United States Indicts Iranian Hackers in Voter Intimidation Effort
"Feds have confirmed two Iranian national successfully hacked into a state computer election system. Stole 100,000 vote registrations and used the data to carry out a cyber intimidation campaign that targeted Republican members of Congress. Trump campaign officials and Democrat voters in 2020 and one of the largest foreign intrusions and U.S. election history. The defendants, according to U.S. attorney, were part of a coordinated conspiracy in which Iranian hackers sought to undermine faith and confidence in the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
NYC Mayoral Candidate Eric Adams Questions Where 100,000 Votes Just Came From
"This is from red State leader in New York City Mayor all rights questioning whether 100,000 votes just came. Where they came from to make the race much closer. Right Snick a Rama. You may get some deja vu with the news about what just happened in the saga of the New York City mayor election. The election was actually last Tuesday, but they're still counting and don't expect to be done until sometime in July. Brooklyn borough president, former police officer Eric Adams. Have been the surprise leader in the race when he came in first place last Tuesday. With 82% of the results in now, that didn't make some of the left happy, although he was still a Democrat. The election is ranked choice voting and he was the first choice of 31.6% of the people. Those votes have been counted to that point with Maya Wiley. Real Nutjob second with 22.3% in Katherine Garcia, third with 19.7%. Whoops. Suddenly. Votes show up and vaulted the third place person in the second. We're just a narrow lead remaining for Adams. With some 124,000 absentee votes yet to count. The difference now is only 16,000 votes, so it's entirely conceivable. Now that Garcia could catch up. Eric Adams is clearly not happy at all. He is raising questions about where the 100,000 votes suddenly came from New Conspiracy theorist. Why doesn't he just be quiet, Mr Producer? Why is he raising questions? About the system.

Biden invites Pence to inauguration
"I just heard it the top of the news and I already knew this. President Trump is not going to the inauguration of Joe Biden. I sure as hell hope we have the vice president. And would it be hard? Hell, yeah, it would be hard. You know, as a student history, I watch clips of 1960. When JFK was sworn in, he lost to Nixon and an extremely close election. 100,000 votes throughout the whole country. Nixon was Vice President Nixon had to sit there and watch that happen. "Connected. Stay informed. The Northwest's on Lee 24 hour News Station Co. Moh news 1000 FM 97 7 I'm Charlie harder as the nation awaits the results of the Georgia Senate elections. There's also the matter of Congress convening Wednesday and counting the electoral college votes. Local Republican strategist Randy Pebble, says the Georgia vote looks close, well traditionally run off elections in the deep South have favored Republicans because after you get past the general election, turnout drops, and Republican voters were more committed to turn out. Then we're Democrat voters in past special elections or run off elections that you've seen in the South in the last few decades. It's all about turnout right now, who gets their voters there to the polls is really gonna matter for the Republic. Inside because Democrats have done a much better job of getting their voters to vote early. Local Democratic strategist Kathy Allen agrees. I do agree that usually a southern runoff is usually bad for Democrats. But the fact is, is that we have 100,000 votes that are now already banked of new voters that did not vote. And the actual November election. I think it's exciting. I'm not short that you're big on changing history with this, but I am more confident than I've ever been in the southern election in January. For sure. On Wednesday, Congress certifies the electoral college vote. Apple, The Republican says he doesn't expect the race to be overturned despite the efforts of Republicans in the House and Senate. Well, I think, Charlie, this is a media story. This is a media creation. Absolutely nothing is gonna happen Wednesday. Other than a lot of hot talk, that's all and at the end of the day Joe Biden will have his Electoral college victory confirmed he points to failed efforts in 4004 and 2016 by Democrats who tried to raise objections. But people and Alan are both strategists, and we asked him to contemplate different scenarios. Alan, the Democrats says. Whether the races in Georgia are called will be important. Worst case scenario is that we know by the close of business that the two Democrats have taken over and then at that point, what happens is that Mitch McConnell says the only hope we have is to go ahead and make this as long as possible. And he changes his mind and go. Goes back to the side of the forces of evil here and aligns himself with what's going on there. But if the reasons are still too close to call by the time Congress is called to order Wednesday, Mitch McConnell's not sure what's gonna happen to him, and so he stays shut up and we end up getting it over as we look at the likelihood of a possible Democratic takeover of the United States. Senate people is a Republican. But he says there is no evidence of any widespread wrongdoing in the presidential race thing that could happen. Charlie is for this to last beyond Wednesday for the charade to continue the United States Senate and the U. S House have an opportunity to put a stake through part of this vampire that we're calling the contested election. And they need to do that on Wednesday. So the worst cases is if they're still debating about it in the winds into Thursday morning, and it's just dragging on and continuing, he says. Though there is a possibility things go quickly Wednesday that it actually gets shut down within an hour. The 12 Republicans in the U. S Senate that wanna raise objections fund raise Your objections. Put some evidence forward. You don't have any and all 12 of them can say that they have objections. None of them has any evidence to overturn the election, and hopefully that Comes out. That's the best case scenario. We're dead in