And if we don't get to your calls today, call back tomorrow. Definitely. So speaking of calls, if you'd like to call in the number is 410. Wcbm 6 80 That's 4 10 92266 80. If your radio doesn't work to new tax one from someone who just says Hi, Nicole. Okay, so I feel kind of left out. But I'm sorry. Uh, the other one is my grand from someone says my grandson has RSV respiratory since official virus and this is the season. It's been going around actually filled up some ICUs around the country. Pediatric ICUs and this caller says Now many family members have severe cold somewhere tested Covid for and all were negative. It's been a long has been a long lasting cold. Some some have fever. Some don't Guess the cold season is right. That's absolutely right. So you know it's going to be important. That if you have symptoms again, you know the rapid engine tests are pretty good there pretty reasonably priced, uh, I know that they're ramping up production of because they had run out again. Very few of them. Yes. A few months ago. They you know again, You know, Delta came on, you know, kind of with, you know, with with a surge, and I guess they weren't expecting us. So Abbott is one of the largest manufacturers of the been axed test and that that's the one that I've used it. It's very simple to use you can at Walmart again, Mother place and my understanding. I think the president announced that WalMart, CVS and some other one other place are going to sell them at cost. For the next few months. They're going to wrap them up and sell them at cost. So it will be even more more reasonable because we do need to know the difference between the Covid coronavirus and the common Cold Corona. That's that's right. And it is cold season and I mean, we know several people who have young kids and everything. It's beginning of school. They've come home with colds. They've been tested. They've all tested negative. It's just a cold. Yeah, It's still unfortunate because colds just in my opinion, or Yeah, right. They're not funny, either, But But, yeah, it is important to know. So you know what I what I tell people is You know, Go out, get have a couple of them at home Couple. He's tested home if you come down with symptoms. If you come down with symptoms, you should test positive. The Anderson that's not like you need to take another 12. Days later. If you're symptomatic, you should have enough virus in your nose. Because the you know those those used and nose swab, and it's not the not the swab because all the way back, you know, it's not the brain tickle. You're doing this at home, so it's in your own home. And you're you kind of get to, you know, decide how much to do it. But if you test positive on one of those, I know that you've said this multiple times and everything. If you test positive on one of those rapid and and gene test, you should go ahead and go get a PCR test to confirm probably because there are some false negatives on the antigen test, and so just to be on the safe side and make sure that's what you're really positive. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, if it's critical to know, then you followed up with the PCR test again. They're they're you know, they're widely available. They're covered by insurance. So, uh, you know you should. You should do it anyway. Let's let's go. Let's go to the final hour. That's right. It is the final hour. We've got Edward and Glen Burnie. Edward, Are you with us? Morning? Good morning. What can we, uh, talk to Dr into prescribing hydroxychloroquine for me about 18 months ago. Uh, I talked to another doctor who advised me that dosage. Of 100 mg per week. As a prophylactic. So recently. The original doctor. No, the doctor who brings advised me, 100 MG. Uh, changed his advice to 200 mg per week. Uh, I'm doing fine. I'm 80 81 years old, and I'm not afraid of anything, Really, But I just don't want to Be under the government's thumb. Sure know, Edward, Look at it like I get what you're saying. So, uh again, and I'm not familiar with the with the doses for prophylaxis, you know, But I do know you don't have to take it every day. I do know that. Look, if your if your doctor has prescribed it, and you're comfortable taking it as prophylactic, you know, I do know that the what? Again what we call the therapeutic index. The ratio of toxic Dope amounts to what helps is pretty high with hydroxychloroquine. Billions of people around the world have taken hydroxychloroquine. Uh, I think there's pretty good evidence from not from direct studies. Some studies are, you know, indicated But from populations where Hydroxychloroquine is frequently taken by by a lot of people that the penetration of this virus is not as great, So there's some good evidence. So you know if you're not having if your doctor's recommending, look, go with what your doctor recommends. You know, that's true with the vaccine as well. So Edward that that Thanks Thanks for listening, Thanks for Uh, thanks for calling in today We have time for one more. One more Probably pretty quick here dug in Manchester. Good morning, everybody. Good morning. We've got about one minute. What's your question? Uh, well, I had questions and concerns about the ATF. No, there's switching gears. From Corona and the vaccine and everything, but sometimes you need that, But, uh, I mean, we did were able to get rid of his nominee. Chipman. But goodness forward I mean, going forward. The HF is very rogue. I mean, as a non, You know, the agency that it's supposed to be is very off the ranch now and I think going forward if we can Swing your Congress to a more conservative constitutional direction. Is there legislation can be put into either