Listen: Jets, Dave And Red Eye Radio discussed on Red Eye Radio
"It's Red Eye Radio. He's Hurley, I'm Gary McNamara. Let's go to Dave in Oklahoma. Dave, welcome. You're on Red Eye Radio. Welcome to the show. Hi. How you doing nice to talk to you? Thanks just a couple of minutes ago. You mentioned one of your dad about communism and private property ownership. I'll tell you. Some land, and I don't get any income from it. But I've owned it. Keep it for some reason. But let me tell you this anybody that thinks that there's a such thing as. Property ownership. Jets don't pay the taxes on it. Thank you. I'm not. Just a matter of who owns it. Right. You know, what's on that paper because I guarantee you let me not pay the property taxes. And it's gone. You're not the landowner. Dave, you're the land. Our which means you'll because you always owed taxes on that project. And we've we've stated before I mean, if if there's the worst tax that exists out there, I've always stated, and we're we're losing you for some reason, thanks to some interference. I've always stated that property tax to me is the worst tax. Well, because you could even if you this time of year, you don't want property taxes are due. Let's say, I know. So let's say you pay now. Right. Well, technically between now and December the end of December thirty first you don't have a lien on your property, but you will per diem. You'll have that per diem applied starting January first so technically between now let's just say it was the entire mortgage is paid off. You don't you would own this property for that period between when you pay your property taxes. And then when they start accrue. Brewing, again, which will happen January first ever own your home. I've always believed that property taxes. I know the legal precedent is there. I fully understand that I've always believed it's unconstitutional. And I know they probably said, well, no, you're on the property as long as you pay the taxes on it. I shouldn't have paid tax. I if I own it, I own it because technically a lien there, which means if not paid risk that that property being confiscated, right, right? Now. I collect the pro I collect the part of the property that isn't the taxes. So I do get that part back. So that may be what they're trying to say is a loophole in it. But I've always viewed it, I don't know. I haven't seen the court precedent on it. I wasn't prepared to I didn't know that caller was going in that direction. That's not where he said he was going to talking about property taxes.."
