Contribute as Leo Terrell and clay Travis, both hammered the agreement. Tyrell a civil rights attorney who was black said, it's racist. It's discriminatory. It's illegal. It should be invalidated immediately. I read what the union says. They said they want students to have teachers that look like them. Wrong. The students need teachers who will educate them. Educate, not what they look like. Did you ever fully follow it has to look like you, you don't relate to it if it doesn't look like you? You know, I grew up in orthodox Jew. I'm still religious, though not as quite as observant as then. I am quite observant, but not as just say this for the sake of truth and just full disclosure, but anyway, I grew up in an orthodox home where, in which we wore the Jewish skullcap, the yarmulke. And I remember thinking there was not a single textbook that I used that had an illustrations in which any of the figures were yamato. And I remember thinking, so what?

We, As a Nation, Have Drifted so Far of Course

"It's just astonishing that we as a nation in America have drifted, drifted, drifted so far from governing ourselves from being responsible for electing leaders that we know are doing what is right, what it is the will of we the people to do. And we now have a deep state, a bureaucratic state, an administration that seems to me to be working against the founders view of America against we the people, it is the kind of a nightmare none of us thought we could see in our lifetimes. But we're seeing it before our eyes. What happened a year ago, August 15th in Afghanistan is just one example of a level of wickedness, evil, against suffering people. So what do you think we can do politically? I mean, there are many people that are serious Christians who don't vote. I just want to say shame on you, folks. If your theology led you to that, your theology could lead you to do every kind of sick thing. That's between you and God, but I'm here to let you know that is unacceptable and you're wrong. You're not just wrong. You're harming people.

Sebastian Talks About the Lies Behind Jan. 6 With Rep. Troy Nehls

"First things first, got to talk about it at January 6th. You have been digging into the documents for over a year now. It is the subject of your book. What are the things that the people in power don't want the American people to know about those four hours? Well, what you're seeing from this January 6th sham committee on televisions across America. Now, I know they're not getting the ratings they would like beni Thompson is the puppet and Nancy's the puppet master. You've got Liz Cheney and Adam kenzie gunner. But this book really talks about all the things that they're not talking about. They don't want to talk about the intelligence that the leadership of the capitol police had. Before the event. Before the event weeks leading up to the event. Telling them that they need to prepare. That's right. The capitol police leadership team, specifically the intelligence section, they produced three reports, intelligence reports, dating back to December 15th, December 30th, and then January 3rd. And I highlight all this in the book. And if you would have read that 14 page report, that intelligent summary on January 3rd, you'd have read a paragraph, you would have said, as an entry level law enforcement officer would have said, we need to have the National Guard here, the following day.

Amber Heard's Legal Team Are Trying a New Trick

"No, I wish it screwed finally Amber Heard. Amber has legal team is now claiming that one of the jurors, you heard this story for about two weeks. One of the juries who started the trial was not the actual person who was actually called for jury duty and tricked the court. And now amber's lawyers want the verdict tossed out. So back on June 1st, we all know a jury of 5 men and two women ruled in favor, Johnny, gave him 10 million bucks in compensatory damages, 5 million in punitive damages, and the state caps punitive damages at 350 K blah blah blah. So amber didn't look totally loose, but the jury later declared that Johnny's former lawyer remained the same Paralympic interview with the daily mail. Blah blah blah, she gets 2 million. No one cares. We all knew Johnny won unanimously. Now they believe and what gets me is she just wanted to move on from this. That's all she said, a lot of the crime, the tears, they believe that one of the jurors, tournament 15, never received the summons. At the time, amber's lawyers didn't know how someone who was not summoned for jury duty got into the jury pool, but now they think they know. There was a new documents filed the other day in Virginia again. And amber's lawyers claim that a jury summons went to this person's house with two people at the same name live. One of them is 77. One is 52, okay? The 77 year old was the one who was summoned, but the 52 year old showed up and eventually became druid on the 15th. Now, some people think that the 77 year old and the 52 year old also share the first name about amber's doctor don't mention that. So that's a problem for her lawyers to deal with. But it may be a case of like, you know, maybe the sun thinking as far as jury, some of those for him, but amber's finally says that the 52 year old knew damn right that he would trip in