some? Yeah, severely rein them in or abolish them altogether because there's other Agencies that can take the load. Well, they could so but but, you know, sending it to another agency. Doug just just means you have a problem with the other agency. If you get a rogue person who wants to Chipman did Who wants to take away your firearms? I mean, the bottom line is Chipman didn't agree and didn't didn't agree with Second Amendment that a law abiding citizen has the right to have a firearm. And an AR 15 the most popular sporting rifle in the United States, where very few crimes are committed with a R 15 Look in Baltimore City. We have to really were 200 murders. Now I don't know where we are. I want to know how many were committed with a r 15. I'll bet the number is zip anyway. Time to that. Alright. Alright. Thanks. "It supports a healthy colon on top of all of that. And a great new study at the University of Hawaii, talking about vitamin D and colon health. I mean, who thinks of those things, right? That's amazing. So I think it's a welcome addition to this amazing formula to co Q super boost formula. In addition to that, I said the channel Look, we should put some B 12 and here as well. Let's called called Ballymun. And I say that because the 12 converts the Kabul hydrates and proteins and fats that you're eating converts them right into energy. And this is all about energy and well being. Now I know you like to say, until you try this unique combination of the 100 MG of CO Q 10, the advanced resveratrol the way you find them Impurities coke, you super boost formula that you won't know what you're missing. But explain what you mean by that. Well, I want you to experience it. And I said Jan, you know, let's tell them about it, and let's let them experience it for themselves. Well, absolutely fascinating. But Dr President for people who are tuning in late how about a quick recap here? What exactly is CO Q resveratrol super formula? Who needs it? And why is this in your opinion, the next generation of Coke, you supplementation. And how does purity is free bottle of her work? Well, look, I think there's a distinct advantage to having energy, endurance and stamina. And if we were going to isolate the nutrients and create what we would call a daily essential and somebody gave me the assignment list, the top five or six nutrients that we need. Need to literally give us energy. To build endurance to build stamina. I would list of following nutrients Co Q 10 Resveratrol B 12 and vitamin Day. This is the advantage that we're speaking about. And rather than going out and buying all four or five of these different nutrients. You get them all in one with the co Q daily Super boost and the idea behind this is you Take two a day. I don't want to go through the whole alphabet J was using that more is just a metaphor for how Big The suite of benefits is that magnesium impacts? Well, it's incredible. And we've been talking about this for years that when you are missing out on certain vitamins and minerals and other nutrients, your body just doesn't function properly. And you don't feel right and there really is something in every letter of the alphabet here. You know, it's really interesting. I had no idea that magnesium was involved in melatonin production. Uh, melatonin is very popular for our customers. That really helps them sleep better. So that is a huge benefit. But you're only up to D and you've listed like Nine different benefits of magnesium. Why don't we? Uh don't we just go to eat? Because I can't wait to hear what you could have come up. What is he Let me guess. Energy. Well, you got that right energy when we think about energy and magnesium, of course, as crucial as CO Q 10 is for energy production. Magnesium is right there. Health line reports. Magnesium is responsible for 600 biochemical reactions in the body. But we've talked about energy and magnesium. When you do the research for the You also find exercise performance. This is what really struck me as a surprise. In one study in 2014 J. They looked at this is in sports science. Volleyball players who took 350 mg of magnesium per day boosted their ability to jump and enhance their arms swinging movements. Of course, this is invaluable. So I'm thinking maybe they were measuring serves speed or things like that. But By the way, these were people who didn't even have a magnesium deficiency healthy, you know, athletes, so these are absolutely crucial findings and again helps to build that case that magnesium maybe the most important mineral that's missing in your diet. Even if you have a subclinical deficiency, the results can be pervasive. So it's time for us to do something about it. And that's what today's show is all about. So so let me ask for people who are listening. And you know, we I always recommend the first option is get your vitamins and minerals and your key nutrients from Your foods from your diet, but obviously you can't always do that. That's where nutritional supplements, uh, come into play and you know, it seems like it's virtually impossible to get enough magnesium in your diet, even if you were trying No doubt about it. When you look at the list of foods that you would have to eat to have healthy levels of magnesium, and perhaps some people can pull this off. But you're talking about the green leafy vegetables boiled spinach, Swiss chard among beans. You know how many among means did you get this week? Right chickpeas? So these are kind of odd ingredients to load up on on a regular basis. And if you got him this week, did you Are you going to get him next week, but not only that people take certain Drugs or, uh, the proton pump inhibitors. There are