Some of the videos to the warm up to a heritage. But you had this guy to Shambo hidden three hundred and sixty yard. Tee Shots on the range that we're going over the net. Now! That's fun when you can do that. That is fun and I think driving ranges are fun. If you know me, I'm not a big golfer. I do have a bag. I've golfed. Many different got golf courses. I've sucked at all of them. if I. Get one Birdie. That's nearly miraculous. The Best I can do is I. Mike Probably get to Pars. That's about it now I've never taken A. Lesson in my life, but it's kind of fun and to me. The most fun you can have with golf is top golf because they turn it into a video game. And my favorite Scottsdale up at talking stick because. The holes are all you know, Disco Ball bump in the music loud, and it's warm and you're having beers and you're hanging out, and then you can see the talking stick. Resort Casino flashing and you, but you're in the middle of the desert I. Don't know it's really cool, but. Yeah Brian Gumbo. I just think it's funny that a guy who's been on the tour for some time. Now can hit it even farther than ever. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised by that. Because? He's been working at it, but they keep talking about the. The this speed of the swing. and. You know there's something to it. I remember a friend of mine when I was first trying to golf and I was just mashing and. The ball wasn't going anywhere where I wanted. Which is pretty much the same as now, too. But he said. And this was a guy who played. Pro Baseball He said Rick. You're plenty strong enough, so just let the technology do the work. Just a nice easy swing in this club will little crush it. But I just you know. I never play golf I played baseball. I played many years of beer belly softball. I'm trying to destroy the ball so. It's just no fun, and then I would hit it hard. People get mad at me and then you have to hit it softer I'm not here to hit it softer. Yeah Man. That's the way it goes all right. One Eight, hundred, eight seven eight play. We thought yesterday. was going to be a good day in baseball. Because the Union and the League were talking when we thought they weren't talking. And then we found out with and frazier on Ross McGowan that people are talking in the afternoon. And we heard reports that the season was going to start July nineteen with sixty games. With the full salaries. pro-rated but no, grievance. Big and expanded playoffs. Wow. Ever since that news now, the Union immediately tweeted out. There's no deal the LA. Times tweeted out. There's not even an agreement in principle. At this moment. The New York Post tweeted out that the players strenuously objected to sixty games and they want more. Now. When you think about it, and you think all the back and forth, and they're like. If you want pro rated salaries, you gotta play Fifty Games. So, what's changed, they added ten games. That's like. Do you know those people and there are a lot of them? That will drive all the way across town because it's a nickel cheaper per gallon. And it's like yeah, what what'd you save seventy cents? I hope I'm never in a place where I gotta drive all the way the other side of town. To save seventy cents to film. I think if you're saving seven dollars I. Get it if it's. Cheaper own. Elephants Fifty Cents Cheaper Gallon I see it. You're GONNA whatever but. That's basically what this is. It's like all right. You can have more games. Cool ten ten. Now there is a report. They were going to go to fifty four games. They're really only adding six if you believe that. So the Union has said full pro rated salaries, no matter what. This was the first time. The, League said. Yeah for Sixty Games. So the skepticism that the player leadership and union sources have met this with. Is a big wall on the pathway. To reconciliation right now. The Best News of all I think is that. We look at the calendar, and it's June eighteen. And so that is probably the impetus more than anything is that the League is running out of time. And you got fouled. She's saying. Don't even play in October. Because, it's GonNa be cold and. He, said even the flu. Everything's going to ramp up. Don't even play in October with leagues like we don't WanNa play in November. So knowing that they need a week to. Just get the second spring training up and going and this whole thing about three weeks of spring training. I think that's too long now I. Know You need three weeks for the pitchers, not the hitters. And wish more people would just point that out saying the players need three weeks. They don't. The hitters need two weeks. And Will they? Would they better with three? Yeah? But it's just to stretch out your starters. It's not even for your bullpen, guys, but who are your most prized assets? Who are the ones that make the cash? You're right. Strasbourg Ver- lander Sherzer, and you don't WanNa ruin them. You're going to Bryce Harper. strikeout every at Bat. Knowing gives a crap. He'll be in a quote unquote slump. But if you have Garrett Cole, go out there and two thirds into his Yankees career. He's like Oh my elbow like. Damn it! We rushed Spring Training two point Oh. So. They're if you look at it. If you think a week for logistics three weeks of spring training, you basically have. This! You have today and tomorrow because no one works on weekends. At least not rich people. I've done it for thirty years, but. You have today and tomorrow for this ticket. and. We know that networks. Will not be paying for top dollar. If it goes into November. They don't like the clash of the titans with the NBA playoffs and everything else. That's going on much less, the NFL So like I said I believe today and tomorrow to get this done. And the players tell us where win. Well, There's not going to be a win much longer because. Definitely I mean look. They can work through the weekend congress. I remember when I was studying. Law and public policy of communication and another class. I had called State and urban politics. that. Congress actually does go. To the clock, which is dial up clock? They go to the clock. And they actually will stop it. Just to kind of say you know we. We are actually still. We're still in yesterday. At eleven fifty nine. Just stop just stop. Now Scott Boris. Remember. He's the guy who thinks he's part of the commissionership in baseball. He chimed in. On Rob Manfred being wishy washy with the one hundred percent guarantee that there'd be a season. And so Boris was talking to Tom Verduci of sports illustrated saying. He's being the pancake commissioner where all flip anywhere I want to when you negotiate publicly once you say it. If you go down a different road, you lose credibility when he said on draft day one hundred percent. We're going to have baseball. The commissioner said there's a chicken in every pot. And he continues. The TBS contract was the rectal thermometer. Goodness gracious the rectal thermometer I. Let's go to Charlie who's out in new. York City what's going on big chuck. Rick, how're you doing my friend I just a follow up on what you're saying about. This is baseball I I think it's six sixty game season. Fifty Games yards utterly ridiculous. In my opinion, I think they should at this point to shut it down and. I mean. The baseball. They really shot themselves in the foot. They could have been playing. They could've been forty games until a season by now, and they had just gotten their act together. They could have led to the forefront of of introducing these all these major sports back. To the public or you know in this country and they. They really screwed up. and. I mean. I mean. You WanNa. Talk about putting an asterisk against eleven wins this year. I mean fifty sixty game season. You can have the mariners and the pirates in the world series you know. If you just talk for a month. I mean historically the I. Mean I've been following the as since the original bill evolve, but under beans watch the as don't get hot until. The All star pro. They usually forty and forty every year, and then they take off so I I mean as a sports fan. It comes back I'll watch it, but I I. Don't know I mean what what? What are your feelings? Just take whatever they offer at this point as I mean as a fan and being a fan. Would you just take whatever they have to offer or? I mean is it turns out to be a sixty game season? Well I hate to use this reference, but I am a beggar, and if they offer me one crumb of baseball, I will, I will bite the hand off to take it. Yeah, I know I and I. Ultimately the same I mean listen. I'd be the first on the flip on it. You, know the game. What's you know because I have the baseball package and I would watch? I. Mean I'm not I'M NOT GONNA lie. I'll watch you know. Watch the playoffs. They said they were going to introduce. What did they say sixteen ten? To sixteen teams in the playoffs, sixty teams, universal D. H. and by the way I go to the break I. Don't know if you heard my interview with Joey. Mullen yesterday the Nhl Hall of Famer where you're talking about growing up in Hell's kitchen. Yes I did I was very excited. Very cool. Yeah I remember the by. Joey very much. That was very cool. Anyway Charlie. Thanks for the call and I get to the point where we WANNA wash our hands. They have a great weekend, Vic. Dafna Zemun and she's here to talk about a new documentary film called woman. From CNA Moya Dafna that you have been very active in so many philanthropic ventures. What was it about this that the genesis behind this project? Well festival, thank. He's so much planes citing me on I really appreciate and I just wanted to tell you. My last name is actually pronounced design one. but I wanted I wanted to just explain to you why we felt that this was such an important moment. These film was laid over five years. The filmmakers. Literally was supported by foundations actually lvmh one of the. Investors into them and I found it. Was the MUFFIN cookie thing to do at this moment of time? because. We men I considered a minority, but the exact demon majority. And across the world, women have been suffering. Seriously and very bad. And you know to tell stories about, did we? Men was never as impactful. Queuing for the women themselves. But for many many years, women have been cited. And through signing. You know violence. And so we so cloud! That four thousand women over five years in sixty countries came forward. And they could leave the ended up with two hundred. We many in detail. And chose the women filmmakers. Actually is the bill and Yancheng. Zemin. The greedy survivors and have been able to explain what it means. To be a time. I think you told to take care of your grandfather because your grandfather's going blind in the person of. Your grandfather's sexually abusing. A little odd every day, and you don't know what the lean. And then when you tell people you don't know how to tell and nobody believes you nobody deleting studio, and finally after years of that the police continue, but then you almost murdered when you have taken. By. Mexico and sold, and then when use Cape that with the help of some people you must send, because it's so beautiful and norma was so beautiful. So she was sent to Japan and the model, but in fact it was a top of the Mafia. They took her passport. And they kept semi and sex trafficking. And finally when she was so determined to. Dave Stockton loaded hat and left for dead. But the neighbor found her, and she spent months and months in the hospital, and finally she recovered and stopped the jogging, and then running, and now she's a triumph, elise and she. She wanted the book of Records for the fastest runner she won gold medals any. It's amazing, so we wanted. Story really showed the strength of women and the resilience of women in spite of everything that happened to them, and also we wanted to to also be joyful, so we wanted the women that were able to kind of talk about their lives, and see also positives and huma is divided. You know so. We some is extremely important, because the whole idea behind is to break this violence once in full edge to stop human brutality against women. No it's. It's very well said, and of course it is a very important issue and and I think that's the thing that makes this film fascinating is that if you think about