Sean Meyers of Hugh's Ville, Maryland, will spend the next year of the Charles County Detention Center and three more on probation for holding two large parties at his home back in March. Police paid Meyers a visit during the first party, which have roughly 50 people and was told he was in violation of the state's mandate at the time.
