I want to express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims who died during the protests where citizens practice their right to liberty. All of Peru's in mourning. Nothing can justify a legitimate protest, which ends with the deaths of Peruvians. We live in a democracy. Peru is our homeland, and just like everyone else I want the best for our country.
