What we're coming off a big rally again yesterday about seven hundred points or so it's still however as we stare at the last day of the quarter is gonna blind up is the worst quarter ever for the Dow Jones industrial average down almost twenty two percent the of course you gotta remember there were three drops of about two thousand points during that period we'd seem to have found some stability at early on this morning the market look pretty much flat it was up a little it was down a little but we've taken a nose dive here mostly the last thirty minutes the down Alex down to eighty two nasdaq down ninety one of the S. a B. average down thirty seven this is going to be a volatile day which is not really going out on a limb because we had a lot of those but this one in particular because as I say it's the last day of the month is the end of the quarter and it's the rebalancing day so think of it in theory if you want city if you're invested sixty percent in stocks and forty percent bond well during this period the bonds have gone up in the stocks have gone down SO three which ought to be doing is selling some of the bonds and turning around and buying stocks to get back to sixty forty and then expand that out to you emerging markets are value stocks and a lot of re balance but it's all it's a lot of volume but right now it looks like the volumes of the downside crude up seventy six cents twenty dollars eighty five cents it's put up higher goals down twenty six dollars ten year rates point seven O. percent which is backed back up a little bit now slight improvement in the Dow what's up to
