No more annoying figure politically, but there's Barbra Streisand news that has nothing to do with her weird politics. Did you catch this yesterday? Barbra Streisand. Go ahead. I know the news. Well, I think I know the news that she's being interviewed by Howard Stern. Oh, Lord. OK, well, that'll be something. No, this is a much tinier thing that nonetheless I got it kind of a kick out of. If you ask here, hang on a sec. Let's see if they fix this. Hang on a sec. If it wasn't it wasn't it was Siri. Who is married to James Brolin? Hang on. My phone's not on anyway. It pronounced her name wrong. It gave it a soft S. It would say James Brolin is married to Barbra Streisand. Get it? Streisand. Streisand. Right. Exactly. It's not. Her point was it's not a Z. It's an S. It needs to be Streisand. So guess what she did? She sued them. Much, much simpler. She called Tim Cook. Oh, well, yeah. And he fixed it. You know, there was a there was a have you ever studied the Streisand effect? You know what the Streisand effect is? It's fascinating. And this is something that has become kind of part of the it's sort of the lexicon. The Streisand effect means she was once livid that somebody took pictures of her Malibu estate. And of course, she lives in a palatial mansion right on the water. You know, she's got more money than Fort Knox. Incidentally, speaking of people with more money than Fort Knox, can I share what it's like to rub elbows to somebody with a lot of money? By all means. Don't worry. It's like me. Focus, focus, focus. I'll go back. If Streisand is going to be interviewed by Stern, she has a memoir coming out called My Name is Barbara, I believe. So I think that's why she'll be interviewed all over the place, probably. And that's an interview I'd listen to because, you know, he's a master interviewer. He is an absolute master into the guy is brilliant at that. I mean, if he could lose all the filthy stuff that he does in the you know, the idiocy and lose the covid idiocy. He's gone hard left. The fiercely independent rule breaker, bold Howard Stern is dead, but he remains a very good interviewer. A hundred million dollars a year might do that to you or whatever he gets. He gets some crazy amount of money. And as I was rubbing shoulders with, I'm just going to say, somebody we all know who's got a very familiar face, I rubbed elbows with them at the Job Creators Network event. And this particular person was, I was told, lived in Palm Beach, which I didn't know. And I've known this person for a while. I'm not going to mention the name because I don't want to embarrass anybody. But I said to this person, I'll have this figured out by 830. I said, well, you probably know now if you think about it, if you do the math, I told you who was there. But anyway, I said to this particular person who I love, I said, hey, I didn't know you lived here in Palm Beach. The answer was, well, I don't actually live here. I do have a home here. And I thought, now that's money. Just one of many. That's money. And Palm Beach. Listen, it ain't a double wide. I mean, there's nothing in Palm Beach under about 10 mil. Anyway, so the Streisand effect is that Barbara Streisand sued somebody because she was upset that the pictures they took of her estate weren't authorized, because she's a notorious control freak, and she didn't want people to know where she lived. She sued based on the pretense of security measures, right? Okay. I understand that wish, but go ahead, all right, go ahead. Here's the Streisand effect. So the Streisand effect is the lawsuit had the opposite effect of what she intended, because after she sued, then it was very public where she lives, then the whole world knew. And so there's something in the legal jargon now that has become known as the Streisand effect that sometimes litigation, you know, emphasizes or puts an unwanted spotlight on something you're trying to quelch, to quelch, to quelch. So anyway, that's that. But I would love it. I am. I'm going to try to listen to the stern Streisand interview. I can't wait. And speaking of South Florida, aren't you packing for South Florida as we speak? Indeed. On the stage, DeSantis, Haley, Scott, Ramaswamy, Christie, oh my gosh, poor Chris Christie. I know. Gosh. I played that clip yesterday. Me too. Do you feel sorry for him a little bit? No, I do not, because he is an absolute virulent idiot. This is a willful thing that he's doing. It is a, as I said on Twitter, if he's just on a speaking tour and trying out some Trump hatred as a thought experiment to see how it works and what is still Trump's GOP, whatever, free country, free speech. But in an attempt to supposedly win votes in a campaign for president, it is an act of stunning malice, stunning idiocy. He is a self-absorbed fool and I have zero, zero empathy for that. I can't see him. I can't even picture him without the image of like a pro wrestling mask on his head. He's like a wrestler now. He's become to me a cartoon caricature. Do you hear what he said? Your aversion to the truth is not deplorable. Your aversion to the truth, as if I'm the sole arbiter of truth, is reprehensible. And then he said, you know, your cat calls, you're booing. That doesn't make anything better. That doesn't solve problems. But in an indirect way, yes, it does, because it is a crowd showing disapproval for him in their approval of Trump, who will make multiple things better if he were president again. Well, he's clearly rattled at this stage of the game. He's not liking any of this. He really is very unhappy with the – and what did you think was going to happen? What did you think was going to happen? What in the world did he think was going to be the end result of his vicious attacks on Trump? Look at what's happening to Trump right now. I was reading an article. I just talked about this, what he stands to lose in this New York civil fraud trial. He's at the risk of losing his entire New York empire that his whole life, his whole career was built on. This vicious Soros attorney general, who's trolling him regularly on social media, who's taunting him, who's strutting around like a peacock, bragging about how they've got him, and incidentally, that's how she campaigned. She said – she campaigned on it. I'm going to take him down. I'm going to get him. We're going to get Trump. That was her campaign promise and she thinks she's got him down. She's got this – they got this whack job judge. The judge literally said in the courtroom yesterday, I don't want to hear what you have to say. Also said, control your client or I will. Or I will. But I don't want to hear what you have to say. Well, then what's he on the stand for? You got him on the witness stand ostensibly to hear what he has to say. But they don't want to hear what he has to say. Of course, that was a revealing moment. This is so reprehensible and – but here's the thing, Letitia James could lose by winning. If Trump does lose his business empire, and he could, I mean they – and what he stands – I mean, for example, permanent disbarment of Trump being able to serve as officers or directors in any business headquartered, registered or licensed in New York, Mark, that's the goal here is to crush him financially. Of course it is. Financially, politically, reputationally, and in the midst of us talking about this courtroom appearance. And of course I've become fairly intrigued and amused by the various courtroom sketch artists. I mean, are they doing him a favor or not a favor? But I take you to a larger issue for just a moment because I don't know what your thought is on this. It was a bit of a debate yesterday. Speaking of things that are an outrage, it is an outrage that we didn't get to see this for ourselves, that we have to rely on reporters and courtroom sketch artists. Every courtroom in America contains the public's business being done. There should be cameras in every courtroom. Are you with me? A hundred percent. If we could see what is actually happening in this particular trial, it would only elevate his standing.

