Listen: Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton And Barack Obama discussed on Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis
"Mark pin who worked for? Hillary clinton. That was the Clinton campaign that story emerged in the democrat primary Republicans didn't use it the way the Democrats did that was used to try to slow baracks grew because Bill Clinton remember Bill Clinton went to South Carolina and told the story that that Barack Obama would do well with black just like Jesse Jackson did. But that he couldn't do well outside of that. And and a lot of Democrats turned on Bill Clinton at that moment that was a that was a pivotal moment that you saw the Clintons were desperate. And that's where Bill was no longer an asset to her campaign. And that was the beginning of the in South Carolina that third state that year was the beginning of the end for Hillary. That's where she lost. It wasn't until a few months later that she was able to to rebound and make a run across the south based on some of the ground. He'd laid that, you know, look barracks. Too far left barracks in in bed with with the black leadership and that helped her as she came down to the south. But but but Obama had too big a lead by that. Well. I guess we're going to run out of time here. But what's the other one was that Barack one born in the US that story came from Mark Penn who worked for Hillary, the idea that barracks birth certificate was in question, and Barack might have been born outside the United States that didn't come from John McCain, John McCain was afraid of that story. He was afraid of criticizing Obama. In fact, McCain made the point that he was born in Panama, and he didn't want that talk. So it you have to remember the most vicious attacks on Democrats will always come from other Democrats, and it will be perfectly fine that it happens. Republicans just then can't use that same point that Democrats were fine making in the in the general election watch how that plays itself out. It's tax day. And I hope you have a happy tax day tomorrow is tax freedom day. So for all of you who pay the bills, let me say what no one else seems."
