U.S. Women's Soccer Team Settles Part Of Gender Discrimination Suit

U S women's soccer team and its governing body filed notice today in U. S District Court in Los Angeles that they've settled the players legal claim over inequitable working conditions, which puts to rest part of their gender discrimination suit. The settlement allows the players to appeal their claim that the men's team has paid more which a federal judge dismissed earlier this year. Meanwhile, U S Soccer has agreed to equitable working conditions on travel accommodations, venues and staffing. WCBS news time 9 14
