And if you are here, then you are hashtag winning at life. Today's mantra is. Okay. Oh kay. We're ending my week of poetry slam, which I hope you've enjoyed as much as I have. Let's review. Good morning. Good. Gracious, your smile is contagious. Just kidding. That comes from a real poet. Lin-manuel? We'd love you. Okay. I have legs that run. I have arms that swing. There are parts of me that work. I have is that see I have ears that here. There are parts of me that work might elbows bend. My will dozen not. There are parts of me that work. My brain wakes makes waves my mouth does to their parts of me that work. What do you have to work with turns out? There is a lot going to focus on what I am doesn't matter. What I'm not each day. I live. I have a choice to do the work to use my voice. I am the some of my choices not my fears. Okay. Okay. There you go a meditation a day for five days to ruminate on those parts of you that function that work that do the things may you don't necessarily want them to do. But the things that they're supposed to do. You can spend a whole lot of time thinking about what you can't do or you can spend a whole lot of time doing what you can. I encourage the ladder as much as possible whenever possible. And if you need redirect, I'm here to help you figure it out between now, and then plus a mantra and say to yourself, okay. Okay. Once that perspective is reframed, and you can start moving. Again, the world truly is yours. Coats. Loved and you are winning. And you are definitely winning at life.
