"Just take her straight to that room. You are all man, son. Close the door. Daddy's fixed to fill valve and now it's reward time. I mean, what's that sound? Don't you worry about Dad. What's that say? Oh, yeah, the one time he's not totally engrossed in a video. Exactly. He wants his switch. He wants his Amazon. We control it. He wants his Switch is Amazon fire stick and his tablet like wants All these things are like once and you'll go into his room and I'll have the TV arm and he watches these These, um, voice memes. It's like it's like a British voiceover guy. And it's just these memes that pop up on YouTube went after the other after the other compilation, and and it's red in this voice. Man goes to the store, and he says that it's like it's all these memes read aloud in this Computerized British voice. He's got that on. He's playing his switch. And then he's on his tablet face timing one of his friends at the same time, so so we have childhood is so much different than my child. Oh, my God! You know it wasn't honestly It wasn't that long ago like maybe eight years, although, and now that's a long time For what? I'm talk. I'll say my daughter's became multi screen people. It was when they first came up with the term when someone was to screening or multi screening and it was when they would always have their phones with them while we were watching a show. Like, what is it about? You can't like, just watch the show, And now everybody has their phone next to them while they watch the show and or are looking at the phone while the show is running, so you're to everybody to screens who three screens or four screens right? That's not with their bet. That was not that long ago. The two screens was really like A lot of people kind of disturbing that you couldn't pay attention. The one I remember that, because, um, like you said, not too long ago. But when I was with my ex and we'd go to the movie theater, and I would have, and this was I had my sidekick. I was physically addicted to my sidekick. And I would not. He would keep you, like, turn it off completely, like just shut it off, And I'm like, Well, let me just live on silent and then let's just keep it here like it was, like a little comfort, blanket type of thing or whatever, but I would be all my power to not at some point, pick it up and just look like a lot. Yeah, Yeah. I mean, is that the one that slid like it looks like a rail a phone. Then it slid up and how to keyboard underneath. That is the one I'm thinking. Yeah. You love that sidekick. Technology is not going to get any better than this. I know, right? That's what we thought. That's we thought with blackberries to write Stupid little, but Usually your thumb would hit to it. I mean, it was just Library was the thing that was that That was the one that was kind of like a little like, almost like an oval, and then it had the keyboard. Uh, it was attacked on the screen. Yeah, it was. And it was all exposed, right? There was a bigger screen. Yeah, I remember, though. I didn't ever have one of those. I think serious people have those Like adults like, you know, like, uh, non side kickers, right? Well, recent. You know Brad's experience with the YouTube. I I just had a YouTube thing happened. That actually saved me from, uh, Like from Like I was going to call. It was actually a plumber situation right away. It was like my oil burner. There was there's nothing on the walls Electric, and it's going just in their flashing and taking the whole time. Just like what is this? I don't understand. I started looking it up on YouTube like I do. How do you look up thing on the wall is going back. And, uh, I don't know. How do I look that up? I don't know what to call it. So, uh, I figured, all right. It's got to be electrical. Uh, I'm looking where it's going to on a burner and what's next to it? I'm like, all right. It's uh so I was put in like oil burner transports oil valve, electric pain. Weird sub burner sounds, even though it's not the burners next to it, whatever I eventually found it. And, uh, it kept me from getting the plumber right away. But it's still something I couldn't do. But like it gives you this knowledge where you don't have to call up and say this thing is making a sound And should you and then they come over 120 bucks to visit and then they're like, Oh, this is nothing. All you do is flip it off and restarted like that would be the worst. So I want to avoid the so YouTube saved that I find out It's called, like a relay or something. And it's whenever, like, you want hot water, or you want to turn on heat or whatever it sends, like a message to this thing that starts up the oil burner. Oh, I learned this from YouTube and I said, Well, I can't fix this. So now I know for sure I do want to pay the guy to come over to replace it fixed or whatever has to be done. And then I don't you know, because how many times in my life Have I had someone come over something And you feel stupid because then they say, Oh, it was just this. Why couldn't tell me that on the phone because it's 99 bucks or under 20 bucks to come over. That's how it works, and that's what YouTube can save you. That's why, Yeah, I can. But last way I like sometimes I'm grateful about the apartment life because I will literally call and I will sometimes be embarrassed. Like, Oh, that was it. And I don't like to have to rely on other people. I would like to do it myself At the same time, I do pay rent, and they have designated for that. So I know you. Yeah, Like I'm gonna I'm gonna use it. And that's all right, too. A lot. But I do feel like an idiot. I know exactly what you mean. You're like, Oh, I could have done that right now. But you got to know that you're not the only one ever and that they're used to this stuff. Where And everybody just has no idea. That's why they're professionals at it. And we do. What do we know? You know, kind of out of our depth so well, congratulations to breath. Thank you. Very, very proud of you for fixing the toilet. Serve you. You need any plumbing or whatever done, you know, Uh oh, You know, if they got time, I got a list of people that.