Had he said that then it starts at over in afghanistan who is monitoring a secret chat room on. Get this what's app. Where the taliban shares grizzly videos and plots murder He downloaded this and he said it to me and shared it with general balzac who accommodated on an for a story that i have but i mean they're just celebrating their they have the poor army afghan army soldier lying on his back in a desert with decapitated head sitting on his chest and one of the Taliban holds the head by the hair and then they start chanting that The supreme leader of the taliban is a great person and god is great and guerrilla fighters. And then they said shoot him shoot him. He has to look like he shot so then lineup to shoot the corpse. I i'm i'm listening. And it just saddens me. And general the thing. That is most frustrating here where we have no idea in eleven days and we got a plan we did get a plan from the trump administration. We've got a date. We withdrawal the well. They also got secure borders in energy independence. And that didn't stop them from screwing all that up. So the reality is they're trying to push this on donald trump. Donald trump's plan was first predicated on obliterating the taliban if they step one foot outside of the area that was designated for them and to it included bagram airbase three it included conditions on the ground and as the taliban was on the march all the way through the this spring and early summer joe biden. Didn't lift a finger to push back so he created the situation. Oh absolutely created the situation and you know not only created the situation but so did it secretary of state so the secretary of defense and and you know general milley General mackenzie Gave up caboodle. You know barade- or said hey listen You wanna you wanna take kabul you want us to take bull and he let some waltz right in and take ball and then completely You know You know sacrifice. Any operational attachable advantage. We could have had Around the bull airport. Which was the wrong airport anyways. Everything they did. Sean was absolutely wrong and inconsistent with good military tactics at the tactical level operational and strategic level. I could have found tenant any lieutenant plan this mission better than these senior leaders did and they all want. Why didn't you evacuate general. I'm i'm not a general. I don't have the level of knowledge and sophistication and in the area of war and combat. Like you do the experience. Your vast experience is beyond impressive. But you know it doesn't take it you don't have to go to the war college to understand that when they're on the march that you should pushing back and while you have full control of kabul and surrounding areas and you have an opportunity to safely evacuate every american every of every family member every green card holder every afghan ally and all of our military equipment. It doesn't seem like a very difficult thing to determine that the time to do it is when you have full control. They didn't do that. Oh absolutely We should have maintained control about them. Maintain control of kabul maintain. Control the candar airfield out in helmand province and out for problems in the west setup safe corridors setup areas that people could come in safely. Get them out by by either land or air movement Completely do this absolutely properly do Coordinate refugee operations with pakistan In iran and the country's north and have staging bases outside the united states and really do a good job of putting the right people on the planes. Listen we can fly in thousand. We can fly in thousands of sorties on any given sunday. They're bragging about the wrong thing right. We can do that with our show. We've been doing it since the gulf war so please. Let's do this right but they couldn't even do this right and and to me it is just The the amount of accountability that has to happen here. at at all levels is You know Warranted and it needs to be a media as i heard you say earlier about another issue with general milley tori. I gotta give Tip of the hat to you in. The washington examiner. There are a few of us out there. My friends and talk radio. Few of us on tv We're not forgetting that. We have all these americans abandoned behind enemy lines by joe biden. We're not forgetting that. They're really hostages. You know we're now watching and listening to the taliban and you know make ridiculously false promises and getting lectures from tony. Blinken inclusiveness inclusiveness. They're ripping young girls away from their mommies and daddies so they can be sex slaves and bury the taliban fighters you know what part of these people that are that that have no comprehension. Of course what the enemy is really like. It bothers me on a level. I can't even describe what what bothers me is. You have people like blinken in the hamptons Obama who's really calling the shots and everybody else in there at tony mansion and then these poor people who helped us in afghanistan are living minute by minute in their homes for a knock on the door where they're going to be assassinated I worked with our. I work with a family that that wrote the general bolduc saying help us get out of here and i did a story on them and so then i got a congressman mark green to pay attention. So now we're waiting on that but they're one of twenty thousand and i mean they write to me hysterically about twelve times a day. What's going to happen to us. I thought you were helping us I'm hiding in my house. We have no way to make a living because we're women and we can't get outta here Because the soldier works special ops with general ball duck and so it's just a really sad situation except for you myself Sarah carter and others. I mean we seem like we're the only ones that are helping. No one on the government side seems to care except for. Few brake congressman. You know. I