an hour, and we can move on to getting ready to the real challenges that we face as a country and as a world with the pandemic, and the economic recovery we need will have complete coverage of the Georgia Senate races and the congressional session here on coma. "Call continues with Matthew Buck. If things continue as they are with the election, why should any of us ever trust our votes will matter in future elections. Matthew will again and I understand your concern. Your frustration. Here's what I could say to you. Obviously, I could give you a Reagan trust but verify here, which I think is A proposal. I think that's a good approach in many circumstances. But as for whether you can trust future elections. If we are able to get answers here, and if we get satisfaction that that the vote counts are are, in fact what they're supposed to be. But there's always gonna be a margin of error. I need everyone understand that. You know if we have an election, where You know, one out of One out of every 100,000 votes is fraudulent. I think that's pretty good in the great, you know that you're never gonna have a perfect election. We understand we have 150 million votes. You know someone's going to spill coffee on something and marked the wrong thing down for somebody else that they're curing a ballot or whatever. But there's going to be errors. There's gonna be problems. It's got to be good enough that the guy that actually should win wins. And if we get answers about this process To our satisfaction, I think, yeah, you can go in the future elections thinking, all right. This is this is likely to be likely to be a fair election, at least in terms of the voting in the ballot counting. There's always that possibility of fraud. There's always that prospect. And and I can understand. People have had their faith shaken right now. And all of this. They feel like I I obey the rules. I vote I show up. I do what I'm supposed to do. And I I, you know. And the law abiding person, even when the other party is in power. I understand that that's the system we have, and they feel like but if they're gonna cheat, what does that mean? And I Don't have any great Way to make that feeling dissipate. I wish I could wave a wand and say no, no, no, it's don't worry about that. But, Matthew, I can tell you that we should be concerned about this. So I would say it requires faith, but vigilance. Maybe that's the way to And that's assuming that we get answers this time if we don't get the answers we need in this election. Uh, you know, The only reason But but So maybe this is this is also where I need to point out on Georgia. There's this effort right now. They're people out there who were saying someone recently said it. Kimber was got a lot of attention last couple of days. You know, don't even if this doesn't work out with Trump don't even vote in Georgia. That's crazy. Don't don't give the battlefield you know, It's kind of like if you were playing a football game and the other side was cheating. The answer is not well. Now, let's just let them run up the middle and score every time because they're cheating. That's a terrible idea. You gotta hold the line and Try toe root out and stop the cheating, right? You gotta hold the front line in this case, right? All that line. You can't let them Just run all over you as as a additional benefit that they would have as a result of their cheating. Ted. Here we go. I'm friendly disagreement with you. You stated that Biden will not be able to fire the special counsel do the left statement. In the past. You're wrong. As long as the media is what it is the Republicans today to be spineless. The left will do what it wants. Thanks for your show. Ted, I don't. I don't think we actually have a disagreement here. I said it will be more difficult for them to do so without consequence. Meaning that it will be obvious that they were that they're acting in a way. That's why I brought up it was the basis for Trump. It would have been the basis for Trump impeachment. They always said, So it would therefore be a case for us to make that if the basis for a Biden impeachment if he did so. That's not to say that Biden would not do it. I said it would raise the cost of doing it. Make it harder now that it is a special counsel. I think that's a fair way of viewing it. So, Ted, I don't know if we have a disagreement. I think what you're saying here is correct. So if I didn't say that, or if I wasn't clear on that, let me clarify my position. I do believe And maybe you disagree with this that it raises the cost if it was if the Durham probe was just housed within the DOJ bureaucracy. They would make it go away. And you would never. You know the Durham probe would sleep with the fishes never to be seen again. Nobody would ever even hear of it. The bill who's this term guy, and he had a probe, But no. Now the Democrats get the special probe. So to speak, and it's gonna be harder for them to remove it, and I think that's a good thing. Harder for them. To do so doesn't mean impossible doesn't mean they won't. It just raises the cost of them doing so, which also means there's a greater likelihood. Of us finding out that about seeing this, as you know, something that will be seen through to the end will actually get answers about it, Mike. Hey, Buck about the female football player. I agree with you that females cannot compete with men in the football arena. However, this was a special circumstance because of covert 19. The Vanderbilt football team was without a kicker, and they recruited for the ladies soccer team. Mind you This girl is 6, ft Two. She is a big girl. Now, when you say that anyone could take it further than what she did. I have to disagree. First of all, this was a short kicked by design. They call it a squib kick. They want to avoid kicking the ball to the opposing team's best player that might run all the way back for a touchdown. So knowing they would have a weak kickoff team. They did a short kick. She could have kicked it to the end zone. If they would have let her second they would have kicked her tryouts for a reason. Not ever in kicking a ball. It's not as easy it looks especially under pressure, Mike. All right, you're gonna make me I'm gonna have to dig into this..