"I've applied for the Kyber AI beta, but they're not approving me. Well, it's around, I did ask the team, it's around a two-week approval process if you want to get approved. But if you want to speed up your approval, so if you want to get in potentially under a week to the Kyber AI beta, which by the way is a fantastic platform that I've been speaking about and running you through on the show. What you need to do is essentially just use your referral link. They have a referral program. They boost the odds of you getting a whitelist if you do have other people referred on your link. So I don't know if you're in any group chats or if you have any friends that are into crypto and like want to use a cool product. If so, just go into the website, Kyber AI. There's a link in the description. Copy your referral link and maybe get a couple signups. I've been told by the team that'll help significantly with you getting access to the platform because I know a few of you are frustrated that I've been showing like how amazing the platform is and all the cool stuff you can do. And you guys actually can't use it. So if you want to use it and have a higher chance of getting approved for the beta, definitely the referral link is a bit of alpha there to get access. And you guys know it's a very cool platform in terms of being able to find bullish and bearish trends for coins. And you can even like search up coins and look at their different indicators. So like, for example, rollbit, we can see at the moment, it's ticking into bullish territory. You can see the number of trades and types of trades on chain. It's like your ultimate on-chain AI trading tool. It's like your best friend when it comes to positioning yourself in trades for on-chain assets. So yeah, not going to give a full tutorial today. I've done that in the past. I want to mention that they also have a campaign at the moment, which is a limit order giveaway. So I'll also link that in the description if you want to win 500 KNC, which is their token for 10 different winners. Actually, let's see how much KNC is worth right now just to kind of work out the total value of the campaign here. I think it's around 50 cents. It's like $250. If you want to win $250, all you need to do is repost their tweet and quote their limit order campaign announcement and tag two friends. So yeah, if you want to win $250 just for retweeting, link in the description. Shouldn't be too hard to enter that one. All right, let's get on with the rest of the video. Got some interesting old points to talk about. HMX, saw a couple comments on this on my Sunday stream. Haven't talked about it. It is a perp DEX on Arbitrum, which crossed a billion dollars in volume on the weekend, which is pretty crazy. Pretty crazy for a project that's only launched two months ago to already have racked up a bill in trading volume. They saw increased open interest, increased TVL, increased fees and a pretty strong communities building. So this is an interesting one. I think there's still room for growth here. Let's just look at like market cap comparisons. I know the FDV is fairly high, but it's market caps only 14 million. I think if it's a short term trade, it's like kind of more relevant than it is the fully diluted at the moment. So 13 versus like gains is like roughly a 10x, but gains is obviously basically fully diluted. GMX is valued at three thirty two for 90. It's one of the leaders. I'm interested what levels doing because that's on BNB and BNB is being funded recently. So is this holding up? Yeah, it's around 10 mil. Quenta would be another good one for a comparison because that's the one on synthetics sitting around 13 mil. So this would be the best comparison. Quenta would be the best comparison to HMX because they're trading at the same value. Although HMX is like smashing it for volume at the moment. So definitely one to keep an eye on, maybe not one to ape into, but just see how it settles here. It has had a huge run up, but if you get a big pullback and the volume stays, that's definitely one on my on my watch list. All of these are on my personal watches. That's why I'm sharing them with you. It's my watch list video, right? Sei's on my watch list. Talked about it on the weekend. I love their brand differentiation as like the trading chain dropping below 13 cents. Now I'm starting to get interested in building out of spot position. I also know how like these low float high FDV coins can like thrust to the upside pretty aggressively at certain points. Like Aptos and Sui we've seen them do that. So yeah, this one's interesting to me. More of a long term play. But even in the short term, I think it could have a move to the upside just based on what we've seen as I showed in the graph before from like similar launches. But more importantly, like long term, I think a lot of tokens lack identity in crypto. Sei has a strong identity being like the trading chain. It's utilizing Cosmos. All the composability benefits you get from that. And yeah, I think we could see some amazing DEXs launching there next cycle. I think one of the only like big narratives that retail will need to use are DEXs. Like DEXs are an important piece of crypto infrastructure that retail will flock to. I mean, if you're a retail participant with all the regulation that's happening with centralized exchanges and you want to gamble on crypto and you want to take some punts, you're going to do it on a decentralized exchange. And something like Sei, you're not betting on one. You're betting on probably many that are going to launch on the chain because they're going to benefit from the shared liquidity that the structure of the consensus allows. So it's quite interesting as a player. Don't own any yet, but got my eye on it. What I did actually buy last week is Radiant. So this is starting to reach levels that's attractive to me. I mean, the chart looks shit. So don't catch a falling knife, but just started to DCA slowly alongside Stargate. I haven't bought, but that's the plan is to buy some Stargate. I bought Radiant first just because I thought the price was a little more attractive. Why? Because layer zero, although we keep talking about the airdrop, it's every single day we're getting closer. And I think Q1 2024, the airdrop will happen. And in the lead up to that, I think we will see layer zero projects garner a bit of hype. Remember Arbitrum into the Arbitrum airdrop, the projects on the Arbitrum ecosystem was skyrocketing. I think a similar thing can happen in the lead up to layer zero. The best thing is the hype hasn't started yet because you look at Stargate, right? You go and look at this chart and it looks horrible. I'll show you the one year chart for Radiant. So had a huge pump, definitely a lot of the hype's been sucked out of it. Stargate even more so. Like basically had a huge pump, all the hype's being sucked