mean that is that is unbelievable. Quick break. we'll come back eight hundred nine. Four one sean is a number. You wanna be a part of the program for the final half hour more with tori richardson. General brigadier general on ball. That to me is when we start to gear back up to training camp, which, of course, will lead us into the questions of whether Aaron Rodgers shows up at training camp. How do the Texans decided to handle the Shawn Watson, who is not expected to be there in one form or another. We just don't know how that will shake out whether he'll be put on commissioner's exempt list whether the team will issue him an excused absence. Whether he'll be disciplined, whether he'll be clear we don't know how that's gonna turn out. But once we get past the July 15th deadline for franchise players to sign long term deals, then the focus will shift to the Quarterbacks, and then once camp begins in late July, the focus will shift to the Pro Football Hall of Fame and once it gets to the pro Football Hall of Fame. And now this week's guest, the man who was the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1992. 2 2000 and six a man that is a Super Bowl champion. Hey coach who was selected to the pro Football Hall of Fame in 2020. The former head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Bill cower, So I have to tell you when I reached out to you. To do this podcast? Yeah. You said to me like the good coach. You are. I want you to read my book, Heart and steal written with Michael Holly before you do this podcast and I said to you, and I mean this That I used to be an avid reader. When football season ended, I pick out 234 books that I really wanted to read. And that was before I was married before I had kids before I had five Labradoodle is running around my house, terrorizing the house. And I would sit down and there were a few things that I enjoyed anymore than reading books. When you said to me, I want you to read my book before we do this podcast. I said, Bill, I haven't read a book in a couple of years, even during the pandemic. My attention span is all over the place. I got people from across the league calling and texting all the time. I'm on Twitter. I'm on instagram on Facebook. Bill. I'm not sitting down to read the book. But guess what. The last two nights. In between playoff games in between dog feedings and cleaning up dog vomit and everything like that. I I read hardened Steel, written with Michael Holly. And I loved it. Bill was excellent. You did a great job with this. Well, thank you. It was, you know, we sat down indigenous. And, uh, you know, it was one of those things. You've got to find the right person to collaborate with, and he was just the perfect person at the right time. How did you find Michael? Holly there? How did it come to me that he was the right person there? Well, you know, I think last year when we got into the Hall of Fame, um you reflect on your football career, right? You know, you sit there and start thinking about all the people that Were so instrumental and you get in there and Saturday night when David Baker comes on the set, and then all of the things that are playing the pandemic hits and you sit back and say, Wow, I mean, you start to reflect on your life, and it just seemed like the right time to talk about. And you do a book. It wasn't just a football book this in this. This book is more about football Family One's life. Journey of lessons weren't right and and they had to find the right guy and I talked to a couple of people. Michael Holly went to point Park College in Pittsburgh grew up in Akron Canton area, So you know he was a guy and I know he's in Boston now, but he understood football interested in Pittsburgh. We actually met Ironically, 1992, my first year coach and he came down to do an interview with me and I talked to his. He was a young journalist with the accurate Beacon Journal and So I have not met him. Since then we've all everything we've done to his collaboration has been through over a phone. Really? So you've not been in person with Michael Holly at all? Nope. Wow. Wow. See when I did a book with Mike Shanahan. Was in a timeline with him after he won his second Super Bowl, So his family, he said, We're going to be done. He wanted to make it as easy as possible on him. He said. We're going to be down in Kabul. Could you come down to Kabul? And so he went on vacation, and I went to cowboy to work in some little dinky hotel room and I work with him in person. While we were in Kabul. You didn't bring Michael Holly on vacation. He was invited to New York wasn't about that. That's unbelievably able to do it like that. You might get it was, you know during the pandemic, So you know, there was really no traveling being done. And so we sat down through the course of last summer. Um and you know, he said it was fine because as he was talking, I saw Don't want to do more of the football and you want to do I want to do more than just a football book. And he said, Well, then, if that's the case he goes, I'll tell you what the first thing one of my professors told me. The first journalist to class I took was the only logical order is chronological. So we sat down just talking about me growing up. Uh, my college probe career from playing the coaching. Uh and then you know everything else that went along with that and Like I think he was almost like a licensed therapist for me. I'm sitting out many times. I felt like I should be laid down in the couch somewhere. You know, talking to you, So it was it was through the course of doing this with him. Over 50 hours of talking with him. You find yourself laughing. You find yourself crying, Um, getting mad being happy and just experiencing the gambit of emotions and a lot of reflection going on about How you are so the people that were so instrumental in who you are today..