how many people you just mentioned, are in it, you could. There's a chance of losing the intimacy to, but you're able to pull that off even with all the protagonists, so congratulations on. Uh! Thank you, because I think every story is going to be I, mean so many women that have watched them and said to me I feel like I'm in. Be SMOOTHIE. I've never spoken and when you talk to me. Almost every woman has gone through some trauma like that, you know. And it's every woman feels a sense of ownership to film and I'm so grateful to Hilary Swank and Louis Clinton to book them and all the mood all. Celebrity that have gotten behind it to make sure that we break the silence, so they could, we can stop the violence against women and predominantly women of color, and this is a moment of time where we stay black lives matter. But, we've been lives matter to you know, and so it's so important to really see the visit ton in human family towards compassion and care, and towards something that really handsome. and. One family on the planet. No doubt and speaking of family. That's something speaking with Dafna Ximen by the way about the documentary woman. You spent so much of your life, trying to help children and forming. Organizations to help orphans I, mean it's pretty amazing what you've done, but then tipper, Gore brought you on to the women's leadership, forum, and is that when you kind of thought? We need to start talking about women here. Now was actually Hillary Clinton. That really made me aware because God involved with foster children. They started talking about single mothers. Started talking about cultures where we men have children, literally from age twelve, or even earlier on and by a the h twin one day have so many children, and they haven't gotten educated and then able to take care, and then with the drugs and alcohol that infested this country. The children were ending up in foster care, but the smothers. Ending up in isolation and decimated, and so I started recognizing that the fabric of our country is incredibly important because the nested. This trank of this country. Is Women and we need to cherish that and that's why I launched. In the first place. Because we wanted to commit. To the plight, interesting in need of women, because there was no place for women to go, and it's time to me to learn from Hillary as to how what we need to do, and how deep with the one. No doubt about it. We've gotTA run. We've been speaking with Dafna Ximen. It is a scene documentary called woman, and is a very important film with a lot of lot of great plaudits, already definite congratulations on the project and Hopefully we catch up again down the road. I would love. That didn't thank you so much for being a part of it and letting women and men know about a 'cause we really wanted to be. A place that everybody goes to really give support to this incredible unsound kilos that opened up their hearts, and gave voice to stop this silence and stuff if I am in. No doubt very well, said I'm right there that we will take a quick break and we will come back on the other side. At Twenty eight I'd struggled with opiates and Meth addiction for twelve years. And around the world on American forces, Coming up in the next segment, we'll speak with John Ellison. He's a musician. He wrote some kind of wonderful. Some. Wonderful got a new song inspired by. BLM! So, we'll talk to him. But. This is the segment where you can get an open lines. At one, eight, hundred, eight, seven, a play I want to get back to the Scott. Boris thing. Talking about how? Commissioner as the Pancake Commissioner, he'll flip. But Before Charlie called he had the quotes saying the TBS contract was the rectal thermometer. Not Their. Mom Ter-. The rectal thermometer. You GotTa throw that in just to make it more gross and more insulting. He said. Quote the TBS contract was rectal thermometer, because illustrated the truth to all the fans. And that is the content of this game had such value even in the heart of a pandemic that you get a record contract for your rights when I say rectal thermometer I, say it as the truest form of the temperature of the game. Well. You could have just said thermometer, but you said rectal twice rectum. Killed Them. So Boris Delights in. He thrives in provocation. But there is truth in what he says. Because when they get more than a billion dollars. For some postseason rights. And that story. Excuse me. Broke less than twenty four hours. After MLB made that latest proposal another one where they showed very little willingness to negotiate in any genuine sense of the term. I mean it complements the. Credibility or lack thereof of any kind of financial strife in baseball now. And Boris is. Obviously making the point that Manfred went from an ironclad guaranteed as saying in now. So despite these These perceptions of impartiality. To the Games greater good, he is an employee of the owners. We know that. He he's he is tasked with representing their interests. And their interest. Only always. So, what the report that there are six and then maybe eight owners who? Not are okay with no season, but who, openly at least in their circle don't WANNA season? What what is mad. Supposed to say when he hears that. So if he's going to. go off their fits of Pique their self destructive of peak. You. Think as a leader. He might be able to steer them away from that. You know there's a certain point I was saying yesterday. Wouldn't it be interesting if you've just resigned and said I can't control these people and you're making me look bad, and I don't want this on my. You know I'd rather quit and say I'm the Commissioner. That couldn't get his act together. At the very least he could be a leader and say look. You hired me to do something here. You know when they got kennesaw Mountain Landis. As the first commissioner baseball for the white sox scandal, because remember the black socks nineteen nineteen, they were exonerated in courts of law. And Mount Landis through them all out anyway. And then the owners okay. So, here's what you have to do. First of all Atlanta's was like I'm not doing anything you say. If you want me I got autonomy. Otherwise screw you and the owners were so panicked that they're sport was going to die because all. The. The trust and integrity of the game was gone at that point when you had people throwing the world series. And they're like. Okay, but once we hire you. You're going to be a beast I don't know. If I feel like I will. Okay well gone are the days of that type of commissioner and that happen with the palace coup. Everyone Bart Giamatti took over from Peter Ueberroth the father of. Actor Paul Giamatti. Arch Amati who was the? College professor or a bow tie. Loved Baseball, a man of letters and he had a heart attack and died. Very sad the Deputy Commissioner Vincent. Walked with a cane in demand the reason why he walked with a cane. It was because when he was in college. They thought it would be a good prank to lock them out of his dorm room. And so he climbed up on the roof to try to down under the window, and he missed, and he fell off the roof and he messed up his leg for the rest of the life. Good Prank? Actually knew a guy in college. Who now is a millionaire? Because he started a company selling the Scotty. And good for him. But we were both in broadcasting and I remember one time we were working on a video project. and. They locked the room where we have all our equipment. And he goes. I, know the way to do it. And climb out on the roof and I can go in that window. I go the slippery high roof with these Spanish tiles don't do it. He goes now if you, if you start high and you start to slip roll into the window well. I go, you can go ahead and let me and if you want, but I'm not doing it, and so he did that and I. Always think of that. How Fay Vincent? How close he could have been anyway digress. They kicked off events, and and they put the owner of the Milwaukee brewers in ceiling. Now Rob. Manfred does not only team obviously. And Bud ceiling had to give up the brewers by giving it to his daughter. Wendy priebe. Flake. I don't own it anymore. She does okay. Like the DEBARTOLO's. It's not in the family anymore. Don't share the same last name. No, it's York. Okay government patty since good. But ever since then. The days of Kennesaw. Mountain Landis the days of buoy. When I was growing up. Buoy Kyun seem so scary. And Win Charlie Finley decided to trade. Joe, Rudi and Rollie fingers. Red Sox were in town and Oakland, and they walked over. They put on red. SOx uniforms. It took pictures and Buoy Kyun went. What now? No, no, no, no, you're not doing that. Thank goodness. Can you imagine that now? The commissioner been like. Whatever you say. You're the even David Stern. You know it's like Chris Paul's going to the Lakers now. He's not he's not. That's not gonNA happen. Could you imagine rob? Rob Manfred doing anything like that. There's no way. There's no way he is an employee. Now, we heard comments yesterday from Randy Levine the president of the Yankees. WHO's very optimistic? and. The players say tell us when and where. Scott Boris I don't think in the history of his career has ever helped anything. When it comes to Labor peace, he definitely gets his players paid well, except for Stephen drew and Kennedy's Morales when he told him not to take qualifying offers, and they got less. You know getting Manny Ramirez the same offer that was on the table for six months, but beyond that he mostly gets his players played a lot of cash. And so even more crazy than him was Brodie van wagon in remember, we will boycott spring training, and the mets were so impressed. They made him the GM. Wait what? He goes. You're killing baseball. The blood is on your hands. Talk about dramatic. It's just ridiculous. But as I said the you, you would think that even though the days of Landis are over. That you can at least have a commission and say look. I make a lot of money. I'm the Commissioner of Baseball. and. We're going to get this done. Everybody get in here and let's do this. Will you work for us? I know I work for you but I. You gave me a job, are you? GonNa let me do it or not. If you'RE NOT GONNA. Let me do it then. Just fire me right now or just let me resign. If I'm literally every time I raise my arm. It's because the marionette strings lift my arm. If that's everything I do. then. It's not worth the embarrassment. I got enough money. Just, let's let's sit down and let's hash this out. Let's go into a room. And it could be a big old room could be a ballroom. Let's get everybody together. That can actually make these decisions. No I'll take it back to my own or I'll take it back to my board. Let me see if the the stock holders will approve it, none of that crap. Let's get everybody and who can make a decision. Musicians. Is that you just never stopped? There are always songs being written in your head every day, aren't there? Always I think I'd go to bed with the beat in my head and I wake up with a song in my head so. That's out. Yeah what? What is it the beyond this new this song? Was that something that you've been thinking about for a while or just Kinda? Just pop up like in these these times. We're in right now. Well actually! I wrote this song seventeen years ago. Because things I mean as you know there's been unrest in this country two decades. And I wrote the song seventeen years ago and when? When this happened and because of the things that's happened in my life. It's just. I guess you could say reach the point where. I had to say something so I. I called my producer and the person I work with over Amsterdam. And he was saying how sad it was it. was going on in the and I said Yeah. I said you know I wrote a song seventeen years ago about this and I said because people really don't know. What a person with the color of my skin! Go through and I started. Telling him incidents that have happened in my life and which was the real, the actually the reason I wrote the song seventeen years ago. my. I had a nephew that His neck was broken by the police in Bloomfield West Virginia. He's paralyzed from his neck down. And he died. He was only eighteen years old, and he died when he was twenty two. From complications of breathing. And you know I've had incidents where I