Chuck Schumer: Where Is the Republican Proposal on Spending?
"Because he's a svengali He's a very evil nasty human being And I question the last And what Schumer is doing here is saying we want to claim Bill just pay for everything that we pass That's all That's all Pay for everything we dump in your lap Go ahead Without this risk of hostage taking where things could blow up because as you know if we don't renew the debt ceiling average American families will be clobbered Their interest rates would go up Their pension savings would go down Folks folks This is why I despise him and people like him Now all this is happening right now All this is happening right now Interest rates are going to continue to go up Do you know how I know this mister producer Because the fed just announced it So what this lease ball is doing is he's trying to tie that to this to this battle and this battle is about saving America And what Schumer is saying is you know majority in the House You don't have any say We dealt with Pelosi and McConnell We're done This is why McConnell is so poisonous to the country and the Republican Party He put the Republicans in this position in the house and they're fighting back which is good Go ahead Up to a $100,000 So it's risky Now McCarthy says he wants to attach certain spending cuts to do this A where is your plan mister McCarthy He says he wants cuts We ask him which ones he won't say any Is it social security and Medicare That would hurt the American He says it won't be He says it won't but a lot of other people in his caucus still say it will No nobody in his caucus not one they're trying to pin it on Rick Scott No that's not what he's saying or anybody else

Anthony Fauci IS Science?
"Looking at this carefully realizes that there's a distinct anti science flavor to this. So if they get up and criticize science, nobody's going to know what they're talking about. But if they get up and really aim their bullets at Tony Fauci, well, people could recognize there's a person there. So it's easy to criticize. But they're really criticizing science. Because I represent science, that's dangerous. To me, that's more dangerous than the slings in the arrows. They get thrown at me. And if you damage science, you are doing something very detrimental to society. Egos. I've met a lot of egos in this rank fetid mellowed response that is Washington, D.C., but I've never met a person who says they are science. I'm not sure Newton or Einstein would have said they are the science. That's Anthony Fauci. Who's must be doing something, right? As I found yesterday and I shared with you on the show, his speakers bureau now that he's free to take these kinds of gigs, has him advertised. This is actually from the speakers of bureau, a screenshot Anthony Fauci. Motivational speaker, healthcare speaker, a cost speaker's fee range, 50 to a $100,000. I guess I'm in the wrong business. Binance SWIFT Banking Partner Set to Ban USD Transfers Below $100K
"All right, Friends, welcome back to another week of the breakdown. And there was a pretty good cluster of news there at the very end of last week heading into the weekend to say nothing of over the weekend, so today we're going to go over what we missed and see where it leaves us heading into this final week of January. Let's start on Saturday morning where we had some fairly sensational reporting before things calm down a bit. On Saturday a headline from the publication Asia markets sent a shockwave through crypto Twitter. The headline was swift payments network access cut to crypto exchanges, which if it were what the headline suggested would be a pretty big deal. So what it was actually about was changes to policies affecting binance. These changes would prevent customers from processing transactions to and from the exchange in amounts less than $100,000 via the swift payments network beginning in February. Swift is the international U.S. dollar based transaction messaging system, which facilitates a majority of cross border wires. Now short on details and high on FUD potential, the article caused the crypto critical corners of Twitter to light up with speculation that this was the end of the crypto industry. David Gerard writes swift network will no longer process transfers of actual money from bank accounts to cryptocurrency exchanges with the value of less than $100,000, effective 1st of February 2023. The move will thwart crypto access to tens of millions of people worldwide. Thankfully, finance a lot rights crypto exchanges use the swift network to facilitate deposit and withdrawal requests in Fiat currency. It's scary how many replies don't know about swift and how big of a deal this announcement is. Basically, crypto exchanges are cut off from the banking system on February 1st.

