Albrecht better known as the Mo par hunter and this is talking walking Mo- Parse you're listening to talking Mo- parks with our are hunter your direct all Lopa. We are firing on all cylinders. Here talking Mo- pars and I'm excited. I'm excited because this podcast is a new venture for me. I started a little facebook. Page called the MO par hunter four years ago in the summer of Twenty fifteen. I did it just to share my my love of Mo- parse and eventually I got to. I guess I should probably start off by saying that. I am obsessive compulsive when it comes to looking at cars for sale. If you see me looking at my phone or on the computer nine times out of ten. I'm looking at cars that I I can't buy if I'm being honest I just ever since I was a kid. I was addicted to it. You know I was like when I saw Joe dirt the movie and he was looking at auto traders. I was like dude. That's me that's me. That was me as a kid. I used to Have Stacks of auto traders by the old car trader. You you guys remember deals on wheels. I bought that magazine to anywhere. I could see cars cars for sale. I would be you know I had my dad. My Dad and I would go to car dealerships in just like classic car dealerships and just look at cars. You know talk cars. It was one of my favorite childhood pastimes going to car. Lots with my dad and just looking at cars in that followed me all the way into adulthood because when craigslist came out I it sounded and looked like a joke and I was like craigslist. What and once I went down that rabbit hole I was like oh way? Wait a second eight a second you mean I. Don't you have to pay for this like auto trader and it's free and okay so down the rabbit hole. I went an and I became obsessed with looking for Mo- pars nationwide and it got to the point where it was consuming so much of my time I was like well. I guess I better share this with people because my wife can only handle so much. Mo- partook she'd only handle so much I'm I'm just I'm annoying wing. You know when it comes to mow parts knowing I'm sure all my non mope. Our friends are like odd sky. With a stupid facebook page. He never shuts up about Mo- bars and for those of you guys listening deal with it. So yeah I started the page and started sharing these cars that what I was finding and the next thing I know I have a hundred people that like the page one hundred turned into five hundred thousand five hundred turned into a thousand thousand one thousand turned into five thousand. Five thousand turned into ten. And now we're pushing twenty five thousand twenty five thousand people that follow a page. I started sharing craigslist ads. I think that's remarkable and I appreciate every single one of those people that are real because I know some of them are fake and I thought it would be fun to start a podcast about Mo- pars because being a podcast listener myself. I listened to a bunch of different PODCASTS. CAST and I really liked the automotive podcasts. There's only one problem. I could not find one. That talked about Mo- parts all the time I've consumed probably every Mo- par related episode. There is in the world the podcasting so once that well ran dry eh. I realized okay. I'm GonNa have to do something about this and I thought it would be fun. So here we are talking Mo- parse the podcast and you know I created this podcast to be your direct connection to all things Mo- par in the world of podcasting. So that if you listen to podcasts.