others, uh, antacids. If you drink too much coffee, and this will actually deplete your body of magnesium, making your shortage even worse. It's an absolute fact. Some of those key ingredients that we enjoy every day they even have some side benefits like coffee. For some reason, deplete the body of magnesium levels, right. And like you said those and acids. Um, you know, if you need to take it, you need to manage your magnesium level. So getting a dietary supplement that gets magnesium right? That's also been elusive for so many people, right and and and I think now is a great time to bring up our new supplement. We call it Mag Blue. They are probably the most beautiful tablets we've ever had a purity products. There's a special technology. Putting technology that makes these very, very easy to swallow. I'm sure you'll get into that. So why don't you? Why don't you be the one to tell us about Mag Blue? Tell the audience about core J. The idea behind Mag Blue is let's do something with magnesium That's never been done before. I mean, if you want to run out and get cheap, magnesium, the magnesium carbonates in the sulfates there 4% efficient. So you wind up taking massive amounts four or five big giant whopper pills to get a few 100 mg of magnesium. That's like the old technology, the magnet. Easy, UM based class, Innate buffered Kill eight, which is the latest technology. Is four times more efficient. So you have much smaller tablets. We like that idea because our customers when we do this survey is there like, Don't give me those big tablets. I want the smaller ones. We added this slippery tech Coding, which is a slippery technology to these beautiful blue tablets so that they go down faster and smoother than any tablet in the industry. But at its core, What makes mag blue unique is sure it has the 350 MG of this elite magnesium. And sure it's in these beautiful blue small tablets. But we added vitamin D 2000 units, we added a little bit of zinc and boron and these blueberries Jason Yeah, Channel I love these. Tell everyone about these organic blueberries that we source from Northern Canada. Talk about the Bears. Uh, for a second. I understand there are some issues with bears of their too sometimes. Tell you what we do to get these blueberries you would not believe. I mean, they come from way up north in Canada, the winders there they are Brutal. It's so harsh. These conditions that are wild organic blueberries up there. They need to create their own antioxidant defense, and they are literally bursting. With antioxidant power. And yes, there are bears up there. They love the blueberries, too. So we got to be a little careful, But people love blueberries because they're so great for the brain. We actually called them brain Berries. And when you use Mag blue, you've got these blueberries. They're 200% more potent than regular blueberries in terms of their antioxidant power. That's why we call this formula Mad Blue because of these super potent blueberries that are in here in every time. You take Mag blue. You get these benefits and you.

"Men's health dot com. Donna seems to be discriminatory against farmers are very, very fancy. And very technically good Farmer. Donna, would you please tell us about any questions that might have come across the line? I think your tractor's sexy doctor mystery. Okay, We have a very good question that made me giggle. Good afternoon, Doctor. Mr Donnelly. I'm a 73 year old male. Happily married to my 71 year old wife for 40 years. We have a great marriage. Put greeting quotes though. My wife trained me. Many years ago in the fine art of sex toys. I'm very skillful with the vacuum cleaner washing machine and my favorite toy, the swifter It's a Donnelly Please explain those toys to Dr Mystery after the show Now, my question two years ago, I still don't get the swifter. It's the thing that you do over there. What do you do with it, though you pick up all the dirt on the floor, Put the little thing that you throw away. You know, I think he's saying, I think he's saying that if a man does some housework get lucky. That's right. That's what I've been saying. Do some dishes. No, but the vacuum cleaner and the washing machine. They really took me for a loop because of the vacuum. The vibration go ahead two years. Ago I was diagnosed with BPH 110 grand prostate with urethral obstruction I was placed on Do asteroid and cancel Lawson. The plan was to shrink the prostate, then perform a resume procedure. This spring I started having erection issues I became tired all the time, leg weakness and all the chest hair and excellently hair fell off my body Urologist. Check my t levels. Testosterone. I had a total T of about 400 basically no free t no free testosterone. We stopped the door asteroid. My saying that right? Do test right, Testorides. At that time I was started on 100 mg of testosterone. Sippy, innate weekly. At the time. I was also scheduled for my resume procedures since my prostate was determined to be about 70 G. After nine weeks of testosterone, I felt great directions were returning leg weakness went away and I wasn't tired all the time. At nine weeks or T therapy, my blood level for total T came back over 1500. The urologist immediately stopped the injections. I could tell the urologist were surprised by this level. My question is, please note that I am a retired clinical pharmacist that was done. By my total. T level. Okay. Sorry. Here's the question When the T level was drawn, I still had somewhere between 25% to 40% of the director Testorides still on board due to the drugs, half life. What do you think could have caused this very high level of T the testorides my injection therapy