Jennifer Van Laar Reveals RNC's Wasteful Spending
"Of my favorite emails I've received in some time. Charlie, I'm enjoying you going through the RNC expenditures, but I shouldn't really say enjoying it's making me so angry. I'm one of those donors that gave $20 here and there because I thought it would make a difference. $100,000 on hair and makeup, by the way, Charlie, I could tell you don't spend a $100,000 on hair and makeup. I'll take it. And you're right. I don't. I can tell. Okay, fine, I have a face for radio. I totally appreciate it. And you know what? I don't spend that on hair and makeup. I think it's insane, actually, to spend. I don't know, not exactly a fan of that. So joining us now is the person who broke the story, Jennifer van laar, exclusive analysis of RNC spending since 2017. Jennifer, welcome to the program. Thank you. I did also did not spend a $100,000 on hair and makeup and that is why I am on the phone today. That's okay. I would fire everybody if they were spending $10,000 on hair and makeup. For me or for anybody else, I think it's totally insane. So Jennifer, I'm just going to allow you to walk us through this piece, I think some of this is super substantive and important. Some of it, I think, can be taken by people for their own political purposes. Some of this is just absolutely outrageous. You did the research. It's all public disclosure, walk us through the piece. Right, so you're right. It's all public information on the FEC website. I downloaded all of their expenditures since 2017. And analyzed that there were multiple things that were misclassified, so it took quite a bit of time to try to get a handle on what was being spent. So for example, you might not be aware because it's kind of a girl thing, but there's the place called Lululemon. Oh, I know about Lyrica. No, no, no. They have great, I think they call them ABC pants. I'll be very honest. They're terrific, even though they're a bunch of communists. That product is exceptional. Yes, luxury yoga pants. And they're over a $100 each. So there was $5000 spent at Lululemon in the third quarter of 2022. So right now, that was classified as office expenses.

J. D. Vance: Tim Ryan Is Running an Attack Campaign
"Seen him in situations He's not a nice guy is he I mean he can be very cras I guess I would say No absolutely Look you're one of the most famous fighters in the conservative movement There's nothing wrong with disagreeing with somebody but I think that you disagree with people on the merits and on the substance And if you look at the campaign that Ryan has run versus the campaign I've run right We've talked about his voting record We've talked about what he said on the police on the border on taxes on energy That's been the campaign that we've run The campaign he's run has been really nasty very personal it's claimed that I somehow abandoned Ohio and moved to California He doesn't mention of course that I left Ohio to enlist in the United States Marine Corps He claims that the nonprofit organization which I put nearly a $100,000 of my own money into that that nonprofit somehow paid me money It's totally false Even The New York Times no ally of mine has had to correct the record on that one And you're exactly right I mean he's so desperate for political power Mark And I think frankly he's so desperate to not have to go and get a real job that he's willing to say whatever he needs to say that the problem of course is that we have a country to save And we have an administration that I think is wrong on nearly every issue imaginable and Tim Ryan would be a rubber stamp for that administration I'd fight back against him

Julie Kelly: January 6th Pipe Bomber Investigation Remains Silent
"Yeah we've heard nothing about it Again you have been following this case You and maybe Darren Beatty and then that's it I've heard it from almost everyone just cites you two guys in your work That's it Any update if we found the bomber I mean this is a huge insurrection This is the key to the whole thing clearly It was fascinating Dan when the committee walked through the timeline of that afternoon that they intentionally overlooked what really started the panic that day and prompted the evacuation of neighboring nearby house buildings and that was the discovery of these two devices outside the headquarters of the RNC and the DNC just a couple of blocks east of the capital More surprisingly he Dan And this really raises more questions as to why the pipeline hasn't been identified and charged is that Kamala Harris a sitting U.S. senator the incoming vice president disclosed nearly a year later that she was at the DNC headquarters when the explosive device was found Now you and I have talked about this if there was a device there how did the Secret Service miss that on a security sweep Because she was under as the incoming vice president she was a protectee of the Secret Service that day And so I mean it's not just that they were going to blow up buildings and staffers inside You're talking about the incoming vice president was there The committee not only has ignored this in memory holds this so too has the DoJ and FBI We were told there was going to be this big investigation into it that the devices had been detonated that day There's a $100,000 reward for the capture of the pipe bomber I mean it is absolutely cricket out of the committee and DoJ and the media To your point Dan Darren Beatty and I are the only ones who continue to bring this up with your help as well