out of it. So you're kind of getting a chance now to accumulate and maybe it does go lower. I know September is typically like a bearish month for crypto. If Bitcoin breaks down, these things take a hit, no doubt. But I can't time these necessarily. So I started adding to my Radiant position in the hopes that we can hit a bit of a layer zero trade heading into Q1. I think towards that, these tokens can perform well. Let me know what you think of layer zero in the comments below. But if you want a proxy bet, these are really like two of the only coins right now. DYDX is also on my list. They have a big unlock. I'm conflicted in terms of short term price action here because on the one hand, you have a really big unlock coming. I think it's like three and a half percent. And on the other hand, you have the team continuously teasing its V4. And obviously that's to kind of limit the negative effects of the token unlock from a price point of view. So they're trying to like offset the negative effects of like the set, the selling, the unlock selling by teasing announcements. So DYDX, I've got my eye on mostly because I think there could be opportunities both ways for trading. But also I've got my own long term because they're basically, I mean, they took a short thing and they took on a whole lot of risk just to try and punt on their own like Cosmos chain. Like they basically had a good thing going on. They had an amazing exchange, a lot of volume. And they said, no, we're just going to like chuck it all out the window and we're going to build from scratch. We're going to do our own chain on Cosmos and we're going to try and do all the things that we've always wanted to do and risk it for the biscuit. And that's a really admirable approach. And for that reason, I'm very intrigued to see if they can succeed with their vision. If they can, I'm pretty excited about what DYDX could offer long term. The only issue is the elephant in the room. It's this huge like token unlock that they delayed until December. So we all know that was supposed to happen. They delayed it and a lot of tokens are going to be unlocked. I do think it's like one that's just so well known that it's somewhat priced in. But even the most priced in unlock event will struggle to hold up price wise in a bear market. So if the market's still pretty negative in towards the end of Q4 and Q1 2024, I think it's going to struggle even to perform with people knowing that the unlocks are coming just because it's just got too much price suppression. Hopefully the market ticks up by Q1, though, and it kind of is able to offset some of the unlocks. But I still think maybe Q4, this thing can definitely dip. And that would be your buying opportunity from a longer term perspective. And I mean, I hope we get a dollar again. This is still the range I would love. And to be honest, we're still kind of range bound in a way. Like if you look at this level here at a dollar, we're still kind of range bound, like ping ponging. Where is my tool? Ping ponging in this range.

"Interestingly, it has been growing since then, and it just reaches 12 months high here. We have a, uh, a heat map of global warming. Uh, here we have a chart there. Uh, let's see Cardona's tell you value lock maintained its steady upside in the last few months. It recently peaked at 601 million coins. Uh, this represented roughly $179 million at the present market value. Uh, yeah, I remember looking at this a couple of weeks ago. There's two metrics. So it was total value locked in Fiat terms, and then there was total value locked in Cardano terms. So we, we still got a ways to go, I think, to beat the Fiat level, but we're, we're eclipsing the Cardano coin level. So as we get closer to a $3 Cardano, some say six, some say eight, uh, some say 12, uh, then that total value locked is going to just skyrocket folks. So we're definitely going to put in a, uh, new, uh, high for the total value locks is my prediction here. When measuring Solana using Nakamoto coefficient, it scores higher and decentralization than Bitcoin and Ethereum. Uh, Mike Ben is my understanding that a lot of the transactions are, I'm already going to say something wrong. So yeah, sure. Maybe, maybe I think it's a verification transactions, not moving tokens again. I don't know what I'm talking about. Don't listen. I'm not a dev. I'm not a dev. All right. Ada exchange hands at 29 cents as a press time, struggled to push back above the five day moving average remains sell a relatively subdued and with barely any interesting findings on this price chart reflected in the low volume that prevailed the last three weeks or so. So, uh, Cardano total value locked. The price is low. Is there a great opportunity to buy Cardano at 30 cents right now and potential guys, I'm, I feel really good about Cardona going to three bucks. Okay. Sometime in the next two years, I feel really good about it going to at least three bucks. You can get it at 30 cents right now. That's all I'm going to say. Not financial advice, but you know, I have a bag and I'm not selling at these levels. Uh, in fact, I'm buying, buying, buying junkies, buying junkies. That's what I'm buying. All right. Cardano sharks accumulate the highest level since September of 22. So the sharks are in, uh, the sharks are the waltz between 10 K and a hundred K worth of ADA. And they accumulate the largest amount of ADA in a year, nearly a year though. So you can see a ADA a hundred K to 10 mil wallets accumulate here. So this is this yellow line. Last time we were this high, August, uh, third of 2022. So we're back on whale accumulation spree. You probably want to sell three, four months after they start selling it. Cause the whales will start scooping. You know, whales don't just sit on a giant bag of money and then just say, today's the bottom. They don't do that. What they do is they scale in towards the bear market lows, and then they scale out at the bull market tops. So they're not going to sell their first big sell. Isn't going to be bull market top. It's going to be five months before the top, three months before the top months before the top, they'll continue to sell, continue to sell, continue to sell. And then it reaches its Zenith and then it starts going down. So that means at some point they probably did sell the top. They just have a DCA strategy in and out. Uh, but right now they're, they're accumulating. So we always say swim with the sharks. Are you going to get eaten? Going to get eaten like a, like a victim, any famous shark victims, like the person in the beginning scene of Jaws. Is there something better than that? I mean, I'm not a victim. There's obviously the Fonz jumped shark. Yeah. There's that famous person. She was like famous for surfing with like one leg or no arms or something. What was her name though? I don't know. I don't know. I'm a victim of baby shark.