Where the Trump campaign and Republicans' election-related lawsuits stand
"State legislators from Michigan were invited to the White House today. What was the goal here? That's right. You had Michigan's Republican House speaker and Senate majority leader who were at the White House today to meet with the president and the White House Press secretary Kayleigh Mcenany held her first briefing in 15 days. She was asked about this meeting, and she said she kind of dismissed. It is nothing more. Or than routines, and the president meets with people from our with lawmakers, rather from all around the country all the time. But of course, this meeting is not routine. It's all the most alarming and that we know that Rudy Giuliani will be there. And Rudy Giuliani has been leading the president's efforts to try and contest some of these results in certain states. Some of these election results he's been the one kind of Meeting the Trump campaign legal effort here. We should point out he hasn't really been successful. A lot of these lawsuits have been thrown out. But he's been the one kind of behind this this strategy, so the fact that he is at the White House in that meeting. It is certainly raising concerns that maybe the president here is trying to exert political pressure on these members of the Michigan State legislatures so that they don't certify the election or that they are rather than they certified in in a way that would be favorable to him and Essentially be the president, asking them to overturn the will of the people and overturn the outcome of the election. So you had Michigan Democratic congresswoman Debbie Dingell making that point earlier today, she said, This goes beyond partisan politics. It's an attempt to subvert our democracy and undermine the will of Michigan voters legality aside even if the president Did manage to somehow change the result of what happens in Michigan. That still wouldn't be enough to change the outcome of the election. It wouldn't get him 2 to 70 electoral votes. Is he planning to do this in other states? Do we know that's the concern here to your right? The math Peter even if they are able to certified Michigan for president Trump, which would be, you know, just in and of itself, just so alarming and that you know, Joe Biden believes believes in Michigan right now, by over 100,000 votes, if not 150,000. So that ah big margin for for for them to overturn That election would be quite something, But you're right. The mask doesn't work in the president's favor. Even if he were to win Michigan, he's still wouldn't have enough votes to become president. The fear is that they were speculating now, but there's a concern is is whether there would be a kind of domino effect and whether maybe more states would follows to feed into Georgia is on the cusp of certifying its vote. The losing party. Okay. If it's within a 0.5% kid can ask for for a recount. We're expecting the trump campaign to ask for another recount s. Oh, So is that going to the lake, You know certification. Would Georgia follow suit with other states where the Legislature's or maybe a little bit more friendly to President Trump? You know, Pennsylvania's a state with a Republican Legislature with Pennsylvania follow suit. That's the kind of concern here but this is all at this point Speculation and I should point out. This is uncharted territory. We've never been in this situation. Before a bee season as delicate Terry with us on coma news and as thank you very much,

"What what are because you know we're getting down into the new show. A lot of people are experience of elections. Although 2000 I know there's some. There's some exceptions to this, but it's election night and then you get a transition and then you get a president who either is the incumbent. Our new president comes in January. What you mentioned certification. You're talking about an extended process. What happens between now and and January in terms of determining when do we know that this thing is over? What does the campaign need to either say? Yes, you know, Turns out Joe Biden did win or No. In fact, he did not win. I mean, just give us a sense of what the process is here. We keep talking about process. What is the process? Well in state by state, there are different tracks in every single state, You know. Ultimately, the Electoral college will meet and cast their votes and determine who the president's going to be. And then the inauguration. Is on January 20th. But prior to those things happening, each state certifies the results of its own election. And so that's why we're in state court all over the place. Going through these processes and, for example, we have we have a lawsuit that were dropping today in Michigan in Detroit, and part of that is going to be a similar argument about how there was disparate treatment. Depending on who you were, whether you voted in person or by mail very similar to our Pennsylvania lawsuit, which I just discussed, but we also There's a