Worldview is simply how you look at the world. It's the values based on your experiences that you have now what that means is that when you're out there, dealing with people say you're walking around and you come up on a gentleman at the grocery store, and you get into conversation, and suddenly it's not going so well, suddenly, maybe it's politics or something who knows what it is. Maybe you're a world traveller in the person. You just ran into his not been out of the neighborhood at all you guys are going to see the world differently. Your challenges are going to be perceived differently. The more you read, the more you study, the more you travel, the more you get out there and experienced life. If you've ever traveled the world, other countries and really gotten out and experience, it you realize how much we are the same as you do that your view expands. If you've never been out of the United States of America, it's pretty easy not understand. What is like to be it, Australia or Japan or Europe? It's really really you can watch. TV and see the news, and you really don't get it. But what you get it. Once you expand your world Abed, you become more, tolerant, you become more peaceful. You become happier. So it's really about worldview. Not today. I want to expand your worldview little bit more about how to think about in happy. No rose colored glasses require. It's just it really is a way of looking at day-today life the way generally happy people do now some people just wanna be grumpy to maybe you do. So I would not that right now. I have friends there over fifty years old. And they decided that's it. I made it to fifty. I'm going to be grumpy. I've always thought heck if I made it really old that fifties old, by the way used to be right. Remember, I can longtime ago fifty was really old now it's like, it's midlife. But something really old. I think I'm just could be happy. Why not as well? Okay. Give this a try today, if you want to this is mindset thinking and so rather head around this. Just accepted don't deny yourself. Oh, maybe I can change my way of thinking and attract something else in my life and data have house at work even attract all the stuff you want to your life. And you still might get hit by hurricanes is going to happen. So accept it. Mindset number to realize that dealing with challenge is a privilege that comes with being alive. I'd walk out there and not they'd listen, I'm positive at the all the time. But today, I'm going to be grumpy because mowing the lawn and Frank grumpy to I'm gonna be grumpy with Frank and it never worked, frankly, a staunch military guy. So I try to be like staunching because he seemed grumpy to me seem like it wasn't happy wouldn't smile or anything like that never belly laugh at all. I completely believe it when you're up your head around the fact that things are getting frustrated. What does that mean? Well, listen, if you're not frustrated that means you not notice anything all of a sudden, you get frustrated by something it means you finally open your eyes to it. You're not happy with and you're about ready to change. We talked yesterday about that burning desire to get what you want. Listen, if you get frustrated enough if you finally get yourself, they're burning desire is just around the corner, and you're gonna make the chain. So it's embrace that. And might I suggest you stoke the fires of frustration as fast as you can get frustrated. It's a good place to be when you run out of frustration is happy happy, but don't worry about it. Because it gave me happy been frustrated too. It's all process, I get to that. Accept your responsibility of solving challenges for yourself. Now, what that means is this that it's your job if something happens in your life. You're supposed fix now. No, no. No, no. That doesn't mean if you're conditioning goes out. I I I'm in Florida air conditioning a year round sport down here. Okay. I know you had a big winter storm so. Okay. Wait, a second your heater just went out could you live in a place? Nobody should be living. No, you should be because Florida's closed we closed the gates to everybody coming down here. Okay. You can't get in right now to people, but say your heat goes out his of blizzard outside. What are you gonna do become a heater person h person is that what it is? No, you're gonna call that. I, but you're gonna do it fast get over this quickly. Because a lot of people there heater went out. It doesn't mean you have to fix it. Also, by the way, it doesn't mean you drop all the good stuff is going on because you have others really good in your life. And you turn your attention to all your problems and suddenly have more problems.