But then what Yeah, yeah, I mean, there's that whole like, yeah, I mean, people are saying, you know, I saw, I think it was Jesse Walden, a variant tweeting this week saying, you know, like, DeFi is not actually a space to move fast and break things. But it's like, if you figure something out, it's like, you kind of do need to move. I mean, you know, kick competition, you need to move quickly. And so I do think, I mean, I mean, I've never developed a DeFi project myself. But I think that trade off of speed and security. So I think like, guarded launches are a great idea. So not many protocols use them because they want the TVL numbers, right? Yeah, make headlines on Twitter, or like, so we cover it, for example. Right. But I think guarded launches where, you know, you go live, you say, okay, the wall is capped at five mil, 10 mil. That's it. Or even less, if you're not 100% convinced of the code, let it let it run for three, six months. Yeah. Right. And keep kind of going over it, having more audits, etc, etc. And then I get layers doing really confident, you can kind of take those caps off. And yeah, I was Is that what I gain layers doing? Is that why they're taking taking a while? And they can. Yeah, it's about security. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. And I think they're also I mean, the actual restaking itself isn't or rather be being able to validate other services and live yet. Yeah. What's the point in like, collecting like a massive chunk of ETH in a potentially exploitable contract? Right before it's even doing anything? Yeah. Yeah, they seem to be doing they mean, they should be very, very professional about what they're doing. Yeah. I mean, yeah, I think that would potentially save a lot of protocols from exploits like this, or at least like minimize the damage when they do happen. I mean, because they will happen. But at the end of the day, like no developers in fallible, I don't think we've seen any kind of supercoder. That's who's able to program like bulletproof stuff. So yeah, maybe I Yeah, well, yeah, I know. I know people are working. Yeah, they're I think I interviewed some guys. They're working on AI tools. I mean, I don't I don't know the details, but I can see how obviously, you know, being able to run tests for exploits. I could see super helpful. Certainly. And finally, we had pancake swap, which is, I mean, for the everyone who was around for DeFi summer and BNB chain, boom of 2020 2021 pancake swap is basically the unit swap of that chain. Right. And since I guess since the bear market to call this strategy has been to kind of be get closer to the Ethereum ecosystem. So they've been deploying on all the major layer tools, I believe, or at least a few of them. Which ones do they have now? Yeah, so they're on polygons, EK, EBM, consensus is linear. And now zk sync error, which is zk sync, I think is now basically the hot chain of the moment, just because people are chasing airdrop kind of reminds me of Arbitrum pre airdrop, right? Yeah. So it's actually taken the top spot in terms of transaction count with nearly 26 million transactions in the last month. Wow. Now, again, how much of this activity will sustain post token launch or thing? Of course, we'll have to wait and see. Arbitrum is actually doing quite well, still doing 20 million transactions. Of all the I've said this before, but of all the existing or running main net layer, layer twos, Arbitrum by far has the best user experience. Like, personally, I find it great in terms of like, fast finality, you know, no waiting around, very few failed transactions, if any. And, yeah, they're doing a good job. Hmm. But we did see that optimism passed Arbitrum briefly, I think, in TPS this week. Yeah, I was talking with Diego a little bit about that. And we're not sure how other, you know, how the super chain transactions get called in that. But I mean, at least L2B separates out Coinbase's base solution. So I don't think it's coming from people, at least people building with optimism stack. So but yeah, interesting to see optimism transactions move up. I mean, it's almost at parity with Ethereum right now. So there are like 10 transactions per second. There are almost 11 Ethereum's at like 11.5. So look into which apps are driving that action. Yeah, yeah, it's up seven 50% in the last seven days. So yeah, we should. Yep. So I think that pretty much covers the major news of the week. And you guys have anything else you'd like to share? Or I don't think we got any other questions in chat, right? So yeah, I'm just looking forward to covering a lot of exciting stuff next week. And I've got an kind of interesting story, one of the quiet, quietly, kind of moving up projects in the animation domination, if I can turn a phrase there with Fox, Cropopolis, you can look for a report on that coming very soon from me. Right on. Who's behind that? There's like a co creator, Dan Harmon is working with producers at Fox to bring this NFT project based animated series to the airwaves this September. And it has some interesting features that allow fan base to get involved directly with what's going on in the show, as well as take advantage of merchandising opportunities. We want to be looking at that taking a little deep dive into that platform and what they're doing there. Right on. It's looking forward to seeing that.Great. So thanks, everybody for joining us on our weekly recap. We'll, we'll be back same time next week. 2pm Eastern. Have a great weekend, everyone. All right. 12pm. 12pm. 12pm. Yeah. All right. Same bat time. Same bat channel. All right. See ya.