was. Attacked by racist white mob in nineteen, sixty nine I was blinded in my left I. Lost my vision for over year. I went into a hospital, the third degree burns and Nineteen seventy-one. Their car exploded a ready to explode in water. ended up. On my back and I have third degree burns and I went to the HUFFINGTON. They wouldn't even allow me in the hospital because of the color of my skin. So I just want the world. Not on the I want this country especially to know the things that As a person of color have experienced because a lot of a lot of white people have no clue as to the daily life of a black person what we go through. And This is not a it's not a protest. Song is an awareness just to make people aware of the lives. That we live how things how we're treated differently. Even today in in. This year at twenty, twenty I mean I could go on and on about. Things that I have. That have happened in my life and it just. Like it's inevitably end in thing. My granddaughter seven years old came home a few months ago. She was crying because the school she goes to Children wouldn't play it because of the color of skin and I think it's pretty sad. And we as a country, we need to side opening is. And really looking at what's going on, we need also. teach our children. That love is what GonNa. Keep this country and this were a movie. We need more love. We need to get rid of the hatred because. Like you and like myself and everyone else. We had no control of what color we were when we came into this world. and color doesn't mean anything, and until people open their eyes and realize. Color is just the color what makes the person? Is this character? their character how you treat people in life. And that's what I'm all about and I I want to spread love, but I won't open people's eyes at the same time one of them the note. This is wrong how we've been looked upon things that have happened in our lives. How how it continues to happen. you see people walking? Talking about black lives matter well. Everybody's life. But way black people have been treated. It needs to be brought to the surface and Pico the recognize. What I? Want this to happen to me what? I WANNA live in this condition. It is time for some Samantha's people need to like I said open is. It's very well said and I think one of the most important things John is that you know a person like myself who's born and raised narrow Oakland California which is very diverse and I always liked to think that you know where we are. You know there's no Jim Crow and we get along, and sometimes I realized that that that's naive that it is everywhere, and sometimes you have to look into your heart and ask yourself. Are you judging everybody the same way and that that's why I think it's important right now that each one of us, even the ones like me, who thank all I'm not racist at all. We all have to take a look now and see what's really in there. Well, you know what I don't I. Don't look at it as People? Everyone, being racist. The way I look at it for example. Until I have I have a lot of sayings than I do like. You never know what it's like. You know to the black until you walk in my shoes, and and a lot of people say Caucasian, they don't realize what black people go through, and I'll give you an example they. It's me. Four years ago, a friend of mine called me and. Very, good for him and I, we're buddies and he works at A. Company that sells products. Food products and he called me and use John. Listen, I got this great idea, he said Why don't you and I get together and we combine? My product with your product. And, because I, have a food, I WANNA food company as well so. He said we can combine the two. He said because this chicken that I'm selling for the company. Keep it online, he said, but if we add some of your product in it, he said it would agree. He said we can call it. Tasty some kind of wonderful. And I said Hey, that's a great idea. So we met, we designed label. And He was really excited about it and he went to the company that he was. Working for told him about this great idea and. And when he presented the idea to the company, he said you know we gotta put not Tesa John a famous songwriter you know he has. His Song is the. World it's been recorded about sixty five artists. Everybody knows the song he said so. We're GONNA tuneup together. You know what they told him. They said. If you. Think that. was going to put a Nigga face on our products. You'll sadness taken. He said if. We suggest you get this idea out of your mind or if you have a job. So. You know that was so you know when he told me that he sa- Johnny shop be down. And he said I am so upset and I said Dan. Don't worry about it I know what? The color of my skin was different. I would be a trillionaire by now. because. There would be there would be no barriers. Right but this is the problem with this country. We're called the United States of America this country. This country has never been united, and that song that I wrote. It says to understand the Black Man's plight. You must first take a look at the Black Man's plight. In one line in it, it says. At some point, you said we were free. And the sweet land of Liberty. But that apply to you and not to me. The life that we've been had we've been dealt is not good. And negative. Negatively. I, just have about a minute here. How do you think in your mind? Music can heal and help help heal us. One Eight, hundred eight seven play in your calls are encouraged. I saw on Tuesday. That UNLV. Took down at statue. Of the running rebels there. And there were some complaints by the native American Student Association. And you know on the piggybacking everything. That's going on right now. Systemic racism. Just from the death of George Flood with. Black, people but of course native Americans as well, but hey rab. which is a very cartoony assembly Sam Looking Guy The statue has been greeting visitors. Outside of the UNLV Tantalum, Nice Center. For the last thirteen years, but despite the statues name. The school said it was an image to western settlers and had nothing to do. With the confederate states of America. But you all these native American Association called for its removal, saying it represented a dark time and their people's history. have been asking for its removal for years saying that it was overdue. and. Roxanne McCoy who is the Las Vegas Chapter President of the? N. Double ACP, said quote. Even when they tried to spin it and say something else. It is offensive to native Americans. You can try. To like dance around and say it's not confederate when you put rebel. Then you put that image in there, I'm not looking at just some old white man with a big hat, hanging out in Vegas and quote. So the statue will be given back to the donors who funded it. WHO WERE UNLV ALUMNI? And the President of the School Marta Maiava said in recent conversations with the donor. We mutually agreed. It was best to remove that statue. Over the past few months I've had discussions with multiple individuals and stakeholder groups from campus, and the community on how best who university move forward given the recent events throughout our nation. And now UNLV is considering they're going to have to change their name of the rebels. Running rebels remember Iki Woods had talked to him about plan for the rebels. If you're listening chaos, HP Las Vegas Right now I love to hear what you think about this. At one eight, hundred eight seven play. So. Remember UNLV. They started classes. In nineteen fifty seven. But U, N are started in one, thousand, nine, hundred, seventy four. And, this is why you and are kind of got pushed out of shape, because UNLV got way more famous, and they're like we shouldn't have to call ourselves. UN Are Worthy University Nevada's like cal cal is California, and then everybody else has to say cal. La like UCLA whatever. And so. that. You NFL that unlv massacre. was called beauregard for a long time, and it used to be a wolf who wore the stars and bars back in the day. And so the university did admit that they used a confederate team mascot, which was unfortunate. But since the eighties, they've gone with the floppy hat. Hey, RUB! That was supposed to move the school away from any. Confederate imagery and just pay homage to or mosh to Western settlers. So the State Senators Pat Spearman from Las Vegas. She believes that hey. Rab was never supposed to be a confederate symbol, but still supports the. The taking it down all right. Let's go to Chris, who is in Oakland go ahead, Chris, what's up, man? Hey Rick thanks. Good morning, man, thanks for taking my call just really interesting topic that you just touched on. I was actually wanted to call you. Kinda, weigh in yesterday Day You local radio here in San Francisco discussed the possibility of forty niners San Ford and has the name you know. The guy you know, hey, Whoa, point nine is predominantly white. Men came out to California in eighteen, fifty, eighteen, forty, nine, hundred fifty stolen land, basically right James K polk started the war with Mexico basically. We basically took half of. You know Mexico net war, but for united maybe an issue. You know I've always liked as lifelong sports fan. I've always liked how sports teams kind of reflect their local geography right so the Pittsburgh steelers St was big day, right? The Pistons, right the outgoing trait for united, always sounded like a good California name, but that's something to think about I. Mean if you look at. I mean I know. You have a lot of issues with the Washington Redskins, and then you're talking about the running rebels and I. Know Ole Miss Yesterday I. Think is saying they're probably gonNA change their name. But you look at some other stories. team names like the Texas Rangers. Project and Tex Rangers and you know now there are police force, but you know if you were native, American or Mexican American probably say differently I mean what those guys did. The after the civil war was was nuts You know but again looking through our lens of twenty twenty. It's easy to say change this change that, but you know I just kind of issue which take you? One other thing I wanted to. I'd like to ask you. The forty niners thing I. thought was completely. Just about the gold, rush but are they like saying well, you know. coolies built the railroad and the mission system was going on during the same time, because I never once associated forty niners, and the Goldrush which was every heritage on the face of the Earth Russian the Sierra shirt with any with anything overtly racist. What were the reasons behind it? matere right? You know that local media legend. Work in the same building and I've I've met him I. Besides you wreck, he's my. He's my idol. Right I mean five. When I on retail, but it wasn't. Until matere, so he's the guy that brought it up actually and again. That's what I. Always Thought and I taught you know eighth. Grade History in Oakland for ten years before being a lawyer, and so to have that even be a question that the foreigners. Yes, I mean. It looks you know you see the the I. Forget the Guy's the mascots. Amy Looks Very. You know wholesome, whatever or host, not the right word, but you know I mean he looks just like a hey, a cowboy guy, and hey, you know this is the forty niners, and this, and that and I think what what Phil was saying was that it was more than just okay on the surface. Yeah, it's the guys. Guys can't go. You're right came from all over the world you know from you know. But I think the era and what it represents I think is what he was talking about. And again if we're in, you know. Austin Texas are are not Austin, but he's sitting or maybe another more conservative state. That's not even a question, but the fact that San Francisco and Santa Clara That's why I think he was even raising the issue so I. You know they're not I don't believe they're gonNA. Change important just like I. Don't think they're going to change the redskins name, but you know there's a lot of smarter people than me. I just thought it was interesting that if you look at. Some of these team names I mean I. You know it's so then I would say that every team now is going to. It's going to be some kind of an animal me right because that's who's WHO's out offensive to, but you know Texas Rangers