The problem with retail, I realized covid-19 has changed a lot of things but the one thing I'm seeing more and more, is this ship to store mentality? Yeah, they're no longer wanting you to come to the store to buy something. They want you to buy it online and then go to the store to pick it up. Now, if they don't have it in stock, it may take a few days to get there, but sometimes when I need something like the day, I broke my headphones over the weekend. I needed a new pair immediately. So I had to find what I was looking for. In town found them at Best Buy. The only problem took me fifteen, twenty minutes to be able to find them on the website. Then I had to go to the store and find out why had to find somebody to help me out. I want to look at it first before I decide what I want the bulb. And besides, we walk into the store, my wife said, oh I need a new mouse. So we walked over and bought something that we wouldn't have bought. If I didn't know that ship to store is a great idea in theory, but retailers, still aren't getting it right. No matter how many employees they have working at the time.
