Listen: Wallops Island, NASA And Chink Attiya discussed on This Morning with Gordon Deal
"Wallops island and do the show live for the early morning. Launch of one of the rockets that was taking supplies to the international space station. And then the weather was just lousy terrible. Terrible terrible. And they didn't wind up launching thing until Saturday. What was it Saturday or Sunday days after when we thought the launch would happen? So we're trying again very excited about it. The the actual launches at four forty six or scheduled for four forty six PM on Wednesday. So the plan is for us to get out to Wallops island on Tuesday night setup. We'll do the show with the folks from NASA on and you know, where Wallops island is way out on the eastern shore. And. Chink Attiya and the and the rest of that. Part of Jinnah that most people I think go out for little vacations or to see the the wild ponies. Right. The the pony roundup. So its way out there. I for years, I had no idea that they launched any NASA rockets out there, and then somebody said, John I mean, this is a couple of years ago, you should go. You're so interested in the the launches and you go to Florida see these things, you know, they launched them right here in Virginia had no idea. So we'll go out on Tuesday night. Hopefully, hopefully, we'll do the show from the visitor center there where you can see the rocket on Wednesday morning. And then during Jeff Katz is show in the afternoon at four forty six. We'll broadcast the launch live here on on the radio, and hopefully get some"