I it kind of kicked and if you look at historically, there is some stuff that you could probably come after and. Obvious anything with rebel name, I'll leave you this. I spent a summer at four AP Hill in Virginia with the boy scouts used to have their national convention out there, and that's you know. All these southern names are coming up now and I even Fort Bragg out here in Marin Mendocino counties looking at it, too, so just each thing stuff for them to kind of kick in and how sports kinda relates all this stuff, so it's two cents in. Thanks for the call Chris. I appreciate it. That's Chris out there in Oakland. The lines to call one eight, hundred, eight seven eight play. I. Mean You look there are some things that are quite literal George. Washington the father of our country one of the. Huge huge reasons why we actually defeated the British. Had Slaves. I mean so. Where does that leave the imagery with him? Fort Bragg when it was named in Mendocino County. Brag was US army officer that was in the tradition that you would do that, so we had for Churchill Nevada. We had four Washington during the. Revolutionary War in Manhattan but. For. Our General Bragg was the worst general on the entire Southern Army. They made fun of them. All he did was lose and surrender. That's all he did was lose and run away, but he went to West Point so they can manage general. But interesting times around Chris thanks for the call and we'll take a quick break. Thank you so much. On on the show and the. Point towards social media or They have to do with you know. The name of the movie is followed so immediately. You shouldn't vote the fact that you know it's all. It's all about social media, and I think the comes up top nowadays everything it's you know. Social media is around us like literally everything you know I, it's it's such an important part of our life. No generation, so I thought you know having a horror film dedicated to that I should work so because we. Yeah and we should let people know that is going to be available. Tomorrow in drive in theaters and I'm old enough to remember going to drive ins. I never liked the experience myself, but I hear. Drive in theaters are much much better now and went in a pandemic. You gotta get creative right. Right right I mean so the first thing. I! You know the way the West has made A. Followed horror movie again followed Horror Movie Dot. com and you go to the website I gotta do. Is it going news chippy, but to tell you in terms of what the nearest asteroid? But, personally speaking, this will be my first ever driving experience I never honestly never like. Four 'cause I always like the big screen, and you know the nine point one surround sound and whatnot but know the more I read about it. The more you know I, heard my experience from other filmmakers, and especially taught click or writer. Who's I think it's what he has an essay out his love letter to. Be Posted sometime this weekend, on the database as well, but I think it's going to be. It's after I read that essay in here about their colleagues and so Microsoft actually have experience. I'm really excited and I think. That you know I. It's very first person view style and being in the car, just watching it, and just being really isolated in a sense I think it may have worked tremendously well so I. Myself have personally very excited just to see a film drive similar to see it so majority. Now I did get to see the advanced screener and the way you shoot the film speaking of Clicks I mean it's following someone in clicking on some links and to certain guy drop the MIC and by the way a couple of hours ago, we just had the actor Matthew Solomon on the show. We were talking about his role, playing a very annoying, creepy guy that had very well, but was that a challenge for you as a director to make it look like someone was navigating the web and then do the movie simultaneously. yes, so you know when I, so the concept of movie originally how I came up with it is that we know that we needed to do found footage style because you know it's a flock, so we wanted to pay much. Of, Course for budgetary reason as well but so part of the things that I WANNA do. Is You know the whole screen life you know if you heard of the no screen languages, I think unfunded It, but then the movie the den which was I, think is a ten years ago. That move is very much similar. Which is Al- always screen watching it the computer so I I like the concept right and particularly one of the things though that I didn't like too much. Was that screen live? Yeah, you're looking at the screen, but I don't see cinematic on that so I was trying to see in terms. If there's a way that I can combine the two extreme concept with an actual found footage, the way, the paranormal it was and moving in the sense that audience Shifa gathered watching a found footage, but rather they should be immersed. You know the whole. World the recreate it so yeah, so it was a challenge, but I guess you know We did it, we. As a team, we actually had really talented a people working with US especially mad editor. Producer editor and taught writers. We will be able to navigate and create. A blend between the screen. Live sound for that's and of course nick cinematic It was a challenge welcome. Speaking with Antoine Lay director of followed and I was almost had the blink house saw cameo by. John Savage who has played in so many he's got over one hundred credits. He's been in some of the classic movies. Some great Oliver Stone movies. That was a real coup to get a seasoned actor like that into this film gave it a lot more credibility, didn't it? Yes absolutely mean John. You know I did hunter. That's how that's how I knew I remember when they wanted to casting pas met with. To start stuck as well. As the. Guy That used to work with CISCO COPPOLA, you know. Can you know my first movie? You know working with them, so it was a little bit imitating as I say intimidating But it was. It was fun, and you know learn lots from them as well and I think that there was one of the things that he pulled him side when i read the script and. This is the film about your generation, isn't it? I was like yes, it is I thought it was. Of. Good experience. Very. Cool, you know I've talked to directors in the past and you know we're all product of our environment and our influences and things, and then we do things on our own. We figure out what we WANNA do so as far as the way you shot this and knowing that it had to be shot like a found footage. Thing meant that you can't get too crazy with it, but do you look at some of the people that you mentioned? Coppola Scorsese and Kubrick you kind of look at these guys Polanski, and you think I want a little of this and a little of that. Absolutely. I mean I. It's my myself. I am not a horror at director so to speak. It says that you know one of the first films that I really wanted to do I. Think it's one of my next project as well. It's a film about a true story about a Holocaust survivor, which is beautiful right so I'm I consider myself more of a a dramatic director action director rather or but I always love for So so so so you know when we filmed does as I'm inspired by a lot of the great. Though makers August, we pay too much to signing qb Rick but you know same other than token is that I'm a huge fan of contemporary filmmakers. Christopher Nolan is a walking legend. So yes, I do take my installation from pretty much everyone. You know all the grades at the see in terms of me kit as a audience as a movie co, what would I like to see on screen and I think a mash up with a lot of you know. The great directors would make a pretty good movie, So yes I'm I'm inspire much all upgrades. And try to see if I could do that. With the within the you've found footage confined, which was a little challenging. Hope, we at least in. that. Last question for you. What about feedback from the actors because they might say I? Don't think my character would say this now. Maybe that's more for the writer, but. I You shouldn't push in here or I should be staged left, or you're sitting on this shot too long. Do you take their feedback and say thanks I'll do my own away or are you pretty? Loose. How does it go with that? Yeah, actually loses. Basically you know it's a so basically. The first thing I is as I started my head I would know in terms of. Here's the tone of the movie. Here's how the scene it's been built up. What comes after and welcome before so I just as long as actually have grasp that I basically let the. The actors, but there's their playground night, so we're trying to see in terms of what works and also had to actually also very much being helpful as well because on the same token, so I don't want to just one angle multiple angles, and that's why the all have different cameras, and of course the reason why is because I wanted to see between these angles that. The actors actually helped greatly standpoint. Hey, you know I think what I'm talking to this person I should be holding the camera like this. You know so basically we tell them how I I see the things. And they would also have their own input upset. Okay, we can do this. Maybe we can send here that we can send there I know there's a couple of times where the pieces of dialogue that you know one of the characters with a certain line, so the other characters, but no actually I think that's something I would say that you know you, so yes, I do I'm very lose when it comes out to. My actors want to make sure that they can live from environment his best job that they can't because they are artists and their as well number stuck that. No doubt about it and go-to followed horror movie Dot Com for more information. It's in drive in theaters tomorrow, even speaking with the Director Antoine Lay and It's a It's a very interesting deal. A lot of thrills and spills antoine congratulations on it and. Rick tittle. You broke my heart, but I still take you back. You hell a fine. All right, thank you for that. Welcome back to the show. Rick Tila with you coast to coast and around the world. Spend a few minutes now with Robert Leary is an executive with old trapper beef jerky. Now I was born in the sixties, grope in the seventies and where I grew up. We didn't get a lot of old trapper. We had one brand beef jerky. It was flat. It was hard. It was dry, but we still loved it. So this is why we need people to take beef Jerky to the next level and Robert. That's something you do your varietals. You guys are are just. Thinking outside the box always, aren't you? Yeah. I think so rick thanks for having me on the side and stuff. I think most people I think old trapper. They think about the see through bag. Right like nothing's hiding in there. Yeah, you know. We really were one of the ones that pioneer you mentioned the sixties. The company was started in nineteen, sixty, nine and little. The family owned up the road side. You know quickie stop. On the way to the working coast, and then it just it through from there but yeah, the clear bags and the bigger bags. One of the things that we just did. Was it a lot in? Make it so easy to see and then people know what they're buying. It's the total opposite of the flat hard stuff you were just talking about the we all grew up with. We were young, too. I remember my dad telling me that beef jerky was just the stuff that fell on the floor on the butcher shop, and that's no longer the case. These are a prime cuts now, right? Oh Yeah. Yeah, we make sure the sources so that there's very little fact. Trim and you know. Nobody wants that in their beef Jerky, but yeah, it's It's good stuff that you know. People expect good stuff especially when you're dealing with a whole piece of meat like that, so yeah, do it the right way with the old fashioned way, and that's how we do it. And I think one of the more surprising things about beef Jerky is because you know, you can get it at convenience stores, people just assume that it's junk food, but if you think about the high protein low fat, it's actually not bad at all. No, you know what I mean Tom Town. It's it it really is i. mean there's just there's not a lot too especially ours. There's not a lot of ingredients in it. shelf stable and it. It does. It provides a lot of lot of protein low fat. very