Postmaster General Louis DeJoy apologizes again for slow mail


While Postmaster General Lewis to Joy, who came under fire last year for cost cutting measures appeared before the House Oversight Committee hearing today and admitted the Postal Service fell short of its objectives to deliver mail on time during the holiday season. Too many Americans were left waiting for weeks for important deliveries of mail and packages. This is unacceptable and I apologize to those customers who felt the impact of all delays. The joy also told lawmakers that the Postal Service they committed to buying 10% electric vehicles as part of its multibillion dollar plan to retire. It's 30 year old fleet of delivery