How You Can Help Victims of Hurricane Ian Today
"I had a prayer this week that we'd raised a $100,000 in hurricane relief funds to send generators and food and water and supplies to the victims of hurricane Ian. We got a long way to go. We're only about halfway there. I'm so thankful to everybody who's been donating thus far. Thanks to our friends at food for the poor, Tom tratt, one of the executives here at Salem had a great idea. Let's have it. Let's make it a $1000 Thursday offer. It's Thursday. We have a lot of listeners who are blessed, how about how about a tax deductible donation of a $1000 that will send two portable generators to hurricane ravaged Florida? There are parts of Florida that are unrecognizable. The people of Fort Myers beach are going to be building out and having to rebuild for a long, long time. These portable generators for people that have lost and if your house has been devastated, there are people that are still trying to stay in a structure of course they have no electricity because there are no power lines. But a portable generator will power a refrigerator. It'll power an AC unit like a window air conditioner. This storm was described as the most powerful hurricane to hit Florida since 1935. Now yesterday, I'm not going to lie, the donations dropped off pretty considerably. I need your support. My prayer is that we can find 5 listeners today who are willing to donate a $1000 to send a pair of portable generators to Florida through our hurricane relief efforts, hurricane Ian relief efforts with food for the poor. Please text the keyword Ian to 91 9 9 9. Just text Ian to 9 one 9 9 9, and that's the text to give feature. It's real easy. It's convenient. It's efficient, it's a tax deductible gift, whatever you can afford. I

The Schisms Erupting Between J6 Defendants
"A friend of mine sent me an article in NPR, which is talking about the fact that there are some schisms and divisions that have erupted in our erupting among January 6th defendants. Now, we have to be, again, a little bit skeptical here. The article is by Tom dry spark, by the way, this guy Tom dry's back is the very guy who did a quote fact check on 2000 mules. And I did a refutation of his fact check on this podcast. So this is dumb dry spot. Let's just say he gets a lot of things wrong. But what he's describing isn't entirely impossible to believe, it's the idea that when you have people who are a mix who are confined in solitary confinement in some cases, it's easy for tempers to run short. It's easy for patients to wear it in. Now, many of these January 6 guys began with great unity, singing the national anthem at night, holding firm. And I think in general, they have shown unbelievable fortitude. Yeah, really. But in the article, dry spark interviews some people and assuming that he's that he's quoting them correctly. They say, wait, you know, they're supposed to be all this money that has been raised for us, and we haven't gotten it and one guy goes, well, I thought that the money was all going to be equally shared. I mentioned in this article. In fact, there's a picture of me in the article early on the group raised big money in the pro Trump writer and filmmaker donated a $100,000 and then they go on to say that apparently the patriot freedom project Cynthia Hughes, of course, has been on the podcast more than once. They say that the patriot freedom project was able to raise a $1 million or so, still raising money. And they quote us one guy say that I divided by the amount of people and I got all excited and the guy goes in a sense. I didn't get my share.

Megachurch Preacher Calls out Progressive Politics, D.A.

He's calling out these progressive politics and you got to hear just well, let's take a listen. If the most liberal city in America, we think it's San Francisco. And they had enough votes to recall and absolutely woke the a what do we need to do? What do we need to do? Let me tell you. Let me show you a little bit how this works. And I've checked this out with many people. You have a criminal who is caught, and by the way, I administration does not back up very well. I sure as in our police who already own the job, they're afraid to be a policeman because they're not backed up by those they answer to. That's one problem. But how this works, you have someone who is called or tried, and they go before a magistrate who is appointed by the judges, and the magic, let's say it's a big criminal case and sets the bond for a $100,000. Generally bonds will get about 10% of that. For a $1000. But here is a criminal who can not come up with a $1000. And so therefore, the bond that says, well, come up with something and owe me the rest while you're free. Let's say he came up with a $1000. He owes $9000. What does that criminal do in order to remain free for an indefinite period of time? He goes and robs and steals again to get the other 9000. So we get the bonds man off his case.

