"The southern plains had that ice and sleet, moved through portions of the Texas and Oklahoma panhandle yesterday, and that'll be still a concern as we move through the overnight hours here clearing up by later today. And by Sunday, we'll see a high of about forty six in the region. So a little too warm for any moisture in the region to freeze up with that wintry mix, but that system is moving on to the east, and we will see the possibility of some more intense showers today, especially for eastern, Texas, the architects region and then by tomorrow that system moves into the deep south so still a very active weather maker for the nation. The rest of the country is primarily dry with the exception of the west coast, Washington. An Oregon cold but dry in the northern plains the mid Atlantic and northeast.