I went back for the upfronts years ago. Years ago. And they super famous high ranking executive who had the controls to the company plane. Said. Hey, yo, you want to fly back with me with us? And I said, Yes, sir. I think I would like to fly back. It's got sheepish about the whole thing because to be honest with you I had been on a private jet before I didn't private jet. I didn't really keeps the private yet. But back in the day I flown out a couple of private jet supplying, and I say that just as background I had never been on a private jet like this before. The kind of private jet Give an example their private jets. And then their private jets that require two pilots and their private jets that required two pilots and have a flight attendant. You don't go through normal security. You go off to this wing off to the side of the airport and you walk right into a lounge and you walk right onto the runway onto the jet. There is no security at least not that back then. So I walk into this private jet and on this private jet is this little basket? Like the pilot had stopped by. I don't know some local market or subway and got a couple little cold cuts, and that was the food and, like cool, man, Sandoz. "Jizz, and we deliver those small changes every week in the form of meals and also support from our team and meditations. Interesting, So it's kind of a holistic approach to healthy eating exactly. How did you start the company? What was the moment of Ah Ha! I'm going to do this. The moment of Baja was when I was pregnant with my son, Grover. My first and I have two boys now. And I think that there's a moment especially for women when you realize that you're carrying life inside of you. That's like, Whoa. What am I doing to take care of myself? Now that this body is in charge of someone else, It's not just you anymore. Yeah, and I studied nutrition metabolism. When I was in college, I was a bio major, and we looked at ancient diet therapies. And then I also went to culinary school while I was working full time and Yet my relationship with food was so like, kind of manic. There was this very like food, Aziz, Pleasure and joy, but also this little bit of attention right with, like How am I actually taking care of myself and doing things like going to soulcycle or going for a long run and then indulging and none of it felt connected? Um and I knew from my work and from my studies that there was a way to reunite the joy and ease and Like just good feeling. Did you do Did you go to culinary school before or after this? Ah ha moment before Okay, So you were already in this thought process You got pregnant and you're like I need to do something. This is my calling now. Totally. I mean, I definitely think splendid spoon and sort of where I am today is the culmination of my wife's journey for sure. I'm a big believer in, um all paths lead to here and Always had a deep connection to food is like this great unifier and growing food in a garden and cooking with my mom and grandmothers and my dad. I love that familial conversation because, like you said, there's so many parts of food and eating that we as women and the society as a whole have major issues with its this vicious cycle of healthy, unhealthy eating right, And that's like the whole mentality mentality that I'm really trying to. Just kind of like sweep away completely that there is this all or nothing that you're either healthy or you're not that it can be about one small change and so splendid spoon and our soup cleanse, and the program that we have put together is based on making one little shift every day, a shift once a week with a cleanse to really connect yourself to healthy eating and a healthy way that's habit forming instead of I'm doing this to remedy something and relying wasting that everybody wants that. The master cleanse are all really unhealthy, immediate fixes it right. We're gonna have last lasting effect that never do right. And I think that there's also this idea of your food or diet being separate from you and your intentions and your emotional state. And really, it's also interconnected. Really think into the idea that something small can make a huge impact on your health if you're able to incorporate it into your habits. Like what an amazing thing for baby steps as you were saying earlier. Totally baby steps are real like I mean, and then and then you are not worrying so much. And then that creates another level of that virtuous cycle because Stress element is so big and food is supposed to be just the opposite of that. It's pleasure. I mean, like There's so stressful. You know what? You're trying to take us out of his ATM right? Instead of unhealthy relationships with food, right? I just threw out one of those. What a cycle of eating with your food looks like. So when you sign up for our program, you get five or 10 meals delivered to every single week and they come right to your doorstep. So The most popular program is our 10 Mil program, which includes a day of a soup cleanse. So you have five soups throughout throughout the day. It's like you're reset day. It's your day to kind of end on this suit. Claims that you're really well known for. Yes. Oh, yeah, Okay, So all of our products are designed to keep you full for a long time. They're totally plant based. And they're really, really convenient. So all of them are soups and stews and chilies, Con Jeez, all the different things that you.

"For me lately? Business and I know that I've known that my whole career One of things you gotta watch got going to do it again, So can't be satisfied with just doing one Chicago every season. I keep going at it. Just one of those things. You gotta roll with the punches. Um, whatever, not do you present yourself. You gotta be ready to take advantage of it. That's kind of what I've done going my entire career and that's why I keep doing so. It's not like my dad's not gonna be handed to me. I'm gonna be handed anyone in this week. Start. You gotta go in there and work that applies to the world That is gonna be hands than anybody in this world. That's always a smart mantra of life. There's a Childress about what? How he says that you know what I mean. It's kind of like Yeah, it is what it is. You know, I understand it. I'm not upset about this. I'm not. I'm not Carson wincing this like when? When Jalen hurts, took his job. I understand it, and he kind of has to And his seven seasons BT he started 16 games one time Now that time was the Super Bowl season for the Sam Cisco 40 Niners, But I mean, since he became, let's they say the guy In in in San Francisco, He started three games 16 in six games. That's it, and he was there. Obviously 2017 after the after the after the trade. And he only started five games that year. But it was five and Oh, right, so it's just kind of. It's hard to like, feel bad for him for not getting his opportunities because he hasn't always been available, and that's the most important skill that you could be. Have for a team is we've always heard just be available. He hasn't been that way. If you're out on the field, you don't have any value. We all know that I got you, but I want to go back to what you said before about how you know he's seemingly okay with it, And they said peace I think it's the opposite. I mean, I'm not gonna I'm not gonna lean too much on inflection or words, though he does strike the proper balance on both. But I think it's the opposite for Jimmy. Because He's been He's three yards from being a Super Bowl champion. And quite conceivably, the