Court orders release of man charged in Daniel Pearl killing


Pakistani courts ordering the release of a British terrorist charged in the 2002 killing of American journalist Daniel Pearl. British man Omar Sheikh was sentenced to death for masterminding the plot. The prosecution case was bungled.