low carbs for what it is so. that. That's we. We always joke around, and there's nothing like real branched chain amino acid protein. Know when we're talking to athletes. Yeah, this is all Kito friendly to for people who are obsessed with that right. Oh totally. Yeah, well. Especially, we just put out. You know zero. Sugar products are all the rage right now especially for Tino. And we just put that out like literally showing up in store shelves all over the country. You know only within the last couple of weeks, so It's just. Everybody told us about something they wanted to see was zero. It's already low, but but going zeroes what they wanted so that's what we're giving them. I've always had a Paul Shaw myself for the beef. Stick and I'm glad to see that this year. Reintroducing the beef sticks and you're thrown in Teriyaki. You're throwing in Jalapeno, you're. You're really going forward, aren't you? Yeah, well. We've always done them they benefit. We've been one of the top in convenience stores nationwide for a real long time in grocery stores have been picking up on the on the sticks. Outdoor stores you name it. The the big ones and the local ones love those sticks and so we what we've done is we put him again? We took our bags. We reshape them for the sticks and told more sticks in it So you get a lot and yeah, we heard enough people tell us they liked the PATERAKI and Jalapeno. Um, in addition to the regular ones, and so that's what we did. We gave them to give it to them in bulk. I think one of the more interesting things about your. Company as well is that you know I? Remember hearing one time that chucky cheese had a back story, and you can literally hear about how chucky cheese grew up, and what led him to find the other members of his band. Would you do that, too? With the old trapper? You got some like mythological stuff and his back story, right? Oh yeah, yeah, well, it's funny. We take him We take him with us to places because people want to see him and I told you. Women want to get their pictures taken with them and men alike. They WANNA, compare a hunting and fishing stories and. And Whatnot so Yeah, he's. He's the old trapper. He's He's the chairman of the board and We rarely see him because he's always out doing his thing and the Great Pacific Northwest Wilderness But We don't know how is honestly. So. How is it that a little place in Forest Grove Oregon can go from. You know a kitchen making this stuff to an eighty thousand square foot manufacturing facility, because obviously the product is good, but I just think about distribution and advertisements and shipment, and just getting the word out before there was you know an Internet. It's just A. It's pretty amazing story. Yeah well like a lot of things how to eat a whole bag jerky while one piece at a time I suppose we've had fifty one years to get it done you know it's still family owned by the same family. Still involve today You know and we. We just. You know when once and so the that original place. burnt down one year, and and had to rebuild everything from scratch, and so that forced. Forced the family at that time to move in and do more of a commercial operation to start one more store started. You know 'cause back in the seventies and eighties beef Jerky wasn't what it is today. and. You know a fire at the store forced the family to re and they're not in the grocery business anymore now they're only doing beef jerky. Because enough stores want it and so now they have this small facility. Then, eventually, they moved the force growth for all kinds of reasons, which is a little further into the. Farming Section of Atlanta Valley in Oregon. And it just they just Roy over over time doing things modestly they don't they. The number one rule is. Do it right. Don't step L. dollars to pick up. And just. Stick with the old. you know no pun intended the old fashioned ideals, the flavor of the goddess. They're the right cuts of meat. Still Smoking it with real would every single day. Only now we do it. In such state of the art controlled environments that we care about quality food safety, everything we can possibly do to make sure that people are getting the absolute best. We can possibly promised without ever sacrificing the original ideals. That God is there and you original recipes? That got us there. And then final question I know you guys. Are In cahoots with the the local MLS team the the Portland. Except when I think about their mascot timber, Joey. He doesn't even come close to the old trapper, does he? You've got his own kind of law. And of course he's hyper localized here, but really the story goes as far as I know and have anything to do with it I promise you. He You know. They just been friends forever. Nobody knows how old any of them are weren't even came from they just sort of like emerged from the woods in the North West one day I don't know. Something like that, and but it works. You know they're good friends and rivals. There's lots of videos about it and the Portland Timbers. Just fantastic partners does so it's been. Really engaged local fan dates insane fan base, and so we just wanted to be a part of that in our local community. Because you know, we're involved in college sports, especially football all over the country on Saturdays and Sundays, but you know we wanted to make sure that we stay true to our roots here at home like we always do no matter how we grow we to stay true to the to the roots to wherever from workout if you're so, that's that's what it boy I. really sound like a plug right now, Donna. This is. Robert Larry from old trapper beef jerky. Check out all the new stuff as well Robert. Thanks for your time and We'll we'll. We'll catch up with the later. Yeah thanks for having us. All right good stuff all right as I was mentioning before there is a little bit of controversy also at Texas am when it comes to changing names and such things. And the Texas am quarterback very exciting player. You might know him Kellyn Monde, and he has a campaign to see the statue of a former university president removed from campus. That statue of Lawrence Sullivan Ross. He was president of Texas. Am from ninety one eighteen, ninety eight. And at the end of World War One. The statue was put up and. It's just known as sully. To Honors His contributions. To the university. And? Monde has said that it should be removed from the center of the campus, and he put out a lengthy statement entitled Let's. Not Forget sully. Recalling all of Ross's past the good and the bad he says does Monde quote. This is like saying someone who murders half a family, but gives the other half of the family. Millions of dollars and resources to be successful for the rest of their lives should be forgiven by the family based on your ideology, people who forgive the murderer because he made up for terrific actions by giving half of the family, an opportunity to succeed based on your. Body, not only you. Should you forgive the murderer, but you should also glorify. The murder. And he was known. When he was general Ross in Texas as the Negro killer. And he made a descent upon two brigades of Black Yankees at Snyder's above bluff in the civil war captured and executed him. and. He is very much on someone who's a racist murder of black prisoners of war. And so after Ross after the civil war. He went on to not only be president of Texas am. You went on to be the governor of Texas. And the university leaders there now like the Chancellor John Sharp. said that the people have publicly supported the statue to Ross's legacy and that will continue. That was the chancellor, but now the President Michael K young has released a lengthy statement detailing. Steps to address racism in the campus community although the statue was not mentioned. So said the values of Texas, A and M University do not align with racism, violence, slavery, and segregation, but Jimbo. Fisher's most prominent saying. We'll always stick with me that your actions speak so loud. I can't hear what you're saying the Lawrence Sullivan Ross. Statute needs to be removed. Texas A and M. University I need to see action. and. We saw what happened with the Hubbard at Oklahoma state. You got his coach. Mike Gundy to say I'm sorry for wearing a shirt that had a conservative news outlet on it. So Cowan Mon. is the quarterback right now? And you agree or disagree, you can I think we can? All agree is very brave to do this. And if it's true that this guy was a murderer of POW's, I don't care what he did. I agree with calame on that. He should not be lauded. We'll come on back on sports bar. Because of the way that these promotions are acting towards him and the way he basically said it himself well. Koevermans not at Wednesday's raw taping, opting to sit out, do to a recent positive cove in nineteen test by another wrestler I believe his wife's. What of her grandparents, I believe somebody in the family. Passed away recently as a result of covid nineteen, and so when the word got out that there was a positive test Kevin Ellen's just home. It didn't go back to work and of course W.. E. Has claimed that no issue with anybody who doesn't want to come to work which I mean. I think that depends on a lot of different factors I think for some people they do have no issue with them staying home, but for others you know they. They apparently do have an issue. I mean semi. Zane stayed home, and they stripped of the intercontinental title Jordan. Devlin stayed home it although I guess they're. They're no longer acknowledging him. As the cruiserweight champion, he is acknowledging himself as a cruiserweight champion and I. Believe this is part of the story line for him to return and be the Kruse way champion, and that will play into into a storyline, but one way the other. The WBZ's had to juggle some previous tapings as noted the smackdown taping. Schedule for yesterday did not take place. They already have smackdown for this Friday taped. So that's not an issue. What they're going to do is they're gonNA fly everybody back next week. I don't know which day kind of important and they will tape. Smack down on the twenty six now the key all of this question I. Don't know the answer to yet. So. They were doing nothing but four head scans and somebody ended up testing positive. They'd been at the performance center so W. we cancel everything on Tuesday and they sent everybody for full-scale Corona virus testing, so the question is now well. Next week I mean everything's taped. Everything is taped for the next. smackdown Friday raw Monday at Cetera et, Cetera. Et CETERA. But. Everyone has to come back for a smackdown taping next Friday, so the question is. Are we just going back to hey, show up. We'll scan your forehead and we're gonNA. Throw you on the show or are they gonNA test everybody before every set of tapings if they do. Everybody's got to be there early. These smackdown performers that ended up going home. You know they were there on Monday to tape smackdown for this Friday. Then they stuck around Tuesday. They got test. They stuck around. Wednesday and then Wednesday that we're told. Go home. Actually knock introduce smackdown, and we'll have you come back on the twenty six, so the question is. ARE THEY GONNA test everybody on the twenty sixth, or are they just going to say welp? Back to. Back to the way we were doing it until somebody gets sick again and then we'll go from there. I don't know the answer and we will find out next week. I don't know either, but the note, the cynical side of me is thinking. It's probably going to be more of the ladder and a whole lot of. Don't ask. Don't tell sort of thing. Are you feeling okay? Yes, okay, good you know. Cut Him off before the say anything in with a low forehead. Scan it moving, but who knows you know again? I don't want to talk about them like they're going to be reckless about this or anything like that. You know heaven. Forbid I would do that, so you never know. We'll have to see how it all turns out. So last night. We, add all of the build for fighter fest well as Wbz Show, they are doing head to head with. I guess the first night fighter fest, and they may build up matches for the second week as well. Fighter Fest is taking place over two days, July first and July eighth. That's going to air on