Super Bowl M v P and, you know every every time he gets A little. A chance, not a little, but a chance to car about. This is undeniable. You know, NFL legacy, even though I'm not saying all time, great but a truly defined like stamp his career. His knee buckles or something happens Now there's what he's healthy, but now that it's all right now we got the new guy. I think it's the opposite. I think that Jimmy doesn't wake up every day feeling that it's okay if it ended. I think Jimmy wakes up every day, saying Man I am. I am as motivated as ever to to prove to the dissenters. And there's some if not many, that that I am. What people thought I was three years ago. Yeah, but what makes you say that? Because you don't You don't think competitors? Yeah, but I mean, but the reality is he just he hasn't been available around hasn't played This is what it is. Doesn't mean that he's okay with it doesn't mean he's not Jason. It doesn't It doesn't desperately needed or wanted for his own competitive soul. True, But when I hear him say, Yeah, trey lands because coming in, I'm gonna do all I can to mentor him. Yeah, Tom Brady men toward me, and it was a good relationship. It's almost like saying yeah, I understand. This kid's gonna take my job and I'm okay with it. I don't know. I remember this person. This is this is personal to me because they did giant drafted Ron Dayne in the first round, right in 2000 and deservedly cell because I also was hurt a lot, and it's a different position, so it's not really apples to apples here, but I remember when he drafted Ron Day, and the first thing that I was saying was, this is gonna be great for me because it's gonna force me to tea get better. And you know, I want to win my job. I wanna Be that guy that that's that's my instinct was my instinct when I hear Jimmy Garoppolo saying Yeah. You know, I'm gonna help you get better on mentor him that it's kind of feels like he's resigned. T the fact that he's not the guy anymore in San Francisco, and I don't. I mean, I guess I guess it's okay if it works for him. Works for the 40 Niners. It'll be all right, but I don't know I I don't I don't see that ultra competitiveness. When I hear a guy say that I don't think it would have gone to the league without that. Also competitive this coming from where he came from. Yeah, I mean, Jimmy Garoppolo wasn't a slouch. I know he would. Do you know who it was, I know, but he was sick and he was a second round pick. It's not like he was like, 1/5 round pick. I got it. He was picked 62nd overall by the by the by the by the The Patriots, right? And Yeah, he sternal annoys a tiny school, but they've had some pretty damn good quarterbacks come out of there, including Tony Rome. Oh, in a coach and Sean paid so Yes, The expectations probably weren't elite when he came to the door and patriot because of who he was sitting behind. In fact, I don't even remember him being drafted in the second round and full disclosure when he was drafted me and all of a sudden we heard this. This this brouhaha. A couple of years in the Tom Brady was kind of, you know, feeling some angst with his backup quarterback. I was like, Who the heck is Jimmy? Glad I don't know that kid. And then you start the look that guy, he's actually pretty good in college, Just second round pick. Okay. Now I see why Tom Brady's a little bit upset about this, but I don't know. I don't. I don't know where his drive is to be that guy. Maybe it's internal, but I haven't heard it haven't heard him say those things. Which makes me think he's okay with what's happening to him in San Francisco. Let me read this. This is totally different. Just so this sweet from Schefter, and this is why the NFL stinks. All right. On some level, it's the best, but it's It's brutal. So Broncos offensive tackle Juwan James suffered a season ending tort Achilles. Good. That's terrible. Yep, toward Achilles, working out today away from the team facility. James is $10 million salary for the upcoming season is now in jeopardy. Being that Denver is no longer obligated to pay him working out off site non football related injury, even though it's clearly is a football related injury. And then Ross Tucker, our buddy quote, tweeted what Schefter wrote. You wrote brutal. If this happens in the facility, he gets all 10 mil..

"Don't make the playoffs. I'm not going to guarantee they're gonna win a playoff game, but that was between the Steelers and the Titans. Let's just go out for a second, The Raiders, the Falcons of the Vikings, it that's just between the Steelers. And the Titans. I think Ryan Tannehill would be viewed as the quarterback that will win a playoff game first, compared to Big Ben because you could then say all well, the seal is to make the playoffs this year or the Mr playoffs. And this will be Big Ben's final season. Daniel, even if he loses this year. Maybe he's still there for the two other years that he would have remaining on this contract After this year. You know, it's still mystifying to may. First off. Tell me if if you first agree with that 10 mil compared to Big Ben, for if it was just this season, would you trust and help to win a playoff game before big bed If it was just this season, not even going long term, and I'm asking that to a Colts fan, by the way. You got to take that with a grain of salt. I probably would still picked in hell you gotta because it's not a lock. Your team wins the division, right? No, I agree. Like Marshall wants could easily go in the tank. Do you think the culture the favorite right now? No. One that division you being a culture? Do even with the uncertainties of Carson wants. At least I know Ryan Tannehill will be solid. He's just not going to be great. I don't know if Carson once could be healthy. I don't know if Carson wants could be able to find the right teammate to tell the football too. Only thing that I would have hoped for is they're not going to abandon the run because India's based off the run where if you look at what they transpire in Philadelphia, throw, throw, throw, throw throw and forget that yet Miles Sanders even on the damn team. I just think there's I think people have better taste in their mouths with the Titans, and I think even they'll take a step back. So I do think the Colts. I mean, we're not talking mess that we're splitting hairs right like it's a coin flip. Maybe 55%. Wait 17 right now. Actually, 18. I could see it. If I'm making the NFL schedule. The first thing I'm doing. Week. 18 You have the Titans? You have the Colts play. I guarantee that will be for the division. You give me an extra week of football. You make that week. 18. You don't need to then flex a NFC East showdown like we did last year with the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington football team and get you all pumped up for that. It's still not a creme de la creme matchup. It, though, is at least a little bit better where you have two good teams, but neither of those teams will end up winning Super Bowls. All righty without further ado, not Freddy. You do let's get to the news Brief time for your daily news Brief. We get you caught up on the rumors, reports and reconnaissance from the day in sports stealers of the third best team in the NFC North. But the coin Ravens or Browns for one and two Today. Beyond planning now joining the Cleveland Browns, and I said, Here we go again. It's the Cleveland Browns and its 1st and 10. Jadeveon Clowney is excited to play with Myles Garrett. Probably again double team All politeness. Leave.