for what it's worth. In addition, I had a severe case of orc itis when I was 20, and he put it in print sees mumps. I felt better on the two session would like to start to Central testosterone therapy, and I'm concerned as high level could return. So several parts of that question. So the first one is that If you are out there With BPH and you have a neuron due to Strider finasteride or you're taking finasteride for hair growth as a lot of people are doing now that these like online pharmacies are allowing you to get medicines without seeing a physician. You need to be aware that all of those medicines definitely contribute to erectile dysfunction. And if you're a young person and you plan on having kids, then you need to be aware that it could definitely impair your ability to have Children because of fertility concerns. It's always really disappointing to me when I see like a 35. I've year old guy come in. He's like I have e. D in the sperm counts low and he's been on finasteride for four years. And I was like, Did nobody tell you this, but he's got great hair. You know, I'm saying you didn't. You didn't decide to take the well, Nobody told me you didn't read about it. And so that's one of our most downloaded podcast, The post finasteride syndrome. So if you're out there and you're on finasteride test, right, I definitely would pick up that post Finasteride syndrome podcast because if you're feeling ill, and you don't know why it could be that medicine, so it did shrink his prostate. He didn't get resume. And that's great news, but due to stride works by stopping the conversion of testosterone to DHT, so the reason That your testosterone level was so good in the beginning over 400 was probably because the due to stride was keeping more of your testosterone the testosterone form instead of making it into the DHT form. Why would somebody decides from jump so high? And why would the urologist get so afraid? Number? One is a reason. Get afraid, Relax. Don't be scared. Don't be scared. Yeah, well, you know, and it's and it's a pretty hefty does a lot of options could have been given to somebody an alternative form of testosterone therapy having the dose. Prolonging the dose. But the most important thing is to make sure that the timing of the lab and the giving of the dose we're not too close. Oh, so when you take the testosterone on a Tuesday and you check your lab on Wednesday, the number is always going to be real high. But if you check it on the following Monday, the day before your injection, you know that can tell you a lot about the number you want to look at. You know, that's some some practices. Look at that. And some practice. Look at the day four. So in my practice if you're a patient of mine I like the middle Love the diet of the cycle, and I'd like to see people goal towards Somewhere in the 7 to 900 range, But there's nothing you don't necessarily want to run a 1500 all the time, especially because over 1500 because over now there's nobody even you know, it was there was only measurable, right. The clinical question that this patients asking is number one is What he really wants to know. Is it safe to start to soften again? And the answer is more than likely, especially if it made you feel better. It made you feel better. It means your body needs it to do and so restarting him at a lower dose or the different type of formulation or different injection pattern. There's a whole bunch of things that can be done. He is concerned. That part of the problem with this number was influenced by the fact that the test ride hadn't washed out of a symptom a system. I'll buy that. So you started again and see what the number for a while, right, you know, and you can just start it for a few weeks and see what happens. And maybe even if you feel very concerned started just started, like a partial dose. So that is the kind of approach that we would take in our clinical practice for somebody who has an abnormal value. Now what he said and with the urologist said that was taking care of him. And what everybody says is. I wonder why the number went so high, but how? But it was an error. Oh, things go wrong. Why wouldn't we try again? Why wouldn't we check it? Check it out. I mean to assume that of all the people that couldn't have made a mistake. It was the lab machine, right? I mean, that's that's silly. Lab machines make errors all the time. We go through times in which we diagnose 20 people with pre diabetes in a row because somebody's assets somebody live went off. And it's your doctor's job to look at that and say, Well, maybe something's wrong with the recording mechanism that we're doing, and so, um, uh, number one. I don't think there's a reason, uh, to not attempt again. Your testosterone, especially if it made you feel better. Number two. Is if you're out there, taking to task driver finasteride be wary of potential sexual side effects. Um And and then, finally, if you're out there, and, um you have what you think is a difficult to control. Testosterone management problem. Seek another opinion. Because maybe you're going to someone who doesn't feel comfortable prescribing testosterone and God forbid listeners out there think that all urologists think the same that I do like that is not the case. There's a lot of urologists. I would say the most of the urologist that I talked to do not like prescribing testosterone because there's no there's no money in it. You know, I'm saying you get money and taking care of kidney stones and doing the sector me doing surgery, people. Not managing to cost alone. But you know our practices designed to kind of maximize men's health, and part of that is a clear understanding and.

