Energy companies abandon long-delayed Atlantic Coast Pipeline
Pipeline project that was set to run across Virginia will not be happening line would have extracted natural gas from shale fields in West Virginia. Now Virginia based Dominion Energy in North Carolina's Duke Energy's say there's growing legal uncertainty for large scale energy projects.