Explaining How the PGA Tour Playoff Retirement Funds Work
"The way that I think what most people don't understand, now it's different, but when I was playing, when you made the PGA Tour playoffs, you, if you finished topple in 25, no, it was actually top one 50. If you finished top one 50, you got a cash notice and you could elect to have it in cash or you could have it elected to your retirement. And that was 7 years ago. But 7 years ago, I finished like a hundredth in the FedExCup, I don't remember. 95th or a hundred, whatever. And I elected to have it all in the retirement. And I didn't even know what the bonus prize money would be from FedEx and their Saudi guys, but it was like a $100,000. And I didn't I never saw it, but now that I'm done and you have to give the PGA Tour a year. So you have to give the PGA Tour a year from when you're done, then the next time the calendar year rolls around, you get your everything, they just pay out everything to you. It doesn't matter if you're 25, 55, whatever. So I told them last year, I was like, hey, look, I'm done, I'm not playing anymore. Send me my shit next year. So that was 7 years ago. That was the only time I made the playoffs. They're sending me like $300,000. I don't even know. It was added on. So, well shit. FedExCup. Yeah, so credit to the FedEx and their Saudi ties for having all that money in the FedExCup. But my point of this is these guys that make it to this tour championship. Yeah, sure. You look at the cash that they're going to make this huge, but what's not shown is the retirement money, dude. The retirement money is huge if you make it to the tour championship. I mean, even if you just make it to the playoffs, period, but I felt like we had to cover that because that's something that the normal golf fan, the people that are listening to for the people in a weekly basis just don't know.

You would've gotten a strike for cova information in. May if you had said that you shouldn't be wearing a mask you would have gotten the same strike. So so the idea of letting twitter and google and facebook be the arbiter of truth because obviously one of those statements was right in one of those statements was wrong because another still studies. That show both have have some merit. dr falcon within within three days of himself said both right publicly on tv. So so where the idea that twitter decided that this is the rule like this is. This is truth on wednesday. it's not anymore. They don't lift the strikes that you got on monday for disinformation even oh it turned out. That wasn't quite right. So that's where my problem comes in with. This type of thing is them removing content. Because they believe they know the truth even though so frequently you know there was the whole hunter biden thing last year right. That was them deciding that a newspaper. The oldest newspaper in america was lying and so therefore they were the arbiter of truth turns out. Oh yeah all of it was true and it was just the tip of an iceberg. That had got way weirder that and with him snorting parmesan cheese in the hopes that it was cocaine. Yes all that. So i mean. That's that's where this kind of thing starts to scare me. "Summer and in the facebook app. This autumn facebook ceo mark zuckerberg says quote. The initiative is meant to make facebook quote the best platform for millions of craters to make a living. The money will be dispersed by the end of two thousand twenty two. It seems to me that facebook has taken a play on youtube. Who is like the big the big platform for videos and also for content creators to make money as well. Yeah yeah it's definitely the place to monetize Especially when you're small. I when i when i do consulting people always remind them that you know you want to build a house on property that you own so use youtube like we do to help drive people towards your own platform in the event that something goes wrong right. We've been seeing youtube and facebook do a lot of content moderation which. I don't think we're talking about but if you wanna find right so if you want to find out more about that you can go to geek. News central dot com and writing. Todd's episode From last night you know. Facebook and youtube have been doing a ton of content moderation lately and that wasn't a planned Bumper for todd by the way And so you know. There are a couple of high profile ones. And as much as i don't like the people. I don't agree with the idea of stifling them. You know alex jones sociopath. But i i don't agree guy but i don't like the idea that that youtube knocked him down you know. Comedians have gotten a hard strikes on youtube and facebook For making jokes which is insane. So you know. Don't build your house in somebody else's and this includes facebook instagram. Don't build your house in somebody else's property but Definitely go to the grocery store and tell people about what your too which is which is how you can use this to your advantage right but also to is that with youtube and how the there's a lot of companies a lot of strikes on activism videos where pl- when they're shooting when they're keeping an eye on police officers when they do their job and police officers will throw out there their phone play a music and they're trying to get their videos bandit for copyrighted music as well. The mistake they've been making has been not using disney music. If you're gonna do it do it. Right use disney music through on something from frozen because youtube 's system will automatically catch it. I'm not trying to help your if you're going to play the game at least play it right right right right. Yeah and regular music. Use the jackson's right but but seriously disney music. Because it'll get cut quick and we're not and it's all about and we talked about this. I think last episode episode before about is all about free speech. Also and you're right and and and i don't like alex jones but i don't like i like even less that he was removed from everything all at once right and there's a lot of other ones as well. It got taken town and todd. Also yeah i. We're not plugging. So i'm not but but yeah. He went on a long. It is what these letters stand for the gmc in all right thing always plugging what he's up to bright true and also and also by.