"The cold to the hot and you're not really doing anything with humidity. You're just creating a buffer. So my my solution would be is there's a lot of different insulation tapes for duck work, which is a little bit of foam and like an aluminum tape on the outside, you just wrap the ductwork. You create your own little huggy if you will. I think that's what I would do. And I think it would eradicate it. Certainly the, uh 10 mil plastic on the floor helped a bit but you still have very high Humidity in the air, you know, just step outside, right? You don't have to be in across. Yes, they have the high humidity. Um, sealing that off. You know if there's any, I don't know how old the houses but if there's any events in that You don't need Vince and across space, Esso. I would seal those up. I would put the plastic on the walls to ground great grade level. And, uh, the plastic on the floor. So you're gonna you know it's still gonna be human there, but you're not always introducing more humidity and more heat. S o. I would insulate the duck work and feel pretty confident that take care of your problem. Do you have Ah, recommendation Or is that just go too? Like any box store for the For the duck rap for the duck rap or even a new insulation rap poly wrap of foam wrapped, they come in different ways. Take a look at it. I don't know Also, how accessible it is sometimes a roller wrap those better than a length of rap, You know, with Joyce down there and different things like that. But, you know, just kind of take a quick study of what you're trying to wrap and then go the big box store and take a look at some of the products that you can use to insulate. Sure. And then my guess would probably be to try and get it done before the summer when they're not sweating. Well, yeah, sure. Sure. Yeah. Yeah, because it's probably not a problem right now. Yes, And they're not appreciate help her. Okay? Take care. My All right. You can join us is we took a little home improvement. It's 808 to 38255 and always having conversations on crawl spaces, regardless of where you live. I told you, I'd give you some tips on garage floors. It's something maybe it's kind of indoors kind of outdoors and being an insulated garage door. You can probably get some of this work down, work done. So one of the things we talked about was, you know Don't use carpet underneath your car for leaks that that's number one. But also when you do have issues with stains, oil antifreeze transmission fluid. Get those stains up. There's a lot of wonderful products. In fact, we had somebody yesterday call and say straight Les Doyle. And I have not used that. And I never even heard of it. But there's some good oil stain removers. One I talk about is called Act A C T. And you can purchase it over the Internet, say ct cleaners dot com. It's a microbe that actually eats oils. And lubricants and that type of thing. Um, par. And the enzymes eat. It's a powder you Sprinkle it on. And after anywhere from a day that eight days The powder's gone and so is the stained, so it's very easy used not cheap, but it's very effective. Um, that is something I would definitely recommend of staying on top of Um, and again if you can get that floor sealed, I don't think I'd really Paint garage floors. There's paints that say you can, and I know many of you have done that, and that's fine. Um, whether it's in a poxy or regular garage floor paint, Remember, it needs to address what they call hot tire pick up So painting a concrete for what's it do with it does a couple of things it creates a barrier between um the oils and guitars that we just removed? Because it's a coating. It's a ceiling. It's a film. And if you get it, we're resist hot tire pick up. I'll tire pick up means you drive your car for a half hour and expressway. This tires. They're hot, pulled into a garage and then you back up that paint doesn't resist hot tar pick up or that floor is improperly prepared. It'll pull the paint right off the floor. All right, so we don't want to do that. But it does have that protective quality. It's kind of ceiling, and the only problem is a car in and out in and out in the gunk were driving in. In the northern climate. You get all the salt and during snowstorms and stuff, you drag it into the garage. It's that good and even that poxy paint. I don't know. How long have you had yours? Last If you've done it, I think it starts looking a little shabby it for five years, So maybe that's something you don't want to do. Um There are different types of coverings you could do on the floor. A lot of Maintenance books will tell you, you know, don't ever use any flooring coverings in a garage floor. Well, that means you know, you don't go out and just put up all over your floor. Whatever you want carpet like we talked about. But there are garage floor tiles specifically made for covering up a garage floor and so it hides sustains. It, um, doesn't allow All that gunk we drive in to it doesn't allow to stain lying created salty brine solution to cause problems with concrete because it's elevated, you know, maybe had quarter inch or probably half inch off the floor of the garage. It's interlocking snap together. Hard plastic tiles slip resistant. Into the whole garage. Double car garage park for about 606 150 bucks. That might be an option. You can also the very very least. What you can do is you can create a sealed garage floor. Go ahead. If there's cracks and things you can get some liquid concrete crack filler. You can get some patch where the concrete is Spalding, the surfaces popped off. We talked a lot about using a bottle concrete patch and then seal. That's right. Seal that garage, florid and grudge for takes a specific type of sealer. Because of the way it's trial. That's very tight. You almost got to force the sealer into the concrete and I'll send you to a website. It's masonry defender dot com and they have projects specific sealers. They don't want for driveways and sidewalks. They got a garage floor one And follow the directions and just maintain that put another coat of that clear sealer on maybe about every don't know 3 to 4 years. And that's a great way to protect that garage floor. So check that out and take a look at how nasty that the Russians were actually is. Hey, here's some good news to dice coatings. You hear me talking about that all the time, Uh, do it yourself real stone coding products. They're now available at Lowe's dot com and home depot dot com. You go online find dozens of dice coating products from the.