"15th, Plano and Highway 67 just past the high 35 split in Dallas. Right? And back to work. We go, Paul in Toledo. Thanks for holding. Good morning. Good morning, Andy. Hey, I wanted to give you a call. I've bought Maybe five or six. Toyota's from B. J over a Freeman. Toyota? Yeah. And I bought a couple of our extra fifty's down a sewer because I listened to you and I try and pay attention. Well, I appreciate your saying that I got tickled by that email. The guy that wrote me said You have a fantastic show all this great stuff. You don't talk to about a Chevrolet again. Right. Like they really listen. Why? Well it every way. Just move my daughter over to Atlanta for her job. What you doing? She works for Carter's baby clothes. I'm stupid. Yeah, she was pure one. Ewan allocations to the different stores. Okay, here, here. Here's my Here's my advice to everybody living in terror County. If you work for a company that builds a high rise or major complex in downtown Fort Worth. Where you're gonna go out of business. I have my ex my ex father in law built Continental Plaza finally got finished. Three years later, Bob merges it with Merc until Bank of the south with Merkin Teals. Six months later, the whole thing's gone. Radio Shack took out all those subsidized apartments on Belknap. All right, They're gone and they appear one build takes out. Well, I think it was First Baptist church, wouldn't it? I think that's where they built it. They took out everything they could. I mean, they bought the nicest piece of property. You would believe. On again had to tear down. I think it was first Baptist churches where they built and that was like a 5000 seat auditorium. Yeah. And then the next thing you know you're moving your daughter to Atlanta. Yeah, So we turned in release car and we went to shop for a new car in Atlanta. And that's the reason why I want to call you. We have we spent most of Wednesday Just sitting there Wonderful dealer is The Ellis franchise and we were looking at a month Mazda, and it's a C x five and we were comparing it to her, Um, grab four. And so, the guy says, all right for comparison. This grand touring is probably what she'll want. So we go through everything. I sit through it and she drives it around. We love it, and it just takes hour after hour after hour. To get her out of the store and B J gets us out in about 45 minutes. You're talking about a Freeman. Yeah, And you know, it's just night and day different. How? How much I appreciated how hard BJ works to get everything done, and everybody listens to him. They go to it. Because I just want to Paul. I said, I have said a million times. DJ is the hardest working guy in the car industry. And I'm talking about if you're on an assembly line in a factory Because he gets involved in every last transaction at Freeman Toyota, how he has the stamina to do that is nothing short of breathtaking to me. In the amazing but your story. You were talking about hours and hours and hours. And this was kind of an easy sale. You know, it was gonna happen in Atlanta because you didn't have a car. Although once you get used to Atlanta traffics, you're gonna wonder why she wanted to car in Atlanta. Do we go over around until in the rain? No less until she was comfortable. And you know, the new RAV four is bigger. It's almost the size of our X 3 50. The dark 3 50 is infinitely bigger than it was when it came out in the late nineties. Oh, yeah. I mean, they just keep I don't know. Going for market. All right, however you phrase it. They try to outdo the others. And this C x five was just amazing. Um In addition, the folks at Mazda said, You know, we don't have a luxury line like Lexus or insanity or any of the others. Acura So they make available on their base models. You know all the high end stuff. So Katie ended up with heated seats and cool teats and you know all the bells and whistles you'd ever want. Wanna grab four that you can't get on a raft for you Mean on the 65? Yeah. On the sea expert. No, no, you can find her. You let me tell you something. You could go price out of rap for it's got everything in the world on it. That's where the manufacturers make money. The dealers not so much. The point is you were talking about still that took hours and hours and hours. Oh, yeah. It was also your first transaction with him where you bought from B. J, near the ones. Yep. And once you have faith once you meet BJ, and you buy a car from him, you have such faith, and it doesn't drag out like that. No, just again. Thanks to you and your phone call. A little word of warning for those of you in Tarrant County. If you work for a company that comes out, announces we're gonna make a new big world headquarters here. We're going to make a high rise. We're gonna make a complex. Quit the company right then and there and get a job before they go out of business. Because in Fort Worth, we love you for words. But this is a kiss of death. Seems to be done it. Oh, my gosh. You know your first thing you knew the cobalt blue drinking glasses. Right was no. There was no way that was going to pay for that skyscraper. I just was not gonna happen. In fact of the matter is once you had good money. Once you got past being like 30, where you had a good income, there's two cobalt blue drinking glasses appear one.