TNT. It's not GonNa be the live or pay per view or anything like that. You'RE GONNA get it for for free on television, and thus far over the two nights. We got Jon Moxley Brian, cage, for the AWA title. Kenya Megan. Versus the best friends for the AWA tag team titles cody versus Jake Hager for the TNT title hit Kurshid Penelope. Ford for the Women's title and Chris Jericho vows to beat orange. Cassidy to a pulp. And going head to head. Annex T is already building up. They've got a three way match with Keith. Lead Johnny Gargano and Beller for the an extreme North American title. The winner of that match is facing Adam Cole for the title in a champion versus champion winner takes all match. So, it's not like. The winner is going for Adam Cole's title. The winner of that match allegedly is going to be a double champion. Now I don't know what they're going to do I mean. Maybe they are actually going to crown a double champion. It makes no sense to crown a double champion. I have no idea why they would do that. So I guess we'll see might my gut tells me they're gonNA. Do some sort of screw job finish. Maybe carrying cross runs down and destroys both guys. You know something of that nature I. I'm skeptical that we're going to see a double champion, but I guess it's possible I mean the next t show was. Definitely different it was definitely different Dave thinks that Vince McMahon has more of a hand in it. I don't know if that's the case. He may be right. We had a vomiting angle. We have this this hotshot angle here to unify titles I mean it's. It's definitely weird, and I guess we're going to have to find out what happens when they go head to head with fighter fest. I. Guess from a story line point of view. What is Adam? Cole have to prove you always talks about the length of time that he's held onto that title, and if you are a big supporter of Keithly, what would be a better way to Kinda? Ascend and make sure the keithly Lee is clearly the number one guy on next have them hold both belts ultimate warrior style? We've at the ascension keithly, but you know what you mentioned could absolutely happen as well to carry on cross running in there or something happening where we don't get a finish, but I don't think you want to do something like that when you're hoping something like this if you're deciding to go in this direction. Especially in this day and age, where you're not leading into a pay per view or a major takeover in front of fans or anything like that I. Don't think you want to why do that in have that non-finish to lead to what the next TV show! Then you really. What's the point you know? It's like stipulations, and what's the point of ever doing? Doing again when you know the odds are, it's just going to be a double disqualification or some sort of you know, screw finish or something like that so if you're going to do this, have one winner whether P. Cole, unifying, both in leads to keithly getting screwed over somehow or Keith big essentially by winning. Both of them I would do it that way. I got a text message year. I wanted to clarify something from yesterday. This person says Brian you mentioned Debbie has told her staff no photos or video of the test and a result will mvp be punished for posting his test results. That's actually not what I said. What I said was they didn't want any photos of things going on outside the building, and that's all I was told and I was also told by people that were involved in the testing. I cannot say the words that they said I'll just say cluster, but I was told that the Tuesday. Corona virus testing by me was disorganized cluster and I think they didn't want pictures of that out. I mean obviously some people have posted their results. I guess MVP did I. Only know about. Mojo. There you go. All Right? Let's see what people are talking about here. This person year says. I loved Oh. You know what I like to. This person said this because I even mentioned this last night. Because I love the dark results ticker on the bottom of dynamite adds to their sports presentation, yes. I'M NOT GONNA say. That this is because of the Brian Vinnie show because it probably wasn't but. I mean Vinnie on multiple occasions. has questioned like. How in the world is such such a team or such and such a person getting a title shot? I never see them win. And you have to bring up to him well. You know the the natural nightmares I mean they've I. think that's her name. Cutie Marschall and And Dustin Rhodes. They've won many times on dark and. Penelope Four. I had a big rant the other day like dude. We never see Penelope Ford Win and she's getting a title shot like she should have won cleaner than hitting a belt shop because like we need to know that she actually has a chance to win because winning with a fluke belt shot. Anyway the the point of all of this is Penelope Ford has won a lot of matches. They've been on dark. Now if you're not gonNA show matches on dark. Listen. You got two hours and I guess you could do like a thirty second one minute video package, or whatever, but if you're not gonna do that, just show me the crawler on the bottom of the screen. They showed it in the show, and they showed it later in the show, and all it was was who beat who? And great great, it doesn't take anything away from the action in the ring. They do it a couple times per show. In case you missed something and there you go. I thought it was great. Absolutely it's just one of those little aesthetic touches. It's really important number one because some of those results are actually GonNa matter you know for what's taking place on the show, and just also because you know with the sports presentation, you know, say about that what you will when it comes to eighty W, but to try to do something a little bit different. Why not do that? We're all used to that in sports right now that. That the scrolling ticker of either ads, scores or whatever it's going to be so I think it's a great idea annexed. He's always done it with. You Know Live program where they're coming alive and I think they do it with their programming. Now as well to you know not results from other places, but at least you know news industry, WW, W. Dot Com and all that sort of stuff, so I'm actually all for this absolutely. This person says I've been saying Vince is involved in annex. T for weeks now. Everything from the booking promos to the match. Quality has fingerprints all over it pretty soon annexed. T is just going to be another raw or smackdown, and have nothing unique cool about it well one thing he got A. There's a few things here first off I don't know fences involved. I don't know okay. I mean obviously the vomiting angle that's straight out of. Of the Vince McMahon playbook, but maybe was just. They've got this idea for the character and hundreds of thought. Hey, we never do stuff like this I. Don't know okay. I'll try to find out what I can find out but I. don't know how many people would even know anyway. I mean there's a lot of people in the dark about a lot of things all over me, but I will see what I can find out now. With all that said. The idea that x t is not to be unique and different okay. The idea for an x, T is. I mean they want number one. They wanted to beat a w on Wednesday nights and ideally liked to have it. Be doing two million viewers. Okay right now it's it's virtually never beating a W and. It's doing you know six seven hundred thousand viewers on. On Wednesday night, so you know Vince is not going to sit here and just go you know as long as it's unique and different I mean I. don't care if if it does poorly dude this guy's GonNa. Want to turn this thing around now is the answer of vomiting angles and everything that you see on the main roster like I don't think so. I mean I. It's not like I, I mean. The these these main Rosser shows are not doing great, and they've been sinking sinking sinking, and yes, the the show Monday did better, but I mean. We'll see what it does in a week. We'll see what it does in in two weeks. I mean nobody really nobody right now. Nobody knows what to do for another. Monday night war another another era where you've got like ten million people watching. Nobody knows the answer to that right now, and there may not be an answer to that I mean these the answer is to make star, but no one's really been able to do one. Do it to that degree so. All I know is if he thinks that he has a way. To boost this thing. Eighty thinks that we've given triple h plenty of time. And there's been no turnaround. He may go in there and make a bunch changes, but it's it's a business events. It's about it's about money numbers. That's it. I mean our our enjoyment is something else entirely I think that's been clear for forever. I greatly enjoyed applebaum last night. That is probably going to be controversial from what I'm seeing. Pop Up here in the twitter chat with all the homeys and home. That's some people really loved. Are Some people really hated? Are Some people are really in their feelings bag about it because they they've. She's actually scared them I. Think a little bit so I don't know. Now as far as I'm concerned, she's my favorite pro wrestler. As it stands right now, that is a a great stick, and I know. I S in ways people will assume young's doing. It seems great at her act to and obviously it's a little bit different, but with the makeup and using the deal of Mauritania of whatever of Thunder Rosa, I think is a great look as well too, and I think you know the women as far as characters go. are coming up with some really good ones and I haven't seen a whole lot of on other than her other appearances in aws. She's obviously very early into her career, so I'm not expecting magical matches out of her or anything like that, but as far as all a package goes for pro wrestling boy, she certainly stood out. I thought it was great. PERSON SAYS I can't listen live today. I may be off topic brightness been having a go at w. e. lately for their covid nineteen tests, which is just taking everyone's temperature on a recent blog from Sami Guevarra he's shown arriving at the arena, and it was the same thing for head scared, and are you feeling? Okay, not sure if there's any follow up tests done. They aren't showing on camera, but on the surface it seems as if Awa not be giving legit tests out either well, there are legit test being given when you arrive, you take a full blown corona virus tests, and on top of that they may be screening for heads as well this. Is Not a mystery that none of these tests none of them are one hundred percent accurate. There are false positives. There are false negatives. There's the issue that you can take a test and get a negative result, but still have corona virus and be passing it onto others. You can fail the test, but not actually have coronavirus. None of these are one hundred percent. Okay, so as I've mentioned for like months now. You have two. If you want to run sporting events, right? Option number one is don't, They just figure like there's there's no accurate test. Just no sporting events nothing until we have a vaccine and everybody that wants to participate has been vaccinated. This could be. This could be a year from now. This may be never I mean. There's no vaccine for the common cold, which is also a corona virus, so maybe maybe there is no ability to create a vaccine for for this corona virus covid nineteen, so or your other option is well. The testing isn't perfect, but if we're going to do this, all we can do is the absolute best we can. And the best, we can is to do your full-scale coronavirus testing. Do your forehead scans? Do Your verbal questionnaire? Do all of it? That's the best you can do. Now what is not the best you can do is not do an actual corona virus test, and instead just scan everybody's forehead and ask them if they're feeling okay, that's not doing the best you can. All of these other sporting events whether it's it's UFC. W or major league, baseball or everybody else? That's getting ready to run or is running. They're all doing a multitude of different things. They're all doing everything that they can. To to do their best W is like the one organization that has been running nonstop and they're not doing their best. They're just scanning everyone's forehead now maybe. After the mask