separate lawsuit that someone else has filed not connected to us. That is actually very interesting in which they're what we have Ah whistle Blower who has signed a sworn affidavit. Who says that he was ordered to backdate ballots to accept ballots that were illegal. They would be post Election day that would be too late to be counted. We also have a similar affidavit signed by someone in eerie Pennsylvania postal worker Has signed a sworn affidavit saying that his supervisor ordered all of the workers there to backdate mail in ballots. I also mentioned the dead people voting in Nevada. That's a very serious concern. Thousands of people voted in Nevada who were evidently Ineligible to be registered voters in the state in Georgia, and this is one of the things that will talk about as well. Uh, this is more of a statistical anomaly that just requires further investigation. Take a look at it this way. On Election day, Joe Biden received 100,000 votes more than John all soft. Jonah Soft is the Democrat candidate for Senate. Statewide candidate in Georgia, just like Joe Biden was a statewide candidate. But Biden got 100,000 more votes than all soft. That means 100,000 people went into the voting booth in Georgia and voted for on Lee, Joe Biden and no one else on the whole ticket. That doesn't make any sense, especially when you compare it to the other side of the ticket. President Trump President Trump compared to Senator David Perdue, running for reelection against also had virtually the same vote total, always separated by about 800 votes. Why is it that everybody who went into the voting booth to vote for President Trump also voted for David Purdue, But 100,000 people went into the voting booth in Georgia and voted for Joe Biden, but not anybody else. Very good question in and of itself, prove anything. But that is a statistical anomaly. That really cannot be explained. I wanted wanted wanted. Can you tell us? We're speaking of timber? Todd, director of communications for the Trump campaign, Tim, can you tell us What about this Michigan software glitch? Where is that? Yeah, that's going to be something That's also part of the lawsuit that we file later. Today. It's going. We want to know what happened and this is part of the discovery process. We want access to these machines and access to examine the software because what we have now is the anecdotal story of what happened in this one county. But we're also aware that this very same software was was used in counties all over the place in Michigan and perhaps elsewhere, but specifically dealing with Michigan. We want to know, and we want to be able to look at it. This is this is the thing when the media says to us, Oh, you don't have any proof. Well, it's because of the proof would be currently in the custody of the state, and we need access to it. That is the purpose of these lawsuits. People the media wants to know. Prove it. We had a press conference yesterday, Fox. Cut away from it and then cut away from Kayleigh Mcenany while she was there at the podium, and none of the other reporters would even write about it because they've already decided this thing is over. There's no fraud, and then they say what they demand our proof, and we say, Look, we're explaining to you the steps that we're taking to gain access to the proof and they don't even want to hear that. I mean, it's very much a parallel of the whole campaign. Or if it was bad news about Joe Biden. They just wouldn't write about it. They put pretended it didn't exist. And here we have the media that last week said there was no fraud whatsoever. And now they say, Well, sure, there's a little bit but you know, we're not even gonna look at that. So how much fraud is acceptable to them? And why aren't they curious? I thought they were the great defenders of our constitutional freedoms here, And that includes, of course, the right to free and fair elections. But somehow Media is not too concerned. I think it's any minute now they'll go back to talking about how Russia influence the last election, but they won't talk about dead people voting in Nevada Timur off the Trump campaign, Tim Thanks so much for bringing us up to speed. People are looking for proof that the election is stolen and actually it there is proof because in a statistical model, which heels of large populations of people The statistics is admissible in court. So you know when you're looking to prove a new particle in a particle accelerator, if you're looking for a top pork, um, you're looking for, you know five standard deviations of proven that's considered scientific proof. In this case, the numbers show, you know, 5678 standard deviations of anomalies. So now the burden of proof becomes on the other party. What Always what anomalies So the statistical models that are looking at you know the way the votes were tabulated and the digits related to votes on DH how those votes were presented in, you know, Ordinarily, you know what? Which states will have a recount?
