"Les Moonves says the embattled head of CBS is kind of negotiated his way out, but he's going to stay on as an advisor at CBS for two years still gets to keep an office. He still has security detail. And he's got folks inside the organization who were covering his annual twenty million dollars donation to me to charities. He's got security. So what you're saying is get security following to make sure he doesn't cause any more trouble. CBS morning anchor. Norah O'Donnell seemed rather sympathetic to her boss on the air today. This is really hard. It is that this is hard for everybody at CBS news. I haven't talked about this before. Because when you think about it. I think the most powerful media executive in America has now resigned in the wake of this need to movement, and he's my boss where he was my boss. And so that makes it really hard to comment on it. I'm really proud to work here. CBS news. This has hurt morale. But there are some really really good people that come to work every single day as journalists. I'm confident that the truth is gonna come out because this is being investigated. There are two prominent investigations going on by some really good, lawyers, and this has to end and the story will contain again, Brian Baker, am I the only one that feels like she was a little overly sympathetic to less here. What if a dude had made that exact same statement, you have every women's group feminist group boycotting CBS protesting outside? That's a quality point. It is. But you know, at the same time, maybe folks have just gotten tired of the hashtag metoo movement. I mean, there has been there have been so many people have gone down as a result.
