We're excited the sit down with Nicole and discuss some of her daily wellness habits and how she keeps herself on track Nicole. Thank you so much for joining us today. We really appreciate you taking the time to sit down with us one of the things that I really want to get your opinion on is how can I start and keep going with better wellness habits and my life. It's one of those things that is difficult for a lot of people you know you start these things and then he stopped. How can I keep going right? I love that question and I'm so excited to be here. This topic is actually one of my favorite things. My kids will. Joke and roller is me when I tell them you know who loved the Monday Eh. I love Monday. I love fresh start. I love habit. I love goals. I love an opportunity to get better all the time. And and so it's it's interesting that this is the topic that we're going to talk about today because I'm super passionate about it so I'm excited to be here and I think that's a question attention that I mean. We all act ourselves. We know the statistics. You know it's early in the year and everybody has big goals and oftentimes those big goals get cut short because we don't have the tools to stick to them. or how or where do we even get started started. And so something that has helped me and anyone that I talked to kind of about sticking to goals and specifically typically when we're talking about wellness habits is first getting really clear on what it is that I want to accomplish so I loved it. We save better better wellness habits because it keeps it Kinda broad right It'd be maybe we want at our sleep. Maybe we want to drink more water. Maybe we we walk to move our body a little bit better but I really believe that Intel. We're super clear on what it is we want to accomplish. I very clear specific. You know it's it's easy to kind of give up on because well we just wanted to feel better so let's break it down. What do I I wanNA feel more of? What do I wanNA feel less of? What do I want to create? And why do I want to feel more energy. And how much energy. He and those specifics will really hold us accountable to what it is that we're trying to create so first step is getting super super clear on what it is that you know we want to create. We're GONNA have better wellness habits. In what regard you know what I mean right and then the second. The second thing that I have found that is really helpful and this is kind of fun is if we wanna feel more calm or more clarity or or more peace or more calm state. There's some really great apps out there that can support us in our willingness habit. One that I love is the the APP called comb that helps us focus on our breathing. Get a little bit of intention throughout our day and it will remind you. Hey take take one minute to breathe. Take one minute to calm down and that's a really great APP. There's two other ones that I really love. Also also there's one called strides. There's one called streak where you get to put in the specifics of what it is that you're trying to accomplish and then hold yourself accountable. Get a little notification. Hey you're supposed to drink you know. You're forty four ounces of water today did you do that. And if you're anything like me you kind of like to keep things going and get this habit that so it keeps track of you. You're on a two-day Streak Conforti streak a five day streak and those have been super helpful for me myself my family and people that I work with so those are some of the things that I think are really helpful to help keep going with better wellness habits. I love that I love the action of getting really really specific and you know getting in tune with yourself and what your needs are and then that accountability definitely is so key. I think that's my number one. Fault is nothing keeps me accountable double and so I just kind of forget about it so I think that's incredible. You gotTa have a partner. You GotTa have an accountability partner or a friend or maybe. That's the the APP or you know declare. We'll say declare it let somebody know what it is that you want to accomplish and then last but not least as you were talking to. It triggered something I wanted to say. Is You gotTa have a routine. That will be a game changer. In sticking to your better wellness habits some people scheduled very different. I love to to start off the morning right and move my body I or drinking my water before you know other things come into play throughout the day and what happens is when we make one right choice it sets the rest of the day for for us to continue to make better choices.
