Former California college student arrested in 3 stabbings

He was wearing a backpack and in the backpack was a large knife that was consistent with one that we were looking for based on evidence from the first homicide. Hightower says Dominguez was a student at the University of California Davis until just last week, the multiple stabbings over the course of less than a week shatter the sense of safety in mayor will Arnold's Davis. Shoe shine businesses suffer post-pandemic

"Call it a casualty of the work from home culture, post pandemic, the shoeshine business that once thrived in big cities like New York. Most of the chairs of this shoe shine spot in Penn station are empty except for accountant Rory heenan, who's getting a Polish. You are what your shoes are, right? Oh, no, Nissan came off, says now that people work from home, business is down. He had to lay off staff and only has independent contractors. Have you lost 75% of the business? Over at the port authority bus terminal, hyrule carded is also owned a shop that struggled. Before I use it to make it for a day 1670 people for like a champ for a day by this time, just a little ten, 15 people. Shoe polish sales are down according to Nielsen and those shoe repair market is down according to IBS world. Julie Walker, New York

They have the power to build positive relationships and have impact on the world around them. It's a really tremendous feeling to know that you can change by way of some good training material how people think. Okay. I like it. And could you have you spoken at any other events for your life? Have I spoken at other events? Yeah. Almost certainly I travel and teach, you know, on average, I'd say 200 days a year. So it's everything from, you know, on Monday night, I'm supposed to do a business and dining etiquette session for a group of young graduates at the university here. And just before COVID, I was in Morocco doing presentations for corporate and university students. We do online webinars. Keynote presentations at conferences. That kind of presenting and training. That's the focus of my work. Incredible. And what has what was life for you growing up? Growing up. So I grew up in a smaller city in Saskatchewan. I had, you know, we are normal kind of middle class family, both my parents worked, but, you know, quite strict, you know, my mother was of that generation that, you know, you did not eat potato chips out of the bag. You took the time to put them in a bowl. You know, you put on your Sunday clothes to dress up to behave properly in a, say, a church context. You know, we were kind and thoughtful neighbors. We, you know, chores around the house and kind of general respect for people for places and for things. CDC Panel Votes to Add COVID Shots to Immunization Schedule

"The CDC has officially begun the process of making the COVID vaccine on the childhood vaccination schedule. There is an entire committee called at kip, that met yesterday. They're going to meet again today and there's almost zero chance that they will not put this on the COVID vaccine. That is the advisory committee on immunization practices. It is a 15 person board. Now these 15 people, they apply to get on the board and the secretary of Health and Human Services picks you and selects you. And let's play tape of their vote yesterday, play cut one O three. Doctor cotton. Cotton, no conflicts, yes, to miss mcnally. Yes. Thank you. Doctor lehrer. Yes. Yes. Thank you, doctor Brooks. Yes, yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. And Lee, no conflicts, yes. This vote now passes with 15 yeses and zero nos. No conflicts, really. They're never going to be administering vaccines. And so this is 15 people on this advisory board that are voting to get your children closer to having to experience a mandate. Now it's not a mandate. They don't have that power, thankfully. But it's going to get on the official immunization schedule. We explained yesterday what that means. So who are these people? Exactly. We looked around and our team was not able to find a single media organization that named the names of every single person that approved to put the COVID vaccine on the official childhood schedule. That will assuredly result in more damage and destruction than benefit and blessing.

15-Year-old Suspect in Custody in Shooting in Raleigh

"Gunmen killed at least 5 people in an off duty officer doing their rampage in Riley, North Carolina. These stories continue to persist. Now, I don't know what weapon was used. I don't see a weapon presented in the article that I have, probably because he may not have used a rifle. I believe when they use rifles or weapons of those natures, you hear it all the time because they're pushing a particular agenda. Now I don't know the forgotten man help me on this. You can text me if I'm wrong. But it doesn't appear that they've disclosed what type of weapon is 15 year old was using. However, he decided to open fire, shooting and killing multiple people, 29 year old, a 16 year old, a 51 year old, 49 year old and a 35 year old. And, you know, the questions that arise is how do we stop this from happening? Gun control and my opinion isn't the solution to the problem. Because they're going to just mow you that will drive over you. I'll pull out a knife and start stabbing and killing people and want killing one person is enough. That's too much. Because if that one person is your dad, you're not going to say, well, he at least didn't kill 15 people. He only killed one, but he killed your father. He killed your mother, your child. One senseless death is too many. How do we stop these things from happening? Ladies and gentlemen, you can't catch it on the back end. You can't say it can't just be enough to say if you kill 15 people you go to jail. That's not going to deter anybody because they don't care about living. So they definitely don't care about going to prison forever. And some of them kill themselves or they get into an altercation with police they die and they move on. With no consequences to know, you know, they don't care. So you can't catch it on the back end and think that's a solution to the problem. You can't say, oh, if we ban guns, it means too many guns out there. You ain't gonna stop it. You ain't gonna stop it from getting guns. I don't care how hard you think you make it. It don't matter. If the kid gets access to a gun two years later, he gonna commence to shooting people.