"Dot com. They say the results of magnesium on the mood can be dramatic. So this is really, really big When you think about sleep. I like to think about melatonin. We know that magnesium is crucial for healthy, dreaming, healthy sleep and sleep quality. And you don't feel right. And there really is something in every letter of the alphabet here. You know, it's really interesting. I had no idea that magnesium was involved in melatonin production. Uh, melatonin is very popular for our customers. It real. Helps them sleep better. So that is a huge benefit. But you're only up to D and you've listed like nine different benefits of magnesium. Why don't we? Uh why don't we just go to eat? Because I can't wait to hear what you could have come up. What is he Let me guess. Energy. Well, you got that right energy when we think about energy and magnesium, of course, as crucial as CO Q 10 is for energy production. Magnesium is right there. Health line reports. Magnesium is responsible for 600 biochemical reactions in the body. But we've talked about energy and magnesium. When you do the research for the You also find exercise performance. This is what really struck me as a surprise. In one study in 2014 J. They looked at this is in sports science. Volleyball players who took 350 mg of magnesium per day boosted their ability to jump and it enhanced their arms swinging movements. Of course, this is in volleyball. So I'm thinking maybe they were measuring serve speed or things like that. But By the way, these were people who didn't even have a magnesium deficiency. These were healthy, You know, athletes, So these are absolutely crucial findings and again helps to build that case that magnesium maybe the most important mineral that's missing in your diet. Even if you have a subclinical deficiency, the results can be pervasive. So it's time for us to do something about it. And that's what today's show is all about. So so let me ask for people who are listening. And you know, we always recommend the first option is get your vitamins and minerals and your key nutrients from your foods from your diet. But obviously you can't always do that. And if you got him this week, did you Are you going to get them next week, but not only that people take certain Drugs or, uh, the proton pump inhibitors. There are others, uh, antacids. "It supports a healthy colon on top of all of that. And a great new study at the University of Hawaii, talking about vitamin D and colon health. I mean, who thinks of those things, right? Yeah, That's amazing. So I think it's a welcome addition to this amazing formula to co Q super boost formula. In addition to that, I said to Jan. Look, we should put some B 12 in here as well. It's called Kabbalah Man. And I say that because B 12 converts the carbohydrates and proteins and fats that you're eating. Converts them right into energy. I mean, I know you've heard about how co Q 10 and resveratrol and B 12 and vitamin D, And by the way, there's even some vitamin A in this amazing formula, how they all work together. To create what I call the environment of energy in your body, not only physical energy mark, but mental energy, endurance and stamina. I mean, who wouldn't? I mean, raise your hand. If you don't want energy, endurance or stamina. Everybody wants it. Absolutely. I mean, come on, and this is a great way to do that. And I said Jan, you know, let's tell them about it. And let's let them experience it for themselves. Well, absolutely. This has been fascinating. But Dr President for people who are tuning in late how about a quick recap here? What exactly is CO Q is very Call super formula Who needs it? And why is this In your opinion, the next generation of coke, you supplementation. And how does purity is free bottle offer work? Well, look, I think there's a distinct advantage to having energy, endurance and stamina. And if we were going to isolate the nutrients and create what we would call a daily essential and somebody gave me the assignment list the top five or six nutrients that we need to literally give us energy. "To jail over from all those different schools. So, um, rooms are covering that, Sean. Well, people go. Well, who do you hang out with the help of Kathy? I don't hang out with anybody else because they're all a judge. They're always they're all in jail restaurant business. I mean, I don't care what restaurant you worked on somebody. Had something available. I think that's fair. I think cannabis was the least worried product that they had in a restaurant available. I just saying I mean, okay, so let's talk about the food part. How does How do we get from the point of you go. Hey, we do this. This and this. We can do a really nice dinner that's controlled. Everybody's got to have their card when they come in, So it's legal. And then whoever does it's a producer. Right? So how does tell me how something like that gets put together? Well right now. Technically in the state of Oklahoma Cannabis kitchens, Cannabis restaurants are illegal. Why do they hate us? I don't know. I really don't know why they're doing. I mean, there's a lot of laws, then that's a whole another story, but In the essence of it. Cannabis is nothing more than salt, pepper, basil, Anything like that. It's an ingredient so Now, Kathy was talking about flavors and like, Can you taste it and that? Yes, you can taste some of it. But it also depends on how you hide it. If I put it in a chocolate cake, I can put you in a chocolate that you'll never see it. We'll never know. Have you tasted Lake Hefner? Water when the water exactly, Honey, come on, man, that if you can tell our listeners that process about how you did Made sugar infused or Yeah, that's actually pretty sugar. I thought it was so fascinating. And then that's how you make a chocolate cake or that's how you make you know. So with any cannabis products, you start out with the raw plant. Now you can use that We used to call that we'd just everybody knows. One great thing about cannabis is everything from the root to the tip of the plant is all usable One way or another. You can make what's called RSO RSO is Your FICO. It's It's a strong Concentrated version of the oil. They give it to