Senate Republicans consider short-term extension of unemployment as extra $600 in benefits nears end


The Trump Administration and Senate Republicans are apparently mulling over a short term extension of unemployment insurance, while a broader packages negotiated. The scope of the extension is unclear, but Senator Rob Portman tells Bloomberg it's important to do something before the $600 a week extension expires next week.
