's breaking news involving the coronavirus pandemic. The death toll has now topped one hundred, seventy, nine, thousand people with more than five point eight million cases in our sources telling CNN that the CDC was actually pressured pressured from top down to change guidelines recommended fewer people here in the United States be tested. Following all of that plus Hurricane Laura. Now, a powerful category four storm churning toward the Gulf coast and expected to make a potentially devastating landfall. Later tonight, we have a new forecast that's just out for the National Hurricane Center lots of news unfolding but let's begin with the breaking news and Wisconsin CNN's Omar Jimenez on the scene for his nose Yep Omar very disturbing developments where you are as the city is about to go under an earlier curfew for the third night. That's right wolf well, for starters today was really the first day we've heard from law enforcement in any substantial way since Jacob Blake was, and as you mentioned, we are going to see a curfew put in place an hour earlier than we had seen in previous nights in an attempt as officials tell me to try and deal with some of these demonstrations under more daylight as opposed to purely at night like we've seen in the past as law enforcement here has dealt firsthand with the pain and anger in this community, and in some cases like we saw last night deadly violence a warning some of what you're about to see may be considered. A contentious. And at times violent night in Kenosha Wisconsin for a third night in a row. And in the late night hours. Someone appears to go to the ground and then opens fire. Last. Night police say two people were killed and a third seriously injured. What I can't you is what led to. The disturbance the that led to the the use of deadly force. By this person, a seventeen year old suspect Rittenhouse from a nearby Illinois town was rested. Police haven't confirmed is the same person seen and videos from the scene but he is charged with first degree homicide. Yesterday I had a person, call me and say, why don't you deputize citizens who have guns to come out and patrol the city of Kenosha? And I'm like. Oh Hell No. The And what happened last night and cheapness Guinness is going to talk about it was probably the perfect reason why I wouldn't. And with more demonstrations expected, Wisconsin Governor Tony Verse says he's adding to the amount of national guard. He's authorizing making five hundred of them available to go along with local law enforcement response already bolstered from other jurisdictions. The governor's office saying they denied the president offered to send federal assistance but that the F. B. I. will help support the State response? But at the center of all of this is a family calling for peace and with one of their own clinging to life shot my son. Seven Times. Seven. Like he didn't matter. But my son matters Jacob, lakes. Injuries ranging from the vertebrae two holes in his stomach. I think if it was done at police officer that person would be charged with attempted murder. I don't think there's any question especially with the benefit of a Video Camera. Which shook clearly shows the crime being committed. Meanwhile, the investigations into how this interaction with police ended with seven shots. The back are still ongoing as a federal law enforcement official tells CNN the US Department of Justice and FBI are also reviewing the case. Now as for the suspect still didn't get an explanation from law enforcement why this person wasn't taken into custody at the scene of person that's pending extradition to Wisconsin. Now as for what we may see tonight again, expect more of these demonstrations and the Sheriff said that those who are out past curfew will be met with assertive force while the world watches in real time and reacts in real time even in the NBA, the Milwaukee Bucks centered not far from here in Kenosha deciding to postpone their playoff game against the Orlando Magic as the senior vice president put it for the bucks. Some things are just bigger than basketball. We'll very dramatic develop in fact, all three of the playoff games that have been scheduled for today they've been postponed as well. Omar Jimenez. Thank you very much. Let's get some more on the breaking news the postponement of all three NBA playoff games tonight it began with the sudden boycott by the Milwaukee Bucks of their playoff game against the Orlando Magic are sports analysts USA. Today. Call, Christine Brennan has joining us right now. So Christine, give us some perspective I'm a basketball fan. You're a basketball fan. This is truly an extraordinary protest. Absolutely. Well, if we have rarely seen anything quite like this in the sports world where athletes would go to this extreme understandably. So to make their voices heard for those whose voices are not being heard the NBA has always had. Its fingers on the pulse of it's a our country in the community probably more than other leagues. Certainly the black community and when we see another unarmed black man shot. A we've seen this throughout over the last forty eight hours or so wolf NBA players in particular speaking up Lebron James The coaches the La Clippers Doc rivers within passion tearful press conference where he spoke about loving this country even as it doesn't love back the words of a beloved coach Longtime Nba Star and now we see the ultimate playoffs seven. This is what you play for. Right. This is what sports athletes lift for is that moment and to basically give it up to say, no, we're not coming out of the locker room and then to watch the league. Incorrectly as only the NBA can figure this out quickly and say, that's it. We're not GONNA play Games.