Two hundred one episode premiered on March Twenty Fourth. Two thousand five which will be the day. The episode goes live on the exact fifteenth anniversary. You'RE GONNA get your fifteen th anniversary special on the office so for for anyone that's been living under a rock these past fifteen years. The office was filmed in a single camera setup in a cinema advertising along the low allowing the look of an actual documentary so pretty much. It's a mockumentary style show and I think one of the reasons that we're gonNA talk about this a little later on why it's generally gain an audience is because it doesn't have the laugh track. It doesn't have a studio audience. It's it's pretty much deadpan comedy. Which has become more popular since the nineties? That's kind of why one of the main reasons I think it's become such a beloved show by all different types of generations. I don't know what do you guys think. They're so with my. I think you're right. I think that So maybe you can clarify. This is based on the British version of the office. Yes which only lasted two seasons but MOCKUMENTARY I. I would have to say that this show started it right in the US. At least I believe so. Yes element something similar. I also know that the fucking not definitely yeah parks and REC was deaf. I think parks and REC in the officer. The two were the two main shows that were doing the mockumentary style but the office and we'll work with curb work for the office. I mean the stuff that you can't do the stuff that was done on this show you would never be able to do today and then other special also like it hit its stride right around the whole time of like when reality. Tv Th ago over right survivor was huge. I'm Gray Segue Leo because In order to get the feel of an actual documentary the producers hired cinematographer. Randall and I I in horrid who is known for directing episodes of survivor which allowed the show. Yep which allowed to show have a feel of rough and jumpy like an actual documentary. Yeah I think that that helped it too because it was a sitcom it was scripted but it felt like reality. Tv and that's the way it was all the raid Beret back. Then everyone loved that stuff. And I'm GONNA unlike our other real back when we do it on film. I'm not going to get too much into like the filming of the show and all that because there's so much more to dive into here but I did want to mention that I. I'm not sure if you guys know that the show was almost canceled after the first season it should have been cancelled. That season was brutal. I disagree hardener perset So the show was almost canceled but because a little movie I love and I will always appreciate now because it saved the office. The forty year old virgin came out into the summer of two thousand five and Steve. Kerr exploded so the show was renewed for the second season and I think I will say while the first season very different to the stress of the show I think second seasons where they found their stride. I think second season where they kind of really took off initially all right. So let's get to our fun categories. Here what has aged the best on the show and I'm going to cheat here because I just love cheating. Sometimes even and my lovely wife loves cheating when we do these lists so what's age best and what's age worse for for me is the entire show. What do I mean by that? So what's age best for me? I put the entire show because of the generational fan that created based on every single part of the series. The every. There's something each season. I think that I can talk to someone and I have spoken to a lot of people that they like something from every single season and I always use the example like my cousin who is now twenty one when she was eighteen. Her and her Her roommate dressed up as jim and Dwight for Halloween and she was three when the show came out so that just to show how big the show has become. Now what's age worse? I'll say the entire show to what I mean by that. The entire the entire comedy of the show would not have worked today so that has age incredibly poorly because no one today would be able to take this comedy and actually laugh rather than point. Oh this is you know this is. He's being sexist. He's being this. He's being that. So those are my two best and worse. What are you guys? What's age is namic between the characters like it just feels so genuine in Rio and yeah and for his age worst is Michael. Scott Airline am then I I? I agree with you when we use at about him in season one lake. He wasn't stupid Michael Sky. He was an asshole for the most part. Yes like unless he was stupidly. An asshole I mean that really have been the case but no I think he was just an asshole. Yeah but yeah. His hairline was something special season. One all right. What about you Leo us? Similar to you guys see I think the age the best is like the fact that most people identify with the show because they've worked job they're not too crazy about and And you golf. Because of the people that you like meet their so pam and Jim you could tell that their friends and there's a little bitty like stereotypes or archetypes rather that you could pick up your like. I know someone like that with age..