"If you're putting on offers you will definitely get deals. What is the greatest lesson. You've learned great lesson. i learned. Make sure that you you're understanding what you're jumping in. Don't do what i did. Don't just like swing the hammer and just hope for the best. I wanted to goal in. And i was like f- like i'm going to do it. Al beard on his goals. But that didn't work out so well so definitely definitely like just realize what you wanna do and make sure that you are are ready. And and don't don't do that job at all. I think the reason. Why successful is that. You believe you can do anything right. You have unlimited ability right. You got unlimited confidence which is a great asset. You just don't have to tackle the world on step one. Basically get there in seven eight nine ten steps exactly right Samuel wants to know what is the best room now salesforce two years ago. I would've said polio. By not so much anymore. Salesforce we partic- g we are. We're all transitioning. I think everyone's transitioning over to salesforce. Now they're like show you sell stores like all the copay doing my god now that i've seen it i'm like i can't even look at polio. Like we're still working on. It annoys me like stephanie's we can't predict what's going on and it's like now with salesforce. They can't submit like they can't click out of a lead unless tabs are like clicked on. And i love that because acquisitions always forgets to notat or tag. The damn account sonali just can't get off the page until they do it and i love that So the next question is favorite most interesting failure. I'm guessing probably philly. I flip in philly but is there anything else know. Surprisingly that's my best best lesson. It was my big it was. It was the hardest thing i've ever went through but it taught me a lot Taught me that. If i put my mind into anything i can do like also taught me like to believe in faith like i really went through like some heavy stuff and i prayed a lot That we were going to overcome it and and we did. You did and we did. Yeah so again. We said multiple times. But it's not all rainbows and unicorns. Now it's not But as can be a lot of suffering but it's worth it it's worth it. It's worth it yeah. Is there a book if you have more than any other. you know. When i got sent this list of questions. I was like damn. I haven't i haven't given a gift to. I haven't given a book so i haven't given a book. I would say i give a book called Twelve hours twelve weeks which helps a kid sleep. Gets you get your child to in a sleeping pattern so that you can work and do more. So that's probably the only book. I it's great. Yeah ideal there's a lot of moms in the industry. That i i d say it again. It's twelve hours by twelve weeks. Twelve hours by twelve weeks and book deals. It's a mom book. But i will probably add to this And maybe it's not a good year for husbands to do it but if you're dealing with a wife who can't sleep. This is a good book for a husband not to give to the wife because that can sometimes get you in. Trouble does..

"Why did you say that clearly. That wasn't what he was looking for. So they know that it's being audited and it's audited every single day because at e moguls out and everyone. cc'd on it right Try to go through these. Apparently we've got some spam robots here. So congratulations the first episode where we have These trading people trading in the chat box. So they made their way to face made This is this is youtube. Live so congratulations So what is your wi was pushing you today. My son More time with him. I don't want to. I don't want to have like i was way we were going like that. Super new york ninety nine percent of the time. Your your son is with like a babysitter I don't want that. And i want my son to have time with new york. Well new york thing like like we were just grow up to like you. Have to work and hustle. If you're not doing now like what are you doing. You're lazy. It's either you're hustling hustling hundred percent or you're lazy or you're bump So it's like. I'm always feeling that and i was always kind of like you know like kind of like beating myself up because it's like if i'm not working twelve hours. I'm not was in productive if i didn't work. Start working at day complete all of this. I didn't know the way it wasn't a york. Yeah it's very. It's a very hustle hustle and bustle type of city. Hustle bustle they nervously. But may i had no idea that you're being judged. Well it's not really you judge yourself got yourself. It's everyone everyone's out grinding like you're grinding so it's like if you're not doing it then yeah you're a bum What is your biggest trouble right now. So i told you earlier we came back from. Cg december twenty twenty and conversation with fellow conversation with a few people there like you. You know we need. I need to focus on a few different things so right now. We've kind of been transitioning our company from like only having like people overseas to building out having more americanized people so like the people that are touching my data. My homeowners like i want them to be more experienced developer high-calibre so hiring really good people but not having to have twenty people on staff like really one or two really good. People in departments can go a long way So building out our soap's making sure our on boarding process as dialed in so like there's thirty days until into the on boarding process like we've set the expectations. You're clear of what the expectations are. There's no gray area and like this is what we expect like. No joke So we just kind of been switching things around. We brought in acts credit but doing credit repair offer. That's more.