If I talk person to president trump. I feel he could feel my heart. No. I don't want this to happen. I believe. That he should do Daniel Levy clemency for what he did. Is Prison, without any chance of parole. Right and so it's important to note that these these family members of the victims do not have a political agenda and cannot plausibly be accused of that We sometimes see prosecutors trying to dismiss families of victims who oppose the death penalty as basically just bleeding hearts who are trying to push their agenda. That is obviously not the case here. Because this particular family member is a staunch supporter of Donald Trump and she said I. don't want this, do not do. Do it in my name. She actually tried to halt the execution in an earlier lawsuits because she felt that if she couldn't stop it, she was at least obligated to attend, but she could not attend during it when it was basically impossible to fly especially for an elderly woman, and so she said please. Department of Justice just delay this execution so that I can at least be there and the Department of Justice, said no and fought her successfully in court. And I think. The Department of Justice like virtually all prosecutors has a use for victims and victims families who don't fit into the victim industrial complex. By which I mean, the entire structure by which victims are lifted up as voices of for harsh draconian criminal laws We've seen if you ever go to some kind of a press conference where law enforcement is opposing criminal justice reforms. You can assure yourself that there will be victims and victims family members there who will stand up and say you know. My mother was murdered and I don't want the killer going free, or my sister was assaulted and I don't want more people to suffer that same faith, and who has the heart to tell those victims?.

"Row for triple murder. And, the facts were on his case horrific. Back in Nineteen ninety-six Lee killed two adults and an eight year old child, while he and a Co conspirator were looking for guns and money to fund their White Supremacist Organization, obviously, this was a terrible crime and I don't want to downplay the details here, but what seem to come out at trial was that Lee was not the ringleader of this plan. Lease Co conspirator was the ringleader and. Basically Lee went along with it, but he according to testimony at trial, a fair amount of evidence came out that it wasn't even Lee who killed the child, but it was his co conspirator guy named Chevy Ki-ho now here's another interesting fact. Chevy ki-ho is still alive, and he will remain alive because he was sentenced to life in prison, while Lee was sentenced to death, even though they were both accused of the exact same crime. Accused of the exact same crime both convicted of murder, and it was established very clearly trial that Ki-ho was the ringleader, and so you have this weird situation where the guy who who spearheaded it all, and who actually committed the most egregious murder got life in prison, whereas the guy who tagged along with him, ended up getting the death penalty. And I think it's notable that both the judge in the case and the prosecutor didn't think that Daniel. Lee Sentence was fair. The judge even wrote this letter where he kind of it's a little bit of a mea culpa like hey, there were some misunderstandings here, and this is just my opinion, but this doesn't seem to make sense right, so the judge later said essentially I'm sorry that this was a bad sentence and the P- The federal prosecutors at the time of the trial, asked the Justice Department to reduce the requested sentenced to life in prison and say we're fine with life in prison for Daniel Lee. And the.

"He complains along with his fellow conservatives that the death penalty has stopped in many parts of the country, not because the people wanted to, but because these drug companies and foreign nations. Are Refusing to supply these chemicals and abolitionists. Opponents of the death penalty are exerting strong political pressure on them to continue doing so so how did William Bar and the Justice Department settle on this one drug PENCO barbasol? So this drug is widely available. It's much easier to obtain than the drugs in the three-drug cocktail that was used for so long and so bar, said look. We have access to Pinto Barbie doll. It has been used in the past to execute people, and it has seemed to work, and so we're just going to give people a big old overdose of it, and that will be our method of execution. No physicians had stood up and said No. Actually giving this overdose of pentobarbitone can be really bad right? Yes, the problem with this drug is that it appears to induce this condition called. FLASH PULMONARY DIMA. which produces the sensation of drowning and fixation as best we can tell it makes you feel like you're being waterboarded by a chemical, and you start to thrash about you feel intense pain, excruciating, suffering and Most of the medical data indicates that you feel it before you die so the Justice Department Came in and said we understand that some people think that Pinto barbasol causes this condition and. It has been observed to cause this condition, but we think it only happens after the prisoners have been rendered unconscious, so it may look like they're writhing in agony, but they're probably already out of it, so it's perfectly humane and constitutional to kill them this way. Because to the extent, they'll experience pulmonary Dima. Their brains will be switched off and they won't even know they're going through it. And this was the question that the courts were trying to resolve when the case came before the Supreme Court this week, right? That's right and it was a pretty narrow question because. He and his fellow inmates on death row had just asked for a dose of an opioid before getting the pentobarbitone opioids like morphine or Fenton, Hill that would dole their pain and render them sort of like half asleep in a state of calm euphoria so that if they did experience pulmonary Dima, then they wouldn't actually feel the physical suffering. They would just sort of drift off. And so it wouldn't seem like a big ask to just give them some sentinel. That is a legal substance. The government could certainly get its hands on it. There's no e you export ban on its and yet the Justice Department said no, because it seemed to see this objection as just another frivolous attempt to delay the execution, and that's how the Justice Department framed its opposition this. They said look. We've seen so many objections already. They oppose the chemical. They oppose the method. Did they say they deserve clemency Yada Yada? We just want to kill this guy already, and we don't think that you should take seriously his last minute claim that he deserves an opioid before he's put to death. It stood out to me that in this ruling from the Supreme Court. That allowed the execution to move forward. no-one authored it. It was just an opinion without someone. Standing behind it. That's pretty rare right. It is relatively rare, but it is increasingly common for these late night decisions that the court hands down. 'cause public backlash for instance, the instantly notorious decision that forced Wisconsin voters..