"Simple question are all my little Viola's and things that they're going to survive. I don't know. This is a big question. Are they going to survive? I don't know. Um ah, Lot of is gonna be waiting. I think the best contingency and we usually start saying around close to Halloween or before. Have a game plan because we are typical first Frost is mid November but have a game plan. Now we're in it. We're in a situation that will more than just the first Rock. Yeah, that even way haven't seen something like this. And the biggest chance a couple nights here. We were having real 80 plus degrees temperature. Not too long ago, Remember, everyone was saying Ah, Spring is here and this winter over so no, we haven't even started rodeo yet. And Thursday, it started right the dance or rodeo. So all these plants were already leafing out and pushing out So the cells are aren't hard and off. You got a lot of new growth. So that's a big, big issue. The second issue is, uh, that's going to help us not really an issue, but it was. It's been rural drive real dry and that a lot of us got some good rain and inch plus so That deep moisture is going to help insulate the crown and roots of a lot of these plants, but I think to be on the safe side and on on their landscape plants. Even if typically, they're cool Weather. Are there Hardy in general winters. Went in doubt. I would go out there and cover cover. Cover them to the best ability that she can. And you know, you make sure that your wife don't get mad at you, You know, use old blanket. That's all gone. Use. Use old blankets, insulate cloth. We'd fabric you know for the nurseries. They're sold out of Insulate claffys of weed fabric use Burl out. On the crowns or trunks of some of the tender. We always say multiple to mulch. If you've accumulated a lot of leaf leaves, um Um, use that as a mulch up on the berm. Crown it up on the plants. Organic mulch on the plants Insulate all that cover, But when you use these covers You have to make sure that their anchor down with bricks or rock soil or molds that there are dug into entrenched in because if you get a win the picks that up. It's not gonna Help that much. And before we started the show, I was even telling Bill Yeah. To even think of using six mil or 10, mil plastic but never never put the plastic directly on the lease of the plant, so used to covers first. He's a six mil or 10 mil plastic over that, but they're not directly or not on the leaves and cover it tight and do that, like this afternoon. But and all your container plants. And move them. That's all I have is continuing to move them as best she can garage against the wall of your residents away from the Cold nor the winds. Make sure they're that they have good moisture in. Um um but maybe a little bit mulch on the inside the container of upon the crown. Um all your pipes, make sure the hoses are detached your houses. Cover any exposed pipes. Wrap him put the little cook caps recovers. On him as well. Uh, assume made tough one. Yeah, let's um posits. Yeah, a little drippy. Drippy. Yeah. Okay, well, Looking forward to it. Yeah, And you know, it's a lot of it is like your pansy is a royalist. Yeah, you know, Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday when we uncover whatever You know, they're not gonna make it. There's much that much to the ground. Um, hardy perennials. You know, we always say by late February, march to my iron plant, um they'll probably some leaf burn on it leaves burn. So the overall when we promote on Gui educate throughout the year of good landscape, plant maintenance and lawn maintenance, general plant maintenance Some of these plants can get beat up on the top, but what we're trying to do is hopefully they have a good crown, a root and somewhat protected on then they will see what happens when they push out if that This spring and a lot of plans. Even if they look okay, going out in the spring, then we have to see how hot it gets from mid to late spring the summer because sometimes the summer heat can finished somebody's plans off doing What about watering? I think I think we're good on the watering. I think we're going in the water and because it was spin pretty dry, And we tell most folks don't be watering, eye watering to protect. No, I think right now, I would have had about three quarters of that most most folks got like you said three quarters of an inch plus. So a lot of the plant should be someone insulated, so I wouldn't really worry about that this late in the game, I would be more concerned. Protection, your faucets and pipes, And the only thing is maybe some container plants. If you feel like you're moving them, and they're super dry, maybe giving them on early, good soaking Drained the water out the basins or saucer, but I think most of the plants Have a good enough moisture and I'm at this time. TikTok Moguls Become Part Owners of ReKT Global

"You Sports and to talk really do go hand-in-hand and the connection became a little bit closer yesterday. I'm maturing since the Esports minute from E Sports Network. The Esports minute is presented by technology game-changers. Check them out at TGC play linked below whatever talking with somebody in a brand or company, but why they're interested in Esports? They always talk about the demo page on digitally native hard to reach consumers that Brands just aren't reaching through other platforms. That's true of Esports and it's true of tic toc lately Jen's. He's preferred social media platform has grown closer to the generations preferred competitive entertainment this week to massive ticktockers became co-owners of wrecked Global these Sports organization behind teams, like the London Royal Ravens and broke Josh Richardson and Griffin Johnson joined a long list of celebrity co-owners with wrecked while I don't see their content on my for you page. They command a pretty massive audience as primary members of the sway house and La Josh Homme. 24 million followers on the platform while Griffin has about 10 mil gaming content is huge on the platform as one would expect given that natural overlap. There was also a popular hashtag titled Esports for all that hashtag drove over 5 million views on all videos, but most of them weren't actually any sort of Esports content. So yeah, I don't really know how to tick tocks hashtags work either but hey five billion views incredible for something that has a sports in the title on the actual Esports side as one could expect FaZe Clan Topsy Sports organizations with about four point five million followers on the platform for the corporate Channel SM also has over a million but G2 Team Liquid Cloud 9 and are G are all under a million. Some of those are under 100K and I think those are pretty good selection of some of the biggest Esports organizations out there considering following of Griffin and Josh. It won't take much for rec to be competing with phase when it comes to Total influence on the platform, especially if they start pumping out more branded content through the sway house. Tik Tok is dead. Fascinating and has created massive stars in a short short time Howie Sports organizations use the platform as contact and get more creative post covid-19 testing to see