cancer patients. It's what actually helps cancer patients bring back more of their appetite and not being as much pain from chemo. There's thousands of people that are almost unfair. That was never offered 100%, right. So when we go into cooking We can take that Rs so we can take what's called distillate, which is when you take everything. Parts of the plan and you run them and you pull out a different an oil that's diluted down kind of, and then you have your real thick RSF. So you're distillate. You can take your discipline or your cannabis plants. Your cannabis flower. Write them down, and there's all different carriers. You can use an oil. It isn't you have some THC is an oil carrier, meaning something to mix it right Carrier to mix it with so you can do. Ever clear or high proof alcohol. You can do oils. You can do milk you can do. I mean, there's literally any liquid can be done. So with what Kathy was talking about you taking you d Carve your cannabis D carving is basically boiling down baking it to, uh About 225 degrees 30 to 45 minutes to kind of help. Release. What do you tell the neighbors about the snow? It's legal. I don't even know my neighbors. Nothing, She said. I didn't hear this. Okay today, so once you break it down and you d carpet You can Right. There's so many different primitive. There's so many different ways. There's machines that you can literally buy a machine for 200 bucks. Take your cannabis. Throw it in there through a couple cans or a couple cups of ever clear in it for an hour and a half. Two hours later, you have cannabis infused ever clear that you can do it in a pot. You can do it across, but you can do anything. So now you take once you strain out all your plant matter. You have a clear green liquid right now. You have you can do anything with that liquid. It is 100%. It's ever clear. So with what Kathy was ever clear, for those of you who don't know how straight alcohol that we used to drink in Kansas as teenagers with grape juice and make up and fashion? Yeah, awful stuff. So then, like with me, I take one cup of the ever clear mixture, and I mix it with two cups of sugar. Put it on a sheet pan. Put it back in the oven at about 170 degrees as low as your Evan will go. And slowly, every 15 20 minutes. You just stir it. What you're doing is you're taking all that ever clear and you're getting it to evaporate. Alcohol is gonna evaporate right? Three minutes at high of an alcohol content, right with all the alcohol evaporating Now, all your THC oil molecules have attached to your sugar molecules. Now, Um Berlet, bro, I mean, it really 100% right? So now you can take that and you can put it in a jar and stored in your cabinet. Now, if you want a light chocolate cake, or you want a light dessert with just a little bit, maybe half a cup and a half a cup of regular sugar. You can cut it down. However, you want to think that's fascinating. And that's just one of millions of product that and you look and you go so I was making old fashions. Old fashioned with a different, slower kick, you know and well and when you get to like drinks and anything with that you want to use what's called a water soluble, which is where they've taken the THC molecules. They've added it with some things, and now they've literally powdered. The THC because they've made it the molecule so small, it's connected to another powder. Then I can take that as a powder. I can Sprinkle it on food. I can mix it in with drinks. Can Sprinkle it on your Cheerios. I can make it an insane simple syrup. Right? Well, that's why I'm looking at it goes into anything at that point, And then we actually some of the people. Simple syrup. Greener isn't clear. No, you can do a clear one. If he didn't water, water soluble. It would be a little class. Sorry. This is Chef talk actual real so And some of the people I work with and work around. I mean, I know people right now that have like a Sarasota ketchup. I know they have mustard barbecue sauce. They just came out with drink additives. So they have a margarita mojito. A bloody Mary, literally in a bottle. Let's say, 100 MG for that ball, or you put half of it in the bloody Mary with your tomato juice, And now you've got a 50 mg Bloody Mary with your alcohol. God, that's amazing. So we were talking before and I go. You go into Sam's and there's booze in everything I mean from And these things literally look like kid pops an Italian ice and all this other state, So I'm not surprised. I'm just I am still I can't. I struggle with the that this is legal. I really still just like I can't believe this is legal. I just can't wrap my head around it. But I So here's Here's the statistics that I read this past week, so people who used to drink in bars they spend 300 bucks a month essentially on cannabis products instead, so There's a negative effect for some bars. But the good thing is I've never known anybody to smoke weed or get high that wants to fight. They just want to eat a burrito. Really good ones for some good fish and chips, Right? Right. And so I don't I don't have any issues with that part of it. And another thing. A lot of people don't understand about cannabis is I mean, you guys know my struggles for the longest time with depression and everything else, which that helps immensely. But when I left the restaurant industry, I was drinking 1/5 of whiskey at night. Oh, man. But I switched to cannabis and I I literally have learned what a true social drinker is. I'll go out with you guys. And you're like, Hey, you want to have a glass? I will have one glass of wine. She's she's one of those. Yeah, I don't. I'm not. I was never that person. I mean, you guys know me. I go somewhere and you're all in or you want to drink? No. I want that bottle plus another drink. Yeah. With cannabis. You don't do that. I think that is probably the Biggest advantage, especially in a state that is basically Afro culture, half roast Celtic Native American all three cultures known for some issues with addictions, and and that's the thing like it's pulling people off of heroin. It's pulling people off all these other drugs. It's pulling you away from alcohol. And We can get this so that somebody calling the complaints..