"Cg like i have his his his voice in my head. Yeah he's He's a monster. Yeah he's a really amazing person and very competitive market and because of him. We've actually transitioned where like now. We're hiring people in amar. It's remote but we're hiring in america. We're not just focusing. On overseas people in the philippines or south america on who we're talking about another gang collective genius guest collective. He's doing thirty transactions. A month in san diego and he's making stupid amount of money per flip crazy. Yeah i mean. I would be happy to make that on one of flips. He's making that on average. Yeah i'm gonna his and his. Coo he's like you remember that we blew us all away with presentation. Eric is is a monster is ridiculous. Crazy super sharp guys very sharp all right so So you only lean so with your biz. Being lee now. What was your overhead when it was crazy over now so we went from having an overhead of about forty two forty four forty five thousand dollars including people and i include also my marketing because our number one marketing is cold calling includes our people You've got so point where. I had a team of twelve cold callers. I mean it was insane so we've narrowed it down to now. We just have very very very lean department. We have three acquisitions. We have our transaction coordinator. We have to dispose than we have our cold callers and our cold calling the way we pay them. A completely has changed. I expect certain amount of leads per person like you. You'll have you'll be at your price point your averagely way. But if you're not delivering x. Elites it goes down so it's like what you get paid what you're delivering. Same thing goes propositions. Yeah it was really interesting High on the show long time ago and he said that he's like basically like yeah. They're hourly if the results are there right like you deliver these results. You'll get paid your promised wage so if you are in it's not like its commission is just if you don't do these higher to do i'm not paying you exactly like i'll start you at eight..

"Or three primarily sources We are using stream. We buy data from this source. And we also scrape the county so county websites. I've i've hired someone overseas. they Scrape the websites for me. Back gun did yeah. Definitely works So safina's but it got to the point where now we own all the There's only so much data you can buy in your market until you own it so like my callers cannot tell me there's not like i'm like right in zenko. We have one hundred eighty three thousand leads. You cannot tell me that. There's no data if you haven't said made it one hundred eighty three thousand leads keep dialing. We had Let's see was twenty. Nineteen beginning of nineteen Myself jesse broil and jerry dallas. We bought the list for the entire county. Yes i got forty to fifty thousand records. Skip traced trades at all. That one's well. That was the way to get the lowest price possible. I gotta bulk it. We balked at. I think we split twenty thousand for everything or it's not bad. That's not bad All right enough. It's wants to know how much net profit de make per year So last year we did seven hundred. Sixty five thousand total that was grocer profit. Gross gross you end up walking away with. We walked away with five. Twenty five all right and then his follow his or her follow up question is are you the owner of the business. Yes i am with my partner. We're both were partners in the business. Who is my significant other. Yeah and head acquisitions. I'll hundred twenty three again. We'll be the first thing to do with the knowledge you have now definitely not do Ground up deals I would pay for education That money that. I had where i was doing real estate realtor and i was making decent money. I would have found a really good good education so the money you made. I will be using real releasing. New york apply that towards education planet towards occasion. And that's really easy to say that now with the wisdom you'd have now but what was your thought back then. Someone's is april. How would you like me to teach you everything i know. Charge you. yeah i'll t- to charge thirty thousand feet you everything i know i would say i'm going to university and i had that same problem too right like it's that we need to get smacked around to get the humility right. 'cause i remember i was like. Why would you go to these conferences. And pay twenty five thirty thousand. I would rather just lose twenty five thirty thousand learning at the hard way that was the mindset when it first started and to. Yeah but that was not the right mindset threat and also a youtube you know not everything that works for. Someone's going to work for you so on youtube. I'm listening listening or watching. Ten different people were saying do cold. Call no direct. Milton do it that way..