"Biden is the projected winner of the presidential election. The Associated Press called the race yesterday after he took both Pennsylvania and Nevada now President Trump's legal team not backing down, though they filed lawsuits, and they've also called for recounts. We'll break down the rules regarding that process in some of the key states the first let's take a look at Georgia there. State law does not require an automatic recount. A deadline to request one is two business days after county certify the vote. The margin must be half a percentage point or less, in order to have a recount. If the recount is approved, there is no set deadline for completion. And right now, Joe Biden leads in Georgia by just under 20.0.2 percent. Let's go to Michigan. Now there will be an automatic recount if the difference in the races 2000 votes or less. The deadline to request request to recounts two days of the canvas. There's not a required margin in orderto have a recount, and there's also no set limit for when it has to be completed. But Joe Biden currently leads in Michigan by more than 100,000 votes. Meantime, Nevada also does not have an automatic recount rule. Party officials can't request of recounts in the three days after the statewide vote canvas Recounts must be finished in 10 business days. Biden leads there by more than 30,000 votes moving onto North Carolina. Automatic recounts are not required. The deadline to request one is two business days after the canvas, but in orderto have a recount. The margin must be half a percentage point or 10,000 votes. President Trump leads in that state by more than 40,000 votes. All right, let's head to Pennsylvania and does have an automatic recount if the race falls within half a percentage point, which is not the case right now. The deadline to request is five days after the unofficial canvas and if there is an automatic recount, it must be finished in three weeks. But if one party requests a recount, there is no set

There are some developments this morning in the ongoing counts from several key states, one of those states of Pennsylvania this morning the biggest electoral prize left on the map. Joe Biden has significantly cut into the president's lead in the last 12 to 24 hours. 140,000 votes now separate the two candidates in Pennsylvania. Biden has been winning about 77% of the male balloted as they've come in. So far, and if that pace continues, it is possible that he would that would then lead trump in that race. Meanwhile, in Georgia, there's still about 100,000 votes to be counted there. Joe Biden and President Trump are separated now by 18,000 votes. There were about 90,000 votes left uncounted, as about added about 10 15 last night were also still watching Nevada this morning, which could be called one way or the other today. Biden leads by about 8000 votes in Nevada. State expected to release a new batch of vote totals sometime later this morning. And with the numbers narrowing in Georgia, the Senate candidate, their Democratic Senate candidate is closer to pushing that race to a runoff. David Perdue, who's the Republican, has now fallen to 50% of the vote in the race. Against Democrat Jon Ossoff's with several 1000 ballots so left to be counted there. It is possible that if produce falls below the 50% threshold that that race would run, go to the runoff. In January. But in Michigan, for example, the margin now is in Biden saver by over 100,000 votes, and it's highly unlikely that a lawsuit would be sufficient to, you know, to reduce that kind of a margin to trump. And the board isn't set to begin cutting absentee or previous ballots until November. 12th well and on the topic patients. That's the word from elections. Officials in a number of states want to make sure all votes are counted in the presidential election, and NBC's Karen Travers, Aaron Carter, Ski and Jude rooting or breaking it down for us. Both Donald Trump and Joe Biden have pathways to 270 electoral votes. Yeah, and we can get into them. Now. Let's first start with the former vice president Joe Biden, Arizona and Nevada right now. Erin are leaning Blue. Joe Biden wins both of them. He gets exactly 270 electoral votes right on the money, he would be the president elect. Doesn't even include Pennsylvania. He doesn't need to win Pennsylvania if you wins Arizona and Nevada. But tonight, Democrats up there are feeling more positive that biting could flip. The Keystone State Senator Bob Casey, is from a very famous political family in Pennsylvania, three term senator his dad was the governor. He told her Trish Turner that he expects Biden ultimately carry that state. By 80 to 100,000 votes. That would be a pretty significant turn from where the vote count stands at this point. A top Democrat up in Philly just told me a couple minutes ago. They don't think they're gonna have the whole thing counted tonight. More likely tomorrow morning. Now the president does have to win Pennsylvania and North Carolina and Georgia, and that's still not enough to get him to 270 electoral votes. Aaron he has to win one of those states out West Nevada or Arizona. So certainly a bit of a more difficult path for the president with the way things are looking right now, and more numbers are coming in from Arizona. Nevada says there will not be any additional results tonight. They had signaled that Thursday is going to be the big day. For the counting in Nevada. That's a B C's Karen Trevor's right now President Trump has 214 electoral votes He has won 23 states Joe Biden has 253 electoral votes and has won 21 states. And that includes Michigan, ABC studio. Honestly, I think that they went to from demographic demographic and Joe Biden managed to put together a coalition so that he could basically feel the cracks in the blue wall, which had been so important to Democrats for six presidential cycles before that, But if you look and drill down into the exit polls, he really did well with women. There was a major gender gap and the various ways that you can fly that up. I talked to suburban women. In places like Oakland County. These were the white college educated suburb, women who swung in 2018. The moms. I talked to said, You know, they were just tired of the name calling and the You know the fighting, they said. You know, President Trump did and said things that my kids did it. I would punish them and moms were really upset about President Trump's handling of the pandemic, and that bears out in, you know the exit polling and there are many ways that you can play with the other huge coalition for joke, Joe Biden. The African American vote, and you saw that come, you know, rush in for the photo finish at the end, with large metropolitan areas showing at the end, whether it was Detroit's Wayne County or Grand Rapids or Flint.
