After child death, US says to stop using Peloton treadmill

Federal regulators have issued a warning for owners of treadmills made by peloton the consumer product safety commission warns people with children and pets to immediately stop using peloton tread mills the commission says it's received reports of children and a Pat being pulled pained and then trapped under the rear roller that's resulted in fractures scrapes in the death of one child however peloton says the warning is inaccurate and misleading it says there's no reason to stop using the treadmill as long as children and pets are kept away from it at all times the company adds the treadmill should be turned off when not in use and the safety key removed I'm Ben Thomas