Conservatives Must Stay Vigilant Leading up to the Midterms

"Say confidently and you know if you watch this program and you listen to it regularly, I am a skeptic and I am a cynic with some of this stuff because I thought Republicans were way off message in June and July. But I'm starting to see momentum seeing candidates really get on message. I'm seeing the funding gaps start to close. I'm starting to see people consolidate. I'm starting to see the maga base show up in great numbers at events and other places. I'm starting to see Democrats flounder, I'm seeing them get off message. I'm seeing voter enthusiasm skyrocket. I'm seeing a lot of the prerequisites that I think would result in a favorable outcome in November. And that is why we must say, wait a second, I am not going to live through what I lived through in 2020 again. In 2020, everywhere I went and this was one of my great complaints of the Trump campaign. And I was right there, not involved in the campaign, but I was advising the president on some of the youth vote stuff. I knew all the people that ran the Trump campaign without saying any names. The cockiness, the arrogance, the self righteousness that some of the consultants that were running the Trump campaign had was one of the most disgusting and irritating attitudes I have ever been around in my entire life. Oh, Charlie, we're going to win in a landslide, Charlie. This is 2016 all over again. I'll never forget being on the bus from the Trump hotel to The White House with 15 people with their drinks. This is on election night. Getting totally drunk. And I said, guys, why are you celebrating? Oh, we're going to win a landslide. I said, guys, no, I don't think that's going to happen. The attitude was like, we got this thing, and I was the only one that was not the only one. I was one of the few people. I said, guys, I don't think this is a good idea. We can't let that happen again, everybody.

"Didn't just leave because they didn't lock the conditions. The food. It was because they were under threat of death. And ISIS in particular would control, they could send literally ten to 15 people in a control thousands of people because of the brutality of what they would do. And this dark day that they talk about, they commemorate on August 6th, is literally they would kill people. They would write, they would take families away. Tell us, convey to the podcast listener, how just, you know, this wasn't an option for them, you know, in a sense of, you know, staying and fighting, they just wasn't in that position. Right. I mean, the word had already spread that they were coming. And of course they were all praying that they would go in another direction. But they came. But ISIS had incorporated a number of eschatological symbols of the Muslim faith. The black fat flag was assembled as mentioned in the Quran when the final battle is had the two first two of the first villages that they took are two villages that are mentioned in the Quran as we're great battles are going to happen during the final battle for earth. So they did this into the world appeal and got some of the wackiest of the wacky of the Islamic radicals from all around the world. And they would go into an area and just start killing people. And they would kill Muslims that didn't agree with them. We found our intelligence people after we killed Osama bin Laden, and we found and Jay sekulow covered this, I believe in his one of his books that Osama bin Laden was criticizing ISIS for being to me.

How are we downplaying the more than 15 people murdered over the holiday weekend in Oakland? And all the black on black crime in the shooting that's happening. "The Trump administration are suddenly getting a lot of attention after published excerpts from an upcoming book. Made it sound like the Joint Chiefs chairman offered to give his Chinese counterpart a heads up If then President Trump was preparing to attack sources tell Fox News That's not true. In general Mark Milley, through a spokesman has issued a written statement defending the calls as appropriate reassurance to maintain strategic stability. Both President Biden and US Defence chief Lloyd Austin offering public support for Millie. Confidence in general Milling. I have confidence in General Milley, but that hasn't stopped calls for millions. Nation. Some Republican lawmakers and former president Trump saying as described in the book, It might be treason and talking. Two people in the Pentagon. I think I have a grasp on on what took place and it's not always a reason this it's it's something that they should have done and there's so much misinformation out there. It's absolutely stunning. General Jack Keane is a retired four star general, the chairman of the Institute for the Study of War, and Fox News, senior strategic analyst This was all initiated by the Secretary of Defense. Mark Esper. He saw intelligence. That meant these are my words that the Chinese were getting spun up and concerns that they could possibly have a an incident or unwarranted confrontation. With the United States because the United States appears to be getting more aggressive in their rhetoric and also in the deployment of their forces. So when Secretary of Defense Caspar saw this, he talked, he called. It is under secretary who's in charge of policy for the department offense, he says, Listen Why don't you send it back channel to the Chinese, and so many So many was using my words. Fact, he's saying calm the waters with these guys all right, and they got a favorable response back. And then about a week or so later, General Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs won the contact is counterpart. Who they referred to as the chief of defence. But he's a military general, who he has spoken to usually tries to speak to him once every three or four months, So we've spoken to him many times. And he wanted to make certain that he understood that the military understood not just the policy. People in China understood that there's no reason to be alarmed here. So General Keane's sources are offering the same take as the White House, the Pentagon and milling himself that the calls were not secret, instead going through the proper channels, with multiple agencies preparing for and monitoring them. I think it may have been a video conference. But there was 15 people in the room or monitoring what Millie is saying and what the Chinese are saying through an interpreter, and then they prepared a memorandum. That call. They don't do transcripts. They don't record the call, and they did amount to random of it and shared that. With the inter agency so that their principal leaders who were not in the room would read what took place on the call and what the feedback was from the Chinese. That is the system. Working about as good in my mind as it could possibly be, because These calls that the Tramon makes policy people make with that counterparts have done to keep them informed, and particularly with adversaries, so they don't misinterpret something that could lead. To something that could be very dangerous as to the second call. This is grossly mis reported in the media. We didn't make the call. The Chinese called US on eight January They called us because of what took place That's capital on six January they I think the initial conversation was also with the policy person who worked for The acting secretary defense Miller and then, uh, Millie also.

It's not going to be a surprise, so Millie puts out this guy Kirby and others who are leaking and on the record and doing everything they can. This is no big deal. This is sort of what happens. You know, this is just the nature of the beast so all these reporters would contacts the top level of the Pentagon.
