What i've learned after one hundred episodes episode. And i have four five. Not four five things or crumbs that i've learned from my guest crumbs of success that i want to bring to the stage at this point in time. So this is great. I'm excited to share this with you. It's a brand new year. And i'm on the attract to give you so much more content that she i'm excited. Hope you are too. So let's go intro skit. All right ladies and gentlemen boys and girls. Youtube twitter and periscope where we talked to digital marketers business coaches and creators of all kinds on how they built authority in their field. And how you could mimic their success developing authority building your audience and attracting better clients to your own business now without further ado. Let's bring to the virtual stage your host. Brian s arnold. We are back with another one after one hundred episodes. I am excited about this. And i am so happy to share what i've learned after one hundred episodes spin a lot so you know. Let's get right into it so i have five five this that seven as after the episode had seven. Which are wants you to go back and check that out because those were amazing as well here are the five more crumbs of success. What i've learned at the one episodes starting with number one. The one glaring thing. I realized with the one question i asked. My guess is about the daily routine. I think it might be a myth. It really might a myth. When i raised this question for so many of them only a few have really dedicated routine. And i think for most varies. They might have schedules with our different every day. So they things change up but only really a few had a dedicated routine mostly talking about the typical morning routine And i believe a lot of actually with love to have like that but it just is just not there yet. So i'm saying that. The daily routine at this given time is a myth. So don't kill yourself trying to be do this thing every morning that you think you have to do to be successful is what i'm saying at this current time at the moment at the one or two episodes that might change the marching before right. Now i'm saying that. The daily routine is a myth number two. The longing for networking is key. Stay connected unique to be connected to the right people in linger on until you do have several guests who who who have emphasized this again. I'm gonna shout out Who said his big jump was when he was able to collaborate with gary the he says his business jumped up big time after that. So align yourself with the right people make sure they know your name mission that they don't forget you share their content troll them in a good way but put a positive. Comments put up positive comments in. Let them know that you know you're a fan. You love their content. You love what they do. Stay in touch with them. Participate wherever they are in. I think it makes a big difference to align yourself network with the right people because people will see you differently if they see you align with other people it. It's a big thing. It's it's a thing. So that's the two and three. Keep your calendar. Full keep your calendar full if your calendar is empty. The business is likewise going to be empty. It makes sense. I know that in the past. I would look at mcalinden but like okay. Nothing's going on. So i feel like nothing is going on because there was nothing going on right. So fill up your calendar participation B be about your business be in place. I think all of my guests is without fail when they come into like you know i got i got a client here. You know trying to juggle schedules all the time. It's a building. It's a very big thing to try to collaborate with schedules in. It's amazing how how busy my guests are being about business so if you have a schedule that's wide open. Do something about that do something about. I don't want to go into the house touts or whatever but just do something about that. Start getting clients. Another one of my guests talked about. You know him coaching. If even if it's even if it's free start doing something so that you're in the motions. I i don't. I'm not going to suggest that but if you're doing nothing is is the way to start. It's a way to get in getting to a platform type of authority that you want. Maybe maybe you gave this person Coaching advice something. You say you know what i've coached. You could say. I've coached so many people and put on your profile. Your byles saying this is what i've done. This is what i do. And maybe you can find clients for you to who will pay you. What you're worth as the as the cliche says being paid what you're worth right but feel up that calendar in position yourself to be who you are so important so important and before shed. You're still a premier persona. You know. this is one of my things that you've heard the the holiday episode a few days ago said your cylinder persona get team built a team that will give some vs whatever that will the cartoon creation you media post your outreach. You sell customer service but shed that Persona most of the people that come in here on the show have an assistant people who represented they come to me to be on the show like i'm calling on emailing behalf of so and so and it frees them up to be who they are. Because you can't be an octopus. You can't be this person with so many hats you know. That's the particular word. I'm trying to shed to get rid of this year for myself. Now once you do the same please shed your priscilla persona. I think you really can't be successful without doing that. So chase run. Run to find people to help you so that you can build your business and that you can be as creative as possible and serving the people you want to serve in the best way that you know how in number five don't forget where you came from. Don't forget where you came from. I think i think there are a few people who do and don't realize it. I'm not saying that you don't change you. You have to change eventually when you get to a certain place when you get to a certain position. But i'm saying don't forget where you came from because you know where you were you right now if you know where you are i'm saying don't forget and that's why if you listened to my very first episode of pakistan for sewed is the different insurers there some of the podcast there don't even have intros that just the just where i where i was. I did that purposely. Because i can put in my new intro if i wanted to in in slept Stop those on early ones. But i don't want to. I want it there so that you see that she hear my journey. You see how evolved sounded there are some great content in those early episodes. Trust me just amazing. People on there. But i want you to see my journey from there. All the way up into now passed to pass on episodes and see how i've changed. I've actually stated on my very first inch episode. That audio would be great. So you know you might be. If you're a sounds knob this might not be for you. I stated that. I might be one of those now though which is bad but in a bad but good my audience come a long way. And that's like you know have changed. Things up at got new microphones if you're watching the livestream The behalf it's gonna brand new camera the the sony visi one in. I'm looking spectacular now. So things have changed a lot from them from then up until now. And i wanted you to see that journey. 'cause i didn't just start here at this point this a lot. A lot of growing in improving in just going off with the feedback from the audience. About what you want in trying to do to help you as you go along your journey so hopefully appreciate that and and see where i've come from We're now and i want you to do the same. I'm not really you know i i. I'm a huge fan of that.