200 bucks 100% Kansas Kathy 100 MG half a cup Sean today Three minutes one cup one glass of wine Oklahoma an hour and a half 45 minutes Afro One one 30 thousands of people Two hours later

"Debbie. You're on w g N. You've got a question for Dr Steve happy Friday. Thank you. Are you there? Yeah. What's the What's the question? I'm sorry. Okay, I have I have to wrap asean, my feet and in my fingertips due to chemotherapy that I wasn't sure Get any of that would work for that. Can I ask you a quick question? How long has it been since the last chemotherapy treatment? You've gotten, uh, at the end of February? Okay, Let me tell you and share my experience. We see a ton fine. Both pediatric and the Scientology and one of the big issues that we have with these patients is that they have whole latest post chemotherapeutic neuropathy. I'll tell you that. We should have started this with you a long time ago, because if we can again if we could, you know, sort of finesse it a little bit. We're really able to control a lot of that post chemotherapy neuropathy that you're having. And let me be very honest. More importantly, on top of the CBD as time goes on, and as your body processes over poison that they put in there to kill what had to be killed. You'll start to feel better and better and better, So I don't want you to get upset about the neuropathy. Want you to understand itself Limited and eventually it will stop your somebody. 1000%. I wish you would have probably to see me because you I really have a lot to offer. And I'm sorry you had to go through that can absolutely try this. Yeah. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Good luck, Debby. I hope that I hope that helps. And we wish you health in the future, And I hope that is a solution for you. Um, Dr Steve, let's let's take Jenny's call. This is this is a really good question. I wouldn't know the answer this one and this will be my first question. Go ahead, Jenny. Yes, Hi. And I have used CBD for a while. The lotion and I have the bottle. I have the brand I have has it, says 300 mg Active. Um, per two ounces for this little battle, then I bought Another went back and got the same brand, but it's this one, says 600. MG is one stronger than the other. Does it work better than the other is? Why is 16 so I have I have an answer, but I don't watch it and think it's because they have a product. I'm thinking to myself. 600 how are created 1500? Listen, the answer is yes, the higher amount that they get the milligram dosage. But then you have to see how much is actually you know, being dispersed when you use the product. In other words, you know, like you're like our CBD. Let's just take our CBD for around 3000 mg CBD so each drop Or full that a patient would take is equal to 100 mg, not 3000. So that's sort of, you know, just to give you that, you know she can understand how it's done. But 600 should be stronger than 200, which is not as strong as 1500. That's what I'm thinking. You gotta go big or go home Girlfriend. Yeah, that makes perfect sense. So one will The more the more MILLIGRAMS the better. It's going to work. I have a lot of arthritis that Yeah. Has it been successful for you in the past, Jenny, have you found relief? Actually, yes, you know, And I think for maybe an hour or so, but I use, you know, And then it kind of wears off. I think, but, yeah, you know, initially and maybe an hour or two. Um yeah. Jenny. That's the problem with the creams. You got to take it. I tell patients if you're going to use the cream, it's not the amount you use. But it's the frequency. It's the consistency of use of it. And this is exactly what happens. Which is why you got to try it orally because if you can trigger a larger, systemic, anti inflammatory reaction, you're going to feel better. And you won't have to baby the crane either. I'm telling you Try and orderly. It will help you. And it will be better managing arthritis when it's multi joy. Uh huh. Good luck. We'll try that. Good luck, Jenny. Yeah, that is, um That was my question, too, about the strength of things. I know. My mother in law puts it on and then puts gloves on overnight because she feels as if it retains. You know, whatever the benefits are longer. I don't know that's what she finds. Um, hey. I mean, I love her, Nana. You met none. I think. Let's see. I have heard if you take a medicine this is from the text line. I've heard if you take a medicine that says, do not eat grapefruit that you shouldn't take CBD. Is that true? Um well, I I don't think that eating, I wouldn't eat grateful necessarily and CBD at the same time, But there are you know, facility is not without its potential sort of interactions. Like there are certain blood thinners, Certain heart, Mansour and thyroid meds that you sort of have to be careful with. But let me be very honest. We have used CVD on thousands and thousands of people, and we've yet to have any significant reaction or any significant medication to medication. Direction Now, it doesn't mean it's not possible, but absolutely, you know, we've had a very safe experience using it. Mhm. Good to know. Ask Dr Steve this and I have neuropathy from hip replacement. So I'm on gabapentin right now. Massive doses. I've tried CBD creams, but let's see the orally. I don't even understand. This is very technical Micro dozing at about 2.5 mg of THC seems to work. She's doing. She's not doing enough and I'll be very clear. So number one. Let's talk about whoever wrote the hip question. Be clear about who you're talking to. I've had eight spy surgery. I was on 272,700 MG of Neurontin and wean myself off every milligram of it. And not using CBD. But listen, when you're dealing with issues like hip replacements and areas that have massive amounts of information. Sure you can use the cream but you've got to take it orally. Systemically is the way to go and you've got to be consistent with it. And don't micro dosage. I'm telling everybody micro dosing is not the way to go with this. You've got to be careful because I have thousands and thousands of patients of data now and it helped. How do we figure out that CBD work? Because the older people micro dose in a month, one month three months six Nothing happened. And then all of a sudden, month eight and 87 year old woman, My arthritis is better. I'm like, what is she talking about? And the next one and the next one, And the next one showed up And we realized right then and there. God will undergo Senate terribly, and you really need to take significantly more probably like 50 MG. Twice a day in our patient population appears to be the bare minimum to trigger robust anti inflammatory and anti anxiety reactions. 