"Earlier this week. The Supreme Court did something it does very rarely. It issued a major opinion. A life or death decision it two in the morning. Normally, when the Supreme Court issues a late night order. It means that someone has been burning the candle on a descent marches of stern covers the supreme court for slate. He was waiting on this opinion and I think that's what happened here. It looks like justices Brier, injustice, soda, my are. Both penned these descents kind of at the last minute, because the court did not have this case on its docket. Until suddenly the defendant here or Daniela was banging on the courthouse door, saying please don't let them kill me, but a few hours after the Supreme Court's ruling Daniel. Lee was executed. Five out of the nine justices ruled the lethal injection that the federal government plan to administer was perfectly legal. This decision was the culmination of months of planning on the part of the Justice Department. which had originally scheduled execution for December? It fulfilled a trump administration promise no more waiting around for prisoners on federal death row at I, think what the trump administration, and what Attorney General Bill Bar have been trying to do here is just relentlessly rescheduling these executions almost like an office assistant, who knows a meeting really has to happen and doesn't want his boss to keep blowing it off key throwing it on the calendar, and yes, things intervene, and yes, it gets delayed, but if it just keeps going up there enough times eventually, it will happen. That was bill strategy and as of Tuesday morning it worked. After the execution took place, William. Bar released a statement. And he said today Lee finally faced the justice. He deserved the American people have made the considered choice to permit capital punishment for the most egregious federal crimes and justice was done today. and. I read that statement. And I just thought has the American public media considered choice here like when we consider the choice. What are we actually say? Well that may be a question for a priest or rabbi. In the death penalty space and anti-death-penalty space. There's been this kind of long stretch where people would say well. It's been five years without a federal execution ten years without a federal execution fifteen years without a federal execution, and so it felt like a kind of momentous occasion that this nearly two decade long stretch has come to a screeching halt. Today.

"17 years" Discussed on The Bible Recap
"Hey Bible readers. I'm barely Kabul and I'm your host for the Bible Recap? Biza is primarily concerned with warning God's people about their sins today he launches into the first fifteen chapters of prophetic speeches or oracles to a bunch of Pagan nations and we'll find out why. He starts out with Babylon which is one of the ruling powers of the ancient world. They're the ones who will take the people of Judah into captivity Jerusalem falls and about one hundred years, and in today's reading God pronounces eight prosthetic judgment on them for the thing they haven't done yet. God's sovereignty shows up right off the bat in this scenario in thirteen three, he refers to Babylon as my consecrated ones. As far as they're concerned, they have not consecrated themselves to Yali. No, sir, but the point of this terminology is to show that God has consecrated them or set them apart for his own purposes. He has a plan to use them and their sinful ways to work out his long-term plans to bless his people initially through discipline, but then restoration. Babylon will think they're doing their own thing, but they'll be fulfilling God's plan and the fact that it's written out more than one hundred years in advance serves as evidence that the idea didn't originate with them. Then even though God is using their sin to accomplish his will, as he does with all sin, he still punishes it as he does with all sin, so he tells them how they will eventually be overtaken in return for what they did to his people. This is the kind of big picture sovereignty that it's hard to wrap our minds around sometimes. It's the Kinda thing that can feel threatening to our ideas of self sovereignty, and it's Ok to wrestle with that. But what I always come back to. Is that ultimately I'm really glad I'm not self sovereign I. Know My heart to well to wish that on anyone. So bad things you're about to happen I to Judah at the hands of Babylon and then to Babylon for what they did to Judah, they'll both be destroyed. For Babylon, the end of the story is judgment and desolation. But for God's people, the end of the story is restoration and fulfillment. The people of Babylon which probably represents all the ruling. Powers of the world will eventually attach themselves to the peoples of the restored Israel and offer themselves as servants. That's how juxtaposed things will be from where they are now. Oh, how the tables will turn! Chapter, fourteen paints this story in an interesting way, remember