rotavirus testing on Tuesday, maybe would. Everybody flies back for smackdown. They're going. SCAN everybody's forehead and see I'm sorry they're going. They're going to do the full scale testing and they'll test everybody before every event. That would be better doing that and forehead testing. Then they would be doing the best they can right. Actually, it's not the best they can. Because there could be a bio dome, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. Maybe that'll happen. But I don't know and nobody knows until next Wednesday Thursday Friday then we'll know. Do you think the dead in zombies. ca-catch cove. It also pass it around. I don't know. But I as you know that people can, and there's a lot of people in wrestling, and so those people should be getting the best tests available. You know who a person wrestling is Brian, avalon and I tried to ask you about her. What did you think about Avalon? Wasn't much to think. She came, and she just totally destroyed and j like. Fifteen seconds, but. Absolutely a very very unique character. Glad they sight back in a moment of is a reliable. Let's go to the phones and maybe I'll be proven wrong Philadelphia Pennsylvania. You're on the air. What is going on? Brian Mike it's Tony. Chat because pogs in the check. Some progress in the chat gives us. Please no more. Is But, but thank you for for getting them into the chip. What's going on Tony? You're you? You see what it is. There's the remote anyway Brian. I was listening to observer radio this morning and Dave was one hundred percent correct in his observation on the next t same thing I thought for a while about how there's calling up a lot of people and I'm thinking. Is Annex t not? Not Conceding, but taking their foot off the gas here it's, but then he pointed out how ridiculous the show is because. If you remember there used to be the thing to annex t, the more wrestling bay, show and aws, more sports, entertainment order, but now you got goofy stuff going on, you've got the drunk angles, and by the way right now in w next t you have drunk angles. You have racial stereotype racist angles. You Got Angles where Jeff. Hardy is strumming his pete in shame, his face, you know. Are they trying to recreate the attitude air here because it's? There's tons of this stuff in like you say all the time what's going on here? Well, my friend. I want to thank you very much for the call I mean all I can tell you is. Bruce Prichard. Bruce Prichard. is in charge of the creative. For Ron smackdown Okay Bruce Prichard. Was? Brother Love. He debuted as the undertaker's manager in. Like nineteen ninety. Right, it's twenty twenty. So. That's with this guy. Grew Up. We grew up is wrong term but like his had his hand in WF. On and off forever and people go back to. You know what worked when when they were young. And yes, I feel like I'm watching in some ways nineteen ninety-one superstars, but there's a big difference, and that is the nineteen ninety-one superstars was like super entertaining. It was only an hour long. It was just like boom boom boom boom boom I mean there was some really stupid stuff like coincidentally the undertaker I'm sorry. The the ultimate warrior vomiting everywhere after Papa Chango. Put a curse on him which covers a lot of basis by the way the Papa? Go character, magic vomiting I mean. Yeah that's we're getting here I. Don't know if it's GonNa. Work I mean. Listen. All they know is that. They did a raw show with Pritchard in charge, and did a little bit better, but the vast majority of the reason it did better was because they had more people over the age of fifty watching. Like that's your plan, let's get more really old people watching. Let's let's. Think fifty by the way is out of eighteen to forty nine, so. Eight W. Is really trying hard to build new young stars and granted. They're still seven eight hundred thousand viewers and I mean this is not something that's going to turn around immediately, but if you're if you're worried about the short term, then yeah, you tried out your ric flair's and your Christians and it Cetera, but we've seen this in every promotion in every country all over the world forever. If you want to turn this around, you've got to build young stars, and there's only one promotion I shouldn't say that of the. Everyman, you want to call it four raw smackdown, and T and w one of them. Is Attempting to build a new young stars, and I guess in a year we'll find out of all of these different promotions like who had the right get here. Yeah I mean Awa definitely needs brand awareness, but they are trying to chop away at the. The younger lapsed attitude era fan and we'll house. You know people that are between the ages eighteen and thirty four and. Trying to present people Darby Allen's again. This is not everybody, but certainly guys like Darby Al guys like Orange Cassidy jungle boy. You know newer faces even if they happen to be a little bit older such as Lucia. Soroush I know my points I well. He's a lot older. Yeah, but he's still. He's a new face to fans and they're trying to chop away that way. Where with wwe you know how much of this is really going to be Bruce Pritchard's fall. Probably not a whole lot I mean it is Vince McMahon's snow globe that he picks up, and he shakes up and Bruce Burchard has always been. You know I guess commended I. Guess by some as being the one who is able to really filter VINCI's vision out to everybody else the best and explains it to everybody the best. If that's benefit, which I guess, it is in some circles, but. It's still Vincent's baby, no matter who's writing it or or partially writing V, Paul Heyman or Eric Bischoff for now. Bruce Prichard solely. You know it's still Vinci's baby, so regardless of what goes on and goes out there. Who liked that kind of bodily humor more than Vince McMahon, and now we've seen it twice in two episodes of the show this week. wwe programming were three. I guess if you include smackdown last week. Yeah, three in a row now of that sort of stuff taking place here so. Again you know you're GONNA get his. Amount of fault for it and the attention for it. He is the point person is the reaper. Yeah, he absolutely is, but this is still Vince McMahon's baby at the end of the day. No matter how you got it. Connor here notes on the most recent being the elite showed the young bucks explained that they have to tests for corona virus. An actual corona virus test and a temperature check every time they enter dailies place. They are only allowed to be inside dailies if they have the to wrist bands that signal to past tests so there you go. Let's go to a Montreal. You're on the air. What's going on? Hey guys. It's which. I wanted to say that I'm really like who is this? Person All right Christian what's going on? I'm not a fan thing. I'm liking with. You're doing with Diederik order recently, so my question is. What do you think is their next big? They're going to have their face. The or something or things think for them next, thanks. Very good question. I want to thank you very much for the call. The reason I ask is because I can I can make a note here so that every time somebody calls actually of their name right here so it'll be very That'll be very handy so I like. I like the dark order storyline in the sense that. Somebody loses a batch. Big Time goes on a losing streak, and they're right there to attempt to recruit them, okay. Now. I'm not going to say I. Don't like this because when you watch a w one of the things that you have to remind yourself is. You're not watching me. In W E like it's boom boom boom boom. People get together they have they break up. Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah. In a W, everything is dragged out more and and dragged down is the wrong term. All of these stories are given a lot of time to be told. Okay, so the W. E. viewer the lifetime w. e. viewer in mean I watched the dark order, and I'm like dude. Are you ever going to recruit anybody? But then. You have to take off your. Glasses and realize that they're taking their time. There is no hurry so at some point. The dark order is going to recruit bigger starts. How long was it before? They even had Luke Harper Brodie Lee i. mean the darker was was around. What September the and. Brodie Lee debuted in like April. Something like that. I mean there's no hurry to add stars to the dark order butts. They are going to need to add stars to the dark order and Jay's going to be one of them called. Bana is going to be you know he's which is interesting. Because there's a guy who you know, his best stuff is his. His comedy and the idea that he may go. He'll I mean maybe maybe that's a call from Coal Cabana. Listen. I've been doing this forever. I want people to know that I could be a serious wrestler. Let's do something different. Let's turn to heal I. don't know, but it's interesting to think about, and we can't think about it because they're taking their time. I look at dark order started in August September. Whatever was a dead by December and they decided to adjust a lot of things. They got rid of brand. East group they decided to tweak this one, and it was very beneficial. They bring in lieu carper. Okay, good. We gotta face. Now we got a a stalwart to go by didn't really enjoy the way he comes in debuts and loses intimate event. Right off the bat. That okay fine with the story that they're telling. He slid down a little bit, and you need a mid card. You need a mid car to do things and Anna J has had. Seven matches her entire life i. mean the more she can be hidden in a group. The more she can watch other people Russell be out there constantly from matches. It's going to be a good idea. Cochabamba's a pro I think I'm coca being I. Think is very talented guy. I think he's very engaging guy, and I think whether a play him in his Colt Cabana whether he is doing this and and will pull away the very end and and fight the good fight. I don't know what direction they're going with it. It but I'm far more interested in that. In that scenario with this group, and these guys than I am seeing the dark order in the tag team championship seen seeing Coal Cabana and a title picture or something like that I think this is all a good fit right now for everybody involved and again there are things that I'm looking forward to, but I can complain about this at all. I. Don't know how you can really made a lot of solid out of what looked to be really bad with the dark order. I, believe this is Oleg Oleg. You're on the air. What's going on? Not Legacy. Nikita that's what I meant. Go ahead. Thank you Brian Might Listen quick question I was Kinda. Surprised by the an announcement of the I mean is a unification match. Is it non it's just a little bit strange to me? Because the North American championship has just been introduced two years ago and it's only had about five champion so The unifying such a new title all already with the main championship. Well the friend I WANNA. Thank you very much for the call Nikita. So. They're billing it as winner-take-all, which by the way I mean that sounds like a Vince McMahon deal winner-take-all. Branding it so my here's the deal, okay? It makes no sense to unify these titles at least long-term. Maybe they're gonNA unify the titles, and then Regal's going to say you can't hold titles. We're GONNA vacate into a tournament that'd be like beyond stupid because he's the one that came up with the idea and then saying you can't do it as dumb I mean they do deal where you know like like Naito, they unified the titles, and he's going to be thinning one title one time and the other title the other time. Eventually he lose one. They could do that or And this has been the case in wrestling dating back a million years. They do the champion versus champion match, and there is no winner. Disqualification double count outs. Time limit draw which I'm skeptical of. They Bait and switch you. I mean. Watching the show of late. My guess is a bait and switch you, but maybe you know word we'll. We'll get out that it's likely going to be a bait and switch, and so they'll change it and actually put both titles on somebody. If they do that I, still think you will be a very short term thing and they'll find a way to get one of the titles onto somebody else. Many of the incidents