773 and please tell the doctor My husband's a changed person on medical cannabis. He was in the trades his whole life, terrible arthritis, fibromyalgia neuropathy he got on the cannabis three years ago, was able to get off his Meds Tramadol to other strong ones, So he's got his life back. That's the testimonial for sure. Let's go back to the phone lines. Flora has a question. I think we can fit this in quickly. Go ahead, Flora. You're on W G. N Yeah, I'm 75 years old. I've been taking 2700 mg of gabapentin Can a tramadol and to me to trim models and a hydra kota on every day for at least 12 years. Will medical marijuana help me? Please. Please come in and see me. That's my answer. I am. I don't even want to announce this to the world. But you're talking to a guy that had eight sponsored Aries. You're talking to a guy that couldn't use cannabis because he was a doctor and wound up being the victim of somebody will have to use narcotics and signal patches have to read down and down and down and you get sucked into that vortex. Please come see me. You are a person on everybody that's called in. What a finale. You're the one I can help you. I can help you. And then after we get you sleeping and get your feeling better, I'm gonna pull you off all your medicines just for good measure because that's how Dr the roles But here here's my problem. I'm on Medicare. Oh, yes, exactly. Yeah, we'll talk. We take care about patients. And now if you need help will help you All right? We're not doing it for money. Alright, Flora. Thank you. Thanks, Flora. Maybe get with Pete. Can you hold on a second? Maybe. Just get with Pete. Get your information shared. We'll see what we can set up their doctor Steve, We did have a request for your your exercise. Manche mantra again, But we only have 30 seconds. Can you do it in 30 seconds? Yes. Low intensity. It really helps them sleep better. Health line reports magnesium is responsible for 600 biochemical reactions. In the body, but we've talked about energy and magnesium. When you do the research for the You also find exercise performance. This is what really struck me as a surprise. In one study in 2014 J. They looked at this is in sports science. Volleyball players who took 350 mg of magnesium per day boosted their ability to jump and it enhanced their arms swinging movements. Of course, this is invaluable. So so let me ask for people who are listening and you know, we always recommend the first option is get your vitamins and minerals and your key nutrients from your foods from your diet. But obviously you can't always do that. That's where nutritional supplements Uh, come into play and you know, it seems like it's virtually impossible to get enough magnesium in your diet, even if you were trying No doubt about it. When you look at the list of foods that you would have to eat to have healthy levels of magnesium, and perhaps some people can pull this off. But you're talking about the green leafy vegetables boiled spinach, Swiss chard among beans. I mean, you know how many among beans did you get this week? Right chickpeas? So these are kind of odd ingredients to load up on on a regular basis. And if you got him this week, did you Are you going to get him next week, but not only that people take certain Drugs or, uh, the proton pump inhibitors. There are others, uh, antacids if you drink too much coffee, and this will actually deplete your body of magnesium, making your shortage even worse. It's an absolute fact. Um some of those key ingredients that we enjoy every day they'd even have some side benefits like coffee. For some reason, deplete the body of magnesium levels, right. And like you said those and acids. Um, you know, if you need to take it, you need to manage your magnesium level. So getting a dietary supplement that gets magnesium, right? That's also been elusive for so many people, right and and and I think now is a great time to bring up our new supplement. We call it Mag Blue. They are probably the most beautiful tablets we've ever had a purity products. There's a special technology a coding technology that makes these very, very easy to swallow. You know, and and and and, you know, to your point about you. I know you're passionate about full spectrum, you know, and I wanted to get into that because I know that there's a lot of products out there. Some of them are CBD. Isolate this, that the other we know if they go to technical, But why full spectrum? So research have actually shown that full spectrum, which is all of the plants, cannabinoids and Turpin's being president is not. It doesn't taper off in effect and a dose dependent way and what that means is isolate on Lee worked up until a certain point say, you take 100 MG of isolates. You feel in effect you could take 200. It's gonna be the same level of effect. It's not going to increase with a full spectrum extract. It increases those dependent Lee so there's no cap on the therapeutic effect.