how prophecy can often speak to or more stories at the same time, and how it can also speak truth about things that have happened in the past. Some scholars believe that's what we're seeing here in fourteen, twelve fifteen. What's for certain is that Isaiah. Speaking about what will happen to the King of Babylon the lose all his power and position to arrogant attempts to exalt himself. What's possible is that Isaiah is paralleling the king situation to the story of a high ranking angelic being someone referred to as day, Star or star of the dawn in most translations, some translations listed as Lucifer. That's the Latin translation of the English word. Were Day star or star of the Dawn? Either way it's a common noun, not a proper name. Regardless what you call him. This angelic being decided he wanted to be God instead of serve God and that's when he was cast down from heaven. There are some possible overlap between this passage and Ezekiel twenty eight eleven seventeen, which seems to point to the same idea we'll post a link in the show notes with a bit more info on this, but it's something. Hold with a really open.

"I know where you're going with And I saw this by the way. This is The actress Denise Dow's playing Professor Whatever her name is Professor Harried Stat strathmore actually winds up coming back on the show. As a different character the principle of West Beverly High for twenty-three Morales responding. That's what we've been saying on hooked on. Tj Hooker the responding this TV thing because again like you don't expect these episodes to come back to this barely. Whatever you don't even know if the show is gonNA continue exactly also this woman a played I. It's not a huge role in the movie. But she's also Marlon Wayans mother in fucking requiem for a dream. She POPs up in a lot of stuff she's good. I like her She was in Ray. Yeah I think they saw in this episode that she will talk down to Brendan. I think that's why she got the big with the and the they're like get competitive with the creepy twins and Brandon's like Oh we're fucking losing or whatever but Brenda keeps bringing up. I don't know about this Glenn Situation. We go to the art gallery. Actually we I go to school and we're talking about it. She invites Keller whatever and she starts asking Kelly. All these awkward questions about like. What is it like when your parents get divorced? What's it like to have an alcoholic mother? It's like I'm candy for all these questions. Kelly because your mother's a fucking train wrecks. Let me just remind you really quick about the fashion show less. There's one bit of on location shooting here. I wanted to point out because it was interesting. Glenn gives the invite to the art show while they're like on a walk around those like canals in L. A. I don't know what the name of them is. But there's a footbridge that they're on In this scene and he's doing like Javer play. What if and that the other thing that footbridge did you guys recognize up any chance? I'm sure it's a ton of stuff. I recognize it immediately from the first nightmare on ELM street movie. There's a scene where Heather Lang Camp Johnny Depp. Talking about what's going on with her and it's it's earlier in the movies that they don't know about Freddie and shit see I don't think but the two of them have that conversation like on that exact footbridge we hold on doesn't make any sense at movie takes place in Ohio. They shut that movie in Ohio. Steve we'll talk about rented. Hollywood from Glenn. No broken hearts on the pod today so they go to this fashion. Show Kelly's wearing art art art gallery. Oh Art Gallery a fucking insane outfit. It's like gold chains over black dress again. Designed by Frank Miller himself like a nightmare situation like there is. There's a there's plenty of Donna in this episode. There should be. Yeah in the advice. Seen when she's asking Kelly all about shit. Donna is also there with Brandon. This sort of like walking the hallway because this is where you also have. David is like there's a quick cut away to David de like showing Scott like Hey Scott. I think this is a little something like this is how my audition is going to go. And he's like free styling in the hallway all the kids in the hallway start booing immunity except for the one black kid who starts dead thinking like. Oh that kids rapid. I'm dance. Yeah Dude. What are we look? Look guys know Tories charming? Nobody's really drawn in by her. But here's the idea here fellas. What if you embarrassed her terribly in every scene she's in? I think that would really be good for Don I and and Tori as well. She's back at the at the art gallery openings. She has nothing to do. Just sucking air out of the room in same that like a and like you know we have been complaining or maybe just me about like the lack of the tertiary characters getting their own shit just yet. I understand. It's early goings of the show and whatnot. But Donna's specifically dude it's like she is just a glorified extra she is. There's once where they're walking down there talking about all the events of the episode. She doesn't say a word and like Tori. Spelling is not like reacting properly. You know what I mean. It's just like staring literally staring into space. 