"It's going to really really change the narrative of anyone's business if you're doing education if you're if you're taking what others are doing an appliance applying it to your business like don't try to figure it out like i did or definitely do however april do. Don't do that so please. Don't all right so you mentioned that you don't have to scale which is something that we all struggle with because we all start like man you know. There's gotta be a way where i don't have to run that rat race and you think man you know if i could just get out of the nine to five and he gets his business and your scale scale get like something happens where like africa just got some more free time and you get in and you sacrifice all your time all anything you enjoy. Go crazy in the business so what about. Cg has said told you don't have to scale not cg itself but it's just i want with for my my my vision clear what you want. I got clarity on what i want. I have a son who's my life. it's my world. I enjoy little things in the morning. That i can do like for example like you know when we were trying to scale in two thousand twenty. We were doing amazing. But i was working more than two five like i won't point. I'm like i'd rather be in a nine to five five o'clock comes you just check out and you don't even check emails to worry about to worry about it. The weekend comes is like take a real vacation. You can take a real vacation actually turn off your phone like do not believe what you see social media like this idea that we can kinda like just turn off as a business owner. There's no turning things off. you can reduce it. You can maybe check it twice that day on the beach but you cannot. We've been pushing ashes like in the in the lobby of the hotel like negotiating a deal or trying to help someone like okay. This is what i'm going to like. I'm i'm i'm coaching you to through. This quite just hurt. I just audited your call yesterday. This is what you did wrong in this call right. Sometimes ninety five is better. You just like checkout. Don't come back 'til monday morning. And that's it. And i wouldn't change it for the world. I just want everyone to know that it is not what you see on social media. It's not it's really not. I realized very quickly that i was drowning. I was very moody You know i was. I was five. Am getting up. Had like this crazy schedule..

"She felt comfortable with us with the team that we had and she went ahead with the sale. That was twenty two thousand dollars alphabet. Run up. I will never forget that house because it was very eerie going inside that house when she mentioned like dr. Pass away in this room that you're standing in an area before she said that if a very and then we had to go back because that's board the house in the night and no one wanted to go inside the house. I know when she was actually murdered in that house her boyfriend. And we've looked those houses. We flipped them and actually sold. And that was the funniest. It's not funny but one of my bars was ready to buy it. He was like. Do you know this the murder house. I'm not buying this house. No one's gonna wanna buy live here once. They know what happened in his home but actually sold like the end buyer flipped at and it was really nice. We flipped the house sometime ago. And like in arizona. You're actually not required to disclose you're not required to disclose a crime or anything like that or waiting like died but for me was like i'm going to sell this as i'm putting my name on this like i'm gonna tell them like hey you know and Okay let's take five thousand the price like okay. That's all it's gonna take then fi as long as you guys know but like it was like a murder suicide like the guy. He killed his girlfriend to dogs and then he killed himself while her story was actually on. Id tv ide- He was he tortured her for days and then set on fire. Oh my goodness yes. So that's very eerie a- all right so you also that one and so twenty nineteen smooth sailing. Twenty nineteen we. I remember wearing a lot of debt. So twenty nineteen. I took on. That's another thing like what i've learned. I took on a partnership that i probably would have never taken If it wasn't based like what we were going through. And i just kind of wanted help and i needed operational help so it was going well like we had a really good. We had an in house team. There was a few people working in the office. You're ready nervous. Sarah's other me nervous about so first question is what got you into real estate all right so i started working. When i was fourteen years old. I worked at a laundromat. So i've always liked having money having my own stuff in high school. I started interning. And i went into fashion. I thought that's what i wanted in my life. I wanted to be in fashion. Corporate world. new york life quickly realized that wasn't for me but being in fashion i was around l. After work events and i would come across a lot of people that worked in corporate. And all the time i would come across people that were in sales or in real estate sales and they were doing pretty well for themselves and i quickly realized that. That's what i wanted to do. So i quit my job and became a real estate agent in new york. So realtor brelzer. The realtor jumped into the Yes i did. She said you're fourteen. No that was my fourteen. That was in. When i was fourteen so this is out of high school. My young twenty twenty twenty one years old you started in fashion. Mashing us you explore that world wasn't for you and then in your early twenties you're going to the after our seeing and seeing that everyone that was a realtor was in real estate or in sales was just good for themselves. They weren't in that nine to five kind of like mentality which look like. They're doing good for themselves exactly so it was like i. I saw a shiny object. And they're doing good but did you find out whether they were actually doing good. So a a realtor. New york is very hard like it's not an easy industry I wasn't doing sales. I was doing rentals which was good for us. But that's i mean that's a good business as leasing agent in new york. It's a great business. I might not my best sweet spots. Were owner appease which was owner pays so owner was paying my fee. I was all on board so do one. Two deals in new york and i was charging one month fee. So runs are usually thirty. Five forty five fifty five hundred a month for like one bedroom to barons apartments downtown. So i was happy with that one. One or two deals was lanzi. Nine to ten thousand dollars a month..