in the story you're about to hear are based on the actual records and authentic experiences of Matt Civic. For nine fantastic years lived as a communist for the FBI. Areas Are Star Dana Andrews Azmat Civic. I was in it for nine long years a member of the potty. Communists worked with them watch them. I learned that methods are tricks, their plans and their weaknesses. This is my story, the story of my life as Communist for the FBI. No here is Dana Andrews met. Semitic FBI undercover man. This story from the confidential files is marked. There's no eight hour day for an undercover man no forty hour week. Working Day twenty four hours, a week is seven days long. It's not a job. It's a way of life, a tough way and a dangerous one. You've got to be ready for anything anytime. Play a tight, and you play it smart or you're out of the game. And, there's only one way out the hard way. Whenever possible you plan your schedule to contact the FBI, but they don't have a schedule of course, so you never know when or how? Actually, Mr. No, thanks not going far. Better walking, though Mister Fisher. Oh. Did, you say Fisher, yeah. I was sure I. Recognize Mr Fisher some buddies of mine of Friends of yours. How about a ride? Okay. We'll save time short time and shoe leather. My Name's Davis transferred last week from the F. B. I. Office in Chicago. I see. Who are some of your buddies Mr Davis Richard Spalding like? Barclays the district inspector here and okay. That's good enough. I was just checking smart idea. You never know what's up. Davis got a job for your Matt. Maybe a rough one. Kind of job that meeting you told us about one for that big shot from the West Coast. lots of Carini. He's one of the national coordinators. Meetings Thursday evening. That'll be sail chairman here from ten state, so they'll be names named people. Places plan so on. Map We've got to have all that verbatim Beta. Yeah, dicta graph. Victocrat. What about that New Radio Gimmick? That miniature transmitter can't always be sure of it, Matt? We might hit a static problem mishap the meeting now here's what we want. Between now and Thursday evening, plant, a microphone and wire the meeting hall. That's all. I know we're not giving you. Much time at the jobs got to be done Matt. Go to it. Well there. It was why hall it sounded simple. But, I knew it was going to be one of the toughest jobs I'd have done for the FBI. The party offices we're on the same floor as the hall and they'd be in use all week. Davis gave me to button microphones, five hundred feet of bell wire and his best wishes. was all up to me. At seven o'clock that evening, the cell leaders met to discuss the plans for the big meeting I was present at the table. I had a plan in my own alright Conrad's. Our pretty well aligned on how to handle it delegates from out of town. I don't think there'll be more than eighty five. You agree comrade maps. Carl Jones was sell chairman at the time. Jones eighty five is more than seeing. Greta Apes. The local secretary transferred from Kansas City. Then we'll plan accordingly and I was there anything else we have to work out. There is as a matter of fact. Time let's talk about security measures. This meeting is big agents. Names will be mentioned. Future plans will be discussed. The FBI, I would love to get in on. It drew up. Unless there's been some new development I don't see there has been a new development. Take a look. What is it? Of Wire. Where did get it comrades? In the corridor, a few feet from the door of the hall. It was caught between the edge of the rugged baseboard. I saw it by accident. It's Mike wire all right. I'll bet on it and I'd say there's only one answer. The FBI has got in somehow. Yeah, that was my idea, comrades. I'd like you to follow this up all right covered. With a hall with a fine tooth comb, your job is to find that microphone. Go to it. Played an outside chance tried an approach right in the open and it had worked. My orders from the FBI to wire the hall and my job for the Communist was to find the FBI's wire. Same wire I was going to install myself. With a little luck, I might combine the two jobs, but luck was just what I didn't have. Any comrades. Common Ethridge. What are you doing here? Very glad to see me. No. It's not that Ben I'm surprised. That's all camera Jones said I'd have a hold of myself today to look for that FBI wearing John Yeah, I know I've been assigned to help you. Heal Matt. Is Only one way or the FBI wired this place. Is that by having a agent planted in the cell? Yeah! I thought of the same thing Ben I've been keeping my eyes. Open any results. Yet at least. Well that's got to work anytime. We'll start at one corner of the hall and go over it and the square yard at a time law wall ceiling everything. Okay Ben. Let's go to work. Well, my bright idea was knocked right in the head. I'd planned to make the installation during my supposed search. Now with Common Ben Ethridge breathing down. My neck I didn't have a chance. I could do was go through the motions and trying to figure some other angle. It was four in the afternoon when we finished our shakedown of the hall. Everything that. Ought to. Be another screwdriver. Here it is. What do you think you tell me? We covered every square foot and didn't find anything. I'd say the halls clean. What about that piece of Mike Wire Man? I don't know got into the whole. Some way for the FBI has planted any microphone and here I'll swear to it. I'll take your word for it, but my word for it. Look Ben Bridge. You assigned to help me or watch me. Well. Chairman thought you kinda jumped at the job. Little of both I guess. So now added. Do everything else. The chairman was suspicious. I'd wasted a day and there was less than two more days to go. Dozens of names would be mentioned at the meeting plans discussed inflammation. The FBI needed badly. At Hall had to be wired somewhere. Richard Speaking Fisher here. Bob Fisher Jack Go ahead. On wire jobs, not going so good, it's got to go. Washington really wants one yeah I know look. I've got wax impressions of a couple of door he's. Took them right under. My helpers knows this afternoon. How long will it take? DUPLICATES MADE THIRTY MINUTES? What are they for the meeting hall and the Allied Door of the building? I'm going to slip in late tonight and string that wire. Look I'm calling from the phone booth and the Gavin Hotel Lobby. I leave the key impressions behind the coin box check. Pick them up and ten minutes. What do you want the keys delivered? Leave them behind the cushions and the next to last buse and the hotel coffee shop anytime before nine. Right. Watch yourself, boy, you know it luck. The keys were there when I went in at nine. o'clock that evening I slipped them into my pocket. Ordered and ate slowly. But I read a couple of papers. Timing was the one important thing I knew that. Between ten, forty, five, ten, forty, eight, the watchmen would be punching the clock on the seventh floor at the far end of the hall. And during those three minutes I had to get in that alley door. The time was ten forty seven when I slipped my key into the lock the door. I closed the door behind me. How did along the car and again climbing the service days? I was almost the third floor when the switch was above me. I, heard the elevator coming down the shaft. Froze the Stanley. Good. The night watchman was back on the first floor again and the coast. Climbed, the remaining steps along the third floor corridor, and fitted my second the lack of the meeting. Inside I took the microphone buttons and the wife of my coat pocket went to work. In twenty minutes the job was done inside the holidays. But the final connection, and the met a few minutes swinging on an iron ladder. Space. I. Used my knife blade spring the catch on the shaft door. I slit open stepped in on the ladder and closed the door. I could see the top of the elevator three stories below me and the high made me sick and dizzy. I worked quickly in just to finish the connection when. The elevator started up. That was no space in the shaft for me and the elevator. No time to get out the door I did the only thing I could the reached me step onto the top London cable. Kept going up six four. Seven I can see the spinning drums winding the cable above me coming closer close out. Eight, four, one more go. The drums were right over my head. Food myself flat top of the elevator. Stopped I had barely eighteen inches clearance. When close the doors and started back down the shaft I clung to the iron ladder and stayed there until he reached the main floor. And I fumbled the cats on the door slit open and stepped out onto the night. Okay Matt. They'll move. then. What are you doing here? Waiting for an FBI stool pigeon for you'll matt. Like I. Classic, Radio Theater on your favorite station, June eighteenth, nineteen, fifty, two I was a communist for the FBI. Now back to Dana Andrews. Starting at civic in I was a communist for the FBI and the Second Act of our story. I stood there in the dim corridor in front of the elevator, staring at the gun and Ben's hand. One move and he'd kill me. Hit, said I knew he would. Ben Impressed people as being good, natured and easy going, but underneath he was a fanatic. I knew that and I knew he meant what he'd said. What are you doing here this time of night? On just looking around Ben, checking up on things lot things. What were you doing in the elevator shaft. Comrade. Got A couple of questions of my own. What's your reason for being here? A hunch man? I got to thinking. So. I came over the night watchman. Let me I don't follow. You got the thinking what how would be a smart idea for an FBI agent planted in the party as such the hall with a witness, and then come back and put a microphone after the search. I'm afraid that's pretty weak been week, yeah! I think we'd better talk to the Chairman I'm way. We're going downstairs to the party office. Going to fold them, come right over. Okay, don't forget. A gun still loaded. Commerce. Ethridge snapped on the lights in the party office and called Chairman Jones told him what had happened. And we sat and waited for Jones to arrive. I kept trying to think of some way out. One fortunate thing I did the keys, the extra wire and my tools on top of a good or in the elevator shaft. Clean and that was some advantage, but not much. He made a quick trip. Situation called for it. Well Comrades. Seems we've been mistaken about. You depends on what you mean by. Up Sporadic. How long have you been working for the FBI I haven't been common. Mistake steak. Comrade ethridge caught you right in the act tonight or a couple of ways of looking at that Calmer Jones. You're the one in charge here, aren't you of course? And why is Ben Holding? The gun well wasn't trying to take over any authority. Thanks feel better now, VIC. Yeah, it was making me nervous. Having a gun pointed at me by F. B. I. Agent. Claim you came tonight because you suspected me of planning a microphone in the hall. All Right? Where's the MIC? I didn't have any chance to look for. You know that the Mike was there this afternoon. Ben, why didn't you find it? Then? What are you driving? One of the sections of the Hall Ben Searched included the electric applets next to the radiators. Did you take the Cup playoff? Those outlets then well. No, they hadn't been tampered with at one of them had. It's got a button Mike Planet in it. The wire runs behind the baseboard I saw it this afternoon. How come you didn't? There wasn't any why that couldn't have been I? Don't see how you could've missed it. That's why I didn't say anything this afternoon. And that's why I came back tonight. Wait a minute. Maybe you are the place tonight before Ben caught you. How as you said then caught me so to made now i? Don't have any tools. The hall locked I don't have a key to it. That's another thing semantic. How did you get into the building as the watchmen watchmen? That's a joke. What do you mean? Front door was unlocked, and the watchman was asleep in the lobby I walked right in past him, and he didn't even move security a microphone planet in the hall, and my so-called the helper didn't even see it I'll take it easy all right so I'm mad. I've got a right to be. The party's a big thing in my life I'm giving my life to it.