'cause it's one of those like I'm a bad actor that when I know I have a line coming up exactly like embody the scene and live in it. So I'm not reacting to other characters and every line is like a gus to win it just like like you're going through this space and looking at the and they stop at one and and fucking Donna and you believe it you could be up there. One day a their thing. Yeah anyway so Donna. Could you not be here thank you? Hey Brenda did that tumbleweed. Just say somebody Kelly by the way wants to fuck Glenn in a big bed way. Brenda. Yeah well. She read even says the creepiest light of the episodes. I wish you'd flirt with me and not my mom. Yeah exactly e- Wow Glenn. Had you know the older lady now? We can get her daughter. Maybe potential and I have to say it fucking totally tracks guys because remember a few weeks ago when Brenda totally had the hots for the teacher when she took the baby sitting Gig and she also in the first episode. She's after the fucking forty year old guy who tells us using the fraternity or would all right. Yeah forgot about that guy to her friend. Kelly bangs Jake. Who's like Forty eight years. Old Glenn is like the Gray Fox Jed eye whereas Roger Madman is the Gray Fox. Yeah likely the Glenn is like going after age appropriate. Women just wants a nice life supposed to pick up. One marriage doesn't want escape an entire childhood or anything like that. Just their break-up one marriage there is. You're totally right on their age. Appropriate thing Chris because in this scene You get to see all of his like conquests come like. Oh Hey glen has gone Glenn Avid Seen Awhile like and it's very implied that he's fucked the mall. Rooster has sex with all I know. Man That reminds me Steve. You're you're you're saying a line from Seinfeld. That is a character reacting to something Frank Costanza said by the way just. Rip Jerry Stiller Man. We haven't had a chance to say it on the air yet. Parking total legend man titled I. You'll be missed. You cannot watch the anything he does that. Show not laugh. You're literally left out loud. Yep So love just the woman coming up. And he's like you're gonNA blow it. Get outta here Kimberly. You are ready goodbye. Because she's like. Oh Hey shut the fuck up oh. Asid you want to get some fresh smog outside. That's a joke. That only I've made about LAS. I invented it also coined the term Pardon my French. Excuse me that was me Larry Cohen. I created that I've been making Mitt for decades. There's a thing in the art gallery scene here. Where it's like Brenda Kelly Donna Brandon. They're talking about one of the paintings photographs or whatever and they're talking about what they see anything. Did I get this wrong here? When Brandon at one point is like saying what he thinks about the photograph is he doing also Marlon Brando impression. Guess and it doesn't make any sense. I Okay I was like what the fuck is this guy talking about. Why is he doing a Marlon Brando? In right now and a poor one at that that goes without saying they go outside. They're having more emotional conversations and they just start making out man. I'M READY TO SETTLE DOWN. Cindy but I'm not ready to settle your wallet and Brenda like a fucking NARC. Breaks out completely well she. She doesn't see the kids. It's not like At the codfish ball speaking of madman when Sally Sees Julia Ormond Give Roger a blowjob. And that one's Oh God I haven't thought about that and along party that he's like wearing black facing now. This is a different party. It's Julia Ormond. You've I do not believe Julia. Penelope was unmatched. Like I said. Seth Lord Roger. That's right it's Jerusalem on. She does a French accent. So that that even confuses it even more Anyways so they make out and Cindy goes home and I needed to find this out because like it's it's it's Brendan Kelly. They're downstairs in the kitchen as always it loved this fucking kitchen just hanging around this kitchen love in the kitchen dude. So she's just like I don't know I'm not ready for my parents get divorced. And She Kelly. What's it like? It's just like it's fucking terrible? What do you want me to say? What's it like being divorced kid? Imagine a lot more trips to circus liquor. They at least don't do the standard response to something like that in pop culture which is the aggressiveness. Yes the music reaction of multiple holidays. Yeah well you get two Christmases now. He had but also meanwhile city walls. Because she's making the better Brenda doesn't see them make out but she could tell her. Mom's mood is very weird. She comes home and starts playing the Stereo Brenda's like she never listens to music like this. Fyi It's standard bullshit. Who Package it is. But I looked it up. It's fucking Chris Chris Isaac Song originally there ass.