"105 50 K of why I appreciate you being here. Joining us is your attorney General Mark Berna vich Now this is a big ruling today. From the Supreme Court. If I'm not mistaken, unanimous has been thrown out there. Can you help us break down? I know you were. You were, um, but I think you were instrumental in part of this. Um, keep breakdown. This n C. A ruling for us. Okay, So there's the Supreme Court. You're right. They did have a unanimous decision were they struck down basically restrictions on the grant and speed limits that the N C a had imposed And so this was a lawsuit that was brought by, um you know, college athletes, and we all know that college athletics generates billions of dollars in revenue every year. And we also know that the primary beneficiaries are the CIA and the universities, but not the people that are actually playing baseball or basketball or football. And so, you know, we know the consumers don't frequent stadiums are tuned into sports on TV with his multi billion dollar contracts to watch, you know, university presidents or you know before. Form there in there to watch college athletes and so the free market and even under our nation's antitrust laws, you can't have restrictions on trade. And so we filed a brief as you alluded to that me and a couple of their eggs took the side of the athletes, and we basically said that what the universities have done what the CIA has done is unfairly restricted trade. By these arbitrary limits and what kind of aid or grants that the universities can provide. So attorney General Mark Brnovich. Does this mean that going forward, college athletes could potentially be paid for what they do if they participate in Division one or Division one? A two sports Is that what we're looking at? It's possible now, you know, once our sound like a lawyer, but because of the and this decision, they probably want to reach consensus. The important thing is that they did say the antitrust laws do apply, and what the NSA was doing was essentially anti competitive. So they affirmed the decision of the ninth Circuit and basically said that the universities can offer more non monetary benefits. And they also said that these grant and aid limits like basically when the NSA or the universities all get together and say, Hey, we're not. We agree that we won't compensate people X amount or we won't give people this kind of benefit. The court basically said You can't do that. You can't do that. So will it. Open the door for more types of non, um, financial aid like maybe you get computers or a cell phone or, you know, maybe maybe something paid for graduate scholarship. Absolutely open over that. Now. Does it open the door fully were, um, Someone can say hey, I'm going to go to you know, Montana because they're going to give me a car or I'm gonna go to Alabama because they're paying me. Well, wait a minute. That might already be happy, right? Uh, just kidding. I don't want anything from Alabama soon me but anyway, so Yeah, it is going to Open the door. And based on this case and the O'Banion case, which, um, you come out a few years ago. I think that it's clear that the court is very the courts are very suspicious of what the CIA is done. And these kind of restraints on, you know the free market and I always joke with people. That you know, college sports are money making machine for everyone but the players and, you know, we know that universities now aren't teaching enough about the free enterprise system and, you know, free markets and capitalism. So you know, I guess that this program or this Boston may be the only way for student athletes to actually learn about the capitalist system and being able to make something for themselves. Now you mentioned that abandon can brief brief us on that case can bring us up to speed on that. And how is that similar to this one? Well, that that was the case that dealt with them using an athlete, you know, quote unquote amateur athletes, likeness or image without their consent in the universities were making money off that, but the athletes weren't so as a result of that case athletes. In fact, you know, you hear these stories like some athletes got like a chuck for, you know, a certain like 120 bucks or whatever X amount it was. Of money because they appeared in these like video games because someone was using their likeness, um, without their permission or consent. And so you know, historically, it was kind of the universities that control that they'd say, Oh, well, you know, whatever university action signed an agreement with E sports, and they have their college football edition, and they were essentially using the same player's likenesses numbers and But without compensating players so that that was one issue and, uh, you know, and so, like I said, this is just like another one of those kind of bricks. So to speak that now you've got, um You know, the N C. A appealed. They didn't like the ninth Circuit decision, But, you know, the Supreme Court basically said no. The ninth Circuit was actually right on this. And that the Sherman Act does apply and that when the CIA engages and anti competitive behavior or basically collusion between the universities where you know they essentially I'll get together and say, Okay, this is what we're gonna do, guys, We're not going to pay anybody. No one else is going to pay them and we're going to put these sorts of limits on. You know people's ability to make a living that you know that's constitutional or that's, um, suspect under our existing federal antitrust laws when it goes back to attorney General, what you just said Mark Burnett. You use the Sherman Act right? Because this is you answered this in the very first question. This is a trust case, and there are two opinions. Neil Gorsuch wrote the opinion for the court Brett Kavanaugh. Both Trump appointees. He took a harder line in his approach. And he said the N C double a is not above the law. And he says that the arguments that they use for not paying student athletes is innocuous. The business model would be flatly illegal in almost any other industry in America because they don't have competition, which is anti trust, but but I want to ask you a personal question, Mr Burn, Bitch. Why did you get involved in this to begin with? What was it about this case? You're like, Wow, This is right. We have to get involved in this. And really take on the N C. Double A I think it's twofold. One is, I do think there's this fundamental issue that sigh. Colleges and universities are making billions and billions of dollars off college athletes. And then you hear these stories about people that Can't eat or they're not get enough food or you hear someone on like the swim team might lose their eligibility because they taught swim lessons in the summer, and it's just really Peten. Lee ridiculous what the CIA is done and you know you have these..

