"As we continue to grow. There are certain services that we used to offer that we no longer want to offer. A good example is hosting only hosting only is where in the distant past. We built a website for someone and that website has to be hosted on a server so that when someone goes to the domain name and the browser the server renders it up without server hosting. You can't get to the website the website won't work. And so we provided that as a service to clients a long time ago, but it's a really small dollar amount. If something like thirty dollars a month, which frankly is honestly too much, but we price it that way because we don't we don't even want to sell. It will want to sell it new actually, we don't sell it to new clients, and we really don't even want to be doing it 'til old. Clients we really want to discontinue it. So the strategy that we took to try to get out of this is we've raised our prices in the last two years each year for two years. We raise our price. We really want to frankly price ourself out of the market. We don't want to be competitive in this because it requires more work than we're interested in doing and even at thirty dollars a month. It doesn't help us like if that thirty dollar cheque doesn't come in. It doesn't matter that thirty dollar checks not gonna pay any bills. Like, there's not a single Bill that I get that's under thirty bucks in this company. So thirty dollars even if we have ten or twenty or even a hundred of them, it just doesn't help all that much and the effort that it takes to manage those servers reliability just all worth. So we wanna be done with that. So we are decorating service and our goal is that because of the relatively high price people are going to. Self elect out of that service, which they've done that's actually worked. The next step is for the remaining people that just won't budge even though, you know, no matter how high the prices were going to have one day just have to tell them that. We don't support the service anymore and will help them transition to a much more affordable hosting company that will only cost five or ten dollars a month. But it's a better fit for them as we continue to grow. It won't just be hosting only. There are other services services that we've already targeted that. We know are going to eventually have to go we've actually reworked our pricing said those individual services were no longer price competitive at offering single services. Our whole goal here is not to provide hosting or to provide just a website or to provide just as we want a bundle. And we've priced it that way. So there's. Some complexity in the price ain't that support that strategy, but we want to get out of the business of little onesies twosies. I guess Tuesay's is okay. Threesies as far as two or three services. But these ones e services we need to get rid of. So we've had two different strategies one is pricing ourselves out of competitiveness intentionally and then to just as some point pulling the plug in saying, we're not doing anymore, and then working through the services that we offer. So that the lowest value ones are the next ones to go."