"We just have to step up. We have to step up. Essentially, he, just as the president of the United States conceded that we were being outworked and outspent by China, our biggest competition in world power. No wonder why President Xi Jinping was in Davos flexing on the entire world, saying, it's our turn now. Because of this, That's our leadership, basically announcing if we don't spend trillions of dollars on trains and railroad where going to get beat by China so there to beat us huge concession by Joe Biden that China's leading the world huge concession This is absolutely amazing. It's stunning. Number one. That is the cure for insomnia. If you can't sleep at night, please listen at number two. I want to go back to the two hours for a minute because Joe Biden had to tell you we spoke to job to President Xi. For two hours. He had to make a note of that. He said. That on purpose because it is obvious that he is hiding in the White House, and it doesn't seem like he's doing a whole lot. That's why he threw that number two hours out there. He wasn't the only one on that phone call. We know he wasn't Over to the first thing, he says, is rail Democrats have been talking about high speed rail This country first long is Mike and I have been alive. We were born in the seventies, high speed rails. The answer. Look, and I went to Japan a couple years ago. I loved it. They have trains. Fantastic. How fast the things I think I was like 250 MPH something That's awesome because he just walked up the train to get on train. Boom. You go from Tokyo. You go to Osaka two hours you're out. It's you know, cheap money 120 bucks like taking a flight? No big deal. So do I wish we had it. Yeah, but what I take it here in the United States? Probably not because it won't be done for five years. Seven years. 10 years 15 years and we don't know how to do it effectively and efficiently Japanese probably doing a year They built the train track from Tokyo to Osaka, and they probably built in the seventies when it was cost effective. We have unions Look at the light rail here in the city of themes. Boy, I don't want to know it's making me look, we just get a federal grand. I don't even know how much many millions of dollars was. It's like $50 million a mile. So imagine doing that across the entire country like we did in the railway system in the 18 hundreds, It just wouldn't work. That's the first thing that Joe Biden says. In terms of how we're going to compete with that, and I want to point out something else. Joe Biden. Senator when he was a senator in 2000. Went to Normalize relations with China. And labor unions, the same labor unions that kiss Joe Biden's booty all the time now and fun. Democrat campaigns were like, what are you doing? This is going to cost American jobs. Joe Biden move, along with others in the Senate eventually led to China joining the World Trade Organization. I know we're getting little inside baseball, but this is how politics works in my point in selling you, this is Joe Biden is not smart enough to deal with these issues. Because the unions were warning what's gonna happen? We're gonna open trade with China. China is going to get legitimizing the World Trade Organization, Chinese goods going to come to America. What's gonna happen is it's going to cost American jobs. Now you could argue that it's protectionist or not, but nonetheless. About 2.5 million jobs have been cost in America, the same jobs that Joe Biden wants to protect because he wanted them in the World Trade Organization, and after he went to China and all these other things, he became the Senate Relations Committee chairman. He flew to China. One of his first big diplomacy trips, and he said, China is not our enemy. There's nothing inevitable about China and the United States not being as cooperative as other nations, sounding a different tune. Now that he's president, the United States. Why Polling has shifted. No one cared in 2000 made by and look good. Now, polls have shifted the other way. Why? Because Donald Trump was tough on China and all of the weight of 50 yet have we hit the half century mark with executive orders? I'm sure there's some that didn't get televised with this many executive orders as he did he put us back in the Paris climate Accord, the Iran nuclear deal. How many of the Chinese trade deals? Did you pull us out of Zero. Absolutely none. Why? Because they worked. Why? Because it is the on Lee card We're playing with right now. With Biden in office. That's all we have. The on Lee leverage we have is the hold onto those trump tariffs and those those those trump trade deals. That's it. Because when he talks about this, I think is right here is talking about the car moving up to the roof, where they end up being the source of of a new way. Wish to power